Description of incident: Subject #0034 escaped containment today. This is the first time it has escaped since #u0n broke it out of containment. The facility was immediately placed on lockdown as soon as the detectors sensed damage to the interior. #0034's containment cell was reinforced as a part of lockdown procedures. But that was not enough to contain it. This containment cell was state-of-the-art, made by me. It shouldn't have been breached. To explain what #0034 did next, I must explain a new addition to the experiment. At this stage of the experiment, I created several rudimentary assistants to help with the workload. I called them web bots. They help monitor the subjects and connect all merging bits of information together. #0034 immediately targeted the web bots in its vicinity... I don't even know how to explain this with euphemisms... #0034 raped the web bots. I don't even know how it was able to do this. It sickens me to write this down for this incident report. The web bots are inorganic yet #0034 found a way to do it. While observing #0034 in its cell, its features and appearance couldn't be documented due to its ability to camouflage. But seeing it clearly made me want to erase that memory from my mind. #0034 form is octopus-like yet it has a large mouth and nostril and infinitely more tentacles than a usual octopus. It prefers to appear in a pale pink color. #0034 used its tentacles which appear to have phallic ends to penetrate the web bots in any place that looked like an entry point. #0034 caused havoc in the facility while simultaneously raping as many web bots as it can. I was lucky enough to avoid #0034 by hiding inside the security room. It took almost thirty minutes to track down #0034 and sedate him. It was blind luck I managed to find it in the storage room. I cannot begin to imagine what it would it have done with the other subjects. It's the small victories that count. While I don't have any confirmation on why #0034 behaved in this abhorrent way but I believe being contained in solitary confinement may have contributed to its behavior. But how it came to know and understand human procreation is beyond me.

Description of actions to be taken: Termination of #0034 has now become the only appropriate course of action following this incident. 0034 has developed these behaviors for far too long for editing to be effective. Termination of #0034 will commence after #F9A602's behavioral test. I must also reconsider if subject communication is such a bad idea.
