Hayden stood in her father's office inside the Aquabase with her arms folded.

"Thank you for coming back." Captain Mitchell thanked as he sat behind his desk, looking at his youngest.

"I didn't do it for you." Hayden told him, snotty.

"Young lady watch your tongue. I maybe your father but I'm also your Captain."

"You lied to us!" Hayden cried. "You lied about Ryan!"

Captain Mitchell sighed, looking away. "I should've known you would still be sore at me."He looked back at her. "You and Dana were only small kids when it happened."

"We're your daughters, you could've found a way to have told us."

"Tell you what?" Captain Mitchell questioned, standing up. "That your brother was rescued by a demon and then taken away for 20 plus something years?"

"Nevermind." She huffed, turning around.

"Hayden Racheal, don't walk away from me."

The door of the office opened and she walked out of the office, Captain Mitchell followed her. "Hayden!" He yelled after her but she kept walking and Captain Mitchell bumped into Chad.

"Oh, I'm sorry sir."

"No, it's alright." Captain Mitchell said, his eyes on the hall where Hayden marched down. "Chad." He turns to the blue Ranger, who straightened his shoulders. "I have one request for you."

"Of course sir."

"Don't have any daughters."

Chad blinked. "Uh, sir?" He asked nervously.

"Nevermind, forget I said anything about that." Captain Mitchell looked at him.

Chad just blinked, really confused.

After a few minutes, the Rangers ran into Rescue Ops. "They're back!" Kelsey gasped.

Captain Mitchell turns to Ryan. "Are you ready?" He asked his son, who nodded.

"Absolutely."

"Alright." Captain Mitchell looks at all the Rangers. "Let's show them what seven Rangers can do!"

"Yes sir!" The Rangers saluted before turning and running out, grabbing their jackets before running to the Rescue Rover.

"Come on Ryan, we'll show you how it's really done." Joel said as Rangers jumped into the Hummer.

"Oof!" Both Ryan and Hayden yelped when she plopped down in her older brother's lap. "Guess this is my place now." She said as Carter sped the Hummer out of the base.

"Just don't fart on me." Ryan replied.

"Tempting. So, how about me and Kelsey trade places?" Hayden grins, turning to the yellow Ranger. "Why do I always get the short straw?"

"You are the shortest." Kelsey teased.

Carter parked the Rescue Rover by some massive destruction, the Rangers quickly got out of the Hummer as their were a lot of injured people, and a few trapped under some piles. Chad, Kelsey and Dana quickly started to help them. Ryan, Hayden, Joel and Carter dropped into fighting stances, soon the others joined.

"We meet again." Thunderon said. Carter straightened.

"I guess you didn't learn the first time. Ready?"

"Right. LIGHTSPEED RESCUE!"

"Titanium Power!"

"Alright guys! Let's do it!" Carter calls.

"Get them!" Demonite yelled and soon both sides raced at each other. Carter and Ryan fought Demonite before Ryan jumps over him and lands on a ledge.

"What you got there, Ranger?" The enemy asked.

"This!" Ryan moves his blaster and blasts at Demonite, who dodges the blast and Ryan felt the cobra tattoo on his back move. "Aah!" Ryan cries, arching his back in pain.

"Ryan!" Carter yells, watching Ryan drop the blaster and felling off the ledge. "No!"

Ryan fell and landed hard on his back, Demonite laughed moving towards the fallen Ranger.

"He's mine now!" The enemy declares, preparing for the finale strike as he hovered above Ryan. "Say goodbye, traitor." He got blasted in the back by Carter, who runs towards Ryan.

"Ryan, what happened up there?" Red Ranger asked as he helped him up. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, don't worry, I'm fine." Ryan breathed, before he could say anything else the cobra glowed on his back, causing him to arch his back in pain. Carter saw it plan as day.

"What in the world is that?" Red Ranger couldn't believe what he saw.

"It's nothing!" Ryan told him as Demonite laughs, making the two Rangers drop into fighting stances, Ryan being shaky from his pain.

"Revenge is sweet!" The demon said, as the other Rangers hurried over to them.

"Ryan!" Hayden cried as the Rangers regrouped.

"Are you alright?" Dana asked.

He looked at her. "Yeah."

"I brought you something to double our fun." Demonite said, throwing a card. It landed on the ground, an exact copy of a monster comes out from the reflective glass.

"It's an exact copy of Demonite." Carter said.

"And everything I can do, he can do." Demonite laughed at the Rangers shock. "You'll have to work twice as hard now. Finish them! Now!"

The Rangers soon fought the copy before it grabs a hold of Carter. "Hold him. I'll blast him." The original Demonite said.

"Not today!" Carter grabbed his blaster and shoots Demonite, and it reflected back at the copy causing Red Ranger to be free of the restrain. "Huh? How'd that happen?" He looked from one to the other.

Ryan comes up. "You alright Carter?"

"Yeah, thanks." Carter nods. The others continued to fight Falkar and Thunderon, while Ryan and Carter fought the two Demonite.

"V-Lancer!" Carter shouted as he held out the weapon, the other Rangers followed suit. But with the weapons, the Rangers were still having trouble.

The Rangers soon regrouped, as did the demons.

"You Rangers grow tiresome."

"We need a change of scenery. Let's go." Falkar said before leaving.

"Follow them, but be careful." Carter said.

As Falkar hits Ryan, he feels the cobra climbing up his back.

"V-Lancers, lock on!" Carter called as the Rangers aim at the three demons. "Fire!"

After firing, the energy bounced back at the Rangers, knocking them to the ground.

