A Thunderous Lightning Storm 2 Chapter 029. Wyndon Chase

(Now with Lycanroc, still pulling Jolteon, goes and rockets around a corner, zips down another street as Jolteon calls to Lycanroc shouting).
Lycanroc: Jolteon, let go!
Jolteon: Never! (They pass a Granbull with a headset).
(With Houndour and Granbull going down another side street. They get this message, take off in the opposite direction as they hear their Fellow Member, Granbull say over their Headset).
Granbull: Ok, they are coming your way
(Back at the Docks, Greninja Continues losing more ground to the Wailord. As Golisopod continues moving towards the Wailord, the "Frubbles" in this tug-of-war, begins to buckle under the tension. Then Golisopod says to Greninja).
Golisopod: Give it up, Greninja! (Greninja uses Water Shurikens at the Wailord, but the Wailord opens its Mouth and eats the Water Shuriken attack whole doing absolutely no damage at all. Leaving Greninja in Shock of Wailord's Method of Avoiding Damage. Then Greninja Gets an Idea, Greninja fires his Ice Beam at the Magnet, freezing it Solid, deactivating it. Then Greninja Promptly Fires his Hydro Cannon Attack at the Magnet. As the Hydro Cannon closes in on the Frozen Magnet, the Wailord and Golisopod Close their Eyes in Anticipation of what is about to happen).
(In Another Part of Galar, there is a massive KA-BOOOOOOM! A distant explosion (miles away) festoons into the air, visible over the rooftops. Then Liepard suddenly Wings Flies over Wyndon Streets. Then she sees Lycanroc and Jolteon, speeding up the street and flies down and catches up to them, as she Calls out to Lycanroc).
Liepard: Lycanroc, stop!
Lycanroc: No way! You could end up hurt! (Then Liepard looks over, catches a glimpse of Houndour and Granbull, bearing down on them from a side street. They are going to broadside Lycanroc and Jolteon).
Liepard: Oh no. (But Lycanroc and Jolteon are not aware of the impending impact. Then Liepard Descends from The Sky, hits the pavement, Skids into the path of the Houndour and Granbull then she strikes Them with her Giga Impact attack, sending them flying away and over the heads of Greninja and Jolteon).
(Houndour and Granbull go flying Into a Tavern where they spin out control as they go across the room and Slam into the bar, knocking a Row of Beer Mugs to the ground. The Patron's get truly angry with them, A Couple of them Crack their Knuckles together as Houndour and Granbull exchange nervous looks with each other. Then Moments Later Houndour and Granbull are under attack by the Tavern Patrons).
(Back on the Street, moments Later with Liepard, Jolteon and Lycanroc as they are now stopping to see if they can help Lycanroc in any way. Liepard Descends from her Hoverboard and says to Lycanroc as she examines him).
Liepard: Lycanroc, we need to get that bomb off you. (Liepard begins to Scan the bomb, working away on it as Jolteon asks in shock).
Jolteon: Bomb? (Jolteon now understands why Lycanroc was acting so afraid and desperate to stay away from him).
Lycanroc: Yes, they strapped it to me to kill you as a back-up plan. (This Surprises Jolteon as he Says in shock).
Jolteon: Back-up plan? Lycanroc, who put a bomb on you? (Then Suddenly Golisopod arrives as he Shouts in Pain and discontent).
Golisopod: Ahhhhh! (They See Golisopod Collapse to the Ground as he falls next to (a now totally freaked) Jolteon, while entangled in Greninja's Frubbles that also restrict his movements. Golisopod turns to Jolteon and says full of Anger and Rage as he shouts at him). You. WHY DID NOT MY DEATH RAY KILL YOU? (This Surprises Jolteon as he exclaims in shock from knowing this guy wants him dead for a Reason that was unclear to him).
Jolteon: Death ray? (Not tolerating this Situation anymore, Greninja turns to Golisopod and yells at him in a demanding voice).
Greninja: Turn off the bomb, Golisopod! (Golisopod chuckles to himself and says to them in a Nonchalant Tone).
