After Gretchen and Patrick had each picked their 8 contestants for the new season of Total Drama, it was now up to their father Robert to pick his share of the contestants. Like Gretchen, he did so from his office at the O'Niall Residence in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Robert was grinning to himself as he held a set of darts in his right hand. "Alright, me kids already picked their share o' the contestants fer the new Total Drama season. Gretchen picked 'er share by 'erself, while Patrick let 'is mates pick 'is share fer 'im. As fer me? I'm gonna be pickin' me share o' the contestants like a true rocker would; By leavin' it up ta fate!" Robert proudly spoke to himself as he was staring at a large dartboard that was hanging from the office wall. The dartboard had the pictures of all the remaining applicants that weren't chosen by Gretchen and Patrick plastered on it.
Robert took one of the darts from his right hand and put it in his left, and just as he was about to throw it, he heard commotion outside of the office, hearing a female voice and a male voice shouting at each other before bursting through the door, each falling on the floor as a result of it.
The girl was a Caucasian one named Meghan Richards, and she stood at 5 foot and 7 inches and was slightly skinny, but had a little muscle. Her hair was a light dirty blond and went down to her shoulders, but Meghan kept her hair in a donut bun. Her round shaped eyes were hazel in color, and her outfit consisted of a pair of sneakers, some jeans with a cut at the kneecaps, a gray graphic t-shirt that read "U.S. Marines" on the front and an open black women's hoodie worn over it.
The boy was a pale Caucasian one named Stanley Rivers, and he stood at 5 foot and 11 inches, having a lean frame with defunded pectorales and a defined six pack. His hair was ginger in color and had a blond streak in it, and was styled in a faux hawk with the sides shaven, being spiky on top and short towards the bottom. His upturned eyes were Cerulean in color, and he sported a chin curtain ginger beard and had a tattoo of a pair of feminine red lips with a mole on his right ankle. Finally, his ears were gauged with small white gauges. His outfit consisted of a short sleeved pale pink polo lined with white on the head opening and sleeves with a logo of a pale blue diamond on the left breast along with a white undershirt, some khaki shorts and bronze colored Birkenstock's.
"Meghan, Stanley! What's with all this racket when I'm in the middle o' tryin' ta select me batch o' contestants fer the new Total Drama season?" Robert asked the two interns that the producers had hired for the new season in total incomprehension at the ruckus they were causing.
Meghan looked up at Robert. "Well, that's the thing, Mr. O'Niall. The producers were just calling about the contestants and wanted to talk to you about it. I was gonna bring you the phone, but Stanley took it from me and wanted to bring it to you instead." She explained to the tall Irish male.
Stanley quickly got up and handed Robert the phone. "Don't listen to her, sir. She's just making stuff up. It's a little something that you tend to get when you spent too much time around computers." He quickly defended himself.
Meghan rolled with her eyes. "I was not making that up." She shot back at Stanley. Before Stanley could argue back, Robert quickly broke up the fight.
"Kids, kids. It don't matter what happened on the way ta me office. What does matter is that there's no use in fightin' over a damn phone. Meghan, I want ya ta go take care o' some technical business 'round the house fer now, an' Stanley, I want ya ta go to the store an' fetch me an' Patrick some whiskey from the local brewery, aye?" Robert ordered the two interns to get them to stop fighting.
Meghan nodded. "I'm on it, Mr. O'Niall." The computer girl nodded and quickly left the office.
"Yes, sir! Right away, sir!" Stanley saluted Robert and quickly left the office as well, slamming the door behind him. Robert sighed and shook his head as he put the phone to his ear. "Robert O'Niall speakin'." The tall Irish male told the person on the other end of the phone.
"Ah, Mr. O'Niall! Glad I get to speak to you for a bit! It's Kevin Harewood, from Toronto Interactive Media. Have you picked your share of the contestants for the new Total Drama season yet?" Kevin asked Robert.
"Not yet, sir. I was just about ta get 'round ta doin' that." Robert replied.
