Ben was just like any other kid, that is until he got a device that came from outer space called the Omnitrix. Now equipped with a device that can turn him into other forms, he must take on lots of adventures on his way. Follow the adventures of this version of Ben by reading this story.

17. Abracadabrawl

Episode 17: Abracadabrawl

Ben and Gwen were training. Max had set up the things necessary for them to train. So far, Ben and Gwen were doing good. "Heeyah!" yelled Ben as he kicked a wooden target, before punching some that popped up after. Meanwhile Gwen used a stick to whack some wooden targets away.

"HEEYAH!" *WHACK!* "YAAH!" *BAM!*

"Keep it up you two! The both of you are doing great!" said Max as Ben and Gwen continued fighting the targets. Then, something made a loud noise. It was some sort of alarm that Max had put. This meant that some things in training were about to change.

Some flying targets immediately flew in the air! Then, Max gave Ben and Gwen the plumber blasters. Immediately, they started firing at the targets.

Ben: *Readies blaster* Lock n' load and fire in the hole! *Starts firing!*

Gwen: *Starts firing as well!*

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

Ben and Gwen took down as many flying targets as they could. But more kept on coming, so they kept blasting. "Way to go Ben and Gwen!" said Max, their accuracy was getting better.

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

Eventually, all the flying targets were taken down. "Phew!" Ben and Gwen said before they high-fived each other. "Oh yeah! We rule!" Ben said while he pumped his fist. Just then, Max pulled a lever. Then, a sound was made.

"Uhhh... what was that?" Gwen asked Ben, "Get ready." Ben replied as he readied himself.

Just then, wooden robots appeared! "You ready?" said Ben, "Oh yeah." replied Gwen. "Let's kick some butt!" added Ben as he and Gwen started blasting again.

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

While Ben and Gwen were fighting the robots, the alarm sounded again. "Hey kids, try using those." said Max as he pointed to some swords. Turns out the next part of training would be learning how to use melee weapons better. The robots stopped going after Ben and Gwen. Then, the two went to the table and got the swords. Once they did, the robots turned back on again.

"Get 'em!" shouted Ben as he started slashing the robots. Gwen did the same as well.

*-SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH-SLASH! -SLASH! -SLASH!*

"HEEYAH!" Ben yelled as he slashed a robot's arm off, meanwhile Gwen stabbed one of the robots in the chest making it fall down. Then, the alarm sounded again. "Ben! Gwen!" called Max as he pointed to some bows and arrows on the table. The robots stopped, then Ben and Gwen put the swords back where they came from before getting the bows and arrows. Once the two got them, the robots started going after them again!

*FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH!*

Ben and Gwen managed to hit some of the robots, but they had a bit of a hard time. Then, the robots started firing fake harmless bullets at them. "-AAH!" Ben and Gwen yelled as they started running and shooting more arrows.

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW- FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH!*

Ben and Gwen managed to hit more robots, but it still wasn't enough. "Oh man, what're we gonna do?!" said Gwen, "Keep fighting!" said Ben as he and Gwen did that.

Max looked at Ben and Gwen, they were improving. But they still needed to learn more.

"HEEYAH!" Gwen shouted as she kicked one of the robots in the leg, then while it was falling Ben punched it! The robot ended up rolling on the ground. "Oh yeah!" Ben and Gwen said as they high-fived again before continuing to fight.

The alarm sounded again, it was time to use another weapon. This time it was whips. Ben and Gwen got the whips before the robots turned back on after turning off for a bit.

*-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP- -SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-*

Ben and Gwen tried using the whips efficiently, but they weren't that good at using them yet. So they had a bit of a hard time.

*-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP- -SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-SNAP-*

"Get away robots!" yelled Gwen as she kept on whipping, Ben whipped a robot before kicking and punching it.

The alarm sounded again. Time to use another weapon again. This time it was nunchucks. Once Ben and Gwen got the nunchucks, they started spinning the other parts of them. "Let's kick some robot butt!" said Ben as he ran towards a robot and hit it on the arm! Gwen joined in the fight as well.

*BAP! BAP! BAP! WHAP! WHAP! BAP! BAP! BAP! WHAP! BAM! WHAM! BAM! WHAP! BAM!*

Ben and Gwen managed to damage some parts of the robots, but the robots just kept on coming. "-YAAH!" Ben yelled again as he punched another robot off. "Keep it up Ben and Gwen. You two are doing great!" said Max.

For the rest of the training, Ben and Gwen kept hitting targets using different weapons. Sometimes Max would add new things here and there. But Ben and Gwen managed.

*BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! WHAM! -PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW- BAM! BAM! BAM! WHAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! BAM! BAM! -PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

Eventually, training was complete. "Woo! Oh yeah!" Ben and Gwen said to each other as they high-fived each other again. "We totally kicked those robots' butts!" said Ben, "Yeah!" replied Gwen.

"Well done you two. The both of you are improving. Now take a rest, you two need it." said Max, Ben and Gwen nodded as they looked for somewhere to sit.

