A Thunderous Lightning Storm 2 Chapter 08. The Meet

(A Little Later, the Party Has begun as Lights caress the main stage where a crowd has formed as an overhead Voice Says).
Voice: Ladies and gentle Pokémon. Our Host! (The Projection Screen Device drives through an infinity fountain, appears and Projects a Screen with the Caller Symbol on it. The Caller Symbol Vibrates as the Host's Voice comes through).
Host: It is my absolute honor to introduce to you the competitors in the first-ever World Grand Prix. (And so, the Host begins Calling the Competitor's by their Numbers up to the Stage). From Sinnoh. Number 14. Bibarel
(As the Host Continues to Call for the Competitor's, someone Appears from the Shadows. It is... Greninja! After Delivering the Information he got from the Oil Platform, he came here to investigate more. Once He Feels Safe, Greninja Drops his Camouflage but Still keeps a careful distance from the stage. Instead Greninja Chooses to Zero His Gaze on The World Grand Prix Tv Cameras Which Roll, Catching the Hosts' speech for publicity and posterity. Greninja then takes out his Spy Glasses and puts them on before activating them. But also activates their Cloaking mechanism, so it would look like Greninja was not wearing them at all. Then Greninja uses his Onboard Computer to Analyze each one and compare them to the photos we saw him snap on the oil platform. Each one is "NOT A MATCH". Suddenly Greninja's view suddenly stops when A Beautiful Feline Pokémon comes. The Feline Pokémon approaches Greninja. This Feline Pokémon is slender, with purple fur that includes yellow rosettes. Making it extremely attractive to others who cross her Path. But her most distinctive trait are green eyes and her long, curving tail with a sickle-like shape toward the tip).
Feline Pokémon: A Floette of Eternal Power has no known power.
Greninja: That is because of its undiscovered Status.
Liepard: I am Agent Shiftwell, Liepard Shiftwell from the "Tokyo Station", I have a message from Galar.
Greninja: Not here. (Greninja says Loudly to Liepard). You must try the Curry on the mezzanine! (Greninja moves with Liepard onto an elevator. The doors close on them as the Elevator begins moving upward, Greninja asks Liepard). So, the lab boys analyzed the photo I sent? What did they learn about the camera?
Liepard: It looks like a standard television camera. They said if you could get closer photos next time that would be great.
Greninja: This was Galar's message?
Liepard: Oh no, no. No sir. Um, the oil platforms you were on? Turns out they are sitting on the biggest Berry Juice reserve in the world.
Greninja: How did we miss that?
Liepard: They had been scrambling everyone's satellites. The Alolan's truly discovered it just before you did. They placed an agent on that platform, under deep cover. He was able to get a photo of the Pokémon who is running the entire operation. (The doors Open, and they exit onto the Mezzanine).
Greninja: Who is it? Has anyone seen the photo yet?
Liepard: No, not yet. The Agent is here tonight to pass it to you. He will signal you when He is ready.
Greninja: Good (Greninja suddenly Stops Cold). Oh no. (Golisopod is visible below them, talking with A Couple of Elekid and Granbull. Greninja quickly retreats into the shadows, and Liepard follows suit).
Liepard: What is it?
Greninja: Change of plan. You are meeting the Alolan. (Liepard is in Shock from hearing this and says).
Liepard: What, me?
Greninja: Those criminals down there were on the oil platform. If they see me, the whole mission is for nothing. (But Liepard is incredibly nervous at doing this saying).
Liepard: No, no. I am technical, you see, I am in Diagnostics, I am not a field agent.
Greninja: You are now.
(Meanwhile with Lycanroc as he grabs a drink with his tail and keeps moving on).
Lycanroc: I will take one of them. (Lycanroc snatches it, drops it in the bag hanging around his Neck where we now see a large assortment of drinks balanced). Never know which one Jolteon'll have a hankering for here. (Lycanroc approaches a sushi bar). Hey, what did you get here that is free? (Lycanroc sees something that gets his attention). How about that Energy Powder Castelia Cone? (Lycanroc is truly referring to Spicy Seasoned Curry, of course. And the Victreebell says in a Heavy thick Johto Accent).
