CHAPTER 5

Roaming the Island

Yoshi's Island (Super Mario World): Zone 1

The portal created by Sonic Prime appeared in the fields where the same hedgehog in the company of the seven Pokémon Trainers and two electric mice Pokémon appeared in the peaceful fields, even in places like this one it could be very dangerous for the group.

"Where are we?" Yellow asked while watching her surroundings.

"Pika…" Chuchu replied while watching too.

Previous times, the Pokémon that Sonic Prime met were able to speak human language in other worlds, but those ones are from another universe and the laws about other universes apply in a different way.

"The fields look peaceful but it will be better not let our guard down." Prime told them while being aware of the dangers.

"You're right, now I'm worried about the others." Crystal said with concern since there are soul-eating creatures and what are they capable of doing.

"We will find our friends in time." Red reassured the group.

"Maybe the others must be in the fields." Prime said to the group. "Let's go."

They moved across the fields in the search for hints and also for the missing Pokémon Trainers, as they were advancing a Banzai Bill appeared from nowhere and was coming towards the group.

"Look out!" Green called them as everyone took their defense stances.

Just as some of the trainers were about to pull out a Pokéball, Prime jumped and performed a Focused Homing Attack which defeated the Banzai Bill with one hit.

"How… But… What!?" Blue spoke, confused after seeing how a blue anthro hedgehog was able to defeat a giant bullet-like enemy with just one attack and despite the size difference too.

"Seems very surprised to see that, right Blue?" Red asked in a teasing manner to his rival who was still confused.

Who knows but Prime has a lot of surprises for the trainers who are meeting him,and sooner or later it will reveal more tricks up his sleeve. And as they were advancing across the plains dark blue dinosaur-like dragons called Rex were appearing walking towards the group, but both Pikachu were using Quick Attack while Prime was performing somersault kicks against the group of Rex, another Banzai Bill appeared but Prime defeated it with another Focused Homing Attack and they continued until arriving to the next zone.

Zone 2

The group arrived into a forest-like zone where they found two familiar Pokémon Trainers who are in the company of a female Milotic called Feefee who is eating fruit along with others Swampert (nicknamed Mumu), Mightyena (nicknamed Nana), Delcatty (nicknamed Kiki), Castform (nicknamed Fofo), Gardevoir (nicknamed Rara), others Sceptile, Sudowoodo but she is a girl (gender difference), Snorlax, Mantine, and adult version of Mime Jr. called Mr. Mime and a ghost Pokémon inspired from hitotsume-kozo called Dusclops, all their twelve Pokémon were eating fruit.

"Hey Ruby, Emerald!" Red said greeting them.

"Red! You guys!" Ruby said gladly to see them alive, but then they notice the blue hedgehog.

"Who is the new one?" Emerald asked with curiosity.

"He is our new friend, Sonic Prime." Yellow answered about the hedgehog's name.

"I see, but where's Sapphire?" Ruby asked with concern visible in his eyes.

"We haven't seen her yet, sorry." Green answered with a bit of sorrow.

"But we will search for her together." Crystal said reassuringly to Ruby.

Prime watched the place seem safe.

"I think we could train here, it is very important that your pokemon teams learn to use new moves." Prime suggested to them and they nodded.

He has a good point: their Pokémon learn to use new Pokémon moves, including even powerful moves to damage the Soulless enough to not allow them to regenerate themselves. Ruby is not very used for Pokémon battles, but he only fights when necessary.

*HOW TO PLAY (SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE)*

The Pokémon Teams of Red and Yellow keep strengthening and improving their new movements while Prime is speaking with Gold and Crystal.

"So, what strongest moves do you know your Pokémon?" Prime asked in case they needed advice.

"Suntaro strongest move is Giga Drain known for draining the energy of her opponents, Ataro knows to use mostly normal type moves, the strongest moves of Politaro are Whirlpool, Dynamic Punch and Brick Break, the ones of Sudowoodo are Double Edge, Dynamic Punch and Rock Tomb, and the ones of Togetaro are Fly and Double Edge." Gold explained about their Pokémon moves.

"I know Giga Drain is very powerful, but using it against a Soulless it can be very dangerous because your Pokémon could drain the unknown energy from the Soulless could damage your Pokémon or something worse." Prime explained Gold, making Crystal wonder that Parasee could transform into a Soulless if he uses Giga Drain in one of those monsters.

