Feel free to go check out 'Murder Drones' on the GLITCH channel on YouTube after reading this.

Two days later...

Aaron's in his lab at the main computer checking on stuff while Axel was laying down in his lap.

Today was slow and he was going through some of the stuff he got from the glitches he fought with the Techs two days ago: The Interceptor, and the four glitches from Dungeons.

This talk about glitches made Aaron turn his attention to Axel. He then thought about something before smirking.

"I KNOW THAT LOOK. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT?"

"T.A.R.I., show me the data on Axel. I might have an idea."

Meanwhile...

On the way to Aaron's house was a Hinobi Tech van and inside were Five and Miko.

Phil had told them to head over to Aaron's place and deliver some stuff for him. Since Aaron was a part of the crew, Phil wanted to give Aaron a couple of things. Sure, he didn't need any of it, but might come in handy.

The two just arrived at Aaron's place. They got out the van, Five with the package of stuff inside, and went to the door.

"*knocks*Hello? Aaron! It's us!" Five said.

To their surprise, the door slowly opened inwards. No one was behind it.

"Okay...?" "Maybe he knew we were coming."

They went inside and looked around. Aaron's house didn't look half bad. Dimly lit in here though.

"Aaron, we got a package for you from Phil!" Miko shouted throughout the house, but got no answer. Shee shrugged her shoulder at Five while humming 'I don't know'.

Spent some time looking throughout the house looking for Aaron, but didn't find him.

In the end, they came out of his bedroom and were about to just leave the package in his kitchen or something as they headed to the stairs.

Miko was geeking about Aaron's P.C. setup, when suddenly Five put his hand over her mouth.

"(muffled) Hey, what's the deal?!" She looked up at Five who was staring at the mirror on the wall beside the stairs.

She looked at it too, then went silent at what was in the reflection.

They slowly turned around and went stiff with fear when they saw what it was.

The thing they saw was some kind of robot hanging on the side of the wall with a white coloration with a black waist, and hands with four fingers, white arms and wide forearms that end with yellow and black stripes. It had feet that ended on yellow and black stripes, giving the appearance of soles/heels, hair that's silver-ish, He wears a black winter coat with a fur collar and a black cap with a black headband with five sections of yellow lights, a yellow armband on it's left upper arm, a long black tail which ends in a large syringe with a neon yellow liquid inside.

The reason they were scared was because of how it looked right now.

There's a black screen on the top half of its face, and instead of neon yellow ovals on it that acted as its eyes, there was a neon yellow 'X' shape. It's mouth was open and it had several jagged teeth, and it had dangerous bladed wings and claws on one hand that allowed it to easily tear through anything.

When it came flying at them, they ran out of there just in time, which concluded in him slashing the mirror in two. The bot laughed before looking back at them as they ran down the stairs.

The bot's clawed hand became a gun and started shooting the two as they ran.

They fell on the floor when they reached the bottom.

"What is that thing?!" "You're asking me?!"

They covered their heads when more bullets came. They got up and ran and Five dropped the package in all the chaos.

They ran off avoiding missiles, more slashing from both of the bot's clawed hands, and more bullets.

They ran into the kitchen, geared up and hid behind the doorway. They aimed their gauntlets in the room, looking for it, but it was nowhere in sight.

Out of breath, Five said, "Okay...I think...it's gone." "Uh, Five?"

Five looked where Miko was pointing, which was inside the kitchen. He went stiff again.

The bot was right there, facing away.

It slowly turned around to face them, and when it did, it surprisingly had normal eyes, its wings retracted, and a kind smile., and with normal hands, it waved at them.

It caught them off guard, which was what it was trying to do.

Because a second later, it had that murderous look back on its face, it's wings had protracted, and with both now-clawed hands, it flew at them and pinned the pair on the floor.

They screamed in terror as it raised one hand was about to slash them while it was laughing.

But before that could happen-

*POW!*

A powerful shockwave knocked the bot off of them and into the wall.

