Well guys I had this thought on my mind for a while during last week. And I got so motivated I starting planning ahead, and eventually decided to Cross-Post this on Archive of Our Own too. This is Archive of our Own so I Cross-Post this on FanFiction .Net too. I had been reading a LOT of My Hero Academia Fics from AO3 for a long time, and I managed to read, and find some really interesting ones. Now I decided to take a crack at one myself including a slight alter to a story function here. This isn't a crossover this is just where a character from a different series had been born into My Hero Academia, and despite the differences he still became a villain.

All shoutouts go for there incredibly talented writers, and they should feel proud of there work cause if it weren't for them, I wouldn't have known what everything is suppose to do most of the time. But for the main character AKA Infinite (yes the same Infinite he's my favorite character in Sonic) he will start as a villain with a disdan towards killing but he will get better later on. Well I think I wasted everyone's time already, now it's time to showcase my potential here for Infinite Possibilities!

Over the 2 centuries before, equality was a reality. From that time, things were peaceful, perfect.
Well... that was the HOPE anyway.
The first sightings of a Quirk or what it was originally called Meta Abilities first came in from a baby being born glowing bright in Qing Qing City. Since then people from all over the world started to manifest similar abilities although unique to each person. But of course from these abilities came bad guys using these abilities for there own personal gain. It first started with Destro leading an army called the Meta Liberation Army although to be fair on his part Quirks were still relatively new to society, and his mother was murdered by an Anti-Quirk Faction leaving him to form an army to fight for Quirks to be used as a Human Right out of grief while she came to be as the 'Mother of Quirks' due to naming the ability.
While the government changed the system to allow Quirk Usage, the Meta Liberation Army attempted to usurp control of Japan from them, and in retaliation there were defeated but remnants remained hidden in waiting. Meanwhile there also existed another powerful individual. No-one knows his true name, he's THAT mysterious. He committed such grave acts by stealing these Quirks, and use them for his own benefit. His name is All For One after his Quirk. All For One is a powerful fighter able to fight effectively with all the Quirks he stole. It seems that no-one can stop him...
Until hope arises.
All For One's sick younger brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, had been assumed Quirkless was given a powerful stockpiling Quirk by his brother but Yoichi did in fact had a Quirk that is able to be transferred into another person. The union of these two Quirks creates the only Quirk that can one-day defeat All For One once and for all with the powers of the different Quirks of the different Users. This power's name...
Was One For All.
For many years, All For One attempted to take back One For All as it is the only Quirk that can match him in combat but his brother found a successor due to being unable to handle it's power. 7 more people kept charging in to fight against All For One to defeat him one day while nituring the Quirk increasing it's potential with each candidate selected. Now currently it's in the hands of the current No. 1 Hero in Society. His name is Toshinori Yagi, or otherwise more widely known by his hero name; All Might.
Thanks to All Might he manages to defeat All For One finally but not for good as it should've been to end his reign, and he left All Might in severe condition where his uses for One For All are limited. So now All Might is forced to do hero duty for only 3 hours a day, and has to find a successor himself to transfer the power of One For All into another worthy candidate so the Quirk's legacy won't fade away. He eventually found it in the form of a Quirkless boy named Izuku Midoriya who held the heart of a hero after attempting to rescue his friend from a Sludge Villain.
But of course, this story isn't that boy's story. No All For One has been pretty busy himself after his near death experience with All Might adopting a boy named Tenko Shimura, and made him his student to handle the power of All For One one day. But this is also not his story. Let us see who's story this is with the power to steam the tide on either side.
A boy was pushed off his bed, "Ah!"
He landed rudely on the floor tangled in a mess of blankets sitting up glaring at who pushed him. This was Akio Kurayami, a recent 16 year old boy, who is living in an orphanage for years, and is shunned upon due to his Quirk, and new altered mutated appearance. He isn't shown as mutated now cause of a watch on his wrist altering his appearance but it doesn't change things really.
He has black spiky hair with one green eye, and one blue eye with a scar over his right eye where his blue eye is with a freckled face while wearing torn, and worn white PJs that are shaped like regular Prison Whites, and a muzzle on his face. One other feature is a blue glowing watch on his left wrist which is likely the reason why he looks like a human now.
Who pushed him off of his bed was a boy looking a year younger who yelled to him, "Hey you wolf freak the lady has called you over!" He pointed over to the door which is the room's exit.
Akio would've given a snarked comment but with the muzzle on him he didn't say anything only walking over exiting the room heading down where he sees a graying blonde haired woman wearing black rimmed glasses was writing on a clipboard which she turned to him, and glared. "Get to your real appearance you freak."
Akio glared back before reaching, and turned the dial on his watch, and after a blue light formed into his true appearance. He now has the appearance of a black jackal that can stand on two feet with his scar, and eyes the same only with a pointed tooth and black gloves while wearing black, and silver metallic boots. He also has long white hair on the back of his head almost like a mane, and two scratch like rib patches of white fur on both sides of his body with a white mouth, and a white fur around his collar.
"Very good." the woman said still keeping her disgusted stare while writing on her clipboard, "Wanted to make sure your not being insubordinate." Akio only glared at her with a growl which made the woman glared looking up, "You got something you want to say fox?" Akio only stayed quiet as the muzzle keeps him from speaking.
"I thought not." the woman said to him with a smirk pleased with his lack of response, "Now turn that disguise back on, that appearance disgusts me." Akio only turned the disguised back on turning him back to normal before the woman waved her arm, "Now shoo, shoo." Akio growled walking off.
He ignored the looks, and comments he gets from the other kids but knows some of them know what he's feeling, and like them he also wants to be free. Akio only entered his room growling before he turned his disguise off showing his true form as a jackal before he then reached removing the muzzle speaking in a disgusted voice, "I hate this city... They love to pick on anyone who are different, or have villainous Quirks. Don't they understand it's the inside of that person that shows there true nature?"
He threw the muzzle on his desk before then laying on his bed softly shedding tears. All his hate, all his pain, he had been holding it in himself, and he can only release his emotions in the safety of his own room. His friend that gave him the watch, (which is called a Disguise Generator if he remembers right) with the purpose of hiding his jackal appearance for him to hopefully live a normal life but he founded out, it didn't make much difference as since the caretaker of the orphanage read his file she didn't keep her damn mouth shut, and told everyone about his true appearance, and how he was disguised.