"Alright, alright. Well, the thing is, I talked to the board not too long ago, and they have decided to extend the number of contestants from 24 to 30, which means that you're going to have to pick 14 contestants for the final cast as opposed to 8 contestants like your children did. You're going to have to pick 7 girls and 7 boys, but I have full confidence you can do it, Mr. O'Niall. Any questions about the matter?" Kevin asked Robert after explaining the deal to him.
"What?! 14 contestants?! Couldn't the board 'ave made the decision before me an' me kids started selectin' contestants?!" Robert asked Kevin in disbelief.
"I apologize for the inconvenience, Mr. O'Niall, but the board had received so many good applications for the new Total Drama season that they found it difficult to narrow it down to 24 contestants, hence why they made the decision of extending the cast halfway through the selection process." Kevin explained to Robert.
Robert sighed and nodded at Kevin's words. "Dinnae worry 'bout it, Mr. Harewood. I'm sure I can manage ta pick 14 contestants fer the final cast. I do appreciate ye callin' me 'bout the matter before I got 'round ta pickin' me share o' the contestants." He calmly told Kevin.
"Splendid, Mr. O'Niall! And if I have any more updates from the board, I'll be sure to keep you and your children posted! Ta-ta for now!" Kevin replied before hanging up the phone. Robert then put the phone down on the desk and reached into his desk drawer to grab additional darts for his selection process.
"Alright, I've got enough darts ta pick 14 contestants now. I'm all set, so let's pick some contestants!" Robert grinned as he threw all 14 darts at the dartboard, each of the darts becoming lodged into a picture of a contestant. The tall Irish male then proceeded to walk up to the dartboard and inspected the pictures he hit. He then proceeded to pull out his smartphone and began scrolling through his e-mails to find the first of the contestants he picked. He then proceeded to tap on the file.
The file was titled Rina Belle, and included a picture of a French-Canadian Caucasian young woman that was rather tall at 5 foot and 11 inches and having a rather slim yet lean stereotypical swimmer's build. Her hair was naturally dirty blond, but it was currently pastel blue. The hair was long and silky, tied back into a bubble braid. The top tie for the hair was made out of pearly, while the rest were standard bobbles. She had striking ocean blue eyes, and her skin was a bit on the pale side. Her outfit consisted of a dark blue asymmetrical skirt with matching dark blue strappy sandals, and for upper clothing, she wore a white t-shirt with two dark blue suspenders that were attached to her skirt.
"Ah, this one's one o' those stereotypical Queen Bees like that Heather lass from Total Drama Island...Well, from what I've seen o' that Heather lass from the quick crash course on Total Drama that Gretchen gave me, Queen Bees have a penchant fer dramatics, so they sell well on a show like this. Gonna take quick look at 'er Audition Tape just make sure that she's worth me while..." Robert remarked as he looked through Rina's file before tapping on her Audition Tape. Rina could be seen in an empty classroom, standing on a desk, greeting the viewer in her native French before shifting into English and bragging about her penchant for dramatics and how she views herself worthy of winning the new season of Total Drama. The footage kept rolling for a bit, but Robert ended the tape there because he knew that Rina was definitely worth his while and moved her file to the "Accepted" folder.
"Alright, that's one contestant down, 13 more ta go..." Robert spoke as he glanced at the dartboard and then down at his phone as he tapped on a file that was titled Jacque Cortez Metoyer. Robert was greeted with a picture of an African-American male that was on the tall side at 5 foot and 10 inches with a relatively lean and athletic build, with his muscles not being too defined. His black hair was short and well kept with a nice taper fade on the sides and in the back and having waves on top. His eyes were dark brown in color while his skin tone was a chestnut brown. He also had a small scar underneath his right eye, diamond stud earrings pierces into his ears and the number 504 tattooed on his right forearm. His outfit consisted of a red basketball jersey with the number 1 in white lettering on the front and back with tight fitting ripped jeans with holes around the knees and thighs along with red Air Force Ones. Finally, he wore a red wristband on his right wrist and a black wristband on his left wrist.
