"That completes the tour." Mis. Fairweather said as she has given a tour to Ileana, who now as a 'guest' pass attached to her shirt.
"Wow." Ileana smiles as she looks around. Just as Joel comes down a flight of stairs.
"Mis. F?" He called out. "Mis. F. Hey. I was thinking. Uh, maybe later on, you and I might have a chance to." Joel's cut off when his morpher beeps.
"Joel, code red." Captain Mitchell's voice came through.
"Gotta book it!" Hayden exclaimed as she and the others ran past Joel.
"Darn it." Mis. Fairweather said as a crestfallen Joel looks back at her. "Guess you have to go."
"Duty calls." Joel tips his hat.
"I don't want to speak out of turn." Ileana started as she watches Joel hurry off with the others. "Hayden is pushing for Dana to do something about Carter. But she's not lifting a finger to help Joel."
"I think, for Hayden, it's more fun annoying Dana about Carter." Mis. Fairweather smiled.

Inside the city, a demon was creating hectic.
"Move it, guys!" Carter calls as he and the Rangers run after the demon.
"Batlings, get them!" Ordered the demon, beginning the fight. "That was just a warm up. See if you can handle this." He shoots several lasers at the Rangers, causing Dana to flip back and caught by the others.
"No problem. See if you can handle this." Dana said, before the Rangers threw her into the air and she pulls out her blaster, hitting the demon.
"Man, I hate pounding the pavement." The demon complained as he gets back up. "Why don't you give this a try?" He opens his cape and a gust of wind at the Rangers, causing pieces of pavement to be up turn and fly towards the Rangers, hitting them, the demon laughs at the Rangers' pain.
"Fire!" Carter shouted and the Rangers fired their blasters at the demon, resulting in defeat. "Nice teamwork guys. He won't be bothering Mariner Bay again."
"You got that right." Joel agreed.
"Huh?" Dana frowned, looking at the ground as they start to leave. "Guys, wait a minute. Do you hear that?" She asked as the others put their hands next to the side of their helmets where their ears are.
"What's that?" Kelsey asked.
Suddenly a vehicle approached them with Vypra at the wheel.
"It looks like Vypra." Carter said.
"Try this!" Vypra calls, stopping in front of them. She pressed a button and several lasers were fired at the Rangers. When the smoke cleared the lasers never made a dent.
"Not even a scratch." Carter said. Vypra hits the gas petal and heads straight for the Rangers.
"I've got her." Joel fires his weapon, but gets knocked down when his foot catches the top of her vehicle.
"Joel!" Chad called as Vypra continues to head towards them.
"Look out!" Carter yells, tackling Hayden just as Vypra hit the Rangers.
"They had no effect." Vypra said. "Just what I thought. In my Vyprari, I'm invincible."
"We've got to stop her! Come on!" Carter said as the Rangers ran to the Lightspeed Hummer. "Alright guys, get in and put your seat belts on. Hold on right. Chad, try to take her tires."
Chad, Dana and Kelsey tried to take out Vypra's tires but no effect, like there was a force field around the enemy.
"Carter, she's getting away!" Hayden cried.
"Not for long!" Carter calls, before Vypra rounds a corner. "What?" The Rangers turned the corner, but she was gone.
"Where'd she go?" Chad asked.
"I don't know." Carter shook his head.
"I don't see her anywhere." Kelsey said.
"Well, she didn't just disappear!" A frustrated Carter banged his hand on the steering wheel. Suddenly Vypra appears behind them.
"There she is!" Joel calls.
"She snuck up behind us!" Dana exclaimed, before Vypra fired her lasers at the Rangers, causing them to fall in the Jeep and take off.
"Huh?" Carter sees Vypra take off. "We can't lose her again." He puts the Lightspeed Vehicle into reverse and backs up, spinning the Hummer around and slammed on the gas to follow.
Carter then stops the vehicle at an ally when he sees Vypra heading in a direction, but the Hummer is too wide. "Damn it!" He yells.
Hayden sees streaks of purple fire on the ground. "What's that?" She asks, pointing. Carter turns to see the purple streaks.
"I don't believe it." He said. "She's just playing with us."

Back at the base, the Rangers are quiet, all of them are upset. Seeing them return, and the Hummer vandalized, Mis. Fairweather's eyes grew and she quickly opened a glass door, she hurried up to the Rangers.
"What happened?" She asked, standing by the passenger seat, but looking at Carter.
Carter took a breath, reaching for and turning off the Hummer before leaning back in the driver seat. "Vypra has a new battle vehicle." He answered, with that the Rangers climbed out and walked out.