Victreebel: No, no. Spicy Seasoned Curry. (But Lycanroc misinterprets what the Victreebell says and decides to ignore it).
Lycanroc: Oh, same ol', same ol'. What is up with you? That looks delicious. (The chef starts to carve a small scoop aside for Lycanroc in a Medium Square Sized Plate). Uh, a little more, please. It is free, right? (The chef adds more). Keep it coming. A little more. Come on, let us go, it is free! You are getting there. Scoop, scoop! (The chef gives in and scoops a Stadium-sized amount out onto the Plate). There you go. Now THATS a scoop of a Castelia Cone. (The Victreebell says in his Heavy thick Johto Accent).
Victreebel: My condolences.
(Meanwhile back with The Host. The Host is now coming close to Complete with his intros).
Host: ... And now, our last competitor, Number 95, Jolteon! (Then Jolteon approaches the microphone and flashes his Quills).
Jolteon: Thank you so much for having us, Sir. I really look forward to racing. This is a wonderful opportunity.
Host: Oh, the pleasure is all ours, Jolteon. You and your team bring excellence and professionalism to this competition. (And then as if on cue, Lycanroc Arrives with a piercing scream of pain. Everyone turns as he charges headfirst toward the stage, making a beeline for that Fountain).
Lycanroc (Dusk Form): Somebody get me water! (Lycanroc laps up water from the fountain like his Mouth was on Fire. Lycanroc says as he is Lapping Water). Sweet relief. (Everyone is shocked. The crowd could not believe it. Silvally cackles. Lycanroc, now sated, approaches the mic. Then Lycanroc Says to the Crowd). Whatever you do, do NOT EAT! The free Energy Powder Castelia Cone. It has turned! (Lycanroc's Voice Echoes due to the Microphone)
Jolteon: Sir, I can explain. This is Lycanroc... (Before Jolteon can finish the Host says).
Host: I know him. This is the bloke who called into the television show. (The Host Says to Lycanroc). You are the one I need to thank.
Lycanroc: No, thank you. This trip's been amazing. (Then Suddenly the Host says to Jolteon).
Host: He is a little excited, isn't he? (Just below Lycanroc on the Stage is a pool of Random Small Triangular Claws beneath Lycanroc. Jolteon is very much embarrassed by this and says).
Jolteon: Lycanroc!
Lycanroc: But wait, I. oh, shoot. (Jolteon quickly pulls Lycanroc aside, out of earshot of the Host and the others).
Host: Can We Get a Towel Here Please? (Jolteon is beside himself with Lycanroc's Latest Antic).
Jolteon: Lycanroc, you need to get a hold of yourself. You are making a scene. (Lycanroc is upset about, defending himself saying).
Lycanroc: But I never leak well those things were. Never. (Jolteon has had enough of Lycanroc's Antics for now and says to him).
Jolteon: Go take care of yourself right now. (Lycanroc sighs sadly and walks off to do what Jolteon said feeling personally responsible for what happened).

(A/N #1: There actually were other Pokémon Candidates for the Role of Holly Shiftwell. Runners Up In being Holly besides Liepard include: (In Order of Closeness to being Holly):
1. Roserade
2. Milotic
3. Sylveon
(It was an extremely Hard Choice, because I wanted to pick a Pokémon that was elegant in appearance but had that toughness to them. That Pretty Much eliminated Milotic. Not to Mention, I also wanted a Pokémon that I considered Beautiful which leads back to Milotic, but also to Roserade and Sylveon. (Sylveon especially). But I ended up choosing Liepard because it had the Combination of Beauty, Stealth, and Strength (And I should know about Strength because I used a Liepard on My Pokémon White for a Period of time, but that is unimportant). And I think Liepard Makes a Fine Holly Shiftwell. That is the kind of thought Process that goes into making my Pokémon (And Human) Choices for Disney/Pixar/Dreamworks Characters in their Movies.
