They attacked.
Spangles tried to throw his shield at Percy, but that backfired when Percy caught it. Spangles froze as Percy inspected it before throwing it back. Spangles was to frozen out of shock to move out of the way before the shield knocked him out.
'One down four to go' Percy thought. He looked over to see Annabeth fighting with Flaming Justice. From the looks of it, Annabeth was winning. Suddenly, he felt something hit his shoulder. He look to see that Tin Can Man had shot some sort of ray at his shoulder. Percy could feel the pain, but adrenaline kept him going. The next thing he knew was Tin Can Man and the previously shruken man (Percy had named him Tiny) charging at him. He fought them before hearing Flaming Justice hit a tree unconcious. Tin Can looked at Annabeth before quickly firing a beam at her. Percy heard her hissed in pain. That was when Percy saw red. He quickly knocked out Tiny before looking at Tin Can. Tin Can threw a punch, but Percy swiftly dodged it and knocked Tin Can to the ground. He ran to Annabeth who was on the ground.
"Are you ok?" Percy asked her with worry in his eyes.
"I'm fine." Annabeth replied. Percy felt something stick in the back of his leg. He looked to see a tranqulizer dart sticking his leg. He looked back at Annabeth to see one in her arm. He stood up with Annabeth holding on to him for support. They looked in the tree to see another one of the with a bow. His name was now BowBow Siwa.
"How are you two still awake. That's enough sedation to make three grown men fall asleep." BowBow Siwa asked stunned by this revalation.
"We're just special that way." Annabeth replied. Suddenly another tranq arrow was shot at both of them. This time, their movements slowed down a lot. Finally, Tin Can Man just hit them with Spangles' shield. This is what knocked the two out.
"Finally, I didn't think it would take that long to knock them out." Flaming Justice said as she woke up.
"Me either." Spangles said as he rubbed his jaw. The kid really packed a punch.
"Since the girl decided to be uncooperative with us, and she seems to know Jackson, why not take her with us?" Tin Can asked. Tiny nodded.
"I agree with Tony on this one. She may have something to say about his actions." Scott replied.
"What about the other people with him?" Spangles asked.
"I didn't recognize any of them. Let's just hope they don't come for Perseus." Flaming Justice answered.
"I was surprised that they know a language that you don't Natasha." Spangles commented.
"Me too Steve. I thought she knew every language." BowBow Siwa said.
"I don't know every language Clint, I only know most." Natasha countered.
"Anyways, shall we head off now? I believe these two need some medical care because someone shot them with his beams." Steve said while looking at Tony.
"They were fighting back." Tony mumbled as they took the kids to a dark grey van.

Fury was waiting for his agents to arrive back with Perseus. He didn't expect them to take this long. As soon as he was about to call the group, Natasha walked in with a ice pack held against her jaw.
"We have Perseus. His friend decided to come with him as well." Natasha said. Fury nodded.
"Good, but what happened to your jaw?" Fury asked.
"A certain blonde hair, grey eyed friend of Jackson's. They both fought back, and hard at that. They're in the medbay as we speak because Tony shot them with his beams." Natasha responded. Fury was surprised. No one could beat Natasha in hand to hand combat, much less a seventeen year old. Fury stood up from his desk and walked to the medbay.
Inside, Perseus laid unconcious on a bed (Like the ones in a dentist) and his friend was in a chair nearby. Bruce looked at Percy, then at Tony.
"Why do you shoot him?" Bruce asked as he looked at Percy's shoulder. His shirt was singed
"He had taken out Steve and the girl had taken out Natasha. He about took out Scott before I shot him. It didn't do much than to annoy him, but when I shot the girl, Scott was knocked out and I was on the ground before I could blink." Tony explained. Bruce was shocked.
"They took out four Avengers?!" Bruce said.
"Yep, and I less than an hour too. Perseus was able to catch my shield effortlessly, then throw it back at me." Steve said as he walked in the room. He had his head wrapped in a bandage from where Percy hit him with his shield.
"It took two tranq arrows and a hit in the head for them to be unconcious. That's twice the amount to knock a grown elephant out in an instant." Clint said as he filed in. He had gotten away unharmed, but he was the only one out of the five. Bruce nodded and slid Percy's shirt to show his shoulder. To his surprise, the wound didn't look bad for being shot. Bruce stitched it up and bandaged it.
"That should do for the minute. Now, what happened to her?" Bruce said. Tony sighed.
"I shot her as well. She knocked out Natasha and was heading for me next." Tony replied. Bruce sighed as he rolled her pant leg up to her knee. The wound looked worse than Percy's, but he fixed it the same way he fixed Percy's.
"She's going to need crutches for a while, but other than that, I would like to know how they feel when they wake up." Bruce said as he attached an IV and heart rate monitor to both Percy and Annabeth.
"Don't you think that we should restrain them? I mean I don't them to panic when they wake up and attack us." Tony asked. Bruce nodded and pressed a button on the bed. Suddenly, metal bands wrapped around Percy's chest, wrists, and ankles. Annabeth was handcuffed to the chair as well as her good leg. By this time, Fury had walked in to see the two teens.