"Man, that training was something." said Ben, "Yeah, but at least we're improving." replied Gwen. "Yeah." Ben continued.

[Meanwhile...]

"It's time."

The one who said that was a man who's skin was colored white almost all over. Like tattoos or something. He had brown hair, red eyes and wore a black cloak with some red on it. This man's name was Hex.

On the other side of him was a girl with white hair tied into a ponytail, purple eyes and purple clothing. She was usually called Charmcaster. I don't know her real name yet, we might find out soon.

Hex and Charmcaster looked like they were preparing for some sort of show. Not just any show, but a magic show. "Come on." said Hex, then Charmcaster went along with him.

On the other side of the curtains, there was the audience waiting for Hex and Charmcaster to come out. Soon, someone came in and said "Alright everyone. For the next performers, please welcome... Hex and Charmcaster!". Everyone clapped and cheered as Hex and Charmcaster came out. "Thank you. Thank you." said Hex. "Enjoy the show everyone." the person said as he walked off the stage.

For the first trick, Hex made Charmcaster go inside a wooden box. After that, Hex grabbed a saw. Charmcaster knew what to do. Purple light started to glow inside the box, but no one could see it. Then, Hex started cutting the box. The people watched on.

When Hex was finally done, he seperated the two parts of the boxes. Charmcaster was still okay. The audience clapped and cheered as they saw what Hex and Charmcaster did. But then... -something STRANGE was happening... Slight smoke started going towards Hex. No one could see it, because it was so thin.

"Ahh... I can finally satisfy my hunger." Hex muttered to himself, I don't know what happened there. But I don't like it.

[Now... back to Ben's dimension...]

Ben and Gwen were training again. This time, they were just shooting at some targets.

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW- -PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

"Your accuracies are improving!" said Max as Ben and Gwen kept firing. As they took down the last of the targets, they said "Phew!".

"That was great. But now, let's try something else. It's time to do some training with no weapons, powers or anything like that." said Max. Ben and Gwen looked at each other, they knew they weren't going to stand much of a chance against some things without powers or weapons or anything like that. But they still needed to try, so they said "Ok.". "Great, I'll go get things ready." said Max as he went off to do that.

[Some Time Later...]

"Alright Ben and Gwen, get ready."

"Alright grandpa."

"Ok."

Soon, everything was ready. Now all Max had to do was start the training. "And ready, get set... -go!" Max said as he pushed some buttons. Immediately, some robots came out of nowhere! "Whoa!" Ben and Gwen said as they started trying to fight the robots. But it was hard without anything.

*BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM! WHAP-BAM! BAM-BAM-BAM! FWOOSH! -BAM!* "HEEYAH! YAAH! YAAH! YAAH!" *-WHAP-BAM-BAM!* "-YAAH! -YAAH! -YAAH!" *-WHAP-BAP-BAM!*

"Come on Ben and Gwen, think! Think outside the box! It could help." Max said from the distance. "-Wh...-What are we supposed to do?!" Ben thought, "Hmm... what're we gonna do?" Gwen thought. While they were thinking, Ben and Gwen continued to fight the robots.

Then, Gwen got an idea. She ran over to one of the robots and said "Hey robot! Over here!". The robot then chased after her, "Gwen, what're you doing?" Ben asked. But Gwen was too busy running to hear him properly. As the robot followed Gwen, another robot tried blocking her way. As the other robot was about to smash Gwen, Gwen got out of the way quickly. Then, the other robot smashed the one that was chasing Gwen instead!

*SMASH!*

"Wh-Whoa!" Ben said as he saw what happened, Gwen then landed on the ground and wiped some dust off of her. "Way to go Gwen!" said Max. Gwen then kept on doing what she did. Some of the robots ended up getting smashed. Ben helped too, but couldn't think of any other way to help. So he decided to do what Gwen did. And it worked.

*SMASH! SMASH! SMASH! SMASH!*

At last after a while, all the robots were beaten. Ben and Gwen stopped running as they saw them destroyed already. "We got 'em." said Gwen as she high-fived Ben again. "Well done you two." said Max, then he went up to Ben and Gwen. "Oh yeah! We did it!" Ben said to Gwen. -Then... some sounds could be heard.

*BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-*

The Omnitrix and the plumber's badges started beeping again. "Hmm, I wonder what's going on this time?" said Ben as he checked the Omnitrix. When he did, he got a notification that told about what Hex and Charmcaster were doing. "Hey grandpa, it says here that there's 2 people named Hex and Charmcaster who are up to something in The Alternate Dimension. We better go check out what it is." Ben told Max, "Then, let's get ready." Max replied as he and the others did so.

Once the Tennysons were ready, Max opened the portal to The Alternate Dimension. "Alright, you guys ready?" he said, "Yeah." Ben and Gwen said. Then, Max drove towards the portal.

*FWOOSH!*

Once the Tennysons got out of the portal, they looked around. "Whoa, what is this place?" said Ben, he'd never seen this part of The Alternate Dimension before. "C'mon." said Max as he started walking. Ben and Gwen followed him.

