Sydney suddenly found herself in her living room wearing her favorite pajamas. As Sydney felt a bit dazed and confused, she said, "Okay. So... I guess I'm in yet another new universe again." From a nearby door, Sydney saw her father Max emerge as he said, "Hey kiddo. Looking for some more snacks for your sleepover?" Sydney feeling out of sorts said, "Yes. My sleepover with... Olive?" A confused Max said, "Olive? Sydney, Olive is gone." A panicked Sydney said, "GONE!? Oh no. What happened to her in this universe!? Is she hurt or..." A confused but calm Max said, "Whoa. Syd, don't you remember? Olive is visiting her grandparents for the week. Now why don't you head back upstairs and make sure Sophia and Emmy are doing okay." Sydney breathed a sigh of relief and said, "Oh right. Sophia and Emmy are here." As Sydney walked up to her room, she said to herself, "Okay. So far, this universe is the first one to feel exactly like mine. Nothing different here so far." Then Sydney opened the door to her room, only to have her eyes widen at the sight of her two friends Sophia and Emmy kissing. With a look of complete surprise, Sydney said, "What!?"

Upon hearing Sydney's voice and realizing she was there, Sophia and Emmy quickly stopped their kissing, as Emmy looked slightly embarrassed while a panicked Sophia scooted away looking humiliated. Sydney trying to remain calm said, "Sophia... Emmy... were you two... I mean... is this a normal thing for..." Emmy then immediately blurted out, "Me and Sophia are in love with each other!" Sophia looking a bit upset said, "Emmy!" Emmy looked at Sophia as she said, "What? She saw us kissing. What am I gonna say? That I was giving you CPR while you were sitting up? We both knew we'd be discovered eventually. Besides, Sydney is our friend. We know all her secrets. We need to tell her ours." Then as Sydney sat down with her friends, she said, "So you haven't told your universe's Sydney about this yet." Sophia and Emmy looked at Sydney with confused faces. Sydney quickly caught herself as she said, "I mean you haven't told me. I didn't know about this till now. So, um... wow. You two... are a thing. That's... different. Um... how long has this been going for?"

Sophia looking a bit ashamed still said, "Well... a few months. I mean me and Emmy had always sort of thought about being with girls, and we both kinda liked each other, so..." "So we both had sex" Emmy finished. Sydney's eyes widened again, as an upset looking Sophia said, "Emmy! TMI girl!" Then a casual sounding Emmy said, "What? I'm tired of lying to our friends. I want them to know how much I love you. Oh, and by the way Sydney - your toilet seat didn't break yesterday from me standing on it to dust your cobwebs. Me and Sophia were making love in the bathroom, and it got kinda crazy and..." Then Sydney put a hand up and said, "You don't need to explain. Look... this is how you two seem to be in this universe... that we all live in, and... that's okay. Um... I'm gonna go sleep in the living room tonight and give you two some room."

Sydney then walked out of her bedroom, but within seconds: Sophia followed Sydney out and with a worried look, she said, "Sydney, hey. Um... please don't tell anyone else... about me and Emmy being... you know." Sydney sounding calm said, "Yes, of course. I wouldn't betray your trust." Sophia still looking nervous said, "It's just... if people found out... they'd make fun of me, and... if my mom found out... well, you see she's got my whole life planned out till I'm 40 and... dating and marrying a woman just isn't in her plan for me. I mean she reprimands me if I dress the wrong way, or eat the wrong kinds of food. She'll lose her mind if I'm not dating who she sees as the right kind of person for me. So please... don't tell anyone." Sydney now sounding calm only to help Sophia, then said, "Sophia, I promise I won't tell. Now anyway, I need some rest. Good night." Sophia then headed back to Sydney's bedroom, while Sydney headed to the living room.

That night, Sydney was laying in the living room on the couch. Sydney then touched the jade stone on her necklace, and said, "Sydney Prime to Cyber Olive. Come in. You there?" Then a holographic image popped out of Sydney's necklace and Cyber Olive appeared who said, "Sydney Prime. Good to see you. Are you okay?" Sydney nodded her head and said, "Yeah. Just still getting the hang of dealing with how weird these different universes are. I mean in this universe: my friends Sophia and Emmy are a couple. I know I'm here to improve problems in these universes, but do you know what I'm here to specifically do? Am I here to help Sophia and Emmy's relationship work, or help them come out to everyone? What's my mission?" Cyber Olive then said, "Your specific mission in these different universes is always going to be a bit unknown. However you're sent to these worlds because something dark and wrong is about to occur, or has occurred, and you have to put things right. So just keep your eyes out for anything wrong, and do what you can to make things better." Sydney sighed and said, "Okay. Well... I'll do my best."

