Akeno looked around, she was in a room on a cruise ship. Suddenly, she saw flashes of light on the horizon which were follow by a loud BOOM! The ship began to rock, she stumbled towards the door and out into the hall which had fancy décor, the emergency alarms were blaring. The ship had started leaning to left when she got the stairs to deck with the lifeboats. She heard the thumping of helicopter rotors as she started to descend before the ship rocked again and she fell forward down the stairs. Akeno bolted upright, breathing hard. She looked around, she was in the hotel room that was booked for her. It was just a nightmare. What was that ship she was on? It wasn't the ship she lost her parents on all those years ago. She looked at the clock: 6:58 AM. She got dressed and left her room only to run into Moka-chan. "You didn't sleep well either?" She whispered. "No," Moka whispered back, then later asked, "Did you also get a book about the Eclipse Dreadnought class of ship?" Akeno nodded. They went out of the hotel and to the beach. They looked at their ships, anchored at the harbor. They walked, barefoot, along the beach. Moka-chan said that she was on a cruise ship in her dream as well and knew the name of the ship: The Crystal Ruby. Akeno wondered if her dream of being on that ship had something to do with her losing her parents when they heard humming. It was coming from where the grass met the sand. A beautiful voice was humming a tune to an unknown song. It was the aircraft carrier Christina Green's captain, Julie Harris, was sitting back, humming the tune. She stopped as she noticed the two girls watching her. "Sorry," Akeno told her. "Why are you apologizing?" She asked Akeno. "We didn't mean to interrupt your song," Moka-chan said. "That was song that my brother wrote when we were kids, so I decided to hum it to remember him," Julie told them. "Where is your brother?" Akeno asked. "Dead, he died during the Eclipse Harbor Attack. When the EF-01 or the EFN Gato exploded. There's an issue with the Eclipse Dreadnought class' energy crystal. The crystal, aside from powering the whole ship, has the unfortunate side effect of increasing the crew's hostility depending on the power consumed. They'll attack unarmed vessels if no radio communication is made after three attempted radio calls," She told them. "Why did the ship explode?" Moka-chan asked. "The crystal reacts very violently after being shattered. It explodes with the force of a nuke and carries the electromagnetic pulse that goes with it. The crystal was very sensitive, a slight tap could cause it to blow," She explained. Akeno felt bad that today marked the day of her brother's death. Yet, it was nice to see she'd let go of the pain. "Captain!" Came a voice from her right. It was Rin Shiretoko, her girlfriend. "You should go with your friends," Julie told them. "What about you?" Moka-chan asked. "I have somewhere I need to be," She told her. She got up and left them in confusion.