It doesn't help that whenever she has to check on the kids she had him disarm his human form for everyone to see his jackal appearance. She said it's suppose to make sure 'he doesn't fool us' or whatever kind of lame excuse there is. And the worst part? She gets away with it! The reason why is total bullshit! She's the sister of a member of the Hero Public Safety Commission who constantly bribes them to keep her treatment of them quiet, and even if he has evidence her sister can easily destroy it. 'Safety Commission'? His ass.
Some "Safety" there doing as all they care about are new children with flashy Quirks, and instantly decide 'hey they are excellent heroes, ignore everyone else they are the prime candidates!' while kids like him were crossed out saying 'there Quirks are lame, what can it do? And hey those Quirks are for villain use only, those have no plans in Heroics. Not to mention they look absolutely ridiculous, are they trying to make a fool of themselves on the field? Cross them out, end of discussion.' It's how it always is. Ever since his parents died. Even since he been in this damn orphanage! So he decided to try a different route. He still went to school just a different school then what Miss Perfect installed into him.
He named himself the same only living out his appearance, and listed his Quirk is 'N/A'. He believed that by pretending to be Quirkless he can have an easier time, and test to see how people are. But he was wrong...
His decision only let him see an even darker side of humans.
Flashback (1 Year Ago)...
"Alright class settle down, we have a new student joining us today." the class settled down from what there doing while the teacher that has a out of fashion hair style with his quirk able to stretch his hands with strings from his wrists. He turned over, "Alright come on in."
Who walked in was Akio wearing the school uniform for Aldera Junior High with a smile turning over to them bowing while the teacher writes his name down on the blackboard. As he raised up Akio smiled to them, "It's nice to meet you all. I'm Kurayami Akio, your new senpai. I hope we will all get along."
He heard a scoff, and looked over seeing a blonde haired boy was over at the window turning away in his seat looking disgruntled while a green haired boy that freckles like him was looking at him with a big smile. He wonders what there deal is...
"Now to make a long story short this kid was placed in an orphanage cause of an accident that killed his parents so be sure to be careful what you say to him." the teacher told his class before he then smirked, "Or actually maybe not cause you should know that he's Quirkless."
That shocked the class, and Akio especially as he turned over to the teacher saying, "Hey, your not suppose to reveal that!" Seriously isn't the teacher's job suppose to be protecting, and nurturing there students, and by keeping things like that hidden it protects the student body so no one can get left out?
The teacher didn't look the least bit sorry looking down on his file in a terrible attempt to be embarrassed. "Oh, I'm so sorry. It just slipped out, my bad." He gave a small chuckle at that which Akio frowned since from being around that terrible caretaker all his life he knows when someone is lying. He's not dumb enough to fall for that.
"Wait so he's like Deku?"
"Well he's Quirkless so he's probably like Deku."
"Who knows it just means Deku will have a friend with him."
"Eww, I'd hate to be around them!"
Akio raised an eyebrow hearing that looking at the class as they talked to each other but the blonde haired boy wasn't paying attention while the green haired boy looked embarrassed. Could this be something involving them?
"I'm... sorry, who's Deku?" Akio asked confused from hearing that wondering why would they call someone 'useless'.
"Ah yes, I am planning to tell you about Deku once the pleasantries are over with." the teacher said apparently recovered from his so-called embarrassment clearing his throat. "Midoriya!" The green haired boy stiffened looking up. "Stand up." Rather then saying please he was rather saying it rudely. The kid, Midoriya, did as he was told standing up in class before the teacher told Akio, "Kuruyami this is Midoriya Izuku, and he's like you Quirkless. Try to keep your distance he's a bad influence."
"Bad influence?"
More then happy to answer outside his profession the teacher answered the question, "He's always mumbling, and jittering so much it's creepy. He's also always on odds with our star pupil Bakugo Katsuki. It means it's exactly like what his nickname means, 'useless'." He then told Akio in a professional tone, "I recommend keeping your distance around Bakugo-kun, cause unlike you, and Deku, he has a future, and doesn't need you to weigh him down."
Akio frowned from this since this is basically isolating him, and De-Midoriya from others only to hear an explosion, and they looked seeing Katsuki raised his hand having apparently used his Quirk to stop the tension. "Don't bother with this discussion Iwatodai-sensei, it makes no difference."
"Hm? Ah yes of course, Bakugo-kun." Akio narrowed his eyes from Iwatodai-sensei not reprimanding Bakugo for his use of his Quirk. He suspects it's something that Bakugo needed to let out every once, and a while or something else. "Oh you see Kuruyami, Bakugo-kun has a Quirk that lets him extort nitroglycerin like sweat, and he sets a spark to make it explode. He had a mutation that makes him sweat more then normal so he has to release that spark to prevent him from sweating too much."
Oh... that explains it. And from the look on the sensei's smug look, Akio can tell he isn't joking around. Still at least have some napkins, or paper towels around instead of using your Quirk to get them off. Ah well he's not here for lecturing, he's here for learning. So he takes an empty seat to begin the school day. After all things can't be worse right?
Nope things are in fact worse. From what had happened Akio kept on getting harassed by his classmates, and some even use there Quirks on them. He is quite sick of this treatment, and he told a teacher about what they been doing but was stunned when the teachers scolded HIM for apparently 'lying about rough-housing'. In addition he also had an 1 hour detention for this. Harsh much?
He at least had a talk with Izuku. From what Akio knows about him, Izuku is truly Quirkless, and he wants to be a proud hero with a smile like All Might's someday. He also takes analysis of heroes he seen, and preforms theories about them while also not minding being called Deku while mumbling in his analysis. All in all, Akio does see Izuku as a good friend, and a highlight of his days at Aldera Junior High while wondering how exactly he can be a hero without a Quirk. Then again he has full confidence Izuku can be a hero even without a Quirk, it just means he needs to put in extra effort.
But the true shocker came in from the 'star pupil' Bakugo Katsuki. Akio's initial thought from his attitude is that Katsuki would be a complete asshole. But however he was proven wrong.
