Taking; a shot at my first Cin Thanksgiving with baby Bo.

"Ben was folding laundry when Ciara walked into the apartment with Bo in the stroller."

"Hey, how was your walk?"

"It was great; we ran into Allie and Henry at the park and played for a little while."

"Sounds fun your grandma Julie called twice while you were gone making sure we are still coming for thanksgiving dinner tonight."

"Why didn't she call me?"

"She said she tried like three times, no answer."

"Ciara took her phone out of the diaper bag and saw that; it was dead."

"It's dead; no wonder she couldn't get through."

"You can put it on charge while I put Bo down for his nap."

"Thanks, babe."

"Ben picked Bo up and took; him to his room; while Ciara was charging her; phone, she heard Ben yell for her."

"Hey, babe, have you seen Bo's bear?"

"It should be in the stroller; he had it with him when we left."

"Ben came out of the room and went to the stroller, he looked inside, but there was no bear."

"Babe, it's not here."

"That can't be right; it has to be there he had when we were walking through the square; we met Allie and Henry at the park he had on the way home."

"Maybe he dropped it somewhere on the way back."

"He won't sleep without it; what if I lost it?"

"Babe, it's; fine. I'll go out and look for it."

"Ben left the apartment, and Ciara went to check on Bo. When Ciara walked; in, she picked up a crying Bo and tried to soothe him."

"It's ok, Bo; daddy is going to find your bear."

"Ben was running through the square when he bumped into Belle."

"Hey, where are you going?"

"I'm sorry Belle Bo dropped his bear while he was out here today with Ciara; now I have to find it because he won't sleep without it."

"I have some time; I can help you look for it; where did they go?"

"Ciara said they walked through the square and ran into Allie and Henry, then went to the park."

"Ok, I'll look around here, and you can check the park."

"Ben ran off towards the park, and Belle checked out the square."

"Ben; came back from the park empty-handed, and Belle didn't have the bear either."

"I'm; sorry, Ben, the bear isn't here."

"What; am I going to do; he loves that bear."

"Do you remember where you got it?"

"Julie gave it to him; I don't know where she got it."

"I'm sure Julie can tell you where it's from, then you can replace it."

"I guess we will have to do that. Thanks for your help Belle; I'll see you later at Julie's for thanksgiving dinner."

"See you later, Ben."

"Ben walked into the apartment and saw Ciara sitting on the couch."

"Please tell me you found it."

"Belle and I looked everywhere; we couldn't find it."

"Belle?"

"Yeah, I ran into her in the square."

"She said we should just ask Julie where she got it and get another one."

"I'll ask her when we go for dinner because, after you left, Bo cried until he finally fell asleep."

"I can't believe I lost it."

"Babe, it's; fine we will just get another bear."

"When Bo woke up from his nap, Ciara changed him and got him ready to go to Julie's."

"Look whos ready for his first Thanksgiving."

"Hey little man, are you ready for your first thanksgiving; with everyone?"

"Alright, the diaper bag is all packed up just have to grab some baby food and a bottle, and we are good to go."

"Grab the peas; we are; going to try those tonight and see if he likes them."

"You should try him with the pumpkin puree as well."

"Ben handed the jars and bottle to Ciara so she could put them in the bag."

"Ciara grabbed an extra change of clothes for Bo, just in case."

"Ok, I think we have everything we need."

"When they arrived at Doug and Julie's, Shawn and Belle were already there, helping Julie set the table. Julie hugged Ciara and then gave one to Ben. Ben took Bo out of the carrier and held him in his arms."

"Look what I found in the square when I was picking up things for dinner."

"Julie held the bear in front of Bo, who smiled when he saw it."

"Ciara and Ben; both smiled as they watched Julie place the bear in Bo's arms."

"I looked all over the square for that today; where did you find it?"

"I found it by one of the tables."

"Thank god you found it; Bo loves that bear."

"Everyone sat down at the table to eat food was being passed around, and everyone was talking.
Bo sat in the highchair next to his parents. Ciara started Bo off with the peas; she put some in his mouth and waited for his reaction."

"Bo made a face and; spit them out."

"Ben laughed and looked at Bo."

"You are just like your mom; she doesn't like peas either."

"Well, if he's just like me, then he; is going to love pumpkin aren't, you, baby?"

"Ciara put some pumpkin on the spoon and gave it to Bo; he spits it out a second later."

"Not; a fan of pumpkin just like daddy."

"Ciara and Ben both laughed as they looked at their son."

"After dinner was over, everyone sat around talking. Bo had fallen asleep on Uncle Shawn."

"I'll take him, Shawn."

"Shawn passed Bo back to Ciara, and she put; him in his carrier so they could head home and put him to bed. Ciara made sure his bear was right next to him; as they got ready to leave."

"Ben and Ciara thanked Doug and Julie for dinner and for finding Bo's bear. Julie gave them hugs and kisses and said goodbye."

"When they got home, they got Bo ready for bed and; then cuddled together on the couch."

"I'm so glad Grandma Julie found Bo's bear."

"Me, too."

"Can you believe our son does not like peas or pumpkin?"

"I thought for sure he would love the pumpkin."

"I guess he takes after both of us."

"I guess so. I'm so thankful to have you and our son this Thanksgiving."

"So am I we have our son, and he's healthy and safe; we all are."

"That's all I need, just you and our son."

"I know you wish your dad was still here."

"Ciara, I don't want to talk about that; he did what he did; he lied to me. He killed Abigail when he swore he didn't do it."

"I'm sorry he didn't change like we thought he had; I know you, guys, were becoming close again."

"I should have known he would never change; he would always be the same selfish person, only thinking about what benefits him."

"I don't need him around me or you or Bo. Bo; has so many people who love him; and, care about him, and want the best for him."

"You're right, baby; you; both have people who; love; you and care about you."

"All I need is you and our son to make me happy."

"I feel the same way. I love you, Ben Weston."

"I love you more, Ciara Weston."

"Happy Thanksgiving, baby."

"Happy Thanksgiving."

They shared a few kisses, and Ciara fell asleep on Ben's chest; he leaned his head on Ciara's and closed his eyes.