"They just don't learn, do they?" Thunderon asked with a laugh.

The Rangers painfully and staggered back to their feet. "This isn't over yet!" Carter yelled. "We're gonna bring you down!"

"It's just a matter of time before we defeat you."

"Haven't you learned that the Rangers will never be beaten?" Chad asked.

"Well, we see things differently and this time, we taught you a lesson you'll never forget." Demonite said as his copy strikes Ryan down.

"RYAN!" Hayden screamed in terror.

"He needs us!" Dana added.

"Last time I saw him, he was fighting that Demonite clone." Joel said.

"Wait a minute. I just realized something." Carter said with realization. "Earlier when I blasted Demonite, his clone was hit too." He explained. "Maybe we can fight both of them at once. Hey, that gives me an idea. Come on, we've got to hurry. Follow me!"

Ryan continued his fight with the mirror copy, trying hard to fight against his pain as the cobra continued to climb up Ryan's back. As the copy struck Ryan, he fell back with a force demorph.

"Well, well, well." The copy rubbed its sword against each other, glaring at Ryan. "It looks like you gambled and it came up snake eyes."

Sore and weak, Ryan struggled as he lifted his arm from a punch.

"Ryan!" Hayden cried, running towards him pulling out her blaster and shooting at him, the demon staggered a little.

"Hayden!" Ryan breathed as she jumped and twisted in the air, landing in front of him and holding out her arms.

"Get away from my brother, you carbon copy!"

"Well if it isn't half size." Demonite laughed as Hayden turns her focus on Ryan.

"Ryan, are you ok?" She asked with worry.

"I am." He nods, Hayden demorphs.

"I couldn't follow Carter's plan." She told him with tears. "We just found you. I'm not loosing you again! I know something's wrong, you just won't say it, I saw you fall when from that ledge. You dropped your blaster."

Ryan painfully pushes himself to sit up.

"Aw, isn't that sweet." Demonite laughed, running towards them with his blades. "For the last time!"

"Hayden!" Ryan shouts, jumping up and falling back down, he held his sister close as she closed her eyes tightly and waited for the blow.

Suddenly Demonite yelled as he staggered back as he started to explode. Ryan and Hayden turned to see Demonite started to go up in flames and a huge explosion erupted, sending a shockwave throughout the plaza.

"Whoa." Hayden breathed. "What, what happened?"

"Demonite just got destroyed. Original goes first, followed by the copy." Ryan answered, he moved his left wrist. "Carter, do you copy? Dana? Carter?"

No response. Hayden moved her own morpher. "Carter?" She couldn't help the shake in her voice. "Dana? Kelsey!" Her voice broke this time. "Joel! Chad!"

On the other side of the city. Dana is on her knees and her head lowered to the ground. "He can't be gone." She chokes out.

Hearing something, Joel then heard one of the barrels being moved and saw something through the smoke. "Dana, he not." He moved to gently shake her. "Look!"

Dana slowly looked up to see Carter push himself up from behind the barrels. "CARTER!" Dana stumbled to her feet and ran ahead of her friends. She grabs him in a hug, he pats her back weakly just as his knees give out and he slumps into her heavily. The others help their leader as best as they can.

Dana held Carter's waist tightly, her right arm around her shoulders. "You scared us."

"I'm sorry." He apologized. "I scared myself too." He laughed a little.

Suddenly Demonite grew to building size.

"Carter, are you up for this?" Joel asked, as Carter started to slowly pull away from Dana to stand on his own.

"Yeah." He moves his arms. "Rescue Zords, Mobilized!"

In the plaza Hayden and Ryan look up to see the Megazord. "They got things here." Hayden said, holding Ryan's arm. "Come on, we need to get back to base."

Later, Carter sat in the infirmary. Ileana placed a damp cloth on his forehead.

"You ok?" She asked.

"Yeah." He answered with a nod.

"You're damn lucky Carter." She scolded. "Point blank range." She shook her head.

He sighed. "I - I know." He said in defeat.

Ileana moved the cloth to place it in the bowl of water that sat on the table. "The last time I heard Dana that scared, was when Hayden suddenly collapsed and had to be rushed to the hospital."

Carter blinked. "I never heard that before."

"Neither of the sisters told you?"

Carter shook his head.

"Well." Ileana stood up. "You can ask Dana about the details, when you take her out on a date tonight."

Carter blinked in surprise at her. "Huh?" He sits up more on the bed. "Me and the bosses daughter?"

"Please Carter. Anyone who's not blind can perfectly see sparks between you and Dana." Ileana said. "Now." She pats his leg. "You better rest up before you take her out." She makes her way her way to the door, stops and turns back around to face Carter. "And don't you dare be late!" With that she turned and walked out of the room.

Leaving Carter speechless.

An hour later. Ryan sat in his room, a lost look on his face, the knocking on the door made him jump startled.

"Come in."

His bedroom door slid open to reveal Hayden and Kelsey, Kelsey's arm around Hayden's shoulders. "See Hayden?" Kelsey smiled, as Ryan just sat there on the edge of his bed. "I told you Ryan's ok."

Ryan tried to act normal. "Girls." He greeted.

Hayden still didn't look convinced. "I saw Carter leave your room. After awhile, I saw dad leave your room." She said with worry as she reached up to grab a hold of Kelsey's wrist, but her eyes are on Ryan. "What happened?"

Ryan looked down. "Dad doesn't want me to morph."

That shocked both Hayden and Kelsey. "What?" Kelsey gasped. "Why?"

Ryan looked back up at the two girls, ready to explain after all there was no point in keeping it hidden now.
