Letters to Sammy
Letter 1
A/N: I started writing Dean to Sammy letters for a dear friend of mine who's so thankful for Jared and AKF without going into too many details. I have her approval to publish these letters, she says they're beautiful. I let my inner Dean out, I'm normally a Sam / Jared girl but I shift into Dean too. These short letters always make her smile. They're my pure imagination.
Hey kiddo it's Dean,
I know you're off on a hunt somewhere with Cas and I decided to stay behind to give you a bit of space, got a feeling you needed it. I know things have been difficult those last past years, weeks but you're strong Sammy, stronger than me, you always have been. People say me being the eldest makes me strongest one but that's not true, they haven't met you. I'm so proud of you. From the day on I carried you out the front door I knew you'd do great. You know why? You have that fierce look in your eyes that can burn anything. You grew into a wonderful young man. You're the handsome Winchester now dude.
You're probably wondering why I'm writing this all of a sudden. Truth is I need to express my emotions and you know I try to hide them. But these past weeks haven't been gentle on any of us.
So this is me saying how much I love you my baby brother, I'm always going to be there for you, not going to apologize for protecting you and putting you first. Remember there's no me if there ain't no you.
Once you're back from the hunt, we need to have some bro time. The world can go fuck itself for a moment.
