Our story begins in a lonely pod in the midst of a snowy night, where there seemed to be a bit of light illuminating the inside of it.

Inside the pod, Mr. Dinkles was seen sitting in an easy chair by the fireplace, wearing a red-and-green bathrobe with sleeves (despite not having any arms), and was drinking cocoa in a small mug beside it through a straw.

He then turned his head towards the fourth wall and said, "Why, hello there. Welcome to my humble abode on this blustery Trollsmas Eve night. Perhaps you are here to warm up, so, as we sit by the fire, allow me to indulge you in a wonderful story full of holiday magic."

He then looked up to the bookshelf that was near the fireplace, where a mysterious wave of magic made a big red book float down to Mr. Dinkles and open up when it landed in front of him.

But, Mr. Dinkles didn't read from the book just yet, as he stated to the fourth wall, "Once a year, there's a marvelous night, When enchantment and wonder spark and take flight."

Outside the pod, a shiny star that was shining bright in the sky seemed to unleash a bit of special light that made its way into the pod and weaved around the decorations inside the pod.

All while Mr. Dinkles kept explaining it, saying, "Each home fills with joy on this grand holiday, With hearts growing warm in a magical way. The rooms are covered with wreaths. The mantel has stockings beneath. Lights twinkle and bells brightly chime."

When the light made the bells by the door chime, Mr. Dinkles then stated, "The moment's arrived, it's here, Trollsmas time."

The light from the star even made the radio on the table next to Mr. Dinkles turn on and play Trollsmas music on it.

Then, Mr. Dinkles turned his head and looked at the fourth wall from a different angle, saying, "Three precious ornaments hang from our tree. What secrets they hold? Let's look and we'll see."

He then turned his head and saw that hanging on the branches of a nearby, beautifully decorated Trollsmas tree were three special ornaments, but what were they? We would have to see.

The first ornament that the light from the star shined around and illuminated was an ornament of a nutcracker.

While the view of the nutcracker ornament was prominent, Mr. Dinkles' voice spoke in the background, saying, "The first tells a tale for us all to hear. About the love of a gift a Troll holds so dear. While it may seem silly to hold much feelings for a gift, this story shows how the love a girl gives it can make even a toy's spirits lift."

Our first tale begins a long time ago, way out in the snowy plains of Lonesome Flats. Yes, even the desert environment of Lonesome Flats sometimes had cool spells that allowed snow to fall and reside there for a while, and this was one of those times.

Not too far away from the town of Lonesome Flats, there was a large farm called Ringer Farm, where so many delicious crops grew, and farm animals of all kinds lived happily, being well-kept by the Trolls that were raising them.

Inside the house, which was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous Trollsmas tree, beautiful garland and decorations of all kind, at the moment, was where all the action was happening.

There was a Trollsmas party, and guests were currently in the house, chatting and having fun together.

In the house currently were two Country Trolls that were hanging around by the tree.

One of them was a tall female Country Troll with pale orange skin, sandy brown hair that was up in a ponytail, orange eyes, a mud-brown nose, a brown horse tail, a gold nose ring, and gold horseshoe-shaped earrings. She was currently wearing a red-and-white polka-dotted bandanna tied on her head like a bandanna and a white frilly dress with silver ruffle linings on the ends of her dress. She was currently getting some of the guests that came through the door.

The other Country Troll by the tree was also a female Country Troll, who was shorter and looked younger than the older female Country Troll near them was. They had dusty yellow skin, swamp green hair that was straight, except for two small braids they had (one on each side of her head) that they wore in the front, lime green eyes, a yellow nose, and a dark brown tail, and they was currently wearing a light blue, sparkly tuxedo suit, with a snow white tuxedo shirt underneath the tuxedo jacket, a black tie tied, matching light blue sparkly dress pants, and on their head was a silver, glittery headband with a white listening snowflake clip on the headband that shined brighter than the stars in the sky. They was currently looking at the presents, wondering what could possibly be inside of them.

The older female Country Troll by the tree saw what the younger one was doing and commented, "Clara, y'all know we ken't open presents yet till our uncle comes."

"Ay know, Fritza," the now identified Troll replied, "But it don't mean ay ken't be excaated 'bout what maheet be insaade these here boxes. Think one ov 'em maheet be faw us"?

The older female Country Troll chuckled and approached her little sister, saying, "These gifts are maw laakely faw the guests. Ayn' even if there are any in there faw us, we ken't open any gifts till Trollsmas morning; it's tradishun."

Clara rolled their eyes and replied, "Ay know, ay know."

Luckily, Fritza knew just how to cheer her little sister up, saying, "Hey, chin up, we still have plenty of fun ta do 'round here. How about ayy lil' holiday carol ta set the mood raheet"?

Clara smiled, saying, "Alraheet, ay do love ayy good holiday song."

Fritza chuckled and trotted to where there was a small set of jingle bells, picking them up, and beginning to shake them, producing a fancy, gentle tune.

All the guests turned around, heard the music starting to play, and smiled, thinking it was catchy. A few of the guests even pulled out their own instruments to accompany the sound of the jingle bells.

Clara started to square dance in place as they sang in front of the guests, who danced along to the music with their friends/partners, while Fritza accompanied her with back-up vocals

After the pair had concluded singing, the guests had applauded, enjoying the musical performance.