In fact Katsuki grabbed him from the classroom one day, and confronted him in front of the lockers looking at him intently while Akio feels threatened before asking, "Can I help you?"
"Hmmm... well you don't seem to be like the damn nerd." Akio blinked before remembering Katsuki usually calls Izuku a 'damned nerd' due to his analysis hobby before he then scowled, "Well it doesn't matter, your only an extra."
"Extra?"
"Listen keep your fucking nose out of our business, and we're square. And whenver I'm not around keep the damn nerd secure, or I'll kill you."
"Kill me? You wouldn't actually do that will you?"
"I said do it!" Katsuki yelled as his Quirk charged a bit removing some sweat on his palm which Akio kept shut. Akio can see while Katsuki's eyes are hard, and cold underneath he sees a more gentle, and caring side which he didn't expect to see before Katsuki scoffed turning away stating, "Just stay out of my way dark leaves."
"What?" Akio blinked from the nickname as Katsuki walked off. Left alone Akio rubbed his head wondering what he just went through.
Well those two are always the highlights of his days after school... Well otherside from the teachers, or bullying he had suffered from this. At times he was really tempted to use his Quirk on his bullies but since that would be 'illegal Quirk Usage' he isn't low enough to break laws to retaliate. But later after he graduated from Aldera Junior High, and now in the process of High School he instead decided to start out of school life for now on after his experience at Aldera Junior High. He still chats with Izuku, and Katsuki though.
Right now Akio finished letting out his pain checking on his tablet over the news before then pausing seeing three heroes are fighting a villain. Before as a kid he would be excited to see heroes in action. However from all the hardships he suffered, he now has a different view point on heroes. He now HATES them as it was them that made him into the suffering kid he is now, and covered it up as an accident for the sake of there images. And now heroes like these three Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and Mt. Lady sickens him to his core.
Soon he gets an idea. Everyone kept treating HIM like a villain, when the real villains should be the heroes he had grown to hate. And this society sickens him to his core from all the corruption things had been doing to each other. And with his disguise no-one can remember him. Well otherside from the miss caretaker but he has a mask in handy. So now if they want a villain...
They will get one.
"And here we saved the day!"
That was the cry of Mt. Lady in her original size happily talking to the mass media after apprehending the villain while not caring that she stole Kamui Wood's time to shine with her debut. Kamui Woods in his part was still feeling down while Death Arms assuringly pat his back to try lifting his mood up from what had happened.
"Oh yeah, I managed to kick that villain down by myself! Sure those two were there but I was the one that brought it down!"
"Attention-seeker." Death Arms scoffed but has a soft grin. He then shrugged, "Then again who are we to judge? We are the same like that weren't we Shinji?"
"Yeah, Hizan." Kamui Woods nodded a bit still looking down. "I had such a good moment to use my special move before she decided to step in. Talk about a waste of effort."
"Hey if it'll make you feel better, I'll invite you over to the cantina, and I'll pay for our drinks for tonight." Death Arms offered to him, "And last I check All Might's suppose to be in the city, so I hope I can find him to come join us too."
Kamui's mood did a u-turn as he started crying in happiness. "Wait really, All Might will come join us for a drink!? Sign me up! Please, I want to be with the Number 1 Hero in history!"
"Okay, okay!" Death Arms chuckled a bit rubbing his head. "It's just after we finish our patrols."
"Oh hell yeah!" They jumped not noticing Mt. Lady had overheard. "You two boys are gonna go drinking tonight while meeting All Might!? Can I come, can I come!?"
"H-Hey don't get into our personal space like that!" Death Arms yelled after stammering, and getting his act together from that jumpscare. She maybe a big hitter when she increases in size but in her regular size she's as silent as a rat, and that's something about giants. He then sighed in annoyance, "Well since your now insisting I guess you can come..."
"Yay! Oh, thank you, thank you so much!"
While the two male heroes sighed in dismay, and Mt. Lady laughing from this celebration who was watching nearby was Izuku. He was on his way to school but when he seen the battle in action he quickly took some notes, and even was ecstatic about Mt. Lady's debut. Ever since Akio told him to embrace his hobby he been getting more confident, and with some of his bullies off his back thanks to Kacchan, he is able to get some self-esteem about himself, and ready to face the world with his head held high. Sure with Akio-senpai graduating Junior High, it just means his words are still in his head. With that in mind Izuku walked to get to school only to notice something on top of the building, "Huh? What's that?"
Just then that something jumped down terrifying him but before he can tell anyone about the jump he paused seeing a red aura around the person that jumped shooting down over before he stopped above the heroes.
"Well so these are the three heroes from the news report."
(Cue Theme: Infinite Theme (Sonic Forces))
Hearing the metallic voice above them Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and Mt. Lady looked over seeing the visitor. It was a black furred humanoid beast wearing a silver mask that is darkened on his right eye as if scarring with a yellow eye on his left with a red lens at that area with black gloves, and metallic boots. He also has white fur on his hair, tail, sides of his body, and around his throat. At his chest is a pulsing glowing ruby while he looks at the heroes with crossed arms.
Soon everyone begins to notice him as they looked noticing him wondering who he is.
"Who's that?"
"Is that a new hero?"
"No, he arrived super late to take care of the villain."
"But why does he look terrifying?"
Izuku wasn't sure what to think while staring at the visitor. He can tell this guy doesn't look like a hero but from his experience he learned not to judge people based on there appearances. But he wasn't really sure what to think, and he wonders what this aura around him is.
"You know, it's not polite to steal a fellow hero's spotlight don't you think?" the being spoke with it's lone eye directed at Mt. Lady.
Mt. Lady knowing she's being talked too cleared her throat. "Excuse me? Whatever I can do or not is none of your beeswax. Who are you suppose to be anyway?" That same question reflected to everyone.
"You may call me..." the being raised a hand from his crossed arms before clenching it. "Infinite." He lowered his arms down before staring at the heroes. "It will be sketched in your defeated, pathetic states."
"'Sketched'? 'Pathetic states'?" Kamui Woods asked feeling insulted from this. "Are you making fun of us!?"
"I'm not 'making fun' of anyone. What I'm here for is to teach you three pain, then fear, and then..." Infinite trailed off pausing before then crossing his arms again while staring at the heroes. "Well... at least the pain, and fear will be the least of your worries. You three will make fine opponents for my own debut into villainly."