While the Tennysons were walking, they could hear what sounded like people cheering. "Looks like something's going on there." said Ben as he pointed to a big building. "C'mon." Max said again as Ben and Gwen followed him. When the Tennysons were near the building, Max made Ben and Gwen stop for a bit. Then, he said "Alright you two, we're going to investigate what's going on here. Try to be discreet okay?". Ben and Gwen nodded, then the Tennysons snuck into the building.

Once, Ben, Gwen and Max were inside, Max told Ben and Gwen to split up so that they could all investigate more. Ben and Gwen nodded again as they went elsewhere. The cheering got louder and louder in the direction where Ben was walking. "Huh? What's going on there?" Ben thought as he kept on walking. Then...

"YEAH!" "WOOOOO!" "That was awesome!" "This is amazing." "Thank you, thank you. And now for my next trick..."

Ben hid behind something, he saw Hex and Charmcaster doing more magic tricks. Then, he thought "What's the bad thing here? They're just doing magic tricks.". But then... Ben noticed something else. The slight smoke that was going towards Hex. "Wh...-What's with that smoke?" Ben thought as he looked at it, then he realized that something might really be up. Then, he went off and hid somewhere else before calling Max on the Omnitrix.

Meanwhile, Max's plumber's badge started beeping. He picked up the call and said "Hello, Ben?". "Grandpa, I found the ones we're looking for. There's something weird going on! There's some smoke going towards this Hex guy, but you can't really see it because it's only slight." Ben replied, "What's the smoke doing to Hex?" Max asked. "I-I don't know, but it looks like it's energizing him or something!" Ben answered, "Alright, I'll tell Gwen and we'll be over there. In the meantime, keep investigating." said Max. "Ok." said Ben before Max hung up.

Ben went back to where he saw Hex and Charmcaster. When he did, he saw that smoke was still coming towards him! "Wh...-What's this guy doing?" thought Ben as he kept on watching, then he noticed something else. The people looked happy, -but... -they also looked... -tired? "Those people look a bit tired." Ben thought.

Soon, Max and Gwen came along. "Ben!" they said in a soft voice. Ben looked back and saw the two, then he said "Gwen! Grandpa!". "What's happening?" Max asked, "Look!" replied Ben as he pointed to Hex and Charmcaster. Max and Gwen saw the smoke still coming towards Hex. Then, Max pulled out his plumber's badge and used it to secretly scan Hex and know what's going on.

Once Max was done, he, Ben and Gwen found out that Hex is an evil magician that likes feeding on some kinds of happy and some kinds of entertained people. When these people are happy or entertained, Hex can feed on their happiness and entertainment. The happiness and entertainment will then be like a slight smoke that will go towards him. After Hex feeds on the happiness and entertainment of people, those people will be drained and will most probably die.

"Grandpa, we gotta stop him and his assistant!" said Ben, "Yeah." Max replied before grabbing his blaster. Then...

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

"-AGH!" said Hex as he barely managed to avoid the blasts. Ben, Gwen and Max then quickly hid behind something. When Hex and Charmcaster looked around, they saw nothing. "-WHO DID THAT?!" Hex yelled before he and Charmcaster went over to the direction where the blasts came from.

"Shhh." said Max to Ben and Gwen as they watched Hex and Charmcaster pass by. -Then...

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-* "-AGH!"

Max fired at Hex again! But Hex managed to dodge the lasers. Then, he looked at the Tennysons. "-UH OH..." Ben thought. Hex formed some red energy in his hands before trying to blast the Tennysons with it! "-AAH!" the Tennysons yelled as they got out of the way and ran.

Man and Gwen started firing at Hex, but Charmcaster blocked the lasers with a purple shield. Ben went elsewhere and activated the Omnitrix. "That guy and his assistant isn't the only one with magic! I've got Omni-tricks up my wrist. It's hero time!" Ben said as he twisted the dial and slammed on it. -Then...

*FLASH!*

Max and Gwen were still fighting with Hex and Charmcaster. But then... -2 vine-like arms were extended and punched the bad guys away! Hex and Charmcaster fell on the ground before they ended up rolling! Meanwhile, the people were worried and confused, "-Wh...-What's going on?" one of them said. Then, Max went onto the stage and yelled "-EVERYONE GET OUT OF HERE! HEX AND CHARMCASTER ARE EVIL! HEX FEEDS ON ALL OF YOUR HAPPINESS AND ENTERTAINMENT, AND WHEN HE GETS ALL OF IT ALL OF YOU ARE GONNA DIE!". "-Wh-What?!" the people said confused. Then, someone screamed angrily. -It was Hex! A red energy blast was blasted at Max! Sending him flying! "-OOF!" Max said as he fell. Then, Hex and Charmcaster came out! "-RRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!" yelled Hex as he kept on trying to blast Max! Luckily, Max was able to get up and get out of the way in time before running. Charmcaster then tried attacking Max as well. "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" the people screamed as they started running.

