Elsewhere in Jurassic World, a pig runs squealing with fright and gets through the gate and it shuts. There the 4 Velociraptors tapping impatiently with their claws, up in the railing there was Owen Grady who orders the 4 Raptors to hold and then obey him while he is presses a clicker says the name of the 4 Raptors who's name is Blue, Charlie, Echo and Delta, Owen moves to where a basket that has bait for them the 4 Raptors to feed. Owen tells them to hold again and they did so, he throws Charlie the bait and she snatches it from the air, then Echo, Delta and Blue. The last thing Owen ordered them to do is scatter and the Raptors scatter as Owen's friend Barry arrives said that he finally did it.

"Well it's good to see the Velociraptors again and they are very Blue color and a similar look much the Jurassic Park and Lost World", Izuku said while sketching the 4 Raptors and writing their names too.

"They got names too and they are all Females", Tenya said after hearing Owen said their names.

"Also it seems Owen Grady is their Alpha", Midnight said after seeing the 4 Raptors obey Owen even though he is Human.

Next scene, Vic Hoskins arrives and tells Owen that he is starting to think he hired the wrong people and he is impress about Owen's control over the Raptors. Owen says not everything comes with a happy ending, Vic ask if that's the main reason why he is not sending reports when he needed it and Owen says they've been busy but Vic says not too busy to cash his paychecks then Owen ask what does he want now. Vic reveals that he wants the Raptors to be field tested which means use them as Military Weapons and the MHA Audiences glared at Vic not liking where this is going. Owen who doesn't agree with this tells Vic that the Raptors are only wild animals and nobody would want them out on the field of battle, but Vic says he saw the bond between man and beast as he continues saying they are all the same with dogs of war and they all know the Military needs to reduces the losses of the their Troops and people believe that Robots are the future but nature gave them the most effective killing machines 75 million years ago and they all know they can take orders. Barry cuts in saying they finally make progress that's the first thing he says? Make a Weapon?"

"Let me guess, Vic Hoskin is a the Villain here?" Kacchan said but Vic Hoskin is only the Human Villain here for the next Films.

"He wants to use the Dinosaurs as weapons, we all know that is very wrong", Shoto says and everybody agrees with that using the Dinosaurs as Weapons is wrong.

"But it doesn't seem like Vic is going to give up", Momo said but they will see Vic Hoskin's demise due to his desires to you use the Dinosaurs as weapons.

"There are people who want to use creatures as weapons for money and power", All Might mention that because before coming here they dealt with many Villains who use the Dinosaurs as weapons for money and power.

Vic says that Drones cannot search tunnels and caves and they are hackable, plus when the real war starts all that tech is gonna go dark afterwords. Owen counters by saying that tech's isn't going to eat their enemies of they forget to feed it such as Fuel and Ammo that's need before they go off on missions, Vic talks back by saying the Velociraptors have got millions of years of insticts in their cells and that be program but their loyalty can't be bought and they run their enemies with their teeth and eat them, belt buckle and all. Owen then ask Vic what happens if the Raptors's ever decided they wanna be in control and never take orders from Humans ever again? Vic answered that they should remind who is control, they can just get rid of the rogues and promote the loyal ones which Owen to laughs at and say that Vic hasn't learn anything and acts like he owns them. Vic says they do own them and extinct Animals have no rights but they are not anymore.

"Can he just accept facts that Dinosaurs are not tamable as weapons unlike Drones?" Tokoyami ask but Vic is blind with his desires to accept that.

"Vic is not going to give up", Eijiro answers him.

"He forgets the facts Animals cannot be tamed as Weapons, only trust, the same with Dinosaurs", Izuku said because with was able to tame the Spinosaurus to trust him.

Vic then talks about Masrani's Jurassic World and he is using it as a petting zoo, he just wants to teach Humanity some humility, he doesn't make weapons at all. He ask Owen that he thinks the 8th richest man in the world is only into oil, telecom and family fun parks, Vic views Masrani is do diversified, he doesn't even know what he owns and how long has InGen been practicing this kind of pitch? Ever since Owen was hired out of the US Navy he knew about the end game, Dinosaurs can replace a thousands of boots on the grounds and how many lives would that save? War is part of nature and everything that's living are meant to kill and Mother Nature's way of testing her creation, Refining the pecking order, plus war is always a struggle and it breeds greatness and without that they all end with places like this charge 7 bucks of soda.

"War maybe part of nature but's it's our choices that we make that creates violence and war is one of them". Shoto says it's true that it's the choices they make that creates violence and war too.

Owen ask if he really knows what he's saying, but Vic insist that this really going to happen because progress always wins, but Owen also mentions that progress always loses too. The conversation gets interrupted when the worker Leon alerts that the Pig is loose and he falls in while he was trying to get the Pig which one of the Raptors snatch and Blue, Charlie and Delta runs up to him but Owen intervenes by entering the paddock. 2 of the Rangers/Troopers aim their Weapons at the Raptors but Owen orders them not to shoot because if they put 12 amps on the Raptors they will never trust him again while Barry gets Leon of the paddock. Owen was able to give all of the Raptors some commands but they give him some snaps and snarls at him and he tells Barry to close the gate. After calming the 3 Raptors down, Owen makes break for it and rolls underneath as the gate slams shut and the Raptors rams their heads into the metal in the end. Leon is safe while the Raptors stared at him, Vic on the other hand just walks away not caring on what just happened.

"Despite what nearly just happened, Vic is still not going to quit", Izuku said.

"I hope he dies", Eri said but he will once one of the Raptors who really hates him makes a move.