That drive the crowd crazy.
"Holy crap, that's a new villain!"
"He's really scary!"
"He said he'll teach them pain, and fear!"
"I do not want to miss this!"
Izuku on his part was stunned from seeing the new guy was indeed a villain from the way he addressed the three heroes. It wasn't often he can view the debut of a honest to goodness villain. And in his own opinion this new villain, Infinite, sure is confident enough to voice he'll face three Pro Heroes at once in his debut. He hopes that the three Pro Heroes will manage against the guy.
"You think you can take us on by yourself?" Death Arms asked preparing for battle glaring at the villain above him.
"I'd say that arrogance will cost you as you are a root in true villainly!" Kamui Woods agreed while staring glaring while Mt. Lady prepared to increase her size to be ready.
"You three are getting ahead of yourselves!" Infinite readied a move before everything around them glowed crimson red surprising everyone before the three surprised heroes were tackled by Infinite to the rooftop he had jumped off of for the battle ahead. "Let's begin the debut of Infinite!"
(Battle Theme: Infinite First Bout)
Infinite stopped moving fast allowing Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and Mt. Lady on the rooftop while a helicopter flown in nearby to examine the battle. Once they collect there bareings, and see Infinite all three readied themselves while Infinite spread his arms ready to battle flying off, "So you three are the first opponents in my villain career. You should feel proud of yourselves knowing your gonna be crushed."
"Underestimating your enemy is a fatal weakness in villains!" Death Arms called charging forward jumping up to punch Infinite only for the new villain to lazily raise a hand as a slap made of crimson red blocks appeared in front of him blocking the punch which Death Arms' widen his eyes seeing the wall didn't see the least bit effected from his punch.
"Don't take that as me being cocky. I watched too many fights to learn about the dangers of being cocky." Infinite stated towards the heroes while they got ready for battle.
With that Mt. Lady attempted to use her Gigantification Quirk to enlarge herself to get an advantage only for Infinite to appear in front of her startling her before he fired a red blast at close distance hitting her. When hit she looked around surprised not seeing Infinite, Kamui Woods, or Death Arms only cannons aiming at her. She quickly moved screaming as she dodged the cannon bolts.
But Mt. Lady remained stunned while Kamui Woods while charging it for an attack demanded, "What did you do to Mt. Lady!?"
"I've stunned her. A part of my Quirk forces opponents to have there consciousness into something I called the Void Realm." Infinite explained while dodging several punches, and kicks from Kamui Woods, and Death Arms mid fight. "She stays under the influence for under 10 seconds after that the effect wears off."
"We will just have to defeat you before then!" Death Arms called readying a large punch at Infinite.
Infinite only called a second shield blocking Death Arms' punch before he handed a kick at Death Arms' knee forcing the hero to kneel before he kicked Death Arms' cheek forcing him away. Infinite then stared at Death Arms saying, "And how do you plan to do that if you can't even touch me?"
"Save those comments villain!" Kamui Woods called punching the roof with both hand before sprouts of woods emerged moving to trap Infinite only for the jackal to flew out before it has a chance to trap him before charging forward punching Kamui Woods.
Soon Mt. Lady blinked her mind no longer stunned as she looked around, "Okay I'm I still sane? I'm not in that weird-ass world anymore?"
"Mt. Lady!" She looked seeing Death Arms stopped beside her, "That guy's Quirk made your mind take a 10 second trip to another realm leaving you stunned!"
"Right! As long as I don't get hit, I'll be fine!" Mt. Lady grinned readying for battle again while they looked over before Death Arms charged in while Mt. Lady charged for her Gigantification Quirk to take effect.
Infinite raised a shield after noticing Death Arms attacking before evading one of Kamui Woods' kicks while Death Arms jumped above the shield moving to kick only for Infinite to use his flight to spin dodging the kick while Kamui Woods used his wood as a weapon thrusting on Infinite which Infinite avoided down before tackling Kamui Woods, and then jumped up against Death Arms' kick before charging in tackling Mt. Lady before she can finish, and her mind takes the trip to the Void Realm before he jumped up avoiding Death Arms' kick on him before Death Arms jumped up trying to punch or kick Infinite to land a hit on him but Infinite always dodges the attacks while blocking with his shield.
While Death Arms backhands Infinite which Infinite barely blocks with his arm which pushed him back, and growled from the throbbing in his arm before Kamui Woods charged in landing a knee on Infinite's back making him cry out flying in the air before spinning to catch his momentum, and glared before charging an aura as the area around glowed a brighter crimson before he then called, "Well it seems you two are more resilient then I thought... However Mt. Lady has given me her aid."
He charged before raising an arm which made two blocky figures formed which are both copies of Death Arms, and Kaumi Woods stunning them as Infinite explained, "Another part of my Quirk allows me to create replicas of others as long as they are in the minds of whoever enters the Void Realm. There not as strong as you are but they can be dangerous if used right! Go!"
Infinite's Death Arms, and Infinite's Kamui Woods charged in attacking the two original Pro Heroes. While the two are occupied Infinite charged in as Mt. Lady returned to normal after her second trip in the Void Realm only to be kicked at her gut making her cry out from the hard attack. The two fought each other while Infinite felt Mt. Lady kick his side which he winced. He hadn't expected her normal size to still pack a punch. Then again she is a giant when she goes on the field so it's natural that her attack power is different from a normal human's. Still he has to focus on fighting her right now.
With that in mind Infinite, and Mt. Lady's fight continued as both Death Arms, and Kamui Woods faced their counterparts. Infinite did a horizontal kick which Mt. Lady ducked avoiding before moving to elbow Infinite that the villain jumped back before charging to tackle her but she jumped up to avoid before landing, and turning punching which Infinite blocked with a shield before sliding underneath it, and then kicked her back before she turned to land a double-ax on him but he dodged the attack before punching Mt. Lady in the gut making her cry out from it before landing two elbows on him which forced Infinite a cry landing on the ground before she moved to elbow him down but he dodged in time before tackling her hard landing on the otherside of the roof.
