Akeno, Moeka, and the rest of the High School Fleet approached Eclipse Island. They were stopped by the island's Coast Guard. "Attention, approaching vessels," A man voice boomed from one of the ships, "Turn away now." She had Tsugu-chan radio the Coast Guard if she and the other captains could talk to him, to which the man agreed. Mashiro asked her if she was sure about this, she replied she was. Taking a skipper, she left the Harekaze and went the dock the man was waiting. Moeka and the other captains arrived sometime later. "I'm Thomas Bailey, the Harbor Master and Eclipse Coast Guard commander," The man told them, "Who do I have the pleasure of speaking to?" Thomas was accompanied by two soldiers with automatic rifles so she shouldn't fool around. "Captain Akeno Misaki of the destroyer Harekaze," She told him. "Captain Moeka China of the battleship Musashi," Moeka told him. "Captain Tohmi Miyazato of the battleship Yamato," Tohmi told him. "Captain Azumi Abe of the battleship Shinano," Azumi told him. "Captain Sachiho Chiba of the battleship Kii," Sachiho told him. "Captain Thea Kreutzer of the heavy cruiser Admiral Graf Spee," Thea told him. "We'd like speak with Marcus Medford," Akeno told him. The soldiers raised their weapons and Thomas jumped back like she just shocked him. The artillery cannons around the island that were closest to them suddenly aimed at their ships. "You come here before the harbor opens and then demand to speak the head commander himself?! I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you young ladies to leave!" He told them in a demanding tone. Yikes, she didn't demand anything. Moeka stepped forward before things could get any worse. "Wait, tell him that the High School Fleet tour group is here. Please, he'll know who we are," She begged him. After a moment's hesitation, Thomas raised his hand and the cannons turned away from their ships. He sighed, then pulled out a flip-phone. "One moment, please," He told them as the dial tone rang and then pick up. "Good morning, Commander Medford. Sorry to interrupt your morning coffee, but I've got a High School Fleet tour group waiting outside the harbor before it opens to the public. Does the name ring a bell to you?" The silence was unnerving for them as they waited for Marcus to respond. Thomas' expression quickly changed to surprise and then excitement. "Oh! Really? Well, I'll let them in immediately," He said before closing the flip-phone, "Welcome to Eclipse Island, home of the Eclipse Foundation of Morgan. Please head back to your ships and head through the harbor's opening." Akeno and the others went back to their ships and into the harbor without another question.