Robert grinned as he read through the file. "Ah, this one's good too. He's one o' those greasy smooth talkers that likes ta scheme 'is way through the game. He should be a nice addition ta the cast an' potentially be one o' the bad guys fer the season. Lemme just check out the lad's Audition Tape real quick..." The rocker spoke as he tapped on Jacque's Audition Tape and watched it.
Jacque was shown inside a run down kitchen with a smug grin plastered onto his face, and he began to explain to the viewer that he can be any type of bad guy he chooses to be during his time on Total Drama, as long as it would get him all the way to the end of the competition and the million dollar prize into his hands. Robert grinned once more and moved Jacque's file to the "Accepted" folder.
"Man, two contestants in, an' I'm already on a roll with the good ones. Now let's move on to the next one." Robert chuckled as he selected the next file, and he was surprised as he saw the title of the file. "Olive an' Rebecca "Becky" Jones..." Robert muttered out loud. "I know these lasses! What are the Bloody Prom Queens doin' signin' up fer this show?" He asked out loud as he took a look at Olive's file first.
Olive's file depicted her as a Caucasian female of average height, being about 5 foot and 8 inches tall and having an average build with a large bust. Her originally black hair was dyed green and styled in a mohawk with the sides shaved to a buzz. Her eyes were green in color and her skin was tanned, and she wore a light green jacket that was tied around her waist at all times along with a black tank top and dark green skinny jeans, completing the look with black platform boots that add a few inches to her height.
"I remember 'ow sweet yet ditzy that Olive lass could be from the last time The Irish Mob an' the Bloody Prom Queens met at the Brit Awards last year...'Least the lass is more cheerful an' easy goin' than 'er sister, which allows 'er ta be better at the social aspect o' the game an' she can be surprisingly powerful in the physical aspect..." Robert spoke to himself as he read through the file before tapping on Olive's Audition Tape, which depicted the sweet yet ditzy Screamo girl jumping on a trampoline and clearly having a lot of fun with it, and Robert couldn't help but smile at it, as it reminded him of when Gretchen would often spend time on the trampoline when she was younger. As Olive talked about how her sister Becky told her about Total Drama and how she wanted to apply alongside her and make a whole lot of friends, the Screamo girl truly showed how much of a ditz she could be. Robert shook his head with a soft sigh.
"Alright, lemme just take a look at 'er sister's file before I make me final decision on these lasses..." Robert muttered as he looked at Becky's file, which depicted her as a Caucasian girl that was on the shorter side compared to Olive, being a mere 5 feet tall and being very thin, which stemmed from anorexia. Her hair was black and faded into red, being scruffy with two ponytails at the bottom. Her eyes were red and her skin was tanned, and she had piercings all over her face and ears, even having one on her tongue and a bull ring pierced into her nose, and her face was also littered with black and red makeup. Her outfit consisted of a white jacket with black chains patterned all over it, a red t-shirt with a rip at the stomach, black skinny jeans with rips all over them and red platform boots that add a few inches to her height.
"Aye, Becky's always been the more aggressive o' the Bloody Prom Queens, 'cause she didn't want ta 'ave anythin' ta do with me an' The Irish Mob when we met at the Brit Awards last year...Says 'ere she also doesn't like ta show any sign o' weakness, an' she's got a very short patience span...Aye, she's gonna be a handful, alright..." Robert chuckled nervously before tapping on Becky's Audition Tape, which the depicted the more aggressive Screamo girl singing some macabre song lyrics before getting frustrated at how bad they were and proceeded to introduce herself to the viewer, referring to her sister Olive and their friend and fellow bandmate Ivy as softies and stating that a lot more work would get done on the Bloody Prom Queens if Olive and Ivy ever bothered to help with the creative process. She also proceeded to insult Robert, Patrick and Gretchen, referring to them as weakblooded and that people would forget about them after Luck of the Irish finishes airing. Robert sighed and dragged both Olive and Becky's files to the "Accepted" folder.