Fritza and Clara both bowed towards the crowd.

Then, they heard a chuckle and a voice that said, "My, what ayy wonderful performance, ya two."

Both Country Trolls turned their heads and saw a male Country Troll walking through the doorway, holding two wrapped boxes. The Troll had dull pink-skin with green hair, a matching green tail, eyebrows, and long green mustache, as well as a blue nose, and was wearing a simple white long sleeve shirt, a black tuxedo jacket, matching black pants, a red bowtie, and a monocle over his right eye.

The girls immediately knew who it was, as they grinned, saying, "Uncle Moustachemeyer," and galloped to him, hugging their uncle.

The uncle happily reciprocated the hug, saying, "How are my favorite nieces"?

"Doin' just faane, uncle," Fritza replied.

"Yeah, we're just faane ayn' dandy, uncle," Clara commented.

Uncle Moustachemeyer chuckled and tousled Fritz'a and Clara's hair, saying, "It brings me so much joy to see you both. It has been so long."

"Yeah, we haven't seen ya since Clara was ayy baby," Fritza pointed out.

"Whel, my work has made me travel all ovuurr the world, blessin' households with many ov my woodworks, but naw mattuurr what, ay always will faand taame ta spend with those ay cherish most: my family," Uncle Moustachemeyer commented.

As Fritza and Clara then stepped back after hugging their uncle, letting him enter the house, Moustachemeyer then said, "Ayn' ay come bearing special gifts, one faw each ov ya."

"This one is faw ya, Fritza," he said while giving Fritza a large orange box with a green ribbon.

"Ayn' this one is faw ya, Clara," he said while giving Clara a medium-sized blue box with a purple ribbon.

"Ooh! Ken we open 'em now," Clara asked excitedly while trying to get a feel of what was inside the present they got.

Fritza chuckled, holding her own present under her arm, saying, "Clara, we have ta wait till' tomorrow morning, remembuurr"?

"Actually,y'all are more than welcome ta open them if ya want," Uncle Moustachemeyer replied, seeing how excited his nieces looked.

Clara smiled brightly as they and Fritza began to open the gifts their uncle gave them.

Fritza was the first to finish unwrapping her box and opening it, as inside was a wood whittling kit. The older Country Troll was very happy to receive this, saying, "wow, my own whittlin' kit"!

"Ay figured since y'all laake ta carve wood in your free taame when ya ain't managin' the farm, y'all could use ayy kit ta learn how ta carve some basic wood shapes, laake ay did when ay was your age. With enough practice, y'all ken become as good ayy wordsmith just laake me," Uncle Moustachemeyer commented in reply.

Fritza beamed happily while hugging her uncle, saying, "Thanks, Uncle Moustachemeyer."

Clara soon got their present unwrapped and open the lid of her box, and what they saw made Clara very intrigued.

Inside the box was what looked like a little wooden statue of a Troll with black skin, jagged Rock ears, each having a small gold earring, red eyes, a grey Pop nose, and he was wearing a large, tall red hat with gold brass embroiderments on it and a black rim, and on its body was a matching suit red with gold embroiderments, a yellow belt, white gloves on its hands, dark grey pants, and black boots on its feet.

Clara held the statue close to them, looking at all its features, as they smiled, saying, "It's so cute! But...what is it"?

Uncle Moustachemeyer trotted over to Clara, saying, "That there was something ay whittled up over the months; it's called ayy nutcrackuurr."

"Ayy nutcrackuurr? What does it do," Clara asked while holding the nutcracker in their arms.

Uncle Moustachemeyere answered, "Ay'll show ya," and pulled a walnut from his moustache. He then showed Clara a lever the nutcracker had in the back, and lifted it, opening its mouth, showing it had some jagged, but sturdy teeth, and placed the nut inside the nutcracker's mouth. Then, he pushed down on the lever gently, and it cracked the nut open, leaving the shell to flutter onto the floor.

"Wow," Clara commented in awe.

"Yep, it helps crack open them pesky nuts. In fact, whenever ay use ayy nutcracker to open nuts, it remaands me ov an old folktale that the inspirashun behaand creating the nutcrackuurr was formed on."

"Y'all ken tell huurr the tale, uncle Moustachemeyer. Ay'm gonna show maw the kit," Fritza commented while trotting away to find her and Clara's mother.

Uncle Moustachemeyer walked over to a nearby easy chair and sat down, with Clara sitting on the floor in front of him and holding their new nutcracker close to them, while Uncle Moustachemeyer began to explain, "Now, this story was said ta have happened many moons ago. There was once ayy king ayn' queen who ruled ovuurr ayy lovely kingdom."

The story began to proceed, showing a beautiful, glistening castle that stood tall over a massive, glorious kingdom.

Inside the castle was the king and queen, who were both Pop Trolls. One of them, the queen, had pink skin, magenta hair tied up in a high ponytail, pink eyes, and a dark pink nose, who was wearing a long purple dress with long sleeves, and a dark blue queen's cape over her shoulders. The other one, the king, had teal skin, black hair that stayed straight up, teal eyes, a light purple nose, who wore a white long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and a red king's jacket over his outfit.