"You three are holding your own... however it looks like you can't continue." Infinite said looking at three three that are exhausted from the fighting, and not to mention facing the villain they apprehended earlier. "Enough!" He fired a large blast striking the three as they cried out landing hard as he flew above them. "Pathetic... you three are worthless, and they call you heroes?" His disgust as evident as he turned before saying, "I'll let you three sprawl in defeat, and maybe figure out how you lost."
With that he vanished before appearing in the seat of the news helicopter startling the crew as he raised a hand, "Don't fret I won't hurt anyone. I just know you have questions, and I'm interested to answer any."
"I...I..." the reporter stammered before saying to the camera, "Well this is new for us ladies, and gentleman Infinite is here to answer some questions." He turned over to Infinite saying, "First should be what everyone is talking about what is your Quirk?"
"Of course, that power is something that interests you the most." Infinite said before raising his hand as a cube like the ones from before appeared spinning above his palm, "The name of my power... is Phantom Ruby."
"Phantom Ruby?"
"To put it simply it is as it sounds. A phantom like world that is a ruby color. Any person hit by any of my blasts has there minds take a trip to a realm known as the Void Realm." Infinite explained as the cube vanished looking at them, "In addition I can attain the power of flight, create powerful shields, and summon replicas of different people. The drawback to that last power is that it requires a person to enter the Void Realm themselves."
"Well... is there any source of your power?"
"I wouldn't want to give away my weaknesses. But I will say my power is as strong as my will." Infinite answered at that before stating, "For you see it's called 'I have a dream'. This society is shit, the heroes are shit, the Hero Public Safety Commission is full of shit. All in this era it's all about flashy Quirks, and while my Quirk is flashy, I been mutated as a result. And that resulted in me being looked down upon only seen as a villain. Then finally I decided to embrace villainly to get what I want."
"So... your gonna be like the Hero Killer: Stain?" the news reporter asked shaking.
"Like Stain?" Infinite stared at them before laughing shaking his head, "No. One simple code of me is that even if the heroes, and executives are full of shit I wouldn't stoop to there level by killing as if to eliminate there problems. But I believe there are fates worse then death. I give mercy but it'll sting a large blow in there pride that will surly shake them."
Both the cameraman, and reporter are also shaking from this as the cameraman said nervously, "Whoa... he's more scary then I thought."
Infinite then stood up, "Well I believe our business is done here. I wish you farewell."
"W-Wait hang on a second!" Infinite looked over as the reporter asked him, "Well... can you tell us your name?"
"My name...? As in my real name, or my villain name?" Infinite looked over them knowing what the reporter wanted rather then asking for the villain name which Infinite decided to ask anyway before then telling them what he was already planning to tell them. "My real name is nothing to be concerned about. That's an invasion of privacy, and I can't just give out my name so carelessly."
"But-"
"But nothing. If you care at all, a villain has some secrets people don't want to know just cause they don't feel comfortable about it." Infinite shot down any protests the reporter has had which made him growl in defeat before he then stated, "Now, I believe I said goodbye. Farewell for now." With those last words he vanished from the helicopter leaving the news crew wondering where he had gone into.
Izuku who had been where he was had been looking at the battle in awe. He wonders just what kind of villain Infinite is to have suffered through these kinds of circumstances, and had managed to master his Quirk to such an extent against three Pro Heroes at once. He normally wouldn't be able to take the Quirk of a villain (not that he doesn't have any problems with it, it's just they are barely available for research) but thanks to Akio-senpai during his stay at Aldera Junior High, Izuku is now determined to research the Quirks of villains as much as he can. After all out of everyone, Akio-senpai himself believes that Izuku himself can be a hero despite being Quirkless. He wonders how Akio-senpai is doing now... perhaps he should call him later.
Back at the orphanage...
Akio in his Infinite form appeared back in his room in the orphanage after making sure the door was locked before he left, and sighed removing his mask, and turned on the Disguise Generator turning back to his human form. He walked placing the mask hiding it in a hole in the wall he made covering with a poster he had. It had been an interesting way to showcase his start into villainly... fighting three Pro Heroes at once after they had apprehended a villain. Of course while he appeared to still go for more, Akio himself actually is quite drained from using the power of his Quirk, Phantom Ruby, to such abilities.
While his Quirk wasn't registered cause he had been listed Quirkless for a while, Akio had practiced, and trained his Quirk with some friends he had for a while who are willing to keep a secret. Those friends are gone due to an attack from a villain about a year ago but the heroes had stopped the villain, and didn't even bother to hide there displeasure at casualties... actually that might be the wrong thing to say since everyone don't like killings so more like how there handled by those heroes saying those civilians should've stayed back, and out of the way when it was clearly out of there hands how the attack was handled. They care more about there image rather then the lives of others it seems.
And now he finally pent out his frustrations, and hatred on those so-called heroes, and it felt good. Felt amazing to finally let out some of his rage on those people who dare call themselves heroes when they clearly don't care about civilian lives unless it bolsters there image, and are only heroes for flashy battles. But for some reason... he kinda feels empty. He always feels the need to vent out his hatred on those heroes, and now that he finally had done that... why does he feel like something is missing? He looks at his hand as he thinks that wondering what was missing. He didn't want to kill cause as he stated before he won't stoop to anyone's level to showcase there power, and authority, and also cause he isn't a supporter of murdering.
But still why does he feel something is missing? He had done it, he allowed himself into being a villain to finally take the fight on the so-called heroes that he had known since he was younger, put them in there place while blasting a hole in there pride, used his Quirk's potential to it's fullest, and had made sure everyone can see what-Hey, wait a second...
"Wait... I didn't use all my power in my Quirk." Akio at that turned off the disguise, and pulled the front of his shirt looking down at the gem on his chest that is the source of his Quirk, Phantom Ruby. The power he had used against the three Pros wasn't even full power. It's more like a quarter of his full power which is quite a bit of energy for him to use against them cause he isn't gonna prolong the battle, and let the heroes figure out a way to take him down. And making sure Mt. Lady, the biggest threat out of three wasn't able to fight due to sending her mind to the Void Realm he tries to handle Kamui Woods, and Death Arms as quick as he possibly can which took longer then he had thought but in the end it was thanks to his Replica Power he had managed to get the two off his tail allowing him to handle Mt. Lady. But since he didn't use his full power he feels he can try to use it next time but it would end up killing his next opponent so how can he quell this feeling of something missing?
