Are You Willing to Go Out With A Girl?
Pairing: Moka x Keito
Genre: Romance
Disclaimer: I do not own Rosario Vampire or any of its characters.
Author's Note: I decided to try something interesting. Since Keito's kinda underrated, which is understandable, I thought I'd change her image a bit and make this an AU. It'll kinda be a bit easier to do than doing usual canon of this series.
Yeah, this pairing is unusual, but I am a creative girl. That's what I do best. Hopefully my best supporters will approve of this.
Enjoy!
"Wow! Look at her! Just look at her!"
"Isn't she just gorgeous?"
"More than gorgeous! She's drop dead sexy!"
"Akashiya-san is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!"
"I wanna go out with her!"
The person the girls are talking about is none other than Moka Akashiya, a very beautiful girl with long pink hair that reaches down her waist and has green eyes. She is considered a wealthy person due to her father owning a mansion. Plus that, she was able to apply to this All Girl's School. People do love her and the school life here is just brilliant. Moka walks along the path, earning loving gazes and some fainting girls as she walks by. She loves the attention, but sometimes it can be overwhelming for her. She enters the school and is on her way to her homeroom when someone rushes toward her and hugs her from behind.
"Mokaaaa~!" A girl with blue hair tied in a pony-tail greets happily. "Sup, girlfriend~?"
"Oh, Kurumu-chan," Moka smiles nervously. "Nice to see you."
"Morning," A quiet girl with long purple hair greets as she approaches the two.
"Morning, Mizore-chan," Moka greets back.
"Getting all of the attention I see~" Kurumu says as she puts an arm around her friend. "That's our Moka for ya~"
"She's just too beautiful..." Mizore comments softly.
"G-girls, please," Moka says. "I may be beautiful, but I'm still a person. I don't think I would work this hard to be this way."
"Not to them~" Kurumu says. "Anyways, why don't we all get to class so we can get this over with~?"
"You're actually not too excited about it, are you...?" Mizore says.
"Weeeeellll~" Kurumu rubs her hand behind her head. "Lectures are just so exciting. I can hardly wait!"
"You barely pay attention to any of them," Moka says. "Which is the reason why you and Mizore-chan come to my house to study."
"I mean, your home is just so amazing!" Kurumu says.
"Let's just go to homeroom..." Mizore sighs.
The trio start to walk to class and sit down at their desks, Moka in the front, Mizore in the middle and Kurumu in the back. They are seated next to the window, which is good for Kurumu to look at when she is bored. Moka and Mizore just sit and listen.
When classes are finished, it's finally lunch time. Kurumu stretches out her arms and yawns loudly.
"Finally!" Kurumu says. "Let's eat!"
Moka and Mizore push their desks toward Kurumu's in order to eat lunch together. Taking out their bentos, they say Grace and start digging in. Though Kurumu takes a few bites and starts talking.
"You know," she says. "I've heard some of the girls at this school have boyfriends. They are talking up a storm recently."
"Really now?" Mizore says. "That's not unusual, considering I have also heard girls talking non-stop about their boyfriends."
"I hope to get a boyfriend someday~" Kurumu says with a confident smile. "I know what to say, how to say it, hell, even know what to do during dates. And then when the time is right, we could-"
"Okay, okay, okay!" Moka waves her arms wildly. "A little too much information!"
"Weeeeelll," Kurumu says, smirking at her friend. "What are YOU going to do, huh? We know you have that childhood crush you wanted to go out with for so long."
"What makes you say that?" Moka asks.
"Girl, we've known you since middle school," Kurumu says. "And you told us that you have a crush on Tsukune Aono, correct?"
"I-I do," Moka blushes and fiddles with the hem of her skirt. "We have known each other for a long time. He is well aware that I'm attending this school. But...I'm just afraid of what might happen if I do confess to him."
"You'll never know~" Kurumu says. "He may like you back~"
"Yeah, that may be true," Moka says.
She blushes at the thought of Tsukune. He goes to a different high school, but always contacts Moka whenever he can. She wants a boyfriend as well, though, now that she is in high school, it can be difficult.
"Well, you know where to find us," Mizore says softly and chews on her sushi.
*Later*
"Yeah! Time to go home!" Kurumu jumps happily. "Come on girls! Shopping time!"
"What do you want this time?" Mizore asks.
"I want new clothes! You know, to show off to my future boyfriend when the time comes~!" Kurumu says.
"I don't know if you'll ever get one," Mizore says.
"Come on!" Kurumu says. "I am a charming girl! Boys cannot resist THESE babies~" She points to her bouncy breasts that jiggle at the movement. "One good look at them and they would be all over me~!"
Mizore sighs again. "Something tells me you want more than one boyfriend to get around..."
Moka sweat drops. "She's definitely asking for some trouble..."
Just then, the trio hear girls squealing with joy. They rush toward a large group lining up and a very beautiful young woman, probably older than Moka, with long purple hair and violet eyes, comes strutting down the hall with a trio of girls following her. Moka gasps at the sight of the violet haired girl.
"It's KEITO!" One girl squeals.
"Keito Yamamoto!" Another girl says. "She's rich, she's beautiful and above all, she's PERFECT!"
"Excels in sports, academics and she's the student council president!" Another girl says. "Is there anything she CAN'T do~!?"
Moka stares at the violet haired beauty as she passes by. Something about Keito is captivating. She doesn't know what it is. But to Moka, Keito is like a celebrity. Kurumu and Mizore notice Moka's gaze at the violet haired beauty.