"They ruled the kingdom together happily and loved to encourage the Trolls who they ruled over to make all kinds of music of all different kinds of genres. But it was not only music that brought them joy."

The king and queen saw two Trolls approach them inside the castle. One was a female Country Troll with orange skin, big curly auburn red hair, a pink nose, green eyes, who was wearing a purple coat shoal over her shoulders, white pants, and had a long green horse tail sticking out. The other Troll was a female Rock Troll with dark grey skin, a chipped ear, pink eyes, a faded pink nose, silver earrings on her eyes, and a bright red mohawk, and wore a black sweater vest, showing light grey long-sleeves from a shirt she was wearing underneath and had fishnets on her legs.

Both Trolls bowed towards the rulers.

The queen smiled and pulled out a basket that had some candied fruit and chocolate cakes, giving it to the female Country Troll.

The king smiled and pulled out a present, giving it to the female Rock Troll, who o[opened it and saw that inside was a new speaker, making her smile happily.

"They loved to be so generous to the other Trolls and help them out however they could. Whether with food, or new supplies, whatever was needed, they always offered enough to help their fellow people."

The female Country Troll and female Rock Troll bowed their heads in gratitude.

"And it was not only the royals who loved to spread kindness."

Outside the castle, there was a Kitty Critter who had its paw trapped between two long pieces of wood. It whimpered in pain, desperately trying to free its paw, but to little success. Then, a shadow appeared and used his sword to cut through the wood with ease, freeing the Kitty Critter's paw.

The shadow was revealed to be a Troll who looked exactly like Clara's nutcracker, except he was alive, and had a warm smile after freeing the Kitty Critter, petting it under its chin before letting it return home.

"One of the castle guards was a kind and caring Troll named Sidney. He went out of his way to help anyone in need, no matter how small or large the issue was."

Sidney then returned to his position and continued his patrol of the castle.

"One day, it was the night before Trollsmas, and the king and queen were throwing a special holiday ball, and everyone far and wide was invited to attend."

A new scene showed the night sky, and inside the castle, there was a massive party going on. Tables lined with food, decorations hung all over the interior of the castle, and everyone was having fun, dancing to the music, chatting with one another, and having loads of holiday fun.

There was a band performing, playing some music, while different pairs of Trolls were dancing a glorious waltz along to the music.

Sidney was standing in position on guard duty, and was watching the party going on, smiling and feeling the melody of the music liven things up.

"But, not everyone felt as joyous as the kingdom did."

Suddenly, out of the blue, someone swung the doors open, and stormed into the ballroom, his presence making all the Trolls, especially the king and queen, gasp in shock. The new Troll had indigo/purple skin, flowing dark red hair with even darker red highlights, a matching mustache, heart-shaped chest hair on his chest, purple eyes, and wore black latheather pants, a magenta king's cape, and a gold crown on his head, while holding a diamond gold saxophone.

"A jealous Troll known as the Note King was envious, and wanted to control all the joy and music in the kingdom."

He puffed his chest out in pride, saying, "I shall have you all under my control! For I am the Note King, and music should only belong to ME"!

Sidney then leaped forward, staring down the Note King, while saying, "Hold it right there, sire! you shall not hurt these innocent Trolls"!

"And who are you supposed to be, you dorky drummer boy," the Note King asked sarcastically.

Sidney pulled out his sword, saying, "I am Sidney, and I am the loyal guard of the king and queen! And you shall not hurt them or any of these fellow Trolls! Even if it means defeating you in battle, I will give my own life to protect them"!

The Note King cackled, saying, "If you wish to "Dance" with me, I will fight you, but I will easily defeat you and have control of all the music in the world."

Sidney then leaped forward, charging with his sword, as the Note King blocked it with his saxophone, the pair caught in a scuffle.

"Lunging into the battle, Sidney and the Note King fought tirelessly on end, not wanting to give up on ether side."

They fought tirelessly, with Sidney pulling out all the stops to fend the Note King and keep him away from the king and queen.

Soon, one sword swipe knocked the Note King off his feet, weakening him, as the crowd cheered for Sidney's heroism.

"Everyone thought the Note King was defeated, but he still had one sneaky trick up his sleeve."

But the Note King was very resentful, saying, "Oh yeah? Well, may soundwaves corner you like they should, and turn you into a statue of wood," before blowing into his saxophone, creating a magic melody that blasted Sidney and surrounded him in a tornado of music. When the tornado died down, Sidney was no longer a simple guard, but he had turned into a nutcracker, much to the shock of everyone.

The visitors, and the king and queen, gasped in horror in what had happened to poor Sidney.

"Using dark music, the Note King had turned Sidney into a nutcracker, a lifeless nutcracker, with no way to turn him back."

The Note King cackled, saying, "I may have been bested this time, but I will be back! and I will defeat him once and for all when I do," before he mysteriously teleported away before any Troll could catch him.

After the Note King was gone, the king went and picked up the nutcracker, looking at it, wondering what was to become of it.

"Ayn' since then, it's been said that ta this day, the nutcrackuurr that Sidney was turned inta still remains, ayn' there has yet ta be any sign aw solushun ta change him back," Uncle Moustachemeyer concluded.

Clara was in awe of the story, saying, "Wow! So, do ya think there would evuurr be ayy way ta change him back"?