Golisopod: Are you all so dense? It is voice- activated. Everything is voice- activated these days. (Already fearing for his Life, Lycanroc Shouts to the bomb).
Lycanroc: Deactivate! Deactivate! (Lycanroc hopes this Will Work and Save him but unfortunately...).
Bomb's Computer Voice: Voice denied. (... it does not recognize Lycanroc's voice and now The Bomb suddenly Transforms into a Time Bomb, now complete with a countdown mechanism from 4:59 to 4:58. This Makes Lycanroc Gasp in fear and horror as Golisopod says with mock concern and Sarcasm in his Voice with a Smirk on his Face).
Golisopod: Oops. Did I forget to mention that it can only turn off by the one who activated it? (Also Not tolerating anymore of this, Liepard at once shoves her Claws in Golisopod's face with a Death Glare while Demanding to him).
Liepard: Say it! (Then Golisopod Smirks at her and says again sound Nonchalant).
Golisopod: Deactivate. (Lycanroc, Jolteon, Greninja and Liepard are Fully expecting Golisopod's Voice to deactivate The Bomb but...).
Bomb's Computer Voice: Voice denied. (... The Bomb's Timer loses a full minute! And goes from 4:48 to 3:48 to 3:47. Lycanroc Gasps in disbelief that Golisopod's Voice did not stop The Bomb. Golisopod Smirks and Grins Evilly before saying Sarcastically with Mock Concern again).
Golisopod: I am not the one who activated it. Would anyone else like to try? (Then "ZZZZZZATTT!" As Liepard Zaps him unconscious with her Thunder Wave attack. Then Greninja says to Liepard).
Greninja: You read my mind. (Liepard sighs before she says).
Liepard: He was getting on my nerves. (Jolteon asks very worried about Lycanroc and how his End is Coming soon).
Jolteon: What do we do? (Then another Voice gets their attention).
Voice: It is remarkably simple. (They Look over to see Muk (Alolan) is here, and he is blocking the entrance to a side street while he is not alone since his Houndour relatives are here too). You blow up. (They look and see that the four streets surrounding them are now full of each of the Pariahheads and their families. Then Jolteon goes and asks).
Jolteon: I am gonna go out on a limb here. These are the guys that want me dead, correct? (Mareanie then shrugs his Shoulder, not truly trying to reassure Jolteon but just to be honest).
Mareanie: It is nothing personal. (Lycanroc then takes matters into his own paws and says to the Pariah's trying to appeal to their sense of compassion while speaking openly and honestly to them).
Lycanroc: Fellers, listen, I know what you are going through. Everybody has been laughing at me my whole life too. (Jolteon turns to Lycanroc as he was not expecting that. The Pariahs all eye each other, considering Lycanroc's words as he continues his Speech). But becoming powerful and rich beyond your wildest dreams ain't gonna make you feel better. (The Pariah's all fall silent as Lycanroc's Words sink in. And For a Moment it looks like they are going to agree with him and let them go scot-free but then a Stunky in the Crowd says).
Stunky: Yes, but it is worth a shot. (Stunky is about to Fire his Sludge Attack at them when "Whoom!" Stunky's Broadsided by a blast of water from... Lombre! Lombre was sitting outside before Hydro Pump-ing his way into the Fight followed by Espeon and the rest of the Village of Dragons gang. This begins an All-Out War between the Pariahs, and Village of Dragons along with Greninja and Liepard. Greninja attacks a group of Criminals with his Water Shuriken Attack sending them falling onto each other making a Small Pile of Defeated Enemies. While Liepard Sprouts her hoverboard and knocks out two Pokémon on her side with her Shadow Ball Attack. The Rest of the Village of Dragons gang all take turns Kicking Butt together, Sneasel strikes a Couple of Pariah's with his Ice Shard Attack. In seconds he has a stack of Defeated Pariah's next to him and says).
Sneasel: Pit stop. (Meanwhile Sawsbuck hits Mareanie with her Jump Attack, he goes flying away in pain. Then Luxray, who sees this goes and jumps into the Air before hitting Mareanie with his Iron Tail Attack sending him crashing into the Ground. Seeing Mareanie defeated, Luxray shackles him and says with a Chuckle).
