The news shows the shot of Isla Nublar from far away from the sky, Philippa Thomas in voiceover says it's been 3 years after the fall of Jurassic World which was caused by the Indominus Rex, the debate over Isla Nublar rages on. The scene shows Isla Nublar's Volcano name Mount Silo as it releases smoke and molten lava bubbling withing it's mouth ready to erupt. The volcano that was long dormant is finally active has shown considerable unrest in recent months Philippa says that this event will be the final extinction of the last Dinosaurs living on Earth while showing the footage of the attack caused by the Pteranodons and Dimorphodons and then another footage of the people being treated in the aftermath. Philippa says ever since the disaster that shocked the world in 2015, the Masrani Corporation has paid out more than $800 Million in damages to settle class action lawsuits by survivors, next shot is in Washington as hundreds of activist with picket signs marching through the streets near the state capitol. They are activist in what has become the flashpoint animal rights issue, anyway in another view of Mount Sibo before seeing a trio of Brachiosaurus grazing on a single tree when they look at the camera and bellow with curiosity, now the final question is, do the Dinosaurs deserve the same protections given to other endangered species of should they be extinct just like their predecessors that where brought to extinction by the asteroid 65 Million Years Ago.
"Well that explains why we saw lava in the beginning", Izuku says while sketching the new Brachiosaurus that looks different from the Jurassic Park Films
"The Volcano name Mount Sibo has been dormant during the events from the previous Jurassic Park Films and the First Jurassic World Film, but now it's active and threaten to bring the Dinosaurs into a second extinction", All Might says.
"Everybody is trying to decided if they will save the Dinosaurs or let them go extinct for good just like their predecessors", Momo said.
"My vote is save them", Melissa said and a lot of them would agree to that.
"We would all agree to that Melissa, but we all should keep an eye for money hungry people", Shoto said and even now all of the Heroes have been doing that ever since they co-exist with Dinosaurs when they all appeared in the MHA Universe.
"We all hope Owen and Claire if they are here can do something about it", Recovery Girl said, yes they'll be there.
In the US Capitol, there was Ian Malcolm which got the MHA audiences surprise to see him again since they only saw him in the first and second Jurassic Park Films. Anyway Ian tells Senator Sherwood that they should allow the Dinosaurs to be wiped out, but Ian's point to this is to correct John Hammond's mistake for cloning the Dinosaurs in the first place during the First Jurassic Park Film. Despite John Hammond didn't Cloned Humans to begin with, cloning the Dinosaurs is still playing God.
"Really Ian? You prefer that Dinosaurs should just all perish when the Volcano erupts?" Toru said not liking Ian's tone.
"Actually Ian's point is because the Dinosaurs are Clones, to Ian it was a mistake for John Hammond to clone them even though he didn't clone Humans, cloning the Dinosaurs is still playing God", Momo explained to her.
"But you realize not everyone will agree with Ian's point, some still would want to save the Dinosaurs despite what Ian says", Izuku says to everyone.
"I take it that it will be Owen and Claire will not agree with Ian", All Might points out that Owen and Claire who will not agree to what Ian says and will still go on and save the Dinosaurs anyway.
"Life finds a way", Izuku said.
In the DPG HQ located San Francisco, there was Claire who was in the elevator holding a few coffees, the elevator opens but only slightly and she had to squeezes through before the doors finally open correctly once she's out fully which made most of the MHA audiences to snicker and laugh at this scene. Claire meets up with her friend Zia who was a paleo-veterinarian while talking on the phone with some woman before Claire answer it herself while Zia speaks with Franklin. Claire then ask if the woman have any kids at all, the answer is she has 2 girls, well Claire says that her daughters is an entire generation has grown up in a world where Dinosaurs are living and breathing, but soon she's gonna have to watch them go extinct or not if everybody makes a differences and the woman agrees to that before turning to Zia who is smiling.
"Good one Claire", Denki said giving some thumbs up but he looks like he jammed his brain when he use too much power with his Electric Quirk.
"Did you even notice how the elevator even opens?" Kyoka ask but Denki's not answering that question anyway.
"Nice talk about that woman's children", Tokoyami commented about that.
"Well maybe the woman's daughters like Dinosaurs", Mt Lady said.
Next they watch the news that Senator Sherwood says that they will allow the Dinosaurs to be wiped out when the Volcano finally erupts which horrifies Claire and mutes the TV before looking away. Claire comments that all the Dinosaurs are going to die and nobody cares, but Frankly says they care before Claire tells him and everyone else to give her one second and then get back to work. Claire then pick the phone in her desk and answer, the one who is calling and asking for her is Iris Caroll and she is calling from Mr. Benjamin Lockwood's estate.
"Whoever Benjamin Lockwood is, he might be someone Claire can trust", Aizawa said.
"Perhaps Mr. Lockwood can help with the problem coming from Isla Nublar before the Volcano can erupt", Midnight said
"But the question is how?" All Might wonders how does Mr. Lockwood attend to do that.
"Maybe will find out when Claire sees him", David said to him.