Just then, Keito takes a glance at Moka and then smiles...and winks at her. The cute pinkette gasps, blushing. Keito then turns her head and walks away. Moka can feel her heart pounding hard.
"Did...did she just...wink at me...?" Moka says.
Kurumu and Mizore run up to their best friend.
"Whoa, what was that!?" Kurumu says.
"She winked at you..." Mizore says softly. "But...why?"
"I have...no idea..." Moka replies. Her legs are about to give out, but she willed herself not to fall.
*Later*
Since her father is going to be out of work late, Moka is left to fend for herself at her home. It isn't too bad honestly. She has a bit of freedom to do whatever she wishes. Of course, there is her personal maid, who is willing to cook and serve Moka however she wants. But Moka wasn't in the mood to rely on her maid right now.
She decides to cook dinner for herself. But when she goes to the kitchen to prepare, her oldest sister, Akua appears, at the door, arms crossed under her chest. She has long black hair with red eyes and wearing a black Chinese dress with black thigh high stockings on her legs.
"Someone is full of energy today," Akua says.
"Oh, Nee-san," Moka says. "What a nice surprise."
"Is there something you want to tell me~?" Akua steps toward her younger sister. "Something good happen perhaps?"
"I, um, just saw someone...wonderful today," Moka chooses her words carefully. "At the school, I mean."
"Just someone wonderful?" Akua chuckles. "Listen, if this person is that wonderful, wouldn't that mean something...more specific?"
"I-I don't know what you're talking about," Moka says.
Akua chuckles again. "I'm sure you'll figure it out. I gotta go. I have to help Kalua."
With that, she leaves. Moka looks over at the materials she is preparing and blushes.
She cannot mean... Moka thinks. She can't possibly mean...
Moka wants to think it's impossible. A crush on another girl? She cannot believe it herself. Is it really a thing? The stories she has heard from time to time that girls always go out with boys. Akua and Kalua must have crushes on boys, too, right? She hasn't heard them talk about it yet, but one of these days, she will see them with boyfriends.
Kokoa, Moka's youngest sister, will have to wait until she's older. The whole love thing may be difficult for her to understand. Although...she has been very attached to Moka all the time. Sisterly love cannot be accepted, as Moka has heard as well. The pinkette learned to grasp that and it stuck with her.
The point is, Moka wonders if girls' love is really a thing. After being told countless times that girls always go out with boys. Just some society tradition.
*Next Day*
"Hahaha! Oh my god!" Kurumu laughs. "You thought the prez is having a crush on you!? Oh that is hilarious!"
"Stoooop!" Moka squeaks. "This is serious!"
"I'm with you on this one..." Mizore sighs.
The trio are in the school halls at their lockers to exchange shoes.
"Girl, I have no idea if that was really a crush," Kurumu says. "Besides, the prez just may be teasing you. She likes teasing people, to be honest."
"You're right," Moka says. "I see no reason to look at it as a crush. I should look at it as the president trying to mess with me."
"If that's how you wish to see it," Mizore shrugs. "The President can be pretty unpredictable."
Unbeknownst to the trio, Keito is walking by and just so happens to hear the whole thing. She smirks and then walks away, having a plan form in her mind.
*Later*
When classes are finally over, everyone gets up to leave. Kurumu and Mizore leave early due to Kurumu wanting to go to karaoke. Moka kindly declined, saying she has some stuff to do at home. But in reality, she cannot stop thinking about Keito. She keeps on wondering if it really was a crush thing. Moka kept telling herself over and over it was just teasing.
Moka goes to her locker to put her regular shoes back on when she hears footsteps come toward her.
"You are...Moka Akashiya, right?" A voice says from her left.
The pinkette gasps and turns her head, seeing the Student Council President standing before her. Her arms are crossed under her bosom and a confident smile greets Moka.
"You...know me?" Moka asks.
"I looked up your student records to be precise," Keito says. "And I thought I heard something that grabbed my ear. Something about not being possible to have girls get crushes on other girls. Did I hear that right~?"
"Y-yeah...so what?" Moka raises an eyebrow.
"You've been fed too much of an old school society rules," Keito says. "Therefore, I want to make a deal with you."
"What sort of deal?" Moka asks.
"If I can prove that girls can really go out with other girls, you let go of that information," Keito says. "But if you can prove that it's false, I'll leave you alone. Sound like a plan~?"
"I-I don't know..." Moka says, tapping her index fingers together. "What will our friends think? What will our parents think?"
"Already giving up, huh~?" Keito says. "I figured as much. You're too worried about what people might think of you instead of thinking about yourself. You need to open up a bit more, you know~?"
"I, ummm..." Moka doesn't know how to respond to that.
"Listen, go out with me and we can prove to the world that girls really can go out with one another," Keito steps toward Moka, her breasts pressing against her own, and she tips the pinkette's chin to her level. "I can teach you everything there is to know. And you won't be leaving my side either. There is no other way out of this."
"Why?" Moka says. "Why try and force me to do something I don't want to do?"
"Heh, I can see there are some lessons that need to be taught," Keito says as she backs away a few steps. "I am the one who will teach you. Starting tomorrow, you and I are going out. We will show everyone what two girls can do as a couple. I'll be seeing you, Moka~"
She turns and walks away with a flip of her hair. Moka stands there, blushing. She is so surprised all pf this is happening to her and cannot comprehend any of it at the moment.