Uncle Mousachemeyer chuckled, saying, "Well, there is one possible solushun that some have theorized would work, if possible. If ayy special girl were to fall in love with the nutcrackuurr ayn' show him compassion and kindness, it maheet be strong enough ta break the curse of the Note King's magik."

Clara looked at their nutcracker and hugged it, saying, "Whel, ay'm gonna love this here nutcracker forevuurr ayn' evuurr. He's cute, ayn' ay ken tell it's somethin' very special."

"Hey, Clara," a female voice shouted.

Clara looked up and saw Fritza galloping over to her excitedly, saying, "Y'all ain't gonna believe what-," but she slid too fast and fell into the floor, crashing into her little sister, and making Clara drop the nutcracker.

When the nutcracker fell onto the floor, one of its arms fell off, making Clara gasp in shock.

They held the broken arm and the nutcracker, saying, "Fritza! Y'all broke my nutcrackuurr"!

Fritza saw what happened and felt bad, saying, "Ay'm sorry, sistuurr. Ay didn't mean ta, it was an accident."

Clara cradled the nutcracker close, saying, "Don't be sad, lil nutcrackuurr. Even if y'all were missin' an arm, ay'd still love ya."

Uncle Moustachemeyer approached Clara, saying, "It's gonna be alraheet. Ay know just how we ken fix this."

He pulled out a white handkerchief from his pocket and gently placed the arm back onto the nutcracker before wrapping it up carefully so it'd stay in place and not fall off again. Once the knot was tight and tied just right, he gave the nutcracker back to Clara, saying, "This sling should help hold his arm in place until ay ken get some glue from my shop tomorrow."

Clara didn't even seem to mind as they was relieved the nutcracker was ok, saying, "Ayy sling faw ayy brave soldier. Y'all are gonna still be fightin' fit ta protect us, ain't ya, nutcrackuurr"?

"Why are y'all talking ta it? It's just ayy doll, Clara," Fritza pointed out.

"This nutcrackuurr is mawe than just ayy doll, Fritza," Clara retorted, saying, "He's ayy brave solider, ayn' someday, he's gonna come back ta laafe ayn' we're gonna be togethuurr."

Fritza thought her sister was joking, as she said, "Raheet. Anyways, maw says hat it's time ta help serve the figgy puddin' ayn' we need ta help huurr."

Clara kept the nutcracker in their arms while they followed their older sister to help with serving the food.

Later on, after the party was over, and all the guests had gone, the house was left quiet and calm.

Clara was sitting by the Trollsmas Tree, playing with the nutcracker, pretending it was marching across the skirt of the tree.

"Y'all were probably an amazin' soldier, huh, nutcrackuurr? Y'all must've been so brave, ayn' y'all still are. Ay ken feel it," Clara told the nutcracker doll.

Clara imagined the nutcracker was dancing in front of them as they smiled, saying, "Ayn' y'all seem ta be quite the dancuurr."

"Are y'all still talking ta the doll," Fritza asked, already changed into her pajamas, and standing by the hallway as she approached Clara.

"Fritza, the nutcrackuur ain't just ayy doll; it's ayy special Troll," Clara told Fritza, adding, "He's under ayy curse ov the Note King."

"Troll? Note King? Did Uncle Moustachemeyer tell ya one ov his stories again? Those are just folktales, they ain't real," Fritza commented.

"Ay know this one is real, ay ken feel it," Clara retorted, saying, "Ayn' ay vow ta love this nutcrackuurr forevuurr ayn' evuurr."

Fritza rolled her eyes, saying, "Faane, but y'all do know that dolls don't come ta laafe, rhaeet? Ay mean, fi your nutcrackuurr even did, what would it even do"?

Clara looked at the nutcracker and smiled, saying while closing their eyes, "Ay imagine it'd take my hand ayn' we'd travel ta ayy magical place. Ayy place where we would dance ayn' have fun."

"We ken dance ayn' have fun here too, watch," Fritza said before square dancing in front of her little sister, saying, "Come on, join in! Y'all love ta square dance."

Clara chuckled while answering, "Nawht that kaand ov dancin', but it is fun. Ay mean, we'd do ayy special dance on ice, we'd glaade across it, ayn' there'd be fairies ayn' little toys, ayn a lot of magic ayn'-,"

Fritza sighed before saying, "Y'all really got some imaginashun ta be comin' up with these kaands ov things."

"Ay don't just think it; ay know it. It'll happen someday, ayn' ay ken't wait faw when it does," Clara replied back.

Fritza then said, "Whel, it's past sleepin' taame, so, ay'm gonna hit the hay. Ya comin'"?

"Ay'll be there in ayy bit; ay just want ta be with the nutcrackuurr ayy lil' longuurr," Clara commented while having the nutcracker pretend to march again.

Fritza sighed before turning around and trotting over to the bedroom.

Clara laid by the base of the tree and kept playing with the nutcracker, saying, "Y'all really are special, ya know that? Ay really wish ay ken meet ya one day."

Clara let out a small yawn, saying, "Ay would let ya know how much ay love ya ayn'...we'd...get to...be...," before she slowly felt their eyes becoming heavy, and while hugging the nutcracker, they smiled and fell fast asleep by the Trollsmas tree.

Hours later, the clock on the wall chimed, indicating it was midnight.

