Frank A. Silva (October 31, 1949/1950 – September 16, 2006) was an American set dresser, dancer, musician and actor.
He is the best known for playing Bob in Twin Peaks (1990-1991, 2013, 2017), Digit in Cyberchase franchise (1974-1986) and Bobby Generic and Howard Generic in Bobby's World franchise (1967-1987). He is the co-creator of Bobby's World (1966).