Hex and Charmcaster kept on trying to attack Max. But Ben was able to stop them for a bit. "YAAH!" Charmcaster shouted as she threw bombs that looked like gray-ish and purple small stones. "-AGH!" said Ben as he got sent flying! "-OOGH!" said Ben as he fell, then he got back up.

Gwen went up to Charmcaster and started firing towards her. But the white haired girl put up a purple shield before sending out purple blasts. "-WHOA!" yelled Gwen as she fell down when she got surprised. Ben tied Charmcaster up with one of his arms, but Charmcaster was able to break free. "Agh!" said Ben as the half of his arm was cut into pieces. Luckily, he could fix it. But this was going to be harder than he thought.

"Enough!" yelled Hex as he made some sort of staff appear out of nowhere. This wasn't just any staff, it was the Staff Of Ages. A wooden staff with a bird-like head on the top. Hex used the staff to send a big yellow blast at Ben and Max! Max was able to get out of the way in time, but Ben and his body were destroyed into pieces! "-BEN!" yelled Max.

Luckily, Ben was able to fix himself. "-Wh...-What?!" Hex said surprised, but then he added "No matter." as he kept on trying to blast Ben, who dodged the blasts! Ben tried whipping Hex with his arms, but Hex dodged everytime. Then, Charmcaster threw more stone bombs at Ben! "AGH!" Ben yelled as he hit a wall! Charmcaster then rached into her bag before throwing more stones. This time, the stones turned into dog-like creatures with no ears or tail. The creatures ROARED before rushing towards Ben.

Once Ben got up, he saw the creatures coming towards him. He gasped before jumping. "ROOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!" the creatures roared as they ran past him. Then, Ben threw two seed bombs at the creatures. Destroying them.

*BOOM! BOOM!*

"-GET OUT OF HERE!" yelled Hex as he kept trying to blast Gwen and Max, who were running around and firing at him. Gwen managed to get near Hex and whack him with her blaster. "Urgh!" Hex groaned as he blasted Gwen away. "Agh!" said Gwen as she fell. "-HRRRAAAGGGHHH!" Max shouted as he tried slashing Hex with his blaster's bayonet. But Hex kicked and blast him away with the staff.

Meanwhile, Ben was thrown across. Then, Charmcaster came out of nowhere. "Uncle, who are these people?" she asked, "I don't know. But I'll get rid of them." Hex replied as he made yellow energy form on the staff. But as he was about to blast Max, Ben extended one of his arms and punched him! "OOF!" yelled Hex as he hit a wall.

Charmcaster tried throwing stone bombs at Gwen, luckily Ben swatted them away. "Argh!" said Charmcaster as she took out what looked like a spell book. It had a brown cover with some weird designs and symbols on it. Charmcaster opened the book and read a page from it and said "Coralis Erachna!". (The spells that I'll be making for these stories will be made up.)

When Charmcaster said the spell, fire started coming out of the ground! Then, it went over to Ben! Ben turned into Heatblast and absorbed the fire. "Rrgh!" grunted Charmcaster before throwing more stone bombs. Luckily, Ben got out of the way in time.

*BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!*

Hex then got up and went towards Ben before swatting him with the staff! After that, Hex blasted Ben with yellow energy from the staff!

*-BOOM!*

"-HEY!" Max and Gwen yelled as they started firing at Hex and Charmcaster, but Hex and Charmcaster started fighting back. "...Uuunnnggghhh..." Ben groaned as he got up, then he saw what was happening. Ben started throwing fireballs at Hex and Charmcaster. Some of the fireballs hit them, but some of them were blocked by purple and yellow shields.

"-RRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!" Charmcaster growled as she started throwing purple blasts, Ben turned into Stinkfly and flew up before shooting blue sludge. Hex and Charmcaster were trapped in blue sludge. But they managed to get free using magic. "-HHHHRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!" yelled Hex as he tried blasting Ben again with the staff, but Ben just avoided the blasts and started flying towards him. But... as Ben was getting close to Hex... -the old magician SWATTED HIM AWAY with the staff!

*-BAM!* "-AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" *CRASH!*

Ben fell onto a lot of stuff! "...Uuunnnggghhh..." he groaned as he rubbed his head. Then, Hex went to where he was and used the staff's magic to create an energy rope that tied him up. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!" Gwen shouted as she fired lasers and power strings at Hex. Who just put up another shield using the staff to block them. Then, Hex sent out a yellow wave that sent both Gwen and Max flying!

"-WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Gwen and Max shouted as they fell. "-HEY!" Ben shouted before turning into Fourarms, getting free from the magic string because of his size and using sonic clap to send Hex and Charmcaster flying. However, the magic duo just landed on the ground with their feet after they slid back a bit. Ben tried grabbing Hex, but Charmcaster threw a rock that turned into a big rocky humanoid creature! The creature then punched Ben! Ben tried punching back, but the creature kicked him on the leg and made him fall!