"Interesting." Captain Mitchell said as he and the Rangers sat in a room. "Then what happened?"
"We had the Rover's defenses up, but her lasers blasted right through." Dana explained.
"Did you return fire?" Captain Mitchell asked, turning in his chair to look at Carter.
"Ineffective sir." Carter answered. "Her shields deflected every shot."
"And talk about speed. She ran circles around us." Joel said.
Captain Mitchell stood up and walked up to the wall.
"I think." Chad started. "She was testing us." He finished, looking at Hayden.
"Testing us?" Hayden asked confused. "What's she want? A race from here to Silver Hills?" She turns to Mitchell. "Who's stuck with the speeding ticket?"
Dana snorted. "Vypra would just burn it up."
"Chad's right." Mitchell said. "She now knows for sure that you can't beat her with the Rescue Rover."
The Rangers looked at each other, feeling defeat.

An hour later, the alarms are going off and the Rangers race for still vandalized Rescue Rover.

Carter slammed on the brake and the Rescue Rover screeched to a stop, the Rangers quickly climbed out. Joel pulls out a fire extinguisher and puts out a fire.
"Here, come with me." Kelsey said as she and Hayden held an elderly couple.
"It's going to be ok." Hayden said, helping the elderly woman.
As Dana wraps an ankle, Chad comes up behind her.
"Are you ok?" He asks a man.
As the smoke clears, Hayden sees Vypra in her Vyprari, glaring, before she takes off.
"Vypra!" Hayden shouted, causing Carter to look up. An angry look showed on his face and he raced to the Rescue Rover.
"Carter!" Dana cries when he passes her.

Vypra was enjoying the chase, every once in while looking behind her to see Carter chasing her in the Rescue Rover.
"I've got you this time Vypra." Carter said, pressing harder on the gas pedal.
Vypra presses a button on her dashboard, going faster and creating the streaks from before on the street and she disappears.
Carter swings the Rescue Rover around with a lot screech of tires when he slammed on the breaks, and watches her disappears. "Shit!" He yells in anger, hitting the steering wheel.

Back at the base. "We never had the chance to stop her." Carter said once the Rangers are back. "She's too fast. Sir, by the time we got there, the whole area was destroyed. People were hurt. The next time she shows up, the whole city's fair game."
"The next time, she's in for a bit of a surprise." Captain Mitchell said, he turns to the red Ranger. "Gather the other Rangers. Meet me in the transport."

Carter, Dana, Kelsey, Hayden and Chad walked down a hallway, as they walk past another hall, Joel slides to a stop, turning to them.
"Hey, what's going on?"
"Mis. Fairweather has a surprise." Kelsey answered.
"Oh, really?" Joel asked with a smile before quickly following.

"We're all here sir." Carter said as they enter the transport.
"Remember to act surprised." Joel whispered to Chad.
"Every now and then, my job gets … personal." Mis, Fairweather told the Rangers. "This is one of those times. It is my honor to present to you the latest weapons to you in your arsenal."
Behind a window, it revealed six bikes, and shocked look on Joel's face.
"My team has been working around the clock to build them for you." Mis. Fairweather continued. "I think they'll prove quite useful against Vypra. She'll never see it coming."
"Whoa." Kelsey breathed.
"They're amazing." Dana added.
"They're impressive, but what are they?" Carter asked.
Mis. Fairweather turns around to face the team with a big and proud smile. "These are your new Lightspeed Cycles. They're capable of supersonic speeds and they have the most advanced weaponry systems."
"Incredible." Carter said.
"You're a genius, Mis. Fairweather." Dana smiled.
"This is exactly what we need." Hayden said. "Thank you Mis. F."
"Yeah." Chad nods. "Vypra better look out."
"Joel?" Mis. Fairweather asked. "Joel? You don't like them?"
"Oh no. They're great!" Joel said, trying to not sound disappointed.
He thought that you were building a … ow!" Chad started, till Joel steps on his foot.
"Captain, red alert. The city's under attack."
"Vypra!" Hayden hissed.
"No. A monster. You've got work to do." Captain Mitchell told them.

In the city. The newest demon is creating hectic. "Prepare to feel the power of Elestomp." A demon that resembled an elephant, said as he stomps his foot. Carter attacks with his baton before he's thrown back.
"Carter!" Dana cried as she and the others ran over to him.
"And now for my next trick, the trunk spelunker." The demon stomps one foot then the other into the ground. Making upturned dirt into a straight line and hit the Rangers, knocking all of them to the ground. "Goodbye Mariner Bay!" The demon sent another trunk spelunker towards the city.
"The city!" Carter yelled. Elestomp prepares himself for a rampage as the Rangers ran towards him, who knocks them all back, grabbing Joel and shoving him backwards into a tree before throwing Green Ranger. "Joel!"
"You can't stop me!" Elestomp shouts.
"We'll see about that. Rescue Bird." Carter said, it drops into his hand. "Unilaser mode. Ready … am and fire!"
The Rangers fired at Elestomp, destroying him before he caused more damage to the city.
"See ya." Carter said.
"Rangers, she's back." Captain Mitchell informs.
"Let's show her what we've got." Carter said.
"Right."