"I think my Sceptile knows to use Leech Seed, but thanks for the advice." Emerald said, now aware from the Soulless.

Luckily Suntaro didn't use Giga Drain against a Soulless, but it is better to be well prepared and therefore Gold nodded while knowing that now his Sunflora needs to learn to use new moves.

"So, what about the strongest moves from your Pokémon Team?" Prime now asked Crystal.

"Most of the Pokémon moves of Megaree are grass type but his strongest move is Frenzy Plant, the ones of Arcanine are Flame Wheel, Flamethrower and Extreme Speed, the ones of Natee are Psychic, Drill Peck and Future Sight, the ones of Monlee are Mach Punch, Mega Punch, Bullet Punch, Fire Punch and Sky Uppercut and thanks to his ability Iron Fist the power of his moves increases, the ones of Parasee are Giga Drain and Sludge Bomb and the ones of Bonee are Bonemerang and Bone Rush." Crystal explained about the strongest moves from her Pokémon Team.

"As I told Gold before above the movements of Explotaro, Megaree needs to learn new moves too, also Parasect needs learning to use a new grass type move and not use Giga Drain against the Soulless and Bonee probably could learn to use a new move too." Prime explained to Crystal.

He has another good point, it would be best not to use drain moves against Soulless, the grass type Pokémon know to use other moves out from its type too and a training for the smallest Pokémon is a great idea.

Then their Pokémon started to train by using their moves against logs and rocks, Megaree learned to use Body Slam by slamming his body multiple times against a log until to break it, he learned to use Toxic by concentrating poison in his antennas before shooting it against a boulder and melting it too, Ancient Power by concentrating energy before creating a clone of himself which turned into energy boulders before launching them, and Earthquake by slamming his front paws to the ground and creating earthquakes literally, Archy learned to use an improved version of Bite called Crunch by biting strongly a log, Thunder Fang by concentrating electricity in his fangs, he managed to cover his tail in steel before slamming it against another boulder and learning to use Iron Tail too, Aerial Ace by running quickly through the bushes until to slice them completely and Dragon Pulse by concentrating draconic energy in his mouth before launching it, Natee learned to use Ominous Wind by concentrating ghostly energy before launching it, and Air Cutter by concentrating windy energy in his wings before launching saw-like blades of wind energy, taking advantage of the Iron Fist ability learned to use Thunder Punch by concentrating electricity in his right fist, Ice Punch by punching against a waterfall until the ice formed in his right fist and Rock Slide for adding a movement which not implies short range, Parasee learned to use Cross Poison which concentrates poison in his pincers, X-Scissor by concentrating energy in his pincers forming an x, and Energy Ball by concentrating green energy into a sphere, Bonee learned to use Headbutt since his skull-like helmet was very rough and strong to use the head against the opponents literally, he learned to use Rock Slide too and learned to use Dig which implied digging literally, Explotaro learned to use Quick Attack by running quickly, Flamethrower by using Ember many times, Solar Beam by concentrating energy from the sun, Brick Break by slamming one of his fists strongly, Shadow Claw by concentrating ghostly energy in his right paw and Thunder Punch by concentrating electricity in his right fist, Ataro learned to use Swift by launching stars while to avoid using contact moves too which will be very useful for future Pokémon battles, he learned to use Focus Punch by concentrating energy in his fist-like tails, Iron Tail by covering his fist-like tails in steel before slamming them against a boulder many times until to break it and Thunderbolt by concentrating electricity, Politaro used Water Gun many times until came out as a Hydro Pump, Ice Beam by concentrating icy energy and Hyper Voice which first he closed his mouth before unleashing a soundwave, Suntaro even learned to use Razor Leaf and Energy Ball now counting with other two powerful grass type moves, also she learned to use Sludge Bomb, Earth Power by slamming her feet to the ground and create magma geysers and Hidden Power (rock type) by concentrating energy into a sphere, Utaro learned to use Rock Slide and Earthquake, and Sucker Punch which performs a fist below the opponent but it was a log in his case, and Togetaro learned to use Aura Sphere by concentrating aura from his body to releases it as a sphere of aura, Air Slash by launching light blue energy blades by flapping his wings, Extreme Speed by taking flight at high speeds, Shadow Ball by concentrating ghostly energy and Dazzling Gleam which concentrated fairy energy before releasing it, despite the training being hard their Pokémon learned to use new attacks.