The creature started beating Ben up! "-GET OFF ME!" said Ben as he tried to get the creature off of him, but it was too strong! "...Uuu... -UUURRRGGGHHH!" Ben groaned as he kept trying to push the creature away. Even if Ben had four arms, the creature would manage to block the extra two.

Max and Gwen got back up, they saw what was happening. Gwen used her blaster to fire at the creature that was trying to get Ben. She managed to shoot it on the head, making it shatter into a million pieces! "Headshot!" yelled Gwen before blowing her blaster.

*-PEW! -BOOM!*

"Thanks." said Ben, "No problem." replied Gwen. Then, Ben got up and started rushing towards Hex! But... Hex just said "Atrenalis Pitralis!". Yellow energy came out of the Staff Of Ages and went onto Ben! Suddenly, Ben couldn't move! "-I -I can't move!" he said as he tried to do so, but failed. Gwen gasped, "Must be some sort of paralyzing spell." Max said to her in a soft voice.

Hex floated over to Ben, he laughed as he looked at him. "-G...-GET ME OUT OF THIS SPELL!" said Ben, "Sure thing." Hex replied as he began saying another spell. "Abanus Nabus!" he yelled. then yellow energy came out from the staff and went over Ben again! Then, the energy began to give him pain!

*-KZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!* "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" "-BEN!" "-BEN!"

Gwen and Max tried to help Ben, but they were sent flying when Charmcaster threw a purple magic energy ball at them! Then, Charmcaster went over to Gwen and Max to try and deal with them. Meanwhile, the magic energy was still electrocuting Ben! "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ben kept on shouting. Then... something strange was happening! Ben was slowly turning back into a human! But even after he turned back into his normal self the magic energy was STILL electrocuting him! Then... Ben's body began to change! Brown fur started to go all over him! His hands and feet changed into paws and he grew ears and a tail!

*-FLASH!*

"-BEN!" Max and Gwen yelled as they saw what was happening to him. When the magic energy disappeared, it revealed that Ben... -had been TURNED INTO A DOG?! Ben tried to speak, but obviously he couldn't. Then, he tried to turn into something else. But when he looked at his left wrist... -the Omnitrix WASN'T THERE! Ben made some confused animalistic noises as he kept on trying to look for the Omnitrix. But it wasn't anywhere on him! "Now you won't bother me anymore you little pest." said Hex. Ben then tried tackling Hex, but the magician just swatted him with the Staff Of Ages! Ben made a whiny sound as he fell on the ground!

Max and Gwen then tried firing at Hex, but Charmcaster used her spell book and yelled "Bopus Malitar!". Immediately, some geysers started sending Max and Gwen upwards! "-WOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" they yelled. As they were falling down, Charmcaster blasted them with magic blasts! Sending them flying across!

Meanwhile, Hex went over to Ben again. Then, he said "Now... I'll get rid of you. -Permanently.". Hex raised the staff up, preparing to hit Ben with it. -Then...

*-CHAKK-CHAKK! -BAM! -FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH! -KZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!* "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

A power string was fired at him! Hex got caught in the power string, then it electrocuted him! "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Hex shouted as he was being electrocuted. Then, when the power string stopped he fell down.

Charmcaster tried attacking Max and Gwen again, but Gwen managed to kick her in the leg while Max punched her away. Charmcaster ended up rolling on the ground. Then, Max and Gwen went over to Ben.

"Ben! Are you okay?!" said Max, Ben tried to speak but he couldn't. "OH NO!" said Gwen. Max and Gwen checked Ben all over to make sure he was okay. But they didn't know that Hex got the strength to do things again. Hex broke free of the power string using his magic. Gwen and Max looked back when they heard something, but it was too late! Hex blasted them away with the Staff Of Ages! "-GWEN! -GRANDPA!" Ben tried to say, but he just made some whiny noises instead.

Ben tried rushing over to Gwen and Max, but Hex swatted him first with the staff! Then, Charmcaster got some more stones from her bag and threw them near Ben. The stones turned into the three kinds of rocky creatures Charmcaster just used. "ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" one of the earless and tailless dog-like creatures roared (I'll call them stone dogs now.). Ben made some animalistic sounds as he started running, Charmcaster's creatures then chased after him!

Once Gwen and Max got back up, they saw Ben being chased by Charmcaster's creatures! They tried using their blasters, but the lasers were blocked by a shield Charmcaster put up. "Enough of this!" growled Hex as he tried using the Staff Of Ages again, but Gwen managed to tie him up with a power string! The string wrapped around Hex and electrocuted him again! Charmcaster tried to attack, but another power string was shot at her. She was tied and electrocuted as well!

*KZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!*

"We got 'em!" said Gwen as she looked at Charmcaster and Hex. Then, she and Max heard some whiny noises. It was Ben! He was still being chased by Charmcaster's creatures! Gwen and Max fired at the creatures again. This time, they managed to hit them. When Ben saw what happened, he stopped running. "Thanks." he tried saying, but he still couldn't.

