"It's Mr Clarkson. He's doing something else. But after that, we'll be gone," Chalky says as they pull up somewhere familiar. "Scout?" Jack asks, clearly confused by the whole situation. "Don't say anything. She's going through something else," he says as they wait for Scout to get in Mrs Diamond's car. Chalky rolls down his window and shouts for Mr Clarkson to get in the car.

Sat in the back seat with these two teachers in front, there's a slight feeling of fear in all of them knowing they shouldn't be getting involved like this as Chalky drives to the destination. "Wait until it gets dark. Keep the lights off. I'll let you know if there's a text," Jack says with a deeper voice than usual. Everything he says sounds more purposeful. "All we know is it's a warehouse. If we keep quiet, our clothes are dark. We just need to figure out how to get in," Jack finishes detailing the plan. "That's all we've got. If you spot a weakness, make sure we know to exploit it," Jack finishes.

As they pull up to the Industrial Park, there are warehouses everywhere. "Go straight and it's the one on the end," Jack says as he references the printout of the area. Handing them to Mr Clarkson and Chalky as Chalky parks. Being smart enough to park nose out to ensure a quicker getaway if it's needed. Jack texts Andi for any hope. An inside person would be incredibly useful, right now. "Anything Andi texts us would be useful. I'd be amazed if we get anything but we're three people. Two people once we're in there. We don't know how many people are in there," discusses Tom. "This could get ugly, fast. Not just us but the people captured in there and we don't know how many of those are," Jack replies using Tom as a bounce-off point. "All we know is that it's like a prison so we can't assume that it's just one person in there. She might just have been a convenient capture for trafficking," Jack finishes sounding slightly defeatist.

After some time, some people exit the building in a small, 5-person car. Looking in, they don't look to be taking anybody away. It's just two people in the front so there's no chance for them to be taking people out. From their vantage point, they can't see many cars around the warehouse. "If there's somebody that could see us, flash the lights. From the building, a car. Anything," Tom mentions to Chalky as he and Jack exit the car with the sun setting.

"Why didn't you invite Mr Byrne on this? He's tougher than me," Tom asks Jack whilst they walk across the road and Jack shakes his head. "Chalky decided. Not me. He didn't tell me until we turned up there," Jack says as his heart races. "So the plan is to scale the place and go back to the car then we'll be back when it's dark," Jack continues as they walk around. There's no barrier around the Industrial Park so the grass is an option if it's necessary.

They take notice of a fire door slightly ajar. Walking slowly up to the door, it doesn't show much but it could be a route in. Leaning up against the wall next to the door, Jack whispers "Could be a way in. I don't know where this goes but it has to lead somewhere for it to be open." He says as he leans into the door; anybody could see him if they were looking but nobody is in there. "Empty. Looks more like it was left open by mistake. There's an opened door to the left. There's a large space and several metal staircases. Come back in the dark, we have a chance," Jack mentions as he details the intricacies of what he could see.

They head back to Chalky's car to detail the plan. "We know more than we thought we could. There's a fire door to the side that's left open and inside, it's a door on the left and a maze of metal staircases. Park up beside that when the time comes," Jack says detailing everything he knows. "How we get into the cells, rooms or whatever's there, we don't know."

At the time, Jack checks his phone and sees a text. "There's a security guard up here. I haven't seen anything else," Jack reads the text aloud. Seeing the threat is worse than it is. "Wait until it gets dark," he continues as he replies for more information. "The security guard could just be a random guy or a gang member. He could be armed."

Darkness arrives and the door is still ajar; Chalky slowly drives up to it. Close enough to not be against the door for multiple people and far enough to not be too suspicious. "I don't know what's going on in there. But I hope you get out," Chalky says almost solemnly, knowing it's going to be a risk heading in there.

Jack and Tom get out of the car and sneak into the fire exit, "Keep calm. Keep alert and don't do anything stupid," Tom whispers as they're crouched on the far side of the door inside. "You're stronger than me. You go first and we'll figure it out from there. Keep it slow. Fast is loud," Jack mentions as Tom scopes out the large open space and guides for him to enter. Sticking to the wall to stay hidden as they keep their heads raised to the steps above. "Nothing. Stick to the shadows but nothing," Tom whispers as they edge towards a metal staircase and take steps up.

A shadow appears in the corner of the building. "Shadow. Looks human and free," Jack mentions slowly as they continue to edge up the steps. "Hide there at the edge of the wall," Jack says as they reach the top. Leaning around the corner for anything to see. "I see why she called this a prison. Cells barely enough for a person," Jack whispers as he turns back to Tom. "There's something to hide behind but just enough for one person. We've seen a shadow but it wouldn't surprise me to see a room," Jack says and finishes with his scope out.