The other Pokémon Teams were trained too, the Pokémon Team of Blue was well prepared before trying to capture Giratina and ending up in separate universes, Alakazam knows Psychic, Psycho Cut, Shadow Ball, Future Sight, Reflect and learned to use Dazzling Gleam too, Machamp knows Cross Chop, Bulk Up, Knock Off, Poison Jab, and learned to use Rock Slide and new technique which implies Fire Punch in the right fist and Ice Punch in the left fist, Aero knows Supersonic, Hyper Beam, Take Down and Dragon Claw, but he learned to use Rock Slide, Crunch, Iron Head and Sky Drop during the training, Exeggutor knows Leaf Storm, Psychic, Sludge Bomb and Hypnosis, also he learned to use Energy Ball, Arcanine knows Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Thunder Fang, Bulldoze, he also learned to use Snarl and Flame Charge, and Gyara knows Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, Hyper Beam, Surf, Crunch, Dragon Breath, Body Slam and Dragon Dance, also he learned to use Aqua Tail and Ice Fang by biting a waterfall just as Monlee did to learn Ice Punch but with the fangs instead of fists.

Now with Silver and Green's Pokémon Teams, Feraligatr knows Ice Punch, Bite, Whirlpool, Surf, Retribution, Beat Up, Hydro Cannon, Aqua Tail, also he learned to use Crunch, Slash and Brick Break, Weavile knows Icy Wind, Protect, Faint Attack, Quick Attack, Rock Smash, Thief, Assurance, but also learned to use Metal Claw, Night Slash and even Ice Punch too, Kingdra knows Water Gun, Smokescreen, Twister, Brine, Waterfall, but learned to use Dragon Pulse and Hydro Pump, his red Gyarados knows Hydro Pump, Hyper Beam, Whirlpool, Dragon Breath, Fire Blast, Rest, and Twister, despite counting with a lot of moves he also learned to use new ones like Ice Fang, Earthquake and Stone Edge, Honchkrow knows Fly and Pursuit, but also managed to learn Haze, Wing Attack, Night Slash, Air Slash, Dark Pulse, Aerial Ace and Steel Wing, and Magnezone knew Discharge, Mirror Shot, Thunder Wave, and Magnet Bomb, but also learned to use Shock Wave, Tri Attack and Signal Beam.

Later Green explained that most of the attacks of Clefy and Jiggly are normal type and Prime explained her that they can learn moves out from their types too for having advantage in future battles and in case that Metronome acts as draining move (like Horn Leech, Draining Kiss, Parabolic Charge, Leech Life, Dream Eater, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, or even Oblivion Wing), then their Pokémon train to learn to use new moves, Clefy managed to learn Moonblast, Body Slam, Brick Break, Thunderbolt and Flamethrower, Jiggly learned to use Body Slam too, along with Play Rough and Ice Beam, the only move known by Nido was Double Kick but during the training she managed to learn Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse and Headbutt, Bull knew Scary Face, Bite, Charm and Take Down, but learned to use Crunch, Play Rough and Stone Edge, and for last Abra only knew Teleport which could be very useful to escape from a dangerous situation but he needed to use new moves too, then he managed to learn to use Headbutt, Hidden Power (fire type) and Psychic.

Then Ruby, even if he doesn't like the idea of Pokémon Battles he needed their Pokémon learn to use new moves and defend himself too, Mumu knew Water Gun, Bide, Rock Smash, Mud Shot, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Hydro Cannon, Muddy Water and Surf, but he used Water Gun multiple times until it came out as a Hydro Pump, Nana knew Hyper Beam, Roar, Take Down and Howl, eventually the hyena-like Pokémon learned to use Crunch, Sucker Punch, Dig, Double Team, Snarl and Dark Pulse, Kiki knew Safeguard, Double Edge, Iron Tail, Attract, Covet, Assist, but the cat-like Pokémon learned to use Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball and Secret Power, Fofo knew Shadow Ball, Sunny Day, Hail and Weather Ball, but eventually the Pokémon who can control the weather learned to use Rain Dance and Thunder too, Feefee knew Light Screen, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Flail and Blizzard, but the aquatic Pokémon learn to use Hidden Power (electric type), Scald and Swift, and Rara knew Psychic, Shadow Ball, Shock Wave, Hypnosis, Thunder Wave and Misty Terrain, but also she learned to use Moonblast, Magical Leaf and Focus Blast.