"I really 'ope I won't regret acceptin' these lasses..." Robert sighed before moving on to the next file and tapped on it to open it. The file was titled Phillip Williams, and depicted a Caucasian male that was rather tall and 6 foot and 3 inches with a thin stomach, broad shoulders and toned abs and pecks, overall being a bit bulky. His dirty blond hair was short and spiked up with gel at the front, with his eyes being blue and having a thin goatee along with a long tribal tattoo on his left shoulder and a tattoo of his birth year on his right peck. His outfit was simple enough, consisting of a leather jacket over a gray tank top with black jeans and brown boots.
"This lad's a party animal, an' from what I've seen in the Island-World Tour seasons o' Total Drama, party animals tend ta do really well in the competition, based on those Owen and Geoff lads. He's also a bituva pervert, but as long as he doesn't take it too far, I think 'e could work quite well fer the final cast. Just gotta check 'is Audition Tape ta make sure e's fit fer the final cast..." Robert told himself as he tapped on Phillip's Audition Tape.
Phillip's Audition Tape showed him standing in front of a group of college kids that was dancing and drinking at a party. Phillip himself didn't appear to be wearing a shirt, showing off his bare torso while holding the camera in such an angle that it could show the whole room before grabbing a microphone and belting into it, asking the partygoers behind him if they wanted to see him on Total Drama, to which they agreed. After chugging an entire bottle of beer, Phillip proceeded to state he was ready for anything and everything the competition could throw at him before diving into the crowd and began crowd surfing.
Robert grinned and dragged Phillip's file to the "Accepted" folder. "This lad should definitely be able ta bring in some ratings fer this new season o' Total Drama. Now I'm gonna pick another guy 'cause I just accepted two girls." The tall Irish male said as he went to the next file that was titled Jim Jacobson.
Jim was a Caucasian male that was pretty tall, being around 6 foot and 2 inches and having an average build that was on the more muscular side. His red hair was slicked back while his eyes were blue in color. He wore a red shirt underneath a slick black overcoat along with red basketball shorts with black and silver stripes on each side, completing the look with a pair of black football cleats with white socks.
"This is somethin' different. This lad's an aspirin' actor and thinks e's hot shit, but also struggles with a lotta insecurities along with an ego that a typical aspirin' actor possesses, an' it sounds like e's tryin' ta set 'imself up ta be the big bad guy o' the season, though with so many bad guys on this season, that could be a bit difficult..." Robert let out an inquisitive hum. "I'm gonna check out 'is Audition Tape first." The rocker then tapped on Jim's Audition Tape, which took a few takes to get right, but on the final take, Jim spoke to the viewer in a put on accent that was either British or Russian, claiming that he was going to use his acting skills to play the most aggressive game he could bring to the table before beginning to feed his pet alligator, Delilah and blowing a kiss at the camera while putting a rose in his mouth for dramatic effect, and the Audition Tape ended with Delilah accidentally biting his finger, causing Robert to cringe at the pain that Jim must be feeling at that moment.
"Ouch, that had ta hurt..." Robert muttered before thinking about it and dragging Jim's file to the "Accepted" folder. "Let's take a chance on 'im." He said before going back to selecting more contestants, this time selecting a girl and tapping on a file titled Clover Dew.
Clover was depicted as a Caucasian British young woman that was on the short side, being about 5 foot and 3 inches tall and being pudgy with dyed purplish-gray hair in a messy braided updo with a low hanging bun. Her eyes were gray and her skin a pale ivory color. She also had freckles on her cheeks and a gap between her front teeth. Her outfit consisted of a greige pinafore dress that went to her knees with buttons going down the torso worn over a dark gray long sleeved shirt along with black stockings and greige chelsea boots.