"It should be about a day before they-" Bruce was cut off as Percy groaned. Annabeth began to wake up as well.
"T-that's not possible! They had a double dose of tranquilizers and they still woke up before they were supposed to if they had been hit with one dose." Clint said as he stepped back.
"Ugh, why do I feel like I've been hit by a freight train?" Percy said as he tried to rub his eyes. When he felt the restraints, he immediately paniced and looked for Annabeth. He didn't even realize the Avengers were in the room.
"Wise Girl? Are you in here?" Percy asked. Annabeth groaned.
"I'm beside you Seaweed Brain. How do you feel?" Annabeth replied.
"Like I've been hit in the head with a school bus. Two minutes and I should be fine." Percy said.
"So we're in the same condition. Great." Annabeth mumbled. Fury cleared his throat to gain their attention.
"Perseus Jackson-" Fury tried to say.
"It's Percy." Percy interrupted.
"Mr. Jackson we would like to ask you and your friend a few questions." Fury stated. Percy just groaned and nodded.
"First, what is her name?" Fury asked. Percy looked at Annabeth, then a Fury.
"Her name is Annie Grace." Percy responded. Fury narrowed his eyes.
"Are you lying?" Fury asked.
"No." Percy replied. Natasha looked at Percy before looking at Fury.
"He's not lying" Natasha confirmed.
"Thank you agent Romanoff." Fury said as he thanked her.
"Now that you know our names, care to tell us yours? I mean we can't keep calling you by Seaweed Brain's nicknames." Annabeth asked.
"I'm Nick Fury, director of Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, or S.H.I.E.L.D for short." Fury introduced.
"Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow." Natasha continued.
"Tony Stark or Iron Man." Tony followed.
"Clint Barton or Hawkeye." Clint said after Tony.
"Bruce Banner or Hulk." Bruce replied.
"Scott Lang or Ant Man." Scott continued.
"Steve Rogers or Captain America." Steve finished. Percy grinned.
"I wasn't far off with some of their nicknames." Percy commented.
"What were your nicknames for us?" Tony asked.
"Well the nicknames were as followed: Mr. Eyepatch, Doc, Tin Can Man, Flaming Justice, Bow Bow Siwa, Tiny, and Spangles." Percy said as he attempted to point at each one. Annabeth looked at the Avengers before laughing at their faces.
"You seriously need to work on your nicknames. They're going to get you into trouble one of these days." Annabeth said in between her laughter.
"Now that we know each other, do you know why you are here?" Fury asked, shooing all the Avengers out except Bruce and Natasha.
"If we knew why we were here then we wouldn't be here." Percy sassed. Annabeth rolled her eyes. Bruce came forward with two needles. Percy tried to move away from him, but the restraints kept him from moving away. Bruce tried to inject the needle, but Percy kept squirming, trying to get away from the needle. It reminded too much of Tartarus. Annabeth noticed this and tried something.
"Percy we're safe. Calm down and stop fighting them. It'll only make it worse." Annabeth pleaded. Percy looked at her with slightly dialeted eyes. He took a deep breath and stopped moving. Bruce injected the needle in his left arm. He took some blood from his arm. Once Bruce was done with Percy, he moved on to Annabeth. Annabeth was calm and didn't move while she had her blood drawn.
"Why were you seen with a group of teenagers around the world?" Natasha asked.
"I was on vacation. Is that illegal?" Percy replied.
"Was Annie with you on this 'vacation'?" Fury asked.
"Yes, why does it matter?" Annabeth asked back.
"What is your relation to Percy?" Natasha asked. Percy looked at Annabeth before looking straight into Natasha's eyes.
"She's my best friend." Percy said. Natasha looked at him with suspicion rising in her eyes. Fury and Natasha continued to ask questions, but Percy and Annabeth didn't answer. They just stay silent. Eventually, Fury got tired of them not answering.
"Prepare the hulk cell, then knock them out. I don't trust these two not to escape." Fury said as he rubbed his temples. Bruce was shocked. After all the cell was for containing his other form. With a sigh he pulled out two tranquilizers and injected them. The two teens tried to stay awake, but they were failing hard.
"Give up, this one is five times the normal amount given." Fury said grinning. Percy looked to see Annabeth passed out. She looked peaceful. Percy tried to stay awake, but eventually, sleep took over. The rest of the avengers came in after they fell unconscious.
"You really think that they're that dangerous? They're just kids Fury." Steve asked after they came back. Bruce pressed a button to release the restraints. Steve and Clint picked up Percy, and Bruce picked up Annabeth. They walked down a couple of hallways before walking into a large room. In the room, a large glass room was suspended in the air. Tony pulled a lever on the wall. Suddenly, a walkway leading up to the room was lowered down from the ceiling. The avengers carried the two teens up the walkway and into the room. Steve and Clint set Percy down on the bed with Bruce setting Annabeth beside him.
"Let's head out for now. We'll interrogate them more after they wake up." Fury commanded. They walked out leaving the two alone
To their surprise, they didn't have to wait long.