Clara seemed to awaken from their slumber, yawning while saying, "What taame is it? How long was ay out faw"?

But when they looked up at the clock and see what time it was, there was something very off at first: how much HIGHER the clock seemed to be. In fact, to her, there were a lot of things that seemed to be higher now.

Clara looked around in confusion, saying, "Dang! Eithuurr ay'm still sleepin' ayn' this is some weird dream, aw everything's gotten much taller now."

When they turned around to see the tree and saw the tree and even the presents were a lot bigger now, that made them look down at their hands and gasp, saying, "Scratch that, they ain't biggurr; ay'm smalluurr now! Ay shrunk"!

Clara trotted around the base of the tree and saw that the lids of the presents were now open, naming them ask, "What happened here? Did some present thief sneak inta the house"?

What they didn't see where ayy bunch of silhouettes watching the little Country Troll from behind the open gift boxes.

What got Clara's attention was the sound of a horn squeaking, making them turn around and ask, "Who's there"?

There was no reply at first, making them ask again, "Is someone ovuurr there? Come on out"!

On that reply, there was another horn squeak as Clara's curiosity got the better of them, making them walk over to one of the gift boxes.

When Clara looked behind it, what they saw was quite the shock: a little wind-up musician with glittery silvery skin, white hair, and wearing big square sunglasses, along with a blue marching band outfit, and holding a horn in his right hand.

The wind-up toy turned its head and walked to Clara, saying, "Dang, strong horse lady, you found me! Haha, you win"!

Clara couldn't believe their eyes, asking, "Are...are y'all...alaave"?

The wind-up toy nodded, saying, "You bet; Tiny Tooter is reving and moving around! Just like my friends"!

"Friends," Clara asked, looking around.

"Incoming," a voice shouted as Clara ducked their head and saw that a yellow toy airplane with a dark blue propeller, and a pink bow on the tail of the plane, flying above them, before landing beside Tiny Tooter, saying, "Oh my guh, that was a cool dive bomb"!

Clara was surprised yet again, saying, "Y'all...are toys"!

"You bet we are! I'm the Air Smidgian," the plane replied happily, adding, "Don't worry, the rest of our friends should be here very soon."

Clara heard voices before being greeted to the sight of seeing a large group of toys coming toward them.

In the group of toys, there were 2 soldiers (one was lavender-skinned and had purple hair tied up in pigtails while the other one had orange skin and short brown hair), 5 dolls (two of them were a twin set with the same colored hair (except one of them wore a pink dress and the other one wore a cerulean dress), two more were another twin set (one doll had wavy purple hair and wore a matching purple dress and the other one had curly pink hair up in puffballs and wore a yellow dress), and the fifth doll had large light green hair held with a gold feathery headband and wore a gold sparkly dress), a toy ambulance with a driver (the driver had red skin and wavy dark blue hair) with 3 nurses (one nurse had blue skin and held a yellow-and-pink teddybear in his arms, one nurse had purple skin, long dark blue hair tied in a lot ponytail, and dark purple glasses on her face as she held a book under her arm, and the other nurse had silvery glittered skin and white hair, and had a first-aid kit in his hand),3 robots (two of the robots looked like twins (except one had a pink antenna, and the other one had a purple antenna), and one had gold eyes, while the other one had blue eyes), and the fifth robot had a gols scarf wrapped around his neck) 4 music players like Tiny Tooter (one had dark purple skin and had a DJ turntable, one had red skin and had a tambourine, one had grey dull skin and had a snare drum, and the other had yellow glittery skin and had a flute), a soccer ball (it was blue with dark blue traingle designs), 2 teddy bear (one was silver, had dark purple eyes, and it had a magenta heart on its chest and wore DJ headphones, while the other was orange, nad green eyes, and wore a white shirt with a magenta rim on top and blue jeans along with a little cowgirl hat on its its head), and an angel doll (it had hot pink skin, lavendar hair with pink highlights, dark purple eyes, white feathery wings, and wore a white dress with a gold halo ring sticking out from the top).

Clara could not believe all the toys that they was seeing; there were so many!

"Woohoo! Look at our new friend, y'all, she's fun," the orange teddy bear commented.

"Indeed, she does look rather marvelous," the flute player commented.

"Uh, thanks, but as ayy head up, ay prefer they/them pronouns," Clara commented.

The toys happily understood, with the doll in the sparkly dress saying, "Then, let us rephrase: they look rather marvelous."

"The nutcracker did say that his new friend was very sweet and charming," the small robot with the purple antenna commented.

Clara gasped, asking, "Wait, who said that"?

There was the sound of marching, as the toys all knew who was marching, and made a path so he could come forward, and Clara was stunned to see that it was none other than the nutcracker himself!

The nutcracker smiled as he approached Clara, kneeling down while saying, "It is an honor to meet you at last, Clara. You're just as beautiful in person as your voice is."

Clara couldn't help but blush, smiling shyly while saying, "Oh gosh, ay...uh..whel...t-thank, y'all. But, how is all this...happening"?

The nutcracker stood up, saying, "It's the magic of Trollsmas. It lets toys come to life for a period of time, and it lets magical things happen, like me finally getting to meet the special girl who is very caring. I have head the many wondrous things you've told me."

