Drew looked over at their 17 year old nephew Aaron. Aaron looked so much like his father with his dark brown hair and cognac brown eyes. He looked nothing like his mother Allegra and therefore nothing like Drew's wife Dray either. Dray and Allegra were identical twins. They looked so much alike on the outside but they couldn't be more different on the inside.

"Here we go," Dray said.

Dray came walking in with three glasses of homemade lemonade. She had made it last night after they returned home from the road. They both worked for WWE and were signed to the same schedule so they could travel together. He smiled as she passed the glasses around. He loved her so much. She was still as beautiful as the day they met. He had signed with NXT and literally bumped into her first thing as he walked through the door. He saw a whirlwind of ginger red hair flying around when he accidentally bumped into her. He caught her and it felt like a cheesy romcom as he held her and stared into her pearl grey eyes.

"So what do you wanna talk about?" Dray asked.

Dray sat down and took a sip of her lemonade. Aaron nervously swallowed back half of his glass.

"When will I get my money?" Aaron asked.

Dray looked confused at Drew. He had no idea either what money Aaron was talking about.

"What money?" Dray asked.
"Mom said you made a college fund for me," Aaron said.
"What?" Drew asked. "Dray?"
"This is the first I hear about this," Dray said.
"So can I have it?" Aaron asked.

Dray placed her glass down on the table and moved to the edge of her seat.

"I don't know why she lied to you. I don't have a college fund for you. I don't understand why anyone would think I do. You're my nephew and I love you, but it's your parents' job to put you through college," Dray said.
"I want my money!" Aaron yelled.

Aaron's yelling took both Drew and Dray by surprise. They knew Aaron had a temper and it often showed its ugly face, but it was the first time it happened inside their walls. It was one thing that his parents let him get away with acting like a spoiled brat at home but they were not going to allow it in their home. Drew stood up. He knew Aaron was scared of ever seeing Drew angry. Something the nephew had confessed a few years ago.

"Leave!" Drew demanded. "Take that shitty attitude out of our house or I will make you."

They could see the fear in Aaron's eyes. He got up from his seat and hurried out of the house. Drew sat back down and looked at Dray again.

"I swear, I've never promised Allegra that I'd make a college fund for Aaron," she said.
"I believe you. Your sister has always been entitled but I didn't think she would take it this far. She's probably been lying to him all his life about this," he said.
"Probably," she said. "I'm gonna call her and set things straight."

She took out her phone, called her twin sister, and put it on speaker so that he could listen in on the call.

"Hello?" Allegra asked.
"What the hell have you been telling Aaron?" Dray asked.

There was a few seconds of silence on the other end. They could hear Allegra breathing. Judging by how her breathing slowly took up, she knew Aaron had gone to them today to ask for money, and she had been banking on them to give in and not tell her son about it being a lie.

"How much did you give him?" Allegra asked.
"Nothing," Dray answered. "I told him the truth. I told him you've been lying."
"You fucking bitch!" Allegra yelled.

Dray looked over at Drew. He looked just as shocked as she did. The twins had never been close but at least they were civil around each other for their parents' sake. Clearly they were done being civil.

"Why would you lie about something like this? You knew he was bound to find out eventually," Dray said.
"You don't have kids so you can pay for him," Allegra said.
"I don't have kids because I don't want to pay for things like this. I don't want the responsibility for another human. You know that. It's not my problem to put your son through college," Dray said.
"How can you do this to us? How can you do this to him? If you don't pay, he won't attend his dream college. Wait until mom and dad hear about this. You're so fucking heartless, Dray," Allegra said.
"You lied to him about this and kept it from me, but somehow I'm the bad guy," Dray said.

Dray sighed and looked over at Drew. He reached over and took her hand.

"Do what's right for you," Drew whispered.
"Allegra, I'm done," Dray said. "This is the last time we will ever speak. I'm sure you'll tell mom and dad your version of the truth, and I'll tell them mine and let them know I will no longer attend any family gatherings where you are. I can't stand you. Don't ever contact me again."

Dray hung up and immediately blocked Allegra's number before her sister decided to try and call back. She felt Drew squeeze her hand. She squeezed back and looked at him.

"Was she always like that?" He asked.
"No, the first year of our lives she couldn't talk, so only 36 out of 37 years," she joked.

He chuckled and leaned in to kiss her.

"You did the right thing and your parents will understand. They know how entitled she's always acting," he said.
"It's still gonna take time for them to accept that we won't ever be in the same room with them at the same time again," she said.
"Wanna call them now and get it over with?" He asked.
"No, I know Allegra is already on the phone with them. Mom will call me right after to hear my version. That's how things have always been. She always has to get in there first to try and twist things around. Mom knows better. She knows Allegra is a good liar. It's gonna be okay," she said.
"But are you gonna be okay?" He asked.

She nodded and gave him a sad smile. He leaned in and kissed her again.

"What do you want for dinner? I'll make anything you want," he said.
"Will you make your veggie curry dish?" She asked.
"Of course," he smiled. "With extra garlic?"
"You know me so well," she smiled back. "I love you."
"I love you too," he said.

He kissed her again, stood up, and pulled her to her feet.

"Come join me in the kitchen. I think we got some pear cider in the fridge from last week. Enjoy a glass and keep me company," he said.
"You're always so good to me," she said.
"Because you deserve it," he said.