"This lass is also somethin' different. Says 'ere she's into watchin', listenin' an' creatin' ASMR videos on YouTube, as it 'elps 'er sleep 'cause she's got really sensitive hearin' which makes 'er struggle ta sleep otherwise. She's also pretty quiet when she speaks, so that could cause some issues with 'er social game, but I see potential in the lass. She could easily be the mother o' the whole bunch." Robert smiled before tapping on Clover's Audition Tape which opened like a typical ASMR video before Clover backed away from the microphone a bit and began to explain about her love for ASMR videos as they have a calming effect on her and that she takes pride in helping other people with her own ASMR videos and how she was used to helping other people with their problems due to being like a second mother for her younger siblings and expressed her wishes to explore the world by herself, which is why she signed up for Total Drama.
"Aye, this lass sounds workable fer the final cast. I think we can do this with 'er." Robert nodded as he dragged Clover's file to the "Accepted" folder. Next, the rocker tapped on a file that was titled Gerald Wilson.
Gerald's file depicted him as a pretty short Caucasian male, being about 5 foot and 2 inches tall and having a thin build with a small potbelly. His dirty blond hair was short and swept to the right while his eyes were neon green and his skin was a rosey pale ivory. He also sported a short anchor beard and wore purple framed glasses with a dark purple shirt with a light purple pixel skull decal, dark green shorts, white socks and tan dress shoes.
"This lad's one o' the more unpleasant ones. He's bitter, sarcastic and blunt an' sees no need ta be nice 'round 'is fellow competitors. It says 'ere 'e he does care fer a select amount o' people in 'is life such as 'is siblings an' his boyfriend Barry, an' e's signin' up fer this show 'cause his family needs the money. What a selfless goal fer someone who's such an unpleasant slimeball otherwise. I doubt e'd make it far, but I'll take a chance on 'im regardless." Robert said, not feeling a need to check his Audition Tape and dragged Gerald's file to the "Accepted" folder.
Robert then clicked on the next file, which was titled Letty Lukovic. The file depicted a Canadian-Austrian girl who was also on the short side like most of the applicant before her, being about 5 foot and 3 inches tall with a thin frame, having dark brown hair that went down to her shoulders and being neatly rigid. Her eyes were teal in color while her pale skin had an ivory tone to it. She also had a small tattoo of her family's crest on her back, the crest being a paladin's helmet with yellow and blue ribbons around it. Her outfit consisted of a dark gray sweater with a light gray skirt and green tennis shoes.
"Aw, fuckin' ifreann, this one's got a really sad life. She comes from a very strict family 'cause she has an Austrian father who wants 'er to live 'er life 'ow 'e likes it. Her parents 'ave already arranged a marriage fer 'er an' she goes to a school where she's only 'round the kinda people 'er parents want 'er 'round...In fact, the only reason she's even signin' up fer this show is 'cause 'er parents needed 'er ta 'ave somethin' ta do fer the summer an' it would look good fer 'er family if she were ta win. Man, I would just take 'er in an' treat 'er way better than 'er real parents do if I could, but that's not 'ow it works, unfortunately...So the best I can do right now is accept 'er fer this show..." Robert sighed as he moved Letty's file to the "Accepted" folder without even needing to watch her Audition Tape.
Hoping that the next file would have a more pleasant backstory, Robert clicked on said file, which was titled Joshua Everest. The file included a picture of a tall tan skinned male that stood at a straight 6 feet while also being a bit lanky with hidden muscles inside his clothes. His blond hair was long and tied into dreadlocks, which disgusted Robert as he had a hatred for white people with rasta hair, but he tried his best to ignore it. Joshua's eyes were blue in color and he had a scar on his forehead from a knife. His outfit consisted of an orange beanie worn on his head with a yellow t-shirt worn underneath an unzipped black jacket along with blue jeans, black socks and black Nike shoes.