Vypra laughs as she drives her Vyprari. "I'll destroy Mariner Bay myself." She takes laser shots at the city. Suddenly she's hit by something causing her to stop, she turns to see something coming towards her. "What is that?" Vypra soon sees the Rangers driving their new Lightspeed Cycles. "Rangers. Fighting fire with fire, eh? Prepare to get burned." She sped towards them.
"Execute Defensive maneuvers now." Carter ordered.
"Right."
"Take this." Vypra shoots he lasers at them. The Rangers divided with the girls going after her.
"Rescue Blasters!" Kelsey shouted.
"Ready." Dana said.
"Fire!" Kelsey calls, the three girls fired at the same time, causing Vypra to turn left. She spun around and drove backwards to see Joel and Chad were coming after her.
"Right back at you." Joel said as he returns fire.
"Higher!" Chad calls, firing, bringing Vypra to a stop.
"I'll take it from here." Carter said.
"Chew this, Red Ranger." Vypra said as she and Carter drove towards each other, heading directly into each others path.
"Two can play at that game." Carter said as they fired lasers at each other, he pulls out his blaster. "Say goodbye, Vypra." One of Carter's laser blasts hits the Vyprari, knocking it out of commission as it goes into barrels.
Carter drives up to his friends.
"You haven't seen the last of me or my Vyprari!" Vypra threatened as she panted.
"You just don't learn, do you Vypra?"
"Oh, I've learned, but you'll wish you hadn't taught me." She sneered before taking off.
"We did it! Yeah! Alright!" The Rangers cheered.

Back at the Aquabase, Mis. Fairweather just hung up a life jacket.
"Hello, Mis. F." Joel greeted as he comes down a lift.
"Hello Joel." She greeted. "How did you like your cycle?"
"Oh, it was great, but so complex." Joel answered. "I was thinking, uh, maybe we could take the cycle out and you could give me a private lesson … just you and me."
Mis. Fairweather pulls off her glasses. "Unless my calculations are incorrect, which they never are. I'd say you're asking me out on a date."
"A date?" Joel asked. Neither he or Mis. Fairweather didn't know that Dana and Hayden are at the end of the hall, the sisters back up to hide in the dim shadow of the hall. "But if I was, what would you say?"
"I'd say you're one of the most handsome, charming, courageous young men I know." Mis. Fairweather wraps her arm around Joel's and brings him over to his cycle.
"Then you'll go out with me?" He asked hopefully.
"Absolutely … not." She said. "It says in the Lightspeed Regulation number 3221 'There shall be no fraternization between squad members.'"
"Aw." Joel's shoulders slump. "Well, if it weren't of that silly rule, you and I would have a great time, huh?"
"Oh, Joel, we'd paint the town red." Mis. Fairweather said. "Now, how about you take that cycle out and give it a test for me?"
"Sure." Joel takes his cycle out.
Dana and Hayden walk over to Mis. Fairweather.
"He's still gonna try, ya know." Hayden said.
"And there is no regulation number 322.1." Dana said.
Hayden beamed in delight. "That means there's still a chance for you and Carter." She spun around. "He's gonna love this!" She took off.
"Hayden!" Dana chased after her.
Mis. Fairweather laughed, watching the sisters.

"There is no code!" Hayden sang as she skipped down the hall where the quarters of the Rangers are. "No code! No code!" She cheered. "There is a red alert."
A door opened to reveal Carter and Chad walking out. "Red alert?" Carter asked.
"It means."- Hayden starts.
"Hayden!" Dana cried hurrying after her sister, her face red with a mixture of embarrassment and something else. "Don't you dare!"
"Well, Carter." Hayden smiles brightly looking up at him, behind her Kelsey pokes her head around the corner. "You a."-
"Hayden Racheal!" Dana made it to her sister and grabs her arm.
"There is no regulation 322.1." Mitchell said, walking around a corner with Ileana at his side. "But when Joel asks, there is." With that he and Ileana walk away.
"I'm confused." Chad said, looking lost.
"It means, Mis. Fairweather made up a rule so she could get Joel off her back." Kelsey laughed.
"Yes!" Hayden smiled brightly, turning to Carter. "Which also means, Carter." She grabs Dana's arm. "My sister - mmff!" She's cut off when Dana clamps her hand over her mouth.
"It means nothing."
Hayden shoves her hand off. "I'm just trying to help."
"Don't want your help."
"Then why are you being so thick headed about it?"
"You're the one who's butting into things."
"Am not."
"Are too."
Carter looked from one to the other, then looked at Chad. "Why do I get the feeling that I'm somehow in the center of the sister thing?"
"Oh, I think so." Chad answered in laughter while he, Carter and Kelsey watched the arguing sisters.