And for last is Emerald's turn, his Sceptile knows to use Leaf Blade, Bullet Seed, Leech Seed, Detect, Slam, Focus Punch, Iron Tail and Frenzy Plant, but during the training he learned to use Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw and Earthquake, Sudowoode knows to use Rock Slide, Low Kick and Counter, but also she learned to use Rock Throw, Stone Edge and Rock Tomb, Dusclops knows to use Psychic, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Punch, Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, apart from his recently Ice Punch he also learned to use Thunder Punch, Snorlax revealed to know using moves like Lick, Zen Headbutt, Heavy Slam, Hyper Beam, Body Slam and Brick Break, Mantine revealed to know using moves like Bubble Beam, Wing Attack, Water Pulse, Ice Beam and Aerial Ace and Mr. Mime revealed to know using moves like Zen Headbutt, Shadow Ball, Psybeam, Psychic and Dazzling Gleam.

Prime watched how the Pokémon of the other trainers managed to learn new moves which could be very useful in their dimensional journey, and also for future Pokémon Battles, or Pokémon Contests in Ruby's case. However, everyone has a limit in the training session.

"Okay, it's enough for now." Prime told the Pokémon Trainers.

Knowing the instruction they nodded before stopping the training. Gold and Crystal feel safe now that their Pokémon know how to use other moves, but also they instructed their Parasect and Sunflora respectively about never using Giga Drain or another draining type move against the Soulless, Emerald lost his parents in the past and he doesn't want to see innocent lives disappearing either, Silver watched Green wanting to protect her first friend made in the childhood from the Soulless since they are dangerous enemies, and Ruby flashbacked when his father sacrificed, Norman, even if Celebi was released to revive the people including his father he couldn't let someone more to die again, and with the presence of the Soulless searching for haunting innocent people or creatures he wants to protect Sapphire because she is his best friend and he doesn't want to lose her.

'Don't worry Sapphire, I will protect you!' Ruby vowed in his mind while wanting to protect his childhood friend.

Later Prime explained the information about the Soulless for being well prepared.

Back in the unknown place, the guardians were watching Sonic Prime's group on the screen while also remembering how they were able to beat Yukubo and Gekido previously.

"That filthy hedgehog and those meddling kids were able to defeat two of the seven guardians." Shannon said with a bit of rage, also her nose stopped bleeding.

"Well, that means it is my turn to fight." Kirai said while smirking evilly but watching with hatred towards Prime.

Yoshi's Island (Super Mario World): Zone 2

Back with Prime's group, after they took the rest they continued across the forest area, but as they were advancing red Koopas along with Monty Moles were appearing. However Prime used Phantom Rush while Ratty used Swords Dance before using Quick Attack, Charizard used Dragon Dance before using Dragon Claw, Machamp used Cross Chop, Weavile used Ice Punch, Suntaro used Razor Leaf, Parasee used X-Scissor, Nido used Poison Jab, Dusclops uses Shadow Punch and Kiki used Secret Power which acted as a Needle Arm, after defeating the enemies, the Pokémon were returned inside their Pokéball and they arrive at the next zone.

Zone 3

Now the group was in a mountainous zone.

"So, where are we now?" Ruby asked while wondering about the unknown place.

"It looks like a mountainous area, but you guys can use your flying Pokemon like last time in Crisis City." Prime said while suggesting to the group and they nodded.

Then Red called Charizard to ride above him along with Yellow and both Pikachu, Blue called Aero to ride above him, Silver called Honchkrow to ride above him while calling the red Gyarados to allow Ryby to ride above the shiny Pokémon since he doesn't has a flying Pokémon, Green called Ditty who transformed into Aerodactyl to ride above the transformed Pokémon along with Crystal, Emerald called Mantine to ride above him, and Gold called Togetaro to ride above him. The Pokémon Trainers were riding the flying Pokémon while Prime was running before jumping above the mountains and even running across the mountain walls, but as they were advancing four Hawks Soulless and one Dragon Soulless appeared barely grabbing them but they barely dodged the enemies; the flying Pokémon landed in a platform before facing the dangerous enemies.