"And we are here for a news report concerning a new villain entering the scene!"
Hearing that he turned his disguise back on, and exit the room walking over. He enters the main room in the orphanage where multiple fellow orphans are looking at the large TV screen as he asked one of them, "What's going on here?"
"A new villain just made his debut, and totally embarrassed Kamui Woods, Death Arms, and the new heroine, Mt. Lady."
"Hmm..." Akio looked back over seeing his villain persona Infinite on the screen fighting the three pros.
"Here we have the new villain named Infinite against Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and new heroine debuting, Mt. Lady! The three heroes had done everything they had against the villain but in the end they are no match for Infinite, and his Quirk he had identified known as Phantom Ruby!" the news forecast turned over into the reporter which is the same one Akio had talked too. "At the moment his true identity is unknown as he has not shared that important detail out. Could this be the start of a new age of terror or will the heroes stop him?"
"Another new villain? There's been a bit of those lately..."
"Why are there more villains popping up even if All Might, and Endeavor are out there?"
"Maybe they didn't have anything better to do?"
"Well either that or there lives must be jack-shit like ours is."
"What do you think Kurayami-san?"
Hearing someone calling his name, Akio, turned over to who was talking to him as he was paying attention more to the News Report then the conversation. "Huh? Sorry what?"
"What do you think why these villains keep appearing?" his fellow orphan asked him.
They all looked over to him as he crossed his arms sneering. "At all honestly maybe they have something worth fighting for... if you remember another villain having made a debut had robbed a bank cause his family had been desperate, and trying to make ends meet. After an accident with his Quirk he took full responsibility for the accident, and turned himself in. But he gotten sentenced to Tartarus for 'illegal use of Quirk', 'intention to harm or maim', and 'grand larceny' when he wasn't intending to harm anyone with his Quirk, and that money isn't really that much to conduct a grand larceny, and that the heroes treated him like a criminal instead of someone who was desperate to support his family. And that his family tried there best to prove his reason but kept getting shot down by those discriminating bastards. So at this point it might be because some people have had enough, and are being villains to fight back."
"Wow... you certainly researched a bit do ya?" another orphan asked almost forgetting about that Quirk Accident in the bank robbery.
"You gotta look at some things to see the true side of society." Akio admitted over to him before he then shrugged, "I'm not saying to encourage villainly but I would say some people are trying to do for others rather then doing nothing even if they don't want, or like getting there hands dirty."
"That's sad but true... some people just had to become villains to make sure they will get by..." another orphan said sadly.
"That's why I'm preventing you all from becoming villains."
They looked over seeing the caretaker walking over where she glared at them. "You all are with me cause nobody wanted to take brats with villainous Quirks in so as long as your here your gonna be as pure as the white driven snow, and I'll make sure you all know your place! As long as you have a place to live that's all that I care about for you all to not become villains. You creants should be proud to have a home when nobody else wants you all." She ignored, or is oblivious the several glares towards her for there treatment, "Now get back to work guttersnipes daylight is burning, and I want this place spotless by the time inspection is finished!"
"Yes Miss Kuro." all of the orphans except Akio who only rolled his eyes chorused together as she nodded satisfied, and walked off.
"You know I'm getting sick, and tired of the way that bitch is treating us."
"I wish a hero would stop flashing there suits, and take care of her."
"Why do we have to get stuck with HER anyway?"
"Anywhere would be better then here with her."
"Should we pull a prank on her?"
"Oh hell no, you remember the last time a prank was pulled on her?"
Akio wasn't listening staring back at the screen still thinking of the feeling of something missing. He wasn't sure how he can use his Quirk without the risk of killing someone. He had a form from Phantom Ruby he had used sometimes only in extreme situations which are like his desperate counter card due to how dangerous it can be. He luckily didn't need to use it against the three Pro Heroes but it wouldn't satisfy him until he showcases just how powerful his Quirk can be. But who can handle the power of his Quirk in full power to allow him to see how far it can go? It can't be just any regular Pro Hero or someone who wouldn't agree with him, it would have to be a Pro Hero who's willing to handle Infinite. But who?
"FEAR NOT, I AM HERE!"
Akio blinked when the TV now shows a news report with the number 1 hero, All Might a large muscular man with blonde hair with two long bangs in the shape of bunny ears (are they really bunny ears?) and a large wearing a large white shirt, and brown pants on his form asking questions about his opinions on Infinite. He knows All Might is the most powerful hero there is as the Symbol of Peace, and upon his arrival villain rates had dropped dramatically. But the thing that makes All Might ionic is that despite most scenarios he always smiles to give hope, and peace to all who see him. And not only that his Quirk is also unknown as when questioned about it All Might makes a joke to dodge the question but Akio just knows it's some type of Quirk that gives him his powerful abilities, and that many villains failed to defeat him.
Does this mean, he found who can face his full power without getting killed?
All Might was having an odd day...
First off it started off with his search to find a worthy successor for One for All (which he was still unsuccessful).
Second he heard of his new fellow hero's debut Mt. Lady who came in by stealing a finishing move by Kamui Woods with Death Arms to aid him to apprehend a villain.
And third, and most importantly, a new villain had came in, and defeated the three of them all at once.
While he was looking for the Sludge Villain earlier a media press had found him, and he was about to leave before they bring up something about a new villain named Infinite who defeated the three heroes. Having caught his attention he asked them what they know so far which they gave him what Infinite told the news reporter cast after the battle namely his Quirk, Phantom Ruby, and his reason why he became a villain.
All Might couldn't help but felt a twinge of guilt in his mind. Even if his reason why he became a villain was out of his hands he still felt he couldn't done at least SOMETHING to prevent this new villain from appearing, and attacking Pro Heroes cause of hatred. Still he wasn't wrong... This society is full of shit. All about flashy Quirks, and the HPSC being discriminating assholes based on ruining lives just to get what they want. It doesn't help that he also knows why Infinite fights but wishes he could've used his Quirk for uses other than villainly. In fact if he wasn't a villain he would've chosen HIM for One For All... Still what's done is done, Infinite went to villainly, and isn't intending to get out of it by these circumstances.