Luxray: Not today, boys! (Then Sneasel pushes away his defeated adversaries, they are Yelling at Him. While Lycanroc attacks multiple Pariahs at a time, three and four at a time with his Stone Edge attack keeping himself and Jolteon Safe from them. Shuckle attacks Primeape with his Gyro Ball Attack sending him flying into the air as he screams).
Primeape: Retreat! (Despite not being battlers themselves, Jolteon and Espeon decide to join in the Fun with Jolteon and Espeon saying to each other).
Jolteon: Wanna get in there? (Espeon smiles back at Jolteon and says).
Espeon: Right behind you Quills. (Jolteon sees a group of unfocused Pariahs and decides to attack them).
Jolteon: Thunder! (Jolteon Fires his Thunder Attack at the Group of Pariah's Zapping them and doing a massive amount of Damage. Then Espeon joins in to do her part in the Fight).
Espeon: Telekinesis! (Espeon uses her Telekinesis to Fling the Pariah's into the Air before using her next attack). Zap Cannon! (Espeon Fires her Zap Cannon attack at the Group of Pariah's making them scream in Pain upon the Zap Cannon attack hitting them, and then getting paralysis by the attack. The Surviving Pariah's turn back the way they came to try and escape. But Blocking Their Path is a line of Aether Foundation Military Pokémon clad in digital camo, led by Decidueye).
Decidueye: Thanks for the help, Corporal.
Aether Foundation Corporal: Anything for one of pops mates. (And in the middle of all this craziness, a brief time later with Lycanroc. There are Wrench Bits lying all around him as Sneasel tries wrench after wrench to take the bolts of The Bomb off. But No dice as Sneasel gestures wildly, spits his Johto Language out a mile a minute. Johto not understanding what Sneasel is saying asks).
Jolteon: What is he saying?! What is wrong!? (Nuzleaf says full of regret as he translates the Words Sneasel into Simpler words for Jolteon to understand).
Nuzleaf: None of his wrenches fit the bolts! (Then Golisopod Recovers enough to Say This).
Golisopod: You Will Never Be Able to Save yourself in time you Piece of Dumb Gross Metal. (Lycanroc looks down in defeat for his Fate as Golisopod's Words Sink in. Then Golisopod Realizes that he Said something he should not have said. But before he can do anything Liepard Shocks Golisopod back into Unconsciousness with another Thunder Wave attack. Then repeats Golisopod's Words in his Head).
Lycanroc: Dumb Gross Metal. (Then something Clicks in Lycanroc's Head as he repeats those words again). Dumb Gross Metal. (Lycanroc keeps saying the Words Repeatedly until Lycanroc figured it all out. Then Lycanroc Shouts). Gross Metal! THAT'S It! YES, I FIGURED It Out! (This is a Major light bulb moment for Lycanroc as He Finally Pieces it together. Finally, Lycanroc knows who the true Culprit is as he shouts happily), I get it, I get it! Yes, I know what needs to happen. (Jolteon is happy for Lycanroc as he says to him).
Jolteon: Then do it! (Lycanroc knows that what will need to do will be extremely dangerous and unlike him as he says in concern).
Lycanroc: What? No, I cannot do it. Look, nobody takes me seriously; I know that now. This ain't Village of Dragons. (Then Jolteon Says finally telling Lycanroc what he has been meaning to say to apologize to him for so long now).
Jolteon: Yes, it is. You are yourself in the Village of Dragons. Be yourself here. And if people are not taking you seriously, then they need to change. Not you, I know that, because I was wrong before. Now you can do this. You are the bomb. (Lycanroc Smiles at Jolteon happily before thanking him).
Lycanroc: Thanks, friend. (Jolteon was trying to be serious here, reminding him of what they must do now).
Jolteon: No, no, no, you are the actual bomb. Now let us go! (Lycanroc realizes what Jolteon was saying and snaps into action at once).
