In a lavish bungalow with a beautiful garden having guards on entrance. A lady in her fifty's was dialing someone and nodded in disappointment.
"Uff yeh ladka kabhi bhi phone pick nhi karta, sirf do ghante bache hai aur yeh abhi tak nhi aaya, kya karu main iska" She sighed disappointedly.
Meanwhile, somewhere on empty road, two bikes were lined up on mark line gearing up waiting for the flags to be dropped. As the flags were dropped, they sped off the bikes in maximum possible speed. Few moments later, one of those bikes crossed the finish line and everyone hooted his name.
He took off the helmet and hooted as winning gesture when girls goofed him around and hugged him. He too flirted with them when Raj, his friend handed his cell informing about his mother's call.
"Hello, Kahan hai aap, function sirf do ghante mein start ho jaayega aap jaante hai aaj kitna important day hai" She asked him.
"Oh, come on Mom, how can I forget today's function don't worry I'll reach before time" He assured her and smiled.
"You better be on time DAYA, today is very important day for us, come soon beta" She hung up and began preparing to depart on function venue.
In an auditorium, many dignified and reputed army delegates were play the role of audience when host initiated the function.
"Good evening, ladies and Gentlemen, we all gather here to honor the bravery award to that person who is not only the proud of India, but also one of the best army personnel of the era. He has been awarded with several bravery awards and medals in just three years duration of his career" Host initiated, "So May I have on stage Head of RAW Mr. ACP Pradyuman to honor the hero of the nation who once again solved the delicate case of human tariffing and rescued twenty women all over India"
ACP Pradyuman stepped on the stage with huge round of applause and delivered speech on country's security system concluding with "Now I would like to invite on stage, the hero of the nation who was the pride of India, he not only solved many delegate and tricky cases but also known as Eagle of the RAW. So, ladies and gentlemen, may I have on the stage our hero, encounter and disguise specialist who solved thirty national and international case in just three years of his career, Senior Agent of RAW Mr. ABHIJEET RAICHAND"
A man in his dignified army uniform and sharp, sparkling eyes, marched in army walk towards the stage and stood in front of ACP saluting him. Wearing proud smile ACP pinned the collar star and pocket medals on his uniform and whispered, "I'm so proud of you Abhijeet, keep shining like this" Abhijeet touched his feet for blessing and he blessed him "God Bless you my son, I'm so proud to have son like you"
When he stepped down Daya hugged him tightly and congratulated him, "You are the best bhai, I'm so proud of you I'm so happy"
Abhijeet ruffled his hair and blinked the eyes consolingly seeing Avni, his mother wiping silent tears getting emotional. After reaching home, they were chilling in the lounge admiring the trophy and enjoying the success when Avni stated. "It's party time now we will invite named businessmen, army personnel, it should be the grand party after all mere Abhijeet ki success party hai"
"Wow party, Mom you are awesome God tomorrow, abhi se friends ko invite karne padege bye" Daya stormed off in excitement.
"Kitne friends hai iske jo abhi se invitation task mein lag gya" Abhijeet popped.
"Sehzaade jo tehre" Avni rolled her eyes and pressed his shoulder meaningfully, "humne kal Kapoor's ko bhi invite kiya hai"
Abhijeet passed permission look to ACP and after receiving assured nod he assured her, "aapko jo theek lage Ma, I'm ready to marry Tia"
"Itna bharosa hai apni Ma par, I'm so proud of you beta" she happily cupped his face when Abhijeet passed smile and left.
When Daya got to know about this news, he grumpily stormed in Abhijeet's room and fired, "Aap jaante hai how is Tia phir bhi aapne shaadi ke haan kar di, why?"
"Maine shaadi ke haan kari hai Todo shaadi kari nhi hai" Abhijeet smirked.
After coping from mini shock from this statement Daya jumped on bed "what's cooking in your mind Bhai" Daya raised his eyebrows waiting desperately for his response.
"Look Todo, Ma- Pa is everything for me I can't deny them for anything" Abhijeet sighed closing the novel, "Right now main Tia se kya kisi se bhi shaadi nhi karna chahta, I'm not ready yet"
"Not ready? Bhai you are twenty-six and awarded and well reputed army personnel, I mean who will neglect the most eligible, handsome and bachelor dignified army officer's marriage proposal" Daya praised him.
"That's the only problem Mr. Daya Pradyuman, they wanted to marry my status and wealth, not me" Abhijeet clarified.
"Bhai, simple words RAW ki training next month se start hai, not right now so explain in detail what's the plan?" Daya asked.
Abhijeet narrated the plan leaving Daya opened mouthed in shock when Abhijeet winked "Todo execute tumhe karna hai"
"You are joking right you are not really mean to expose Tia in family meet" Daya fumbled, "Aap humesha mujhe hi execute karne ko kehte ho aur for Mom- Dad mujhe sikhaar banate hai" he added grumpily.
"That's why I love you my Todo" Abhijeet cutely pulled his cheek.
After party, both families gathered for their first meet elders were chatting on political and social issues and fashion and cultural talks. Daya knocked Abhijeet with elbow signaled to initiate when he glared the younger one.
Before Mrs. Kapoor initiate to Abhijeet, Tia entered greeting everyone.
"Hi Guys, sorry I'm late how are you baby" She kissed Abhijeet who got aback by this sudden act. "Ok let's fix the date soon"
"Isn't it soon Tia this is only first meet" Daya poked noticing Abhijeet's uneasiness, "Bhai isn't agreed yet"
"It's obvious fatty Abhi ko mujhse deserving koi nhi milega and we are grown up together, partied together, I'm the best choice for him" Tia stated.
"Abhijeet aapka kya reply hai beta hum yeh Rishta pakka karde" Avni asked. Abhijeet remained silent as he directly can't deny her.
"Wo Ma… wo yeh Rishta…." Abhijeet fumbled.
"Itni jaldi kya hai Bhai, I have planned a surprise for you" Daya jumped in mid to favor his elder brother as he knew Abhijeet could suffer whole life with Tia but couldn't deny Avni's proposal or command directly.