They looked and saw that it was Aaron who delivered a punch with his Meta Gear.

"You two okay?"

"Aaron!" they both said, relieved he was okay. He then helped them get up.

Their attention turned back to the robot who got back on its feet. When it spoke, the two Glitch Techs hid behind the Meta Runner.

"(menacing tone) Hit me into the wall again, and I'm gonna be all like,

*changes expression to normal and retracts wings*(normal tone)'Hey, ouch! Please don't do that. 'Cause that kinda hurts my feelings, and makes me feel like maybe you don't even want me here.'"

The Techs went silent with confusion before both saying, "Uh...what?"

"...Aaron, what is that?" Five said, finally finding the words.

"He's something I just finished today. He's from a game I've been working on. I had the plixels and I needed a way to use them. A bit later I made him. Don't worry, he's harmless...usually."

Aaron went next to the robot as it said, "I'm Disassembly Drone N. I love three things: pet stuff, (menacing tone) MURDER STUFF, (normal tone) and debilitating cognitive dissonance!"

The Techs looked at each other before looking back at Aaron.

"Yeah, I'm not too sure about him either. I thought he'd be a good partner, but I'm not that sure because of the fact that I don't know if he's all...(points at his head) there."

N laughed before saying, "Artificial life is agony."

"...See what I mean?"

However, Miko recalled what Aaron said before and said with an excited expression on her face, she said, "Wait, you said you were working on a game?!"

"Yeah, it's a game within a game thing, but I'm still ironing out a few of the kinks. I got the beta version of the game by itself hooked up to my Switch. It's the first game I finished working out. I can show you if you want-"

"Nothing would make me happier." she said, now standing in front of Aaron's face with a serious look.

Aaron smirked saying, "What, you gonna kiss me if I say no or something?"

Realizing why he said that, she blushed then got back.

"It's in my room on the charger next to my backpack. You can't miss it. When you get on it, go to the game labeled 'Murder Drones' and ONLY 'Murder Drones'. The other games aren't finished and are extremely buggy."

N was about to go with them, but Aaron stopped him saying, "Not you, Mr. Genocide. I don't trust you alone with them."

"Hey, come on, I'm not that destructive."

Aaron pulled out his cybernetic hand which was slashed a bit, and had a burning and leaking hole through the middle of it, the size of the point of the syringe at the end of N's tail.

He then pointed through the doorway with his other hand, gesturing to the damage N did to Aaron's house when he tried killing Five and Miko.

"Oh, yeah. Whoops." "Yep. Open wide."

Aaron then shoved his mechanical arm into the robot's mouth, before pulling it out.

His hand was now back to its original state, but Five and Miko were grossed out.

"What?" Aaron said, "How else do you think disassembly drones can easily reconstruct themselves? I coded them that way."

N confirmed, "Yeah, our saliva reassembles our bodies and neutralizes the nanites in from our tails, otherwise I'd be constantly disassembling myself."

To prove his point, he grabbed his tail before he accidentally stabbed himself in the head with it. He then let out a nervous chuckle.

"Okay, you. You're helping me fix this mess." Aaron said dragging N out of the kitchen, "See you two in a bit."

"So, N was...weird." "Yeah, but I'm sure he'll be different when we play the game. Get over here, Five!"

Five shrugged his shoulders and sat next to Miko on Aaron's bed and watched as Miko went through the list of games that Aaron made on his Switch.

"Ultra Jump Mania, Sunset Paradise, Saikosis, Tempest, Skybreakers, Battle Pets- Found it! Murder Drones! Aw, but the other games sound so cool though..."

"Aaron said he wasn't done with those games yet. Maybe he'll let us see them when he's finished with them."

"*groans* Fine...but only because I don't wanna play no glitchy games." Miko pressed the button to select Murder Drones. She grabbed the yellow controller and Five grabbed the green one.

I'll tell you how this game works:

Like Aaron said, this was the beta version of the game. It's done, but it just needs a bit more before he can actually say it's complete.