"So he only stick around to fight those three heroes, and then just left after answering questions?"
"That's what had happened All Might." a news reporter confirmed to him. "What do you think of this villain?"
"Well... I can't speak for certain but he has reasons why to fight." All Might said holding his forehead. "All I do hope for is for him to stop villainly soon..."
"So you think he can be a hero?"
"Well his reasons to be a villain are understandable... But him being a villain isn't the right way to go. His Quirk is powerful, and that makes him dangerous. But still it doesn't mean he's too far gone. He can be rescued from villainly." All Might answered that question. "I can't say how I can convince him but I just hope I can find him, and get him out of this mess."
"But he defeated three Pro Heroes at once. Aren't you worried of the future crimes he will commit?"
"From the sound of his reasons he doesn't seem to be the type to do intentional harm just for the fun of it, or robbing anything for anything. He just seemed really pissed off with society, and wanted to become a villain against it."
"So are you saying he should be let go?"
"I didn't say that!"
"Yes, he didn't."
(Cue Theme: Infinite Theme)
Hearing the voice surprised they looked behind All Might finding the subject of the questions there.
Infinite.
"Well, All Might... we finally meet." Infinite spoke looking at All Might.
"So your Infinite." All Might assumed a defensive stance eyeing the villain ready to brawl once Infinite begins to attack. "Your a bit shorter then I thought..."
"If that was a joke then you have a terrible sense of humor." Infinite stated while All Might shuddered in his mind from hearing how metallic his voice was.
Infinite after seeing the news report back at the orphanage had went back to his room to recover his mask, and left after yelling he was going to the library to Ms. Kuro, and had turned off his disguise turning back into Infinite, and transported over to the nearby area where the news report was at, and flew behind All Might greeting him when he had a chance to talk. Infinite while seeing All Might in person sees how tall, and muscular he is while also feeling his overwhelming power from his own aura. He knows he is in front of the most powerful enemy of the villains (himself included), and knows he has to make this quick or else someone might do something.
"Hey it's Infinite!"
The news reporters, and civilians with them all hastefully moved back while cameras move to catch videos of the two powerful people watching intently to see how this confrontation is gonna go through. All Might kept his defensive stance feeling his time limit with One For All isn't enough time to apprehend Infinite if a battle occurs wondering what he's here for. Infinite meanwhile kept a careful eye around him if anyone tries to do anything while he converses with All Might for what he wants while also managing if All Might will try to take him by surprise to apprehend him.
"I had heard multiple things about you All Might." Infinite started while keeping his guard up. "Your reputation precedes you."
"Just as your growing reputation as a new villain who defeated three heroes." All Might said back to him.
Infinite shrugged hearing that. "So you have heard. This wasn't part of my agenda, but I'm happy to find you among the news with a part of town I'm familiar with. For what I'm gonna tell you of course."
"What your about to tell me?"
"Indeed. For you see, after that last battle I had a feeling of being empty. An emptiness, I wasn't familiar with. Me defeating those three Pro Heroes felt good to do." Infinite crossed his arms while placing a hand on his mask shaking his head before lowering that arm crossing it again while staring at All Might. "Then I realized that my Quirk's full power wasn't involved, and that I was feeling empty simply because my power wasn't at max capabilities."
"That earlier wasn't his full power?" a news reporter asked shocked.
"There is a reason why I didn't use my full strength. My full power is dangerous to be around for both me, and my opponents. I had realized that feeling of emptiness was due to me not using my Quirk's full potential against those three Pro Heroes as I had held back to prevent any unnecessary casualties." Infinite continued explaining while keeping his focus on All Might. "I wondered who can handle it, and my answer was clear... You should be able to handle my full strength."
"Your challenging me to a battle to see how far your power can go?" All Might questioned raising his eyebrow hearing that.
"Indeed. If I don't know my limits then it would lead me getting injured or killed in the future." Infinite said to him before flying up above with the ruby on his chest glowing. "Either that or someone else other then me would get killed. I am prepared to handle responsibility for when it gets to that but I'm sure none of us wants someone getting killed for this. I am challenging you cause I trust you are able to handle my Quirk's full strength."
"Well you aren't really sounding villain like."
"Most villains these days are more arrogant flaunting there power for uses." Infinite told All Might simply. "Hurt others for the fun of it, rob banks for money to get rich for dangerous weapons with intentional harm, and most other things. I don't seek global domination which is what most villains would seek... What I seek is eliminating this current society of so-called heroes who misuse there power for nefarious purposes, and teach others that some people are suffering cause of it, and learn responsibility for there actions. While my reasons, and my request for you is unbecoming of a villain, I'm not intending to continue letting so-called heroes misuse there power, and let people in the HPSC do whatever they want. I will take care of them my own way."
All Might only stared hard at Infinite more while he hears Infinite talk. From meeting Infinite he is quite different from the numerous different villains he encountered. A villain actually came to him requesting him to help him test how far his power can go... On the one hand it'll allow Infinite to gauge how powerful his Quirk can be which will allow him to learn how far he can go in case accidents in the near future happened... but on the other, Infinite can be more careful which would make other heroes have a more difficult time to fight him. He wasn't sure how to answer but otherall it won't be good for the future.
"Your hesitating... Well how about this?" All Might looked up to Infinite who offered to him. "If you agree to help me see how far my power can go, I'll do any one thing you ask. It can't be not going in villainly anymore since I would not enjoy staying back for now on, or asking my name as while I trust you, your still a stranger to me."
"And if I refuse?"
"You have the choice to refuse. If you don't want to assist me figure out my full power then that's fine by me. I'll think of a better solution to find my true power but it runs the risk of me being killed, or someone else being killed if an accident happens." Infinite answered that question over to him.
All Might stood still for a moment thinking more about this before he then made his choice. He dropped out of his defensive stance at this looking at Infinite while the press watched as he did before he then answered Infinite's question, "Alright. I'll fight you to gauge your full abilities." Everyone looked surprised at this even Infinite who gave a blink. "But on one condition." He raised a finger as he said this before saying, "We take this somewhere where no-one can get hurt."
"Of course, these civilians will be in the way." Infinite agreed with a nod. "We shall take it outside in the forest."