Max and Gwen went over to Ben again, they checked if he was okay. He was, but he was turned into a dog. "-Wh...-What're we gonna do?" Gwen asked, then Max looked back. Max ran over to where Charmcaster was before grabbing her spell book. "That could work." said Gwen. Max opened the book, he couldn't understand it because it was in a weird language. So he used his badge to translate the pages. And it worked. Max could now read the spell book. But... before he could do anything else...

*-BOOM!* "-AGGH!" "-AGGH!" "-OOMPH!" "-OW!"

Charmcaster got back up and blasted at them! The blast sent Max and Gwen flying again! Then, Charmcaster stuck out her hand and made the spell book come to her. Soon, Hex got back up as well. "Uncle, we should just take this elsewhere." said Charmcaster, Hex agreed and nodded. Then, he and Charmcaster used magic to propel themselves out of the building.

"They're getting away!" said Gwen, "C'mon!" said Max as he started running. Ben and Gwen followed him. The Tennysons went to the Rustbucket, after that Max started driving it.

*-VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM-SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!*

While Max was driving, Gwen asked "So... where do you think they went grandpa?". "I'm trying to track them down with my badge, but the screen gets weird or something everytime I try to track them." Max replied, Ben tried to speak again but he still couldn't. "Don't worry Ben, we'll find a way to get you back to normal." said Max.

[Some Time Later...]

Max was still driving. It had been a while and he, Ben and Gwen still haven't found Hex and Charmcaster.

Ben (In dog language): "Where'd they go?!"

Max: I'm not sure, but I've called the plumbers. They should be here anytime soon. They're gonna help us find Hex and Charmcaster.

Even though Ben couldn't speak, Max and Gwen could still sort of understand him. Then... the Tennysons could see ships in the air! It was the plumbers. They finally arrived. They landed their ships somewhere, and Max stopped right near them.

Once the ships and the Rustbucket stopped, the Tennysons and the plumbers came out. "Alright, what seems to be the problem?" one of the plumbers asked Max, "We're trying to find two people named Hex and Charmcaster. And we need help to turn Ben back into a human, he's been turned into a dog." Max replied before pointing at Ben.

"Oh, we'll see what we can do." the plumber replied, then he said "Come on Ben, we're gonna help you get back to normal.". Ben followed the plumber into one of the ships.

Once Ben was inside the ship, the plumber stuck some wire-like things on him. Don't worry, it's not painful or damaging to the body. Once the wires were attached to Ben, the plumber started typing on a holographic keyboard. "Are you guys gonna be able to turn Ben back to normal again?" asked Max, "Lemme see." the plumber replied. Soon, something popped up on the computer screen. But then... -something WEIRD happened! The screen started glitching and getting all wonky and weird. The plumber tried fixing the problem, but he couldn't. "What's happening?!" Max asked again, "I don't know. It just... -did that." the plumber answered as he kept on trying to fix the problem. But he couldn't. The plumber tried fixing what was wrong with the computer. But after a while, he couldn't do it.

"Something's wrong, I've been trying to fix this thing but I can't no matter what I do." the plumber said, "So I'm gonna be stuck like this?!" Ben tried saying. Luckily, the plumber understood him and said "Uhh... I have an idea.". The plumber then went off to get something.

A little while later, the plumber came back. He was holding what looked a plumber suit, but for dogs.

Ben (In dog language): "-Wait what?! -Seriously?!"

Plumber: Sorry, I couldn't find a way to turn you back to normal. This should help you in the meantime.

Ben: (In dog language): "Fine..."

The plumber put the suit on Ben. It would keep him protected since he didn't have the Omnitrix or powers right now. "Press this button." the plumber said pointing to a small light blue button, Ben pressed it and a holographic instruction manual popped out.

Ben (In dog language): "-Whoa! There's weapons on this thing?" *Presses another button*

Ben pressed another button on the suit. Immediately, two big laser blasters popped out of the back! "Cool!" Ben tried saying, "There's lots more stuff in there." the plumber added.

[Some Time Later...]

The Tennysons and the plumbers went off to find Hex and Charmcaster, but it was harder than they thought. The Rustbucket was inside the ship the Tennysons were riding in. Some of the equipment would go weird and crazy. Meanwhile, the plumbers were telling the Tennysons more about Hex and Charmcaster. The Tennysons were shocked when they found out more about the magic duo. "So... how are we going to stop two people who can use magic?" asked Gwen, "You and your grandpa's badges and suits can protect the both of you from magic. Same goes for Ben and his suit." replied the plumber. Gwen was shocked and gasped when she heard what the plumber said, "Cool! What else is resistant to magic?" she asked on. "The ships, the plumbers' suits, the weapons, you and your grandpa's blasters... -and basically almost everything the plumbers own." the plumber answered again.