"This lad can be very lazy at anythin' he does, but when 'e plays games of any sort, he'll get really aggressive an' will do anythin 'e has ta in order ta win. Blackmail, threats, manipulation, injuries, cheatin'...Sheesh, the lad really hates losin' at games...I think I'll accept 'im, but 'e better not try an' rig the votes durin' an elimination ceremony, 'cause startin' with this season o' Total Drama, we'll be havin' a new rule against riggin' the votes durin' an elimination ceremony known as the Harold Clausule at the request o' former Total Drama contestant Courtney Flores, who was a victim o' Harold McGrady riggin' the votes durin' an elimination ceremony on Total Drama Island." Robert said as he dragged Joshua's file to the "Accepted" folder.
Robert then tapped on the next file that was titled Cana Roberts. The file depicted a Caucasian girl of average height, being about 5 foot and 5 inches tall and having a between skinny and husky build. She had brown hair with a purple streak in it that was long on the left side and shaved on the right side. Her eyes were a green color and had a nose ring and a stud earring on her right ear lobe. Her outfit consisted of Nike sneakers, skinny jeans with rips at the front, a black shirt with no sleeve on the right side and the words "EDM Forever" on the front along with a bra worn underneath the shirt, a pair of headphones around her neck and a bracelet on her right hand with a locket attached to it. Inside the locket was a picture of her and her girlfriend Sabine.
"Ooh, another musician. This one's more on the modern side o' music, specifically, electronic music like EDM. Says 'ere she isn't all that familiar with the show an' that 'er girlfriend Sabine is the Total Drama expert, an' that Sabine was originally goin' ta audition fer the show but broke 'er leg while filmin' a skateboardin' stunt fer 'er Audition Tape, so Cana decided to go in 'er place. Aye, that's sweet, an' I definitely think the lass is workable fer the cast." Robert said as he watched Cana's Audition Tape, which depicted her playing EDM music before turning it off and introducing herself, explaining that she's indeed auditioning for the show because her girlfriend broke her leg in a skateboarding accident, and that Sabine was going to give Cana a crash course on Total Drama so that the EDM artist wasn't going into the competition completely blind, and that she also hoped to get discovered as an EDM artist and make it big with her music during her time on the show, but that she was okay if she didn't win or get discovered. Robert nodded and moved Cana's file to the "Accepted" folder.
"Alright, I'm nearly done with this. Just got one more lass an' two more lads ta go. Time fer the penultimate lad." Robert grinned as he tapped on a file that read Alec "Ayrton" Villareal. The file showed a picture of a tall Hispanic male standing at 5 foot and 11 inches with a muscular build and long black hair with textured waves and blue Californian highlights. He wore a red and white t-shirt with sports shorts, common sneakers and a Toyota hat.
"Ooh, this lad's a bit different too. This one's got a thing fer motorsport such as Formula 1, NASCAR, Dakar, Le Mans an' other such motorsport events. He's also a huge fan o' Total Drama an' apparently he even knows that Anne Maria lass from Revenge o' the Island 'cause she's friends with 'is brother." Robert chuckled. "Small world. Anyway, the lad's also a self-proclaimed huggable an' cool guy yet anxious an' grumpy at the same time. Aye, I'm sure 'e could work fer the final cast too. I'm gonna check out 'is Audition Tape just ta be sure." The tall Irish male then tapped on Ayrton's Audition Tape.
Ayrton's Audition Tape depicted him in his bedroom that was filled with motorsport merchandise, and the Hispanic boy told the viewer he believed he had what it takes to be on Total Drama, stating that when it came to teamwork, he was the one to put the most desire when it came to the work, was physically very strong, good with mechanics thanks to his aunt Carmela and even took a little jab at his brother's friend Anne Maria quitting Total Drama: Revenge of the Island over a huge diamond that turned out to be a fake, which got a chuckle out of Robert. Suddenly, sounds of people cheering and Vuvuzelas could be heard outside, startling Ayrton and causing him to start rambling in Spanish as he closed his window, apologizing to the viewer as he explained that the 2010 FIFA World Cup was going on at the moment and how some of his neighbors took it very seriously before a voice off-camera proceeded to make fun of Ayrton taking a few motorsport events very seriously, causing Ayrton to lash out at them as the Audition Tape ended.