"Ya...have," Clara asked, blushing again.

The nutcracker smiled, saying, "Yes, and I will say this: there has never been a Troll who has shown me this much kindness before. I'm usually used to being the one offering kindness."

Clara grinned, saying, "Whel, in the story my uncle Moustachemeyer told me, he said that you, the nutcracker, was ayy kaand soul. Ayn' ay believe those who give kindness should deserve ta receive some. Aftuurr all, you're special, in mawe ways than one."

The nutcracker felt touched, saying, "Clara, I sense a heart of gold in you, and I am happy to see that your words match the feel of your gold heart. Words can't express how much I love you."

Clara felt their face heat up again as they shyly giggled in response.

"Ooh," all the female toys said in awww.

"Kiss him," the angel shouted.

The nutcracker then asked, "Say, Clara, would you...happen to sing"?

Clara nodded, as the nutcracker asked, "Please, will you sing something for us? We'd love to hear you; I'd love to hear you."

Clara nodded as she gestured the toy band players to play some music, as she started to sing what she felt in her heart.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Do You Hear What I Hear by Carrie Underwood~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Buckaroo: Said the night wind to the little lamb, "Do you see what I see? Way up in the sky, little lamb, do you see what I see?"
A star, a star, dancing in the night, with a tail as big as a kite. With a tail as big as a kite.
Some of the toys started to join in as backup vocals alongside Clara as the nutcracker began to dance in front of the girl, making Clara blush while they saw the nutcracker move so gracefully across the floor.
Buckaroo: Said the little lamb to the shepherd boy, "Do you hear what I hear (Toys: Do you hear what I hear?)? Ringing through the sky, shepherd boy, do you hear what I hear (Toys: Do you hear what I hear?)"?
A song, a song, high above the trees, with a voice as big as the a voice as big as the sea
Said the shepherd boy to the mighty king, "Do you know what I know (Toys: Do you know what I know?)? In your palace wall, mighty king, do you know what I know (Toys: Do you know what I know?)"?
A child, a child, shivers in the cold; let us bring him silver and gold. Let us bring him silver and gold.
The nutcracker then took Clara by their hands and the pair began to dance together across the floor, hand-in-hand, with Clara looking lovingly into the nutcracker's eyes, and him doing the same.
Buckaroo: Said the king to the people everywhere, "Listen to what I say (Toys: Listen to what I say)! Wish for peace, people everywhere; listen to what I say (Toys: Listen to what I say)"!
The child, the child, sleeping in the night; he will bring us goodness and light. He will bring us goodness and light.
He will bring us goodness and light.
After the song had concluded, and the pair had finished their dance, all of the toys were cheering.
The nutcracker bowed towards Clara, saying, "You sing like an angel, as your beauty and grace reflects on the beauty of your kind heart. Marvelous performance, Clara."
Clara gave a small curtsey in gratitude, blushing heavily.
Suddenly, there was the sound of cackling in the air as one of the nurses, the glittery-skinned one, shouted, "Oh no! It can't be"!
"It's him," the lavendar-skinned soldier shouted.
"He's back," the blue-skinned nurse shouted.
"Who's back," Clara asked fearfully.
There was a black mist that rolled along the floor as all the toys and Clara huddled together to see who would emerge from it.
When the mist settled, in their presence, much to the shock of Clara, was none other than the Note King, who cackled evilly.
"Note King," the nutcracker declared, standing protectively in front of Clara and the other toys.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't the nutcracker. It's been way too long, but I've come back, and I'm here to exact vengeance on you and your loved ones," the Note King declared.
The nutcracker glared at the Note King, saying, "Not on my watch. I have defeated you before, and I will certainly defeat you again."
"Nutcrackuurr, wait, what if he hurts ya," Clara asked worryingly.
The nutcracker saw how worried Clara looked as he offered a reassuring smile, saying, "I'll be alright, I promise, my princess."
The nutcracker pulled out his sword, saying, "You shall fall to the power of my mighty sword, once and for all"!
The Note King wielded out his saxophone, saying, "Your sword is useless to the power of my mighty sax, and blew into it, sending a shocking soundwave.
The nutcracker leaped up to dodge it and struck the Note King, who blocked it with his saxophone.
The pair engaged in a heartfelt battle, trying to hit one another hard with their weapons.
The toy and Clara cheered on the nutcracker, who fought as valiantly as possible.
But the Note King was sneaky, and found ways to send shocking soundwaves of music at the nutcracker, making him drop to the floor.
One powerful soundwave sent him to the floor, and sent his sword flying, stuck on top of the couch cushion, rendering him weaponless.
Everyone gasped in fright when they saw the Note King close to victory, as he declared while standing over the nutcracker's body, "Well, it seems the table have turned. Time to put you to sleep forever, nutcracker."
The nutcracker braced for what was to come, closing his eyes, and anticipating what the evil Note King would do.
However, before the Note King could even blow another note from his saxophone, something hit him in the back of his head, causing the Note King to fall over and pass out, evaporating into dark energy, and disappearing.