"I'll head out," Tom says, knowing they've already planned for him to head out and hides behind the small box. "Room to the right," he says pointing to his right side. Against the wall, Jack is useless as he can't see the door. "I'll watch left side. I can't see the door. When you leave, I'll go there," Jack whispers to Tom.

A short while passes as Tom waits behind the box and a door opens on the right side. "Bring him back here. Two is better than one if you can and the area behind is easy to hide something," Jack whispers over to Tom as he waits for the person to exit. He does with nobody on the left-hand side and Jack takes cover behind the box. With a punch, the man is put off guard and falls to the ground. Tom drags him across the floor as Jack keeps an eye on the left. "Nothing. Finish him off. Maybe some keys on him," Jack says as he gets some tape out. Taping the guard's mouth and taping his legs together. "Strong tape. We needed it," Jack says as they head into the room on the side.

As they enter and close the door, Jack reveals the keys they found. "Stay here until we figure out what the keys are for. They're not just having one guy on something like this. No chance," Jack details as he looks around the room. A noticeboard on the wall and a few cameras but they don't reveal anything new. On the side, there's a clipboard. "Names. A list. Must be up to date since Andi's name is here," Jack says as his heart sinks. Feeling like this was planned over time than a spur-of-the-moment thing. There must be 10 names here. "Exit date is tomorrow. We've got no other chances," Jack points out as he read deeper into the paper in front of him.

"We've got to get going, then," Tom says as he peeks out of the door. "A couple of people coming. Wait here. I'll wait on the other side of the door. If they go left, we go behind them," Tom says as he watches through the small window in the door. "Left. They've gone left," he calls out as they sneak behind the pairing. Tom punches the one on the right and he drops to the floor and Jack punches the other. Each gets a strong kick as they drop to the floor. Tape goes around their mouth and legs as each drag the pair into the same corner.

"Gang members," Jack says as he sees the uniform. "DSC is my guess," he continues as he sees the familiar logo embroidered on the back. "We have to get this done. Then we call the police. I'll text her. We might get lucky," Jack finishes as he quickly texts her. "End cell," she says as Tom moves to one end and unlocks the cell. It's not Andi but a frightened Eastern European woman who is ushered downstairs. Jack is pointed out to text Chalky. "Police. It's a human trafficking ring," Jack texts Chalky as Tom continues to unlock doors.

Before he gets to the penultimate door, a more familiar man rounds the corner. "Who are you?" He says as the last man on the floor. Nobody else turns up as he asks. "Seems like there's nobody else here," Jack mentions with keen observation as he recognises the man from that evening. Jack edges back with Tom as he watches the man approaching. "The guy who threatened us," he continues as he's got no plan at this stage.

Tom rushes towards the man. Slamming him up against the wall as his rush of anger arrives. "Like threatening schoolkids, do you? Ruining people's lives?" Tom shouts with the same fire he's known for. He could probably kill him given the chance as police sirens turn up. "Looks like it's all over," he says with a jubilant but menacing smile as he punches him in the face.

The police enter through the same fire exit as there's a rush of people through the building. When they get there, they arrive to see a man on the floor. "DSC gang leader. Attempted human trafficker. I recognise him from a time when he had parcels of drugs," Jack explains to the police officer as they get here. "We hadn't unlocked the last two but I'll do that now," Jack says as he takes the keys from Tom and unlocks the penultimate door.

Another Eastern European woman comes out the door and rushes to him. "Thank you. I thought I was done for," she says before heading outside. His heart races as he unlocks the final door. Andi rushes to him and hugs him tightly. "Thanks. I was so scared. Your texts were the only thing keeping me sane," Andi says with her sounding completely out of breath. Her eyes were red looking like she had been crying all afternoon. Jack hugs her, "It's fine. You're free now. You're safe. I must be stupid or naïve to come here but I'm glad I did. I could have been killed. Tom could have been killed but we were smart and incredibly lucky," Jack explains as he rests on her as his heart thumps with adrenaline.

After statements with the police, it must have been approximately 11pm. "Let's go. Chalky's outside with his car," Jack says as he guides Andi down the steps and out the fire door into Chalky's car. "Well. That was exhausting. Lucky we didn't need to rush out of there. My legs are jelly," Jack says as they get in. It takes a few minutes before Tom comes down and Chalky drives off. "We can explain everything tomorrow," Tom says as Chalky drives off.

He drives off and they're exhausted in the car. "I'll drop you off at your house, Andi. You can explain everything there," Chalky says as they head into the main part before Jack texts his parents explaining the complexity of the situation and informing them of sleeping at Andi's.

Chalky stops outside of Andi's house and Jack and Andi get out. "We were lucky and stupid but it worked. You weren't stupid to get kidnapped but we were stupid to do that. I'm completely shot," Jack says as they enter her house.