There are two modes you can play this on: Single Player and Multiplayer, but when Aaron's done, you can play it Online.

There are two sides in this game: Worker Drones and Disassembly Drone. Both sides have an objective.

The plot is this: Worker Drones work for humans on an 'exoplanet', particularly being property of a company called 'JCJenson (IN SPAAAAACE!)'. However, when the humans accidentally render themselves extinct after blowing up the planet's core, it sends the planet into a winter-like apocalypse. The Worker Drones began to gain sentience and settle on the planet in the human's stead, though this causes JCJenson to send 'Murder Drones', officially known as 'Disassembly Drones' to kill all Worker Drones because they didn't like the concept of 'runaway A.I.'. As the Murder Drones begin to build a literal tower of corpses, the remaining Worker Drones hide underneath the ice and behind blast doors, living in their own community.

In the game however, there's only one silver activated blast door, when all five should be activated, one after the other.

The Worker Drones' objective is to find the keycards to activate the doors. Only problem is that they're scattered out and about on the surface and hidden in different locations. They also have to be cautious and careful of their surroundings and hide when necessary as they try to look for them.

Why? Because, when the first keycard is found, that's when the Disassembly Drones get to play.

In the game, any of the four missing keycards can be used to deactivate the one that's already shut, but only when the game's over. The Disassembly Drones' objective is to find and slaughter any of the Worker Drones before they find all four cards. When all the Workers are dead, they can use the already found keycard and open the last blast door, allowing them to kill the rest of the Workers behind it.

Now that that's out of the way, let's check on the gamers.

Miko's on the Worker Drone side, and Five's on the Disassembly Drone side.

"I'll play as this Uzi girl, she looks sick." Miko said, selecting said Worker Drone.

In the game, Uzi is a Worker Drone with neon purple eyes and dull purple hair. She wears a black striped beanie hat with a glittery ball at the tip, and black boots with dark purple striped socks. She also wears a black hoodie with a white emblem on the front depicting a battery with two bones going across it, creating an 'X' shape. The bottom of the hoodie has two white stripes wrapping around it, and the left sleeve has a white radioactive symbol on it.

"I don't see why not." Five said, before selecting N.

Some time later...

Back with Aaron and N, the former had just finished helping clean the latter's mess. Aaron found the package from Phil and he told N to hold it for him for a bit

"Okay, everything's back to normal. Next time N, don't kill first and ask questions later." "Understood. *salutes*"

Aaron laughed. As, uh...questionable as N can be, he still found him nice to have around.

"No! I wanna play another round!" "We need to go, Miko!"

The robot and the boy looked up and saw Miko being pulled by the arm towards the stairs by Five. It was time for them to go.

You can tell that Miko liked Aaron's game.

She reluctantly got up and went down the stairs behind Five.

Aaron looked at N as they came down. N then went over and said, "Hey, sorry about the whole 'I'm gonna paint this house with your innards' thing. Can we just, uh forget about it?"

The Techs looked at each other, smiled, then said to N. "Sure N." "Yep."

"Great! Consider it, *makes sunglasses appear on his screen* repressed."

The two of them looked at N, laughing before he changed his eyes back to normal.

They then felt something furry around their feet and looked down and saw that it was Aaron's cat, Axel.

"Axel! There you are." Aaron said before picking him up.

Miko gasped then squealed. "He's so cute! Can I pet him? Please!"

"Sure." Miko reached out and petted Axel who purred in her touch. Five the joined in.

"Cool cat." he said.

"Thanks, he came from another game he was working on. He's how I got the idea to make N. I'm planning on doing the same with the rest of the games I finish."

"Man, I can't wait to see what your other games are like." Miko said.

Five then said, "Hey, before we go, can we get a picture?"

"Oh, sure man!" Aaron said before all three of them got their phones out.

Axel jumped on Aaron's head, and both Five and Miko got on both sides of N. Aaron then pressed on his glasses with his free hand, showing a projection of T.A.R.I..

When they all smiled, all three phones took a picture.
