Chapter 1 The Detective and The Doctor
Shinichi had just left his childhood friend Ran to chase after a suspicious man in black but before he could catch up he heard a wheezing sound and ran into something ¨Oww¨ he cried.
¨Hey are you alright¨ a man asked.
¨Yeah I´m fine¨ Shinichi said as he got up and realized he was no longer in the alleyway but inside a circular room with a consul in the middle ¨where am I.¨
¨You're in The TARDIS¨ said the young man ¨and I´m Jamie and that's The Doctor¨ Jamie said pointing to a short stocky man.
¨Doctor Who¨ Shinichi asked.
¨That is the question isn't¨ The Doctor responded ¨now you see it seems you were running as my TARDIS materialized around you and you ran into the consul.¨
¨Wait what is The TARDIS.¨
¨Well it's hard to explain¨ The Doctor said.
¨It's a blue box that's bigger on the inside and it's also a time machine¨ Steven said.
¨Basically sums it up yes¨ The Doctor said
¨Oh oka WAIT WHAT ahh doors could someone open the doors¨ Shinichi said in a panic.
¨Of Course allow me¨ The Doctor said, making his way over to the consul as he pulled a lever opening the doors. Shinichi quickly ran outside and to his surprise it was true outside The TARDIS was a blue box in shock Shinichi made his way back inside The TARDIS to ask more questions.
¨So is this um TARDIS really a time machine? ¨ Shinichi asked, still in shock.
¨Before I answer, may I ask your name, my boy¨ The Doctor asked politely.
¨Oh yes sorry my name is Shinichi Kudo.¨
¨Nice to meet you Shinichi¨ Jamie said.
¨Yes quite¨ The Doctor said.
¨Anyway, are you two really time travelers.¨
¨Yes, The Doctor is actually an alien¨ Jamie replied bluntly.
¨REALLY¨ Shinichi asked, even more shocked. After a few hours of Shinichi asking questions about The Doctor learning many things including the two hearts and regeneration Shinichi decided to go home. ¨Well anyway it was nice meeting you two¨ Shinichi said.
¨It was nice meeting you as well. If I ever come by here again i´ll be sure to pay you a visit¨ The Doctor replied. With that Shinichi left and The TARDIS dematerialized.
When Shinichi got home he noticed someone outside his house. As he got closer he recognized her ¨Ran¨ he said.
¨SHINICHI¨ Ran cried as she threw her arms around him but as soon as she realized she was hugging him like there was no tomorrow she let go of him and backed away blushing ¨s-sorry.¨
¨It's alright¨ Shinichi said also blushing ¨I was gone a while.¨ There was an awkward silence ¨a-anyway Ran it's pretty late y-you should probably stay at my place just to be safe.¨
¨Okay just let me call my dad and let him know.¨
The two of them went into his house and all things considered there was still an awkward atmosphere. ¨Um Ran¨ Shinichi started ¨I ahh.¨
¨ShinichiIloveyouifyoudontfeelthesamethatsalrightIjustwantedyoutoknowand¨ Ran was stopped when Shinichi kissed her on the lips for about 30 seconds.
¨I love you too¨ Shinichi answered. And Ran fainted at this
SIDE NOTE: so yeah not a lot happened in this chapter I just wanted to have Shinichi meet The Doctor for later chapters and I did the ShinRan love confession cause i'm a big fan of that ship