"Tomorrow?"
"Deal, I'll see you then." Infinite turned away, and flew off while All Might stared on wondering just how the battle tomorrow will go.
Akio had transported back once he gets a good distance away from the scene in the ally way beside the orphanage, and turned on his disguise turning back to a human, and placed his Infinite mask in his bag. He has a lot to do tomorrow. Now he has a battle tomorrow with the number 1 Hero to gauge just how powerful his Quirk can be, and learn it's drawbacks, and weaknesses to prevent accidents, or hindrances in the near future. He feels a sense of giddiness from All Might the true hero accepting his request but knows this is no time for fanboying. Now since this will probably be his last time here at the orphanage he should leave officially.
With that said he walked in the orphanage where everyone had just watched the news report of Infinite challenging All Might as he told everyone, "Everyone?" They looked over to him as he said, "I'm glad to have met you all... But I'm afraid this should be the last time we will see each other."
That surprised everyone as they went over to him.
"Wait what?"
"Why?"
"Why indeed? That's a good question." Akio said with closed eyes before he opened them answering. "Well I found a place to live at, and got a job to manage. So now I don't need to stay at the orphanage now since I can manage myself now."
Those last parts were a bit of a lie but it's a believable one since Ms Kuro would be glad to get rid of one of them under no circumstances. She didn't resort to murder or abandoning them to make sure no heroes can stop her treatment but would otherwise fully support there plans on leaving. The reason why he lied was cause he had it with the orphanage with her treatment on him with the risk of her finding out his villain identity as Infinite, and spill him to the authorities. Another reason was cause if Infinite is arrested in case he loses, and isn't able to escape, Akio will have just disappear which will have people realize he is Infinite in a different form with a support item, or he could have been captured by a villain.
Either way he wouldn't take chances to get out of the orphanage. So he was met with goodbyes, and hopes they'll see each other again as he walked to his room, and packed his stuff wishing everyone farewell a few hours after he announced it. Ms Kuro was also at the entrance wishing him farewell, and a spiteful yell. "And don't come back!"
That quote made him roll as his eyes as he walked off. Suddenly his phone is ringing, and he looks at the contact, 'Oh it's Midoriya-kun... Wonder what he wants to talk about?' He answered the call, and asked, "Hello?"
"Akio-senpai, hi!"
"Midoriya-kun, it's been a while. What are you doing as of now?"
"I'm still doing my analysis on Pro Heroes after seeing Mt. Lady's debut earlier." Akio suddenly senses sadness in Izuku's voice but doesn't ask him about it. "But, I'm still believing in you telling me, I can become a hero!"
"I know you will Midoriya-kun, it's what I told you before we went our separate ways." Akio told him hearing that before asking, "So how is Bakugo-san doing?"
"Well... he is applying to U.A. High."
"U.A. High, huh? That's the Hero School, All Might graduated at wasn't it?"
"Yeah! I'm also applying too in the Hero Course. Oh but guess what? I have a Quirk!"
That made Akio froze in his steps hearing that. "...What?"
"Yeah, I have a Quirk! It appeared really late so I was a late bloomer instead of being Quirkless."
"Oh well... congratulations." Akio has a genuine smile on his face not feeling jealous or anything more like glad his highlight at Aldera finally has a superpower though a bit confused why it waited until now to manifest. Ah well, best as well not think about that. "Do you know what type of Quirk it is?"
"Well right now, I don't have specific details but my body needs to be ready for it next time." Izuku explained with a bit of nervousness. "My sensei will be helping me train for my body to be ready."
"Your sensei? You have a sensei now?"
"He knows what I'm going through so he wants to help me out."
"Oh I see." Akio nodded while continuing on his walk. "Well it will help you in the long run when your gonna become a Hero."
"Well I'm sorry you aren't coming with us."
"Don't be it was my choice not to apply at U.A." Akio shot down Izuku's apologies. "And seriously Midoriya-kun, you need to stop apologizing at every little thing."
"Oh, I'm sor-Oh uh... I'm doing it again." Akio have a brief chuckle at that before Izuku then told him. "Oh, I almost forgot about something. A new villain debuted earlier."
"Oh, I heard about him. His name was Infinite wasn't it?" Akio asked him.
"Yeah, his Quirk is some type of illusion based Quirk that he had used to send Mt. Lady's mind to handle illusions in a different realm while also creating replicas of who is in the realm's mind to fight off while also having an ability to have some flying abilities, but flying isn't fitting in a illusion based Quirk so it might be a form of mutation by the way he looks but if that is the case his Quirk might've stemmed from his parents who is a jackal, and having a illusion quirk that allows him to be as powerful, and not knowing how strong he is cause of All Might, and that the process of maintaining it for 10 seconds must be-"
"Midoriya-kun?"
"Yes?"
"Your at it again." Akio said bluntly with a sweatdrop still not use to Izuku's habit of mumbling.
"Oh! Sorry..." Izuku said embarrassed before pausing, "I apologized again oh man..."
"Don't worry yourself." Akio said to him. That was before he then told him, "Well you certainly already thought a bit about Infinite's Quirk. Sounds powerful..."
"Well he defeated 3 Pro Heroes, and challenged All Might so it should be." Izuku said to him as Akio arrived at a ally way walking into it. "But he sounded rather sad from his reasons to be a villain."
"Well it's almost like the both of us." Akio said to him before then saying, "Most of us are suffering, and he became a villain cause he was sick of it. Honestly I be the same if I was treated like that all my life."
"Well now, I hope I can be a hero who can spread hope to others." Izuku said with such determination that made Akio smile before he heard someone on the phone which Izuku said, "Oh Akio-senpai, I gotta go! I'll talk to ya soon!"
"Gotcha. Good luck on training Midoriya-kun. Goodbye." Akio hanged up at that pocketing his phone. "Midoriya-kun has a Quirk now... huh that'll be interesting. It just means things will be interesting later once me, and him meet each other on the hero field." He walked entering a small building that was left abandoned as he looked around. "Well dusty, and grimy but I can work with this. I gotta prepare myself against All Might tomorrow so I need to get better situated." He takes a breath readying himself, "Alright let's get busy!"
A few rats that were there scurry out once they noticed the human in there home.