"Let me guess? Another ambush!" Blue said while facing the flying Soulless.

"Yes, most of the Soulless appear in ambush or other times they destroy a weakened victim to turn into a Soulless!" Prime said while remembering some of the enemies he met who were turned into Soulless.

The Dragon Soulless lunges a bite but Prime ducked before sending an upper kick with both legs before using Grand Slam and Cross Slash hitting the dragon-like Soulless multiple times, Red called Lax while Yellow called Doddy who uses Swords Dance while Lax uses Body Slam against the Dragon Soulless and followed by Mega Kick while Dody uses Headbutt and Prime finished by using Sonic Wave.

Blue called Exeggcutor to fight along with Aero against the first Hawk Soulless who screeches before trying to claw them but they dodge then Exeggutor grabs the Hawk Soulless with Psychic before slamming it to the ground multiple times, Aero follows by using Rock Slide, and both ended by using Leaf Storm and Hyper Beam respectively and finally destroying the hawk-like Soulless.

Gold and Crystal were facing the second Hawk Soulless and they called Ataro and Natee to fight against the Hawk Soulless who attacks by sending sharp feathers while flapping its wings but Utaro and Natee dodged before using Rock Slide and Air Cutter to damage the enemy, Natee used Psychic to slam the enemy to the ground and Utaro finished by using Rock Tomb and Dynamic Punch combination against the second Hawk Soulless.

Silver and Green were facing the third Hawk Soulless before calling Magnezone and Clefy, the Hawk Soulless lunges like the usual hawks but despite both Pokémon dodge the hawk-like Soulless was going towards Green who gasps but Silver quickly saved her from the danger, Green has her back in the ground while seeing Silver above her, both blushed but recovered quickly and Silver helped her to stand up, the Hawk Soulless came back but Magnezone used Magnet Bomb, the Hawk Soulless was trying to dodge the blue magnetic spheres but the attack was following it until the attack impacted forcing the Hawk Soulless falling to the ground, Clefy attacks by using Body Slam before using Moon Blast, and she uses Thunderbolt while Magnezone uses Shock Wave with both finishing off the Soulless, Green couldn't help but sigh with sadness but Silver put his hand on her shoulder to comfort his childhood friend.

Ruby called Rara and Nana to fight against the last Hawk Soulless who tried to lunge at them but Nana used Snarl while Rara used Shock Wave with both hitting the hawk-like Soulless before following with Dark Pulse and Water Pulse, Emerald called Mr. Mime and Sceptile who used Frenzy Plant and Dazzling Gleam against the Soulless, and lastly and Mumu and Nana finished by using Hydro Pump and Hyper Beam respectively and finishing off the last Soulless.

"That was the last one." Ruby said, and as he sighed a single tear streamed from his left eye but he quickly wiped it.

Even if Ruby's father was revived, and after hearing the information about the Soulless, he doesn't want to see people dying again even if they're from a different universe. Prime couldn't understand that it is very depressing to see people dying after destroying their hearts without the souls, however they must keep advancing forwards despite having sadness after seeing death.

Zone 4

They arrived in place on a lake which features a lot of floating island platforms as well as giant mushroom platforms. The Pokémon Trainers called their flying Pokémon back inside their Pokéballs, except for the red Gyarados.

"Do you guys have aquatic Pokémon too?" Prime asked the group who nodded in answer.

"Yes, we were able to cross the sea by using our aquatic Pokémon." Red explained about using their aquatic Pokémon used in previous journeys.

"Are there aquatic Soulless too?" Red asked while being aware of their presence.

"Yes, many of them can attack in the air and in the water too." Prime explained about how they can encounter the Soulless.