Lycanroc: Oh, right! Hang on! (Lycanroc Secures Jolteon and they are off. They Shoot Past Greninja, who is in the middle of battling Pariahs as he asks).
Greninja: Where is he going?
(With Jolteon and Lycanroc as they are now Flying down a side street. Lycanroc turns to his computer and says).
Lycanroc: Computer!
Lycanroc's Computer: Yes, Agent Lycanroc
Lycanroc: I need that thing you had done before to get me away from Jolteon!
Lycanroc's Computer: Request acknowledged. (Then the Rocket Thrusters come out and kick in as they head right for a Wall as Jolteon says worriedly to Lycanroc).
Jolteon: Lycanroc?
Lycanroc: Now I need you to do the chute, the second kind not the first!
Lycanroc's Computer: Deploying chute. (Lycanroc's chute Pops Open, catching air and sending Lycanroc and Jolteon Sailing into The Air. Lycanroc starts to steer them the direction he wants. Lycanroc and Jolteon are Flying Over Galar).
(Meanwhile at Rose Tower. Located there is Queen Sylveon, her attendants, and assorted dignitaries are here.
Queen Sylveon: Who is winning the race? (Suddenly Lycanroc and Jolteon drop from the sky before they land and skid to a halt just before Queen Sylveon's guards Draw Their Weapons and try to Stop them from reaching their Queen Sylveon).
Queen Sylveon's Guard: Back up! Back away! (Then Queen Sylveon says Very Star Struck).
Queen Sylveon: It is Jolteon!
Queen Sylveon's Guards: Get back! (Jolteon says to calm the Guards Down as he says).
Jolteon: No, no, it is okay! Tell them, Lycanroc Explain. (Then Lycanroc Snaps into action saying).
Lycanroc: Okay! Somebody has been sabotaging the racers and hurting the Pokémon and I know who. Oh wait. Your Majesty. (Lycanroc Bows to Queen Sylveon. In doing so, the Ticking Time Bomb becomes visible to everyone present. The clocks at T-minus 1:53. Upon seeing it, Queen Sylveon's Guards Panic and Scream Loudly).
Queen Sylveon's Guards: Bomb! - It is a bomb! - Everybody down! - Look out! (Everyone begins evacuating from the Scene at once, only Queen Sylveon, and Jolteon stay behind. While the rest of The Village of Dragons Members arrive but stay from behind a Barricade not too far away, close enough to watch but also at a safe distance. Then Greninja and Liepard Arrive and Greninja Shouts).
Greninja: Hold your fire! He cannot disarm it! (Then Greninja dives onto the platform and walks between Queen Sylveon and Lycanroc before turning to him and says). Lycanroc, I Do Not know what you are doing but stand down now! (Lycanroc turns to Jolteon and Says).
Lycanroc: This ain't nothing at all like Village of Dragons.
Jolteon: Lycanroc, just cut to the chase! (Lycanroc knows the time for joking around is over, and with his Life in Danger, he knows it is time to get serious and Reveal the True Culprit behind all this Once and For All).
Lycanroc: Okay. (Lycanroc turns to the True Villain and points at him saying). It is him. THE RACES LEADER AND PRESIDENT! THAT IS RIGHT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! THE CULPRIT IS... HIM! (Lycanroc gestures to the One, and Only Lycanroc could ever suspect. Everyone looks at the Pokémon Lycanroc is Pointing at. Currently the Pokémon is, to Lycanroc, the Very Same Heavily Cloaked Figure he saw back in the Pariahhead Meeting in the Private Room in the Malie City Casino. Before the Pokémon can get away, Lycanroc runs over and Grabs the Cloak in his Teeth and rips it off. Revealing the Perpetrator to Everyone. Everyone Gasps in Shock and Disbelief as the Pokémon's Identity becomes clear to all).
Pokémon: What? Me? You need to be crazy. (Everyone exchanges confused looks, including Greninja and Liepard. Then Lycanroc Reveals the Suspects Name to All Saying).
Lycanroc: I Do Not Think So... METAGROSS!