"Is the Omnitrix resistant to magic?" Ben tried asking, but he still couldn't speak. The plumber then got a pencil and paper, "Here, write what you wanna say." he said to Ben. Ben used his mouth to pick up the pencil and started writing on the paper. When he finished, the plumber looked at it. Then, he said "Yes actually. It can resist magic.". Ben let out a small howl in excitement now that he knew that the Omnitrix was resistant to magic. But he still hasn't got it. "Cool." said Gwen, "Hmm, interesting." said Max. "Well, let's keep finding Hex and Charmcaster." the plumber added as he kept on driving.

[A Few Minutes Later...]

Soon, the plumbers were able to find where Hex and Charmcaster were. -Inside another building. He and the other plumbers landed the ships down. As soon as the ships landed, the plumbers stopped them. Then, they and the Tennysons got out. Max decided to leave the Rustbucket in the ship it was in for extra safety. "Alright everyone, let's go." the plumber said as he and everyone else started sneaking into the building.

[Meanwhile...]

Hex and Charmcaster were performing on another stage. The people clapped and cheered at their magic tricks, they began to look tired as well. But they didn't know this. Soon, the Tennysons and the plumbers managed to reach where Hex and Charmcaster were. "Shhh." one of the plumbers said as he looked at the magic duo. Then, the Tennysons and the plumbers began sneaking around them.

"And now... for my next trick." Hex said as he made Charmcaster go inside a wooden box. This time, he was going to do something different. Hex said some nonsense sounding words before making purple smoke burst from the box. When he opened it, Charmcaster wasn't there anymore! The people clapped and cheered even more as they saw the trick. "And now... I shall make her reappear." Hex continued as he closed the box again before saying some more nonsense sounding words. But... just as he was about to make purple smoke burst out of the box again...

*-BAM! -FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH! -KZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!* "-AAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Something tied him up and electrocuted him! It was a power string! The people were surprised. Charmcaster gasped as she saw what happened, but then a power string was shot at her too! Tying her up and electrocuting her again. Once Hex and Charmcaster fell, the Tennysons and the plumbers appeared! The people were even more shocked when they saw them.

"-EVERYONE! GET OUT OF HERE! HEX AND CHARMCASTER ARE EVIL! THEY FEED ON PEOPLE'S HAPPINESS AND ENTERTAINMENT BY PERFORMING MAGIC TRICKS! -AND IF ALL OF YOU LET THEM DO THAT YOU WILL ALL PROBABLY DIE! LOOK AT YOURSELVES! ALL OF YOU LOOK TIRED AND WRINKLY!" Max yelled, the people then looked at themselves. They did look tired and wrinkly. Then, they realized that Hex and Charmcaster REALLY WERE EVIL! And so they began running away and screaming.

Hex and Charmcaster broke free of the strings again, when they looked across they saw the Tennysons and the plumbers. "-YOU THREE AGAIN?!" yelled Hex as he made the Staff Of Ages appear, "-H...-How did these people FIND US?! -And who are THOSE?!" added Charmcaster pointing at the plumbers. "Probably their friends." replied Hex.

"STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING, HEX AND CHARMCASTER!" Max shouted, "And what will you do if we don't?!" Hex snapped back. Max responded by sending out lots of lasers from his blaster. Hex put up a shield using the Staff Of Ages before sending a big yellow blast. The Tennysons and the plumbers got out of the way just in time. "Time to test out these things!" Ben thought as he used the back blasters to start firing at Hex and Charmcaster, who just put up shields again.

One of the plumbers managed to sneak behind Hex and Charmcaster, he then tried whacking Hex in the head. But Charmcaster saw him and blasted him away. Ben made an angry face and started firing at Charmcaster, some of the lasers hit her. But they didn't do much. "Evus Avetus." uttered Hex.

*-FWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-*

As soon as Hex uttered the spell, a tornado started forming from the ground! It instantly grew so big before it got sent across! Ben let out another whiny sound as he tried running, but the tornado caught him and sent him flying! Ben let out a long whiny sound as he flew into the air!

*CRASH!*

Ben ended up falling in a big trash bin. "-HEY!" Gwen yelled as she managed to rush up to Hex and punch him! "Agh!" yelled Hex as he held his chin, he then tried swatting Gwen with the Staff Of Ages. But Max dropkicked him! Ben then got out of the trash bin. When he did, he looked across. He saw that Hex was down on the ground, but Charmcaster was still fighting. Ben rushed up towards Charmcaster and tackled her! "Oomph!" Charmcaster said as she fell as well. Then, Ben started blasting at her.

*-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-PEW-*

Charmcaster was getting hurt from the blasts, but she managed to roll out of the way. She used her powers to make the slight burns she got from the lasers vanish. Ben made a confused animalistic sound, then he tried clawing Charmcaster. Only for the girl to throw more stone bombs at him!

*-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

Ben was sent flying across and hit the ground again. Charmcaster then walked up to him before opening her spell book. "I'm gonna do this myself!" Charmcaster said angrily as she kept on trying to find the page she needed. But she got distracted when she saw lasers coming her way!

