The shuttle is arriving to the planet Kamino, there lies a secret Imperial base where they experiment on creatures and such. The shuttle lands on the landing platform where a garrison of storm troopers line up awaiting the passenger to exit his ride. It was then that Darth Vader walks out of the Shuttle, with Sindri by his side, and Kratos, Mimir, and Atreus knocked out inside a force cage. They enter the facility where a masked man with one eye hole approached him speaking to him in a childish like voice, "Ah you have arrived Lord Vader...I take it your little trip to the Norse World was a success."
"Keep these two separated from each other...I want a full analysis on them both along with some blood samples," commanded Darth Vader.
"Yes, Yes I'll be sure to get that done...oh this'll be fun!" exclaimed the masked man.
"Do not fail me Tone...the Emperor is expecting a perfect DNA sample for his own plans," said Vader to the Masked man now known as Tone.
Tone then motions for the force cage to be sent over to a certain location as they walk off. Meanwhile, Vader looks at Sindri and tells him in his cold tone, "As for you Dwarf you shall come with me to Kuat...we have big plans for your weapon making."
"As you command Lord Vader," acknowledged Sindri with a bow.
A couple of hours later...
Over at a secured area, Kratos is put into some kind of storage pod still unconscious. Tone looks on at the pod before looking at the Storm trooper commander and says, "I just received order from Lord Vader, gather a squad of troopers and blast him to pieces...we already have everything we need."
Little did they know that Kratos was drifting off to a dreamlike area in his mind. This scenario was odd to Kratos, he looked around and can only see nothing but white.
"I've been waiting to meet you Kratos," said a voice from behind him.
Kratos turned to see a black hooded man wearing a mask. This man was different than the last dark warrior...he could feel this ones power but it is more balanced than anything he has felt.
"Who are you?" asked Kratos.
"I' am viewed as both a savior and a conqueror, I have walked down the path of both light and dark...I' am Revan," answered the figure.
Kratos looked surprised at him...this was the man that came to Atreus. Kratos needed to find out more and said, "You are the one that approached my son...what did you want from him?"
"Ah yes Atreus...brilliant child full of potential. I went to him so he could tell you what was to come...but it already came."
"The dark warrior and his army. You were trying to warn us?" asked Kratos.
"Yes, the Dark Warrior you encountered is known as Darth Vader...he was once a powerful jedi knight but now he has become the apprentice to the Emperor of the Galactic Empire," answered Revan who is pacing back and forth.
"This Vader, he wielded a weapon and used sorcery the likes I have not seen...is that what a jedi uses?," asked Kratos.
"Yes, the weapon is called a lightsaber, it can hold up to any weapon across the galaxy. That sorcery is called the Force...it is a powerful ally for both good and evil."
That explains a lot, Vader was not of their world and with his power was able to defeat him in combat. If he were to face this Vader again then he needed to know how. "How do I defeat this Vader?" asked Kratos
"I cannot tell you more for we are running out of time. I have already planned the motions for your escape Kratos...once you and your son have escaped go to the Dagobah system. There you will meet Master Yoda and he shall show you the answers you seek," answered Revan.
"Then how will I..." Before Kratos could finish his sentence Revan spoke to him with these words...
Meanwhile, a garrison of Stormtroopers surround the pod and aim their weapons at Kratos...but what they expect will now become the unexpected
"Awaken Kratos."
Hearing those words caused Kratos to open his eyes and bust open the pod with his raw strength. The pieces of the wall scattered and crushed some of the troopers. Three of them were still up but Kratos was already onto them. He tackled one down and began pummeling him in the face with his fists literally cracking the helmet to pieces. Kratos picked up the troopers body and threw it at the other trooper killing him on impact. The final trooper tried to run away but Kratos easily caught him and snapped his neck letting out a rage filled yell.
Kratos looked around at the massacre he had caused before looking over at a door to another room. Kratos broke the door down with his foot and looked inside to see his gear and Mimir with a shocked and happy expression on his face.
"Brother! Your alive!" exclaimed Mimir.
"Are you okay Mimir?" asked Kratos.
"For the most part yes...besides a headache. When I heard the troops come in and then their weapons firing I thought you were a goner."
"We must escape this place...do you know where they have Atreus?"