"Aye, I definitely think this lad is workable." Robert nodded as he dragged Ayrton's file to the "Accepted" folder. "Alright, now fer the final lass o' the bunch." Robert said as he tapped on a file titled Ingrid Blackgame.
Ingrid's file depicted a short Caucasian British female that was on the short side, being a mere 5 feet tall and having a malnourished and very lanky build along with a pretty small bust. Her curly and long hair was black in color while her eyes were hazel. For clothes, she wore a torn up black shirt and a pair of torn up baggy black jeans with a pair of yellow gloves, a pair of long black socks and brown work boots. Although it couldn't be seen on the picture, Ingrid also wore a yellow bra with some yellow panties, both of which had leaf symbols on them.
Robert grimaced as he read the file. "Ó, deartháir...This lass never really 'ad any human social contacts, so instead, she sought companionship from a buncha plants in an abandoned greenhouse that she began ta refer to as 'er friends an' even talk to 'em, 'ave tea parties with 'em an' even read 'em stories, an' she's joinin' Total Drama 'cause 'er family wants 'er ta spend some time away from the greenhouse an' make actual human friends...Though it says 'ere that behind that creepiness, she's very loyal an' caring an' will 'ave yer back no matter what, an' can read people an' decide if they're good or bad based on a single sentence. She's also very wise an' can offer advice if yer willin' ta give 'er the time o' day. I don't think that I 'ave ta watch 'er Audition Tape ta know that I'll 'ave ta accept this lass unless I want 'er ta appear in me bedroom at night." Robert nervously chuckled as he dragged Ingrid's file to the "Accepted" folder.
Robert took a deep breath. "Alright, an' now fer the final contestant o' the whole bunch!" The rocker declared with a grin as he tapped on a file titled Juno Fen. Juno's file depicted him as a tall beige skinned male standing at 6 foot and 1 inch with a fit and slim build and messy black hair that was partially gelled and stylized. "Ah, this lad's more of a jock, bein' expertised in several martial arts since the age o' five, an' it says 'ere he's seekin' validation from both 'is paternal an' maternal families since they don't want anythin' ta do with 'im, though his parents love 'im with all their heart. I think 'e could get along with that Melissa lass that Patrick an' his friends accepted very well, maybe somethin' romantic could even blossom 'tween 'em ta balance out the dramatics a bit...But now I'm thinkin' too far ahead. I'm just gonna accept this lad without 'avin ta check 'is Audition Tape 'cause I've got a good feelin' 'bout this lad." Robert told himself as he dragged Juno's file to the "Accepted" folder.
Robert could then hear a knock on the door. "Dad? Can Patrick an' I come in now?" Gretchen asked on the other side of the door.
"Aye, come in, kids!" Robert replied as Gretchen and Patrick entered the office.
"An'? Did ye manage ta pick yer share o' the contestants?" Patrick asked his father.
Robert grinned and nodded. "Aye, kids. The cast fer Total Drama: Luck o' the Irish is complete."
Hello once again, everyone! Alexneushoorn here with the final cast reveal for Total Drama: Luck of the Irish! This time it was Robert's turn to pick his share of the contestants, and I ended up getting so many good submissions that I found it too hard to narrow it down to 24 contestants, so instead, I ended up extending the contestant roster to 30 contestants! Congratulations to everyone who managed to get a character into the story, and to those who didn't get a character in, do not worry or feel sad, for there are plenty of other SYOC fics out there, ready to accept your characters!
I've also managed to pick the last of the interns along with the two Aftermath hosts who will be joining my character Simon Hunt at the Aftermath segments of the story! But anyway, thanks again for all the submissions and showing interest in the story, and while this story won't begin production for a good while, I do hope you'll enjoy seeing all of these characters fight it out for the million dollar prize in a manor in rural Ireland in the future! :D – Alexneushoorn