Just before crossing the lake, Red called Lapras and Blasty while Yellow called Ommy, Silver called Feraligatr, Gold called Politaro, Blue called Gyara, Emerald called Mantine again and Ruby called Mumu. Then they went across the lake, Red and Prime were riding above Lapras, Green and Crystal were with Blasty, Blue was with Gyara, Yellow was with Ommy, Silver was with the red Gyarados, Gold was with Politaro, Emerald was with Mantine and Ruby was with Mumu, apparently one of the great advantages of having water-type Pokémon is that they can cross rivers, lakes and even the sea. However, something passed quickly underwater, behind some aquatic roots there were black piranhas with red bellies and glowing red eyes, those were Piranha Soulless watching the aquatic Pokémon, and they have one purpose in mind, hunting for victims to turn them into Soulless, back at the surface Prime was able to feel the presence of the Soulless who have the form of meat devouring fishes, even the aquatic Pokémon felt their presence too before stopping and landing on land.

"What's wrong, Blasty?" Green asked her Pokémon.

"Blastoise…!" Blasty spoke seriously in his own language, but meaning that they are not alone.

"I think we're not alone in this lake…!" Prime said while being aware.

Suddenly a Piranha Soulless burst from the water while lunging towards Prime who managed to dodge the lunging bite in slow motion and kicking strongly the piranha-like Soulless before using White Blast and destroying the Soulless. However, more Piranha Soulless (their size was about like the piranhas from Piranha 3D Horror's movie and its sequel) burst from the water and they were standing in their fins like four legged beasts, it was like seeing fictional monsters from horror movies.

"I thought the aquatic Soulless only can attack on the water!" Gold exclaimed in disbelief while watching the enemies, apparently semiaquatic.

"The Soulless have their own fighting styles, even the sharks-like Soulless can stand in the ground while being out of the water!" Prime explained while remembering his last encounter against the Shark Soulless in Outworld.

The Piranha Soulless were roaring while others were licking like they were hungry before lunging towards our heroes but Prime quickly performs Whirlwind to hit the Piranhas Soulless, the aquatic Pokémon attacked by using Hydro Pump to soak them and hit them, then both Pikachu used Thunder while Prime used Blue Thunderbolt causing massive damage against them until to defeat them. In the aftermath of the battle, Crystal kneeled before putting a hand where the Soulless were destroyed feeling so bad for destroying them but Gold approached her before putting his hand on her shoulder.

"I'm really sorry for doing that, but there was no choice, we should keep moving forward." Gold told her softly, she turned to see Gold with tears in her eyes before wiping them away.

"He's right, I know how you feel, but don't cling to the past and keep moving." Prime said to Crystal and nodded with a sad smile.

Later their aquatic Pokémon resumed across the lake until arriving at the other side of the lake where they returned their aquatic Pokémon inside the Pokéballs and went to the next zone.

Iggy's Castle Remains

The group arrived at the ruins from a castle and they were exploring the place.

"Probably there was a battle here." Prime said while watching the castle in ruins.

"I hope Sapphire is okay." Ruby said with concern.

"I waited a long time to see you in front of my eyes." An evil voice said before revealing himself as Kirai.

"You must be another Guardian too!" Prime said while taking his battle pose.

"It's true, I'm Kirai, the Guardian of Hatred!" Kirai introduced himself while showing hatred visibly in his eyes. "I'll tell you why I'm here, it's because I hate your determination, I hate those meddling kids believing that they can stop me or the other Guardians, but that hatred gives me enough strength and I will manifest my hatred in battle!"

A shadow aura surrounded Kirai who was getting ready to fight.

*BATTLE! GHETSIS (POKÉMON BLACK/WHITE 2)*

Yellow was feeling nervous of seeing a villain who shows hatred against her along with her friends but Red grabbed her arm causing to look at him with a reassuring smile, she blushed a bit before getting ready to fight. Red called Saur while Yellow called Gravvy, Blue called Aero, Gold called Ataro, Crystal called Parasee, Silver called Weavile, Green called Jiggly, Emerald called Snorlax and Ruby called Rara while showing a Mega Bracelet in his right wrist.

"Respond through my heart, two hearts becoming into one, beyond evolution, Mega Evolve!" Ruby said as energy surrounded Rara.

Now his Gardevoir is completely white, only her hair remains green, her gown becomes longer and wider, resembling a bridal gown, the forearms are slightly thicker with a pointed extension above the elbow, resembling gloves, her facial spikes are larger and now curl upwards. "Those words make me sick! I hate them! I will defeat you all right now!" Kirai roared with hatred which startled Crystal and Green a bit.

