"So...Angie."
"Yes?" Angie said.
Hajime and Natsumi were trying to know more about their new fellow companion, Angie Yonaga. A native from Jabberwock Island who is also his "wife". Even if they were disguised as natives too, in order to watch over The Doctor's human persona, they still haven't learned anything about the customs. And, in order to break ice with her, they wanted to talk about it.
"So, you're the Doctor's wife now, yes? Well...We were wondering, how does the ritual work?"
"Oh, you're interested in our customs! Well, unfortunately, I couldn't complete the ritual and consume our vows, but... We're gonna do it one day! It'll be a divine experience!"
"Really? What is the ritual?"
"We'll perfom intense physical workouts, so that will become adults! I know that we'll be happy and relaxed after that, and we'll be blessed with a baby!"
"..."Intense physical workout"?" The two students thought.
Then, they started to elaborate what did she meant.

"Ooooh...Now I get it." The two thought.
"Well, I guess it's a normal thing to do for a newly-wed couple." Hajime said.
"Yeah! That's how the couple consummate thei vows! Also, the guests make their own vows, and then they consummate those, too during the wedding."
The two students' eyes widened from surprise.
"Does she mean...Like an..." They thought.
"And then, we share the baby, using the sickle we use when we want to be consoled...Just kidding! We just share the bride!"
"...I have several questions, but...I'm not sure if I really want the answers." Hajime whispered to Natsumi.
"Same." Natsumi said.
And so, their attempt to get to know Angie better failed miserably, leaving them with more questions than before.