"-KEEP AWAY FROM HIM!" shouted Max as he, Gwen and the plumbers kept on firing. Charmcaster put up another shield and tried using magic on some of the plumbers, but it was no use as their suits protected them from it. "-Wh...-WHAT?!" Charmcaster said in surprise, then she tried using magic again. It still didn't work. "-WH...-WHAT THE... -H-HOW?!" Charmcaster began to stutter.

Charmcaster was wondering why her magic didn't work against the plumbers. But... she didn't know that one of them managed to sneak behind her. Then...

*-WHAM!* "OOF!" *Thump!*

The plumber whacked Charmcaster in the head with his blaster! "OOF!" Charmcaster said as she fell flat on the ground. The plumber then tried putting handcuffs on her. But then... -Hex got back up! He saw what the plumber was doing and blasted him away with the staff's power.

*-PEW!* "Oomph!" *Thump!*

After the plumber fell down, Hex went over to Charmcaster and used magic to take off the handcuffs. The only reason Hex was able to take the handcuffs off is that they weren't put on Charmcaster properly yet, he just used magic because even though the handcuffs weren't put on properly taking them off would be tough.

"...Uuunnnggghhh..." the plumber groaned as he got back up. Then, he saw Hex and Charmcaster. He grabbed his blaster from the floor and tried blasting at them again. But Hex used his magic to make the lasers disappear. Then, he used more magic to take the blaster away from the plumber's hands and throw it elsewhere. Plumber eqiupment can resist some of the things magic can do, the things Hex just did wasn't one of them.

Soon, Ben got up again. When he saw Hex and Charmcaster, he growled. Then, he started running towards them. Luckily, Ben was able to get to the magic duo in time. Charmcaster got out of the way, but Ben managed to BITE Hex!

"-YEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!" Hex yelled as he shook his leg to try to get Ben off him. But it didn't work, then he swatted and blasted him with the staff. It worked. Hex healed the injury on his leg using magic. "These pests are persistent." Hex mumbled to himself, then he added "No matter, I'll just make sure to REALLY get rid of them this time." in his mind.

"Cover me." Hex whispered to Charmcaster, Charmcaster agreed and started forming magic in her hands. Hex got the spell book and began to look through the pages.

*Fwoosh! Fwoosh! Flip-flip-flip-flip-flip-flip-flip-flip-*

"-YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Charmcaster shouted as she started blasting magic almost everywhere! The Tennysons and the plumbers hid behind things. But some of the plumbers got hit and sent flying! "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" the plumbers yelled as they flew across! Meanwhile Hex started to utter some words.

"Tuva Tuva Omna Goketa Samna..."

"STOP HIM!" shouted Max, but it was too late. Hex continued reading his spell book and uttered the other words of the spell.

"Fisshio Messo Sakanta Machique!"

Immediately, after Hex uttered those final words from the spell... -something began to happen! Everything started SHAKING! "-UHHH... -WHAT'S HAPPENING?!" Gwen said nervously, Max then looked up. He saw SMALL BURNING ASTEROIDS COMING DOWN! "-EVERYONE LOOK OUT!" he shouted. Ben tried blasting at the asteroids, but they were too tough! So he just ran and hid behind or under things.

*-BAM! -BAM! -BAM! -BAM! -BAM!* "-AHH!" "-AAAHHH!" "-AAH!" "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" "-OW!" "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-"

"I gotta find a safe place to hide!" Ben thought as he started running again. Unfortunately, Hex saw him and went after him! Ben made a whiny sound before running faster, Hex tried to catch him. But luckily Ben managed to escape first. "COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE PEST!" Hex yelled as he kept on chasing Ben.

While Ben was running, Hex tried blasting at him. Luckily, Ben managed to dodge the attacks and run even faster. "COME BACK HERE!" Hex yelled again as he continued to chase Ben.

Soon, Ben was able to get far enough from Hex. He then went behind a table and hid there. Soon, Hex came along. "Where are you?! -SHOW YOURSELF!" he roared as he kept looking for Ben. Ben stayed silent and hoped that Hex wouldn't find him. Hex searched for Ben in the area he was in, but everytime he got near to where Ben was Ben would secretly move and hide in a different spot. When Hex couldn't find Ben, he went elsewhere. "Phew!" Ben thought, he was glad Hex didn't find him. But he could be found later. "Oh man! What am I gonna do now?! There's some evil magic guy finding me, and he has an assistant! What am I gonna do?!" Ben thought.

Ben wanted to think of what to do, but he couldn't come up with anything right now. So he just peeped out to see if Hex was still there, luckily he wasn't. Ben then started running, he was going to hide somewhere safer. But he still couldn't think of what to do yet. He better think fast though.

Today, Ben, Gwen, Max and the plumbers faced two villains whose powers were magic. Magic is hard to go against, luckily Ben, Gwen, Max and the plumbers have things that are resistant to magic. But how will they stop Hex and Charmcaster? Find out next time on Ben 10 Alternate Dimension.