Kirai's hands were covered in dark energy assimilating claws and tried to claw them but they dodged his attack, Saur uses Swords Dance while Gravvy uses Rock Polish and both attacked by using Razor Leaf and Rock Slide with both hitting the Guardian of Hatred, followed by Prime performing a gyro kick to kick Kirai multiple times and uses Wind Arrow, the green anthro hedgehog retaliates by summoning two spheres of shadow energy but Prime uses Insta Shield to reflect them, Aero uses Iron Head and Ataro uses Iron Tail with both hitting Kirai who growls with hatred attacking by summoning a wave of dark energy but they dodged, then Parasee uses X-Scissor while Weavile uses Ice Punch, and Jiggly uses Ice Beam while Rara uses Moonblast with both hitting the Guardian of Hatred, and Snorlax uses Zen Headbutt.

"This is why I hate your determination!" Kirai roared with hatred before summoning dark energy in his hands and launched blades of dark energy but they dodged again.

Then Saur and Gravvy combined Earthquake to hit Kirai, then Prime performs a Quick Cyloop before following by using Wild Rush, Aero used Sky Drop which grabbed Kirai before lifting him and tossing him before using Rock Slide and the Guardian of Hatred crashed in the ground, who was angered after receiving the attack, but despite Kirai was more angered than before, everyone stayed calm while facing the green anthro hedgehog, only Yellow, Green and Crystal had their foreheads sweating but remained calm.

"You're starting to get on my nerves!" Kirai said with anger and hatred mixed in his eyes.

Then Kirai summons three pillars of dark flames trying to hit them but they managed to dodge the attack, then Prime performs Grand Slam before using White Blast, Ataro along with Pika and Chuchu combined their Thunderbolt attacks to zap the Guardian of Hatred who was growling in pain, Parasee followed by using Sludge Bomb and Cross Poison, Kirai retaliates by launching sharp and dark snowflakes but Prime uses Insta-Shield to return the attack back the green anthro hedgehog, Weavile follows by using Icy Wind, Jiggly using Play Rough, Snorlax uses Body Slam and follows by using Brick Break and Rara uses Focus Blast going towards Kirai who managed to hold the attack by using his two hands.

"You won't beat me…!" Kirai roared while holding the attack.

However, Prime uses Homing Shot while combining with Sonic Cracker and colliding with the Focus Attack causing a huge explosion, when the smoke has cleared, Kirai was really angered and showing more hatred.

"Do you think you can beat me!? I hate when you are always working in a team and gaining the victory!" Kirai roared before firing a huge dark beam from his mouth but Prime dodged the attack in slow motion before using Phantom Rush.

Then Rara uses Psychic to hold Kirai, then Snorlax uses Hyper Beam, Jiggly uses Tri Attack, Weavile uses Icy Wind, Parasee uses Energy Ball, Ataro uses Swift, both Pikachu use Thunderbolt, Aero uses Hyper Beam, Gravvy uses Flamethrower and Saur uses Solar Beam with all the attacks hitting the Guardian of Hatred and causing a smoke explosion.

When the smoke disappeared, Kirai was standing up with one knee while panting and he was still glaring with hatred to the group.

"But how…!? The hatred is my source of power…! How were you able to win against me!?" Kirai asked with anger and disbelief.

"Even in battle, we control our emotions, and your hatred leads you to defeat!" Prime explained while glaring at Kirai.

It's true, the hatred betrayed the green anthro hedgehog in the battle and wasn't able to control his emotions.

"You won this round, but the next time things will be different when we meet again…!" Kirai said calmed down, only on the outside, and he disappeared in a dark portal.

Rara reverted to her regular form, then she was returned inside the Pokéball just like the other Pokémon, Ruby tried to search for Sapphire again around the ruins of the castle but he wasn't lucky.

"Where will Sapphire be?" Ruby asked with concern while being afraid that something bad could happen to her.

"She must be in another universe." Yellow reassured him and he nodded with a smile.

"Okay guys, we finished exploring here." Prime told the group.

They nodded while getting ready to depart, then Prime performs the Chaos Control to summon the portal and they enter into it.