"I'm afraid not brother, I awoke inside this room and have been here the whole time...I don't even know where we are."
Kratos put his gear on, grabbing his weapons and then placing Mimir on the back end on his belt, readying himself for what is to come next.
"We must find Atreus and scape this place," said Kratos.
"Agreed Brother...we better hurry though they might be doing the same thing to him that they tried to you," acknowledged Mimir.
Kratos exits the room walking past the bodies of the dead troopers all across the floor. What Kratos didn't know was one was barely alive and alerted the others about Kratos which caused some sort of noise all around the room.
"What is that?" asked Mimir.
"An alarm...looks like we will have to fight our way to Atreus," answered Kratos.
Outside the room, a larger garrison of Stormtroopers are lined up in the hallway aiming their weapons at the entrance of the room. What they are about to experience is the wrath of the former God of War.
Kratos busts through the door using it as a shield from the incoming fire from the troopers weapons. Kratos threw the door then at some of the troopers crushing them into the ground. He then took out his Leviathan Axe and began chopping away at some of the troopers. One trooper tried to melee him with a stun baton but had his weapon cut in half and then sliced across the chest. Another was at the receiving end of the axe being thrown and chopping his head off.
"We need to retreat...this guy is killing us!" yelled out one of the troopers.
The troopers started retreating while trying to fire at Kratos but it was useless...Kratos was already on top of them and cutting down each trooper one by one. Kratos then cut down the last trooper letting out a rage filled yell before pulling his axe off the carcass of the trooper and setting it on his back.
"Look out brother!" yelled out Mimir.
Kratos looked behind him down another hallway to see another garrison of troopers charging and shooting at him. Kratos then decided to use his other weapon...the Blades of Chaos. With a mighty yell Kratos unleashed his weapons of doom swinging with great ferocity on the troopers.
"What the hell is that!" yelled out a trooper before his head was sliced off by one of the blades.
A trooper tried to run away but Kratos threw one of the blades at him piercing his upper back and with all his strength hurled him towards the wall with a sickening thud. It is a straight up massacre for each swing equals up to at least three troopers in a row being killed.
Some troopers are backing up down the hall to another corridor but Kratos with a mighty leap swiped all of them with a fury like attack. Kratos was breathing heavily from all this...it has been a while since he ever attacked with such ferocity, he didn't like to return to this sort of thing but if it meant saving his son and escaping this place then he had no choice.
"By the Nine Realms brother...I haven't seen you act this way since that time we were in Helheim," commented Mimir.
They then heard more chatter as Kratos turned down another corridor to see some troopers running away from something. the next thing they saw was a giant bear charging towards the troopers as they helplessly try to stop the bear but it was useless as it easily massacred the troopers. The bear then changed before Kratos and Mimir revealing to be Atreus to which Kratos yells out, "Atreus!"
"Father!" yelled out Atreus.
The two ran to each other and embraced each other with Kratos commenting, "Your okay."
Kratos closed his eyes in pure relief for if anything all he wanted was to make sure his son was safe. The two broke the hug with Atreus then saying to Mimir, "Mimir! I'm glad your okay."
"Aye lil brother and you as well...I take it you escaped too," said Mimir.
"Yeah no thanks to Revan," said Atreus.
"who bloody hell is Revan?" asked Mimir.
"not now...we need to find a way to escape this place," answered Kratos.
"Whatever this place is," remarked Mimir.
"Maybe I can help you boys," called out a voice.
They turn to see a red haired woman, dressed in an Imperial uniform, walking towards them. Kratos and Atreus readied their weapons not sure if they can trust this person as Kratos demanded, "who are you?"
"It's okay boys I'm here to help...my name is Natasha Romanoff, I was sent here to help you guys escape," answered the woman now known as Natasha.
Kratos and Atreus looked at each other before lowering their weapons as Atreus asked, "I take it Revan sent you here?" asked Atreus.
Natasha nodded her head as Mimir interrupts by asking, "Okay what in the bloody hell is going on...what is this place?"
"this is a secret Imperial facility on the planet Kamino," answered Natasha.
"Wait did you say planet?" asked Atreus
Natasha nodded her head and answered, "Yes...Vader took ya'll from your home and brought ya'll here to be experimented on."