The nutcracker sat up and saw that what had hit the Note King was...a gold horseshoe. He picked it up and saw it had come from Clara, who trotted over to the nutcracker, balancing one leg out since it was the one they grabbed the horseshoe from, and helped the nutcracker up, saying, "Nutcracker! Are y'all ok"?
The nutcracker nodded, smiling while saying, "I am now. Thanks to your heroic deed, Clara. I am forever in your debt, and I can't ever thank you for your kindness and brave spirit in protecting me like that."
"Whel, y'all do so much faw othuurrs, ay wanted ta do somethin' faw ya for ayy change. Aftuurr all, ay love ya so much, ayn' ay couldn't bear ta see you hurt aw worse," Clara commented.
The toys were cheering in victory, celebrating that the Note King was finally gone and the nutcracker was safe. They all worked together to pick him up, as well as Clara, and they tossed them up and down while cheering.
Suddenly, the nutcracker was surrounded by a special light magic, making him float up while asking, "Hey, what's going on"? While the toys placed Clara back down, everyone watched as they saw the nutcracker float around, the magic enveloping him.
Inside the cloud of magic, the nutcracker watched as he saw some of his wooden features...fading away. His wooden fingers started to become regular fingers, his wooden feet felt like regular feet again, and the stick that was behind him on his back vanished, and he even felt his wooden jaw become a regular jaw again.
By the time that the magic was done taking away his wooden features and turning him back into a real Troll again, he was soon floated back down to the ground, and was standing on his feet, showing off his now real Troll appearance.
All of the toys, especially Clara, were stunned to see this, as Clara had a huge smile, saying, "Nutcrackuurr...you're free"!
The nutcracker looked down and saw that he was no longer a wooden nutcracker anymore, but he was himself again! He was a real Troll! He was...himself again!
The now former nutcracker smiled, saying, "I've been freed! Freed from the curse of the Note King...thanks to you, Clara."
Clara was surprised, asking, "Me? How did ay help"?
"Your kindness and love was strong enough to help break through the dark magic and brought me back to myself, my true self."
Clara smiled, saying, "Honestly, any way you are, ay could care less, because ay love ya faw ya, nutcrackuur. Oh, wait, my bad...Sidney. Ay love ya faw ya, Sidney."
Sidney smiled, holding Clara's hand while saying, "You can call me Sid for short if you want."
Clara giggled while blushing, saying, "Ok, Sid."
Sidney then got down on one knee, saying, "Clara, there's a place I wish to take you to, a special place where we should celebrate this moment together."
Sidney then turned around to face the toys, saying, "And you all are invited to come as well, because you're all so much fun to hang out with, and we should all celebrate the defeat of the Note King together."
With a snap of his fingers, a special shooting star came into the room and surrounded the group, transporting them to a far-off land, but where exactly was still a mystery.
They soon arrived to a place where there was snow on the ground, and the sky was pink, but there was something extra special about this place: everything...was made of sweets!
The trees were big stalks of chocolate, the vines were made of cherry licorice, there were gumdrop bushes with gummy fruit growing on them, gingerbread houses, a chocolate pond, and so much more.
Clara couldn't believe her eyes: this place looked absolutely amazing! In excitement, they exclaimed, "Y'all! Laake...y'all! There's so many sweets here"!
Sidney smiled, saying, "Welcome to the Land of Sweets."
"Is it called that because being next ta ya makes it even sweetuurr," Clara asked playfully, chuckling when they saw Sidney blushing with a shy smile.
Sidney and the toys showed Clara around the Land of Sweets, and during the tour, they came across a gingerbread cookie Troll with pink frosting that was approaching them, saying in a sweet female voice, "Welcome, visitors, to the Land of Sweets! I'm PopRock Poppy! What brings you here"?
Sidney knelt down towards the cookie Troll, saying, "Hi there, PopRock Poppy, nice to see you again."
PopRock Poppy saw that Sidney wasn't a nutcracker anymore, making her gasp, saying, "Sidney! you're...you! Does this mean the curse was broken"?
"Indeed it was, thanks to the help from this sweet lady here," Sidney replied, pointing to Clara, who saved while blushing.
PopRock Poppy squealed excitedly, saying, "I must share the news with the others," and quickly ran off to tell her friends.
PopRock Poppy came across a group of cookie Trolls; one had green frosting, one had yellow frosting, one had red frosting, one had orange frosting, one had purple frosting, one had silver frosting, and the last cookie Troll had blue frosting. She ran to them, saying, "Trollizart, NesQuincy, Barbzooka Bubble, Milk DuDelta, Tootsiellex, Re-Essence's Pieces, StarBranch! The nutcracker has returned, but the spell has been broken"!
"Oh my pumpkin pie! Faw reals," Milk DuDelta asked excitedly.
"He's no longer a nutcracker," StarBranch asked.
"Huzzah! The curse has been broken! We need to let the Magic Suagr Plum Troll know," Trollizart commented.
"I'll go let her know," Tootsiellex volunteered, adding, "I've been wanting to see her again."
"Because you're in love with her," Barbzooka Bubble asked, making Tootsiellex blush as he went to find the Magic Sugar Plum Troll.
Meanwhile, while the cookie Trolls went to spread the word to the other candy residents in the Land of Sweets and were celebrating with the other toys, Sidney led Clara to a special spot that he wanted to show them, saying, "This place is my favorite spot here."
Clara looked and saw that it was a simply frozen lake where the water appeared to be frozen seltzer, spotting the sparkly glittery carbonated bubbles under the ice.
Clara smiled, saying, This is so beautiful."
"Not as beautiful as you are," Sidney commented, making Clara blush as she kissed Sidney on the cheek, causing him to nervously chuckle, mainly out of shyness since he had not received a kiss before.
They approached the lake, with Clara saying, "Do y'all laake ta skate"?
"Ay love to skate here, but it's always more fun with a friend. Care to join me"?
Clara looked down at their hooves nervously while saying, "Ay'd love ta, but ay don't know how ta skate. Ayn' even if ay wanted ta, ay don't have any skates."
"Not a problem; allow me to help you with that," a new, gentle voice asked.
Both of them looked up and saw that flying towards them was a Troll with pink skin, sparkly rainbow eyes, long flowing rainbow-colored hair with a red-and-white headband on her head, and beautiful wings, who was wearing a colorful rainbow dress with long sleeves, white gloves, the dress decorated with patterns of all kinds of candies and sweets, and in her hand was a long staff with a microphone on top of it.
The Troll smiled, saying, "Nice to meet you, young Clara. Nutcracker, it is an honor to see you again, and free from the curse."
"Yes, it was thanks to Clara that the curse was broken after she had helped defeat the Note King," Sidney confessed.
The Troll was surprised, smiling while saying, "Oh my! At long last, that dreaded fiend is finally defeated! Clara, we all here commend your heroic service. Allow me to introduce myself; I am the Magic Sugar Plum Troll."
Clara bowed at the Troll, saying, "Ayy pleasure ta meet you, ma'am."
"Now, we shall host a little celebration in honor of this. Come on, come all! we shall dance and commemorate this day as one with music and dance"!
All of the toys and the cookie Trolls came out and joined around the lake, and with a wave of the Magic Sugar Plum Troll's staff, music started to play as, everyone began to dance.
Clara watched everyone dancing before she saw Sidney offering her some ice skates, saying, "I can teach you how to skate if you want."
Clara felt touched as she soon had the skates on, and was struggling to keep her balance on the ice.
Sidney held her hands, saying, "I've got you, Clara. Don't worry; I won't ever let go."
He guided her in some basic skating steps, and soon, Clara was able to get the hang of it, and glided on the ice beautifully. She and Sidney danced gracefully along the ice, skating together in their own little dance routine, not once looking away from one another.
The music that surrounded them was gentle and harmonic, matching the serenity and harmony between them.
Clara and Sidney both smiled warmly while they skated hand-in-hand, sharing a romantic kiss near the end of the song that was playing while they skated, blushing in unison but feeling very, very happy.
"This is all ov my dreams come true, thanks ta ya, nutcrackuurr," Clara commented.
"Clara, it's you who I need to thank for making my dreams come true," Sidney replied happily.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a silver jingle bell, putting it in Clara's hand, saying, "Here, this is a gift from me to you. If you ever feel like you need me, just ring it, and I will come and find you"
"Ya promise," Clara asked.
"I do, you have my word," Sidney replied, as the two shared another romantic kiss, not wanting this moment to end, while Clara closed her eyes and beamed happily, her heart feeling so elated.
Clara soon opened their eyes and woke up, seeing that it was morning, and they was back in her home again, no longer in the Land of Sweets.
Everything seemed to be the same as it was before she had fallen asleep last night, and they wasn't small anymore. All of the toys weren't with her anymore, and the presents were all neatly wrapped and didn't appear to be open at all anymore.
Clara looked around, saying, "Woah! Was...all that ay saw...just ayy dream"?
They then looked down at the nutcracker and saw that it was no longer wearing a sling, but its arm seemed good as new, as if it was never broken in the first place.
Clara was surprised; they didn't remember fixing its arm last night. So...how could-
Then, Clara felt something in their pocket, and fished through it, pulling out something that made them very surprised: a silver jingle bell, the same one the nutcracker had given them right before they woke up from this supposed "Dream" they had.
Clara smiled, saying, "Aw maybe...it wasn't ayy dream. Just ayy dose ov Trollsmas magic," and gave the jingle bell a little shake, hearing it ring peacefully.
The nutcracker in their arms seemed to share a smile and winked at the fourth wall before returning back to how it was before.
Just then, there was a knock on the door, as Clara got up and went to open it.
When the door was opened, Clara saw that there was a Troll standing there they were very happy to see: a Troll with black skin, jagged Rock ears, each with a gold earring on it, red eyes, a grey Pop nose, dark red dread-like hair, a red Techno Heart with red glitter outlining it, golden glittered arms and hands, a silvery tassel appendage around his waist, and an orange lower half with two hooved Country legs. He was wearing a red, blue, and gold-striped scarf, and a red marching hat on his head.
The Troll smiled at Clara, saying, "I told you I'd find you, Clara."
Clara grinned, blushing while saying, "Merry Trollsmas...Sid."
The two stayed there at the doorway, holding hands together, looking lovingly into one another's eyes.
Soon, when the story came to an end, the scene changed back to the view of the nutcracker ornament, while Mr. Dinkle's off-screen voice commented, "So, when you truly show love and kindness to others, the magic of Trollsmas can spread to one another. It allows friendships to kindle and burn hot like a fire, but last for an eternity, when love forms and inspires."