This answer hit Kratos, Mimir, and Atreus...their not just in a different place, but a different world. Will they ever be able to return home again? All they can do now is just escape this place and find out more.
Kratos looked at Natasha and asks, "How do we escape this place?"
"I have a ship nearby...follow me," answered Natasha.
"Before we go father I have something for you," commented Atreus.
Kratos turns towards his son to see Atreus handing him the ring Draupnir and his shield. Kratos gave his son a slight smile and placed his hand on his shoulder before equipping them on and following Natsha.
Little did they know that a security camera was watching them with Tone watching from a security room.
"Oh dear Lord Vader won't like this! Alert all troops to the landing platform make sure they don't escape!"
Back to the group all three, with Mimir dangling off Kratos's belt, are walking down the hallway until two troopers pop out. Kratos is about to take out one of his weapons until Natasha ran towards them. She kicks one troopers weapon away as it fires at the wall while she back hand punches the other trooper. She charges at the 1st trooper and head scissors him down while grabbing his arm clutching the weapon forcing him to fire at the other trooper. She takes the weapon from the trooper and blasts him dead.
Natasha looks back at the group to see their look of amazement as Atreus comments, "Wow that really cool."
Natasha smiles at Atreus and replies, "thanks kid."
They continue on with Natasha contacting someone on her wrists as she says, "T3 fire up the ship were almost there."
They are soon stopped when another garrison of troopers stood in their way to the landing platform. Natasha readied her weapon, Atreus raises his bow, and Kratos activates his shield and pops out his Draupnir spear ready to fight.
The three charge with Natasha blasting each trooper while using her acrobatic moves to take them down. Atreus would fire arrows at the more open parts of the trooper's armor our at least the helmets viewpoints. Kratos would quick slice and impale various troopers in his way and using his shield to block any shot from the trooper's weapons before bashing them with it. Kratos impales the last trooper against the wall leaving a piece of the spear inside the trooper as his lifeless body just dangles against the wall.
They exit the building to see a ship powered up with what looks to be a weird machine greeting them at the ship's entrance.
"Good work T3! Come on fellas let's get put of here," said Natasha.
Everyone boards the ship as it lifts and flies off out of Kamino's atmosphere.
Back on the ground Tone is walking through the hallway of the massacred troopers before walking outside on the landing platform to look up at the sky. Rain poured down his face as he began to process all that just happened. An imperial officer approached him then and asked, "Should I report this to Lord Vader sir?"
Tone turned towards the officer with a cold stare before hurling a dagger from the sleeve of his coat. The dagger impales the officer in the chest as he falls to the ground dead. Tone then looks back up at the sky before saying this time with a more deep and calculated voice, "It would seem that plans are now about to change."
Back on the ship Atreus and Kratos are looking around at their surroundings...what kind of technology is this? This wasn't anything they have ever seen. They turn to see the same machine looking a them making noises to them.
"What is this thing Natasha and what is thing were on?" asked Atreus.
"That's T3-M4, he's an astromech droid and has been the closest thing I have to a friend in this Galaxy. What you on is a ship...the Ebon Hawk and it's the fastest ship in the Galaxy," answered Natasha.
Kratos takes mimir off his belt as he and Atreus then venture over to the cockpit of the ship to see Natasha sitting down controlling the ship and through the window an endless amount of stars.
"Whoa...are in the sky?" asked Atreus
Natasha chuckled a bit before answering, "In a way...this is space, it's what we use to travel around."
Kratos looked at the wonder that was before them. In all his adventures this one right here was gonna be the most interesting.
"So uh...where are we off to?" asked Mimir.
"the Dagobah system," answered Kratos.
Natasha looked at Kratos with a confused look as she asks, "Dagobah system? It's a swamp world there's nothing there."
"That is where Revan said we should go...we need answers and only this Master Yoda can tell us," said Kratos.
"alright...well you guys better get comfortable we'll be in hyperspace here in a second," said Natasha.
"Hyperspace?" asked Atereus.
"You'll see."
Natasha then pushes a small lever and before their eyes the ship zooms through the space and inside a blue like warphole. This amazed all three of them with Natasha giving a small smile at their amazement.
"It's beautiful," was all Mimir, the smartest man alive, could say.