The next day, Sydney was walking through the high school hallway as she said to herself, "Man. Doing classes for my alternate self in this universe is weird. I mean the classes are all the same, but some of the teachers and people I take the classes with are switched up. Plus, the cafeteria is in a whole different location in this universe's building. Now lets see if I can find it, because I seriously need some lunch right about now." As Sydney walked down the hallway, suddenly she heard the sound of Sophia saying, "Ow!" A curious Sydney then turned a corner, and saw at the end of an empty hallway was a tall girl pushing Sophia into a locker. The tall girl then angerly said, "You said that homework you did for me would get me an A plus! I got a B minus. You trying to go back on our deal!?" A nervous looking Sophia then said, "No Amber, I..." The tall girl: Amber then pushed at Sophia's shoulders and said, "You give me what I want, or you'll get a whole lot of what you don't want." Then Sydney ran over to the scene and yelled, "Whoa! What's going on here!?" Amber rolled her eyes at Sydney as she said, "Stay out of this squirt." Then as Sydney grabbed Sophia's hand and led her away, she said, "Not when it involves my friend. Now you stay away from her, you hear!?" Amber chuckled and then said, "Sure... for now." As Amber walked away, Sydney looked at Sophia as she said, "Sophia. You okay? What's going on?" Sophia then angerly stepped away from Sydney as she said, "You didn't need to do that Syd! I had everything under control! Don't make things worse!" Then an angry Sophia stormed away, as Sydney stood where she was looking confused.

That afternoon at the bike shop, Sophia was sitting by herself in a corner looking at her phone discretely. Suddenly Emmy walked up to Sophia from behind, and put a hand on her shoulder as she said, "Hey." Sophia then jumped up looking scared as she yelled, "Aahhh!" A startled Emmy then said, "Whoa. It's just me babe. Hey, is everything okay?" A shaken up Sophia then said, "Um... yeah. Just... not myself." Then Emmy casually said, "Okay. Well I'm gonna get a smoothie. You gonna get one too?" Sophia sat back down as she said, "Nah. I'm tapped out of cash." Then a curious Emmy said, "Well can't you using that banking app on your phone at the counter? I just saw you using it pay someone." Sophia then quickly put her phone away as she said, "Um... just paying off a... book I recently bought. Um... I have to go home now. Talk later. See ya Emmy." Sophia then rushed out of the bike shop, while Emmy stood looking confused. Meanwhile on the other side of the bike shop, Sydney was sitting at a different table watching everything that happened, and had a very concerned look on her face.

The next day, Sydney was in the bike shop again, when she saw Sophia walking past quickly. Sydney then rushed out of the bike shop looking for where Sophia went. Sydney then suddenly heard Sophia yell, "Oww!" Sydney heard the sound coming from a nearby alley. Sydney then heard a smacking sound, followed by the voice of Amber saying, "You either give me more cash by tomorrow or everyone is gonna know about you, Emmy, and all the details of what happened the night you two watched Remi Jones and Hazel Heart together." Sydney then saw Amber walking quickly out of the alley. Sydney then rushed into the alley to see Sophia walking away with her back to her. Sydney then ran over to Sophia to face her as she said, "Sophia, we need to talk! Listen, I..." Then Sydney upon seeing Sophia clearly, realized Sophia had a bruise on her right cheek, and lighter bruises on her arms. A concerned Sydney then said, "Sophia... who is doing this to you!? Was it that girl Amber!?" Sophia tried to walked away as she said, "No. I tripped." Sydney then got in Sophia's way and said, "Tripping doesn't cause concentrated bruises like what you got. Sophia, I'm your friend. You have to tell me what's going on." A nervous Sophia then said, "I can't." An upset Sydney then asked, "Why not?" Then an angry Sophia with tears in her eyes yelled, "Because then everyone will know the truth!" Sophia suddenly broke down and fell to the ground as she began to cry.

Sydney then got on her knees and hugged Sophia for a moment. Then after a minute went by, Sydney led Sophia to a nearby bench outside of the alley and the two sat together. Sydney then looked at Sophia as she said, "Sophia... what is going on?" As Sophia wiped some tears away from her eyes she said, "A few weeks ago... that girl Amber you saw... somehow... I don't know how... somehow she hacked into my phone, and... obtained some dirt on me." A worried Sydney then said, "What kind of dirt?" Sophia looked down as she said, "Well there's pics me and Emmy took of ourselves kissing each other." Sydney raised one eyebrow as she said, "And... in the pictures are you two doing anything that's..." Sophia then with a straight forward face said, "Oh God, no. We're fully clothed and all that in the pics. However... you see... I... also have a digital diary, and when Amber hacked into my phone... she came across... a very personal entry... about the night me and Emmy first had sex." A curious Sydney then said, "Well it can't be that bad, can it?" Sophia then handed Sydney her phone as she said, "It reveals way too much. Just look." Sydney then looked at Sophia's phone as she said, "Well, this isn't too bad. I mean it's just... Oh my... Oh my... I... okay, that's too much detail." Sophia sighed as she took her phone back and said, "I know. I really shouldn't have mentioned the exact names of the porn movies me and Emmy watched, and the exact porn actresses we were checking out. But don't you get it now? If everyone in the school sees this, I'll be humiliated and made fun of for the rest of my life."

With a look of clarity on her face, Sydney then said, "So is this what Amber is holding over you? Is she black-mailing you with all this? Has she been forcing you to let her get away with hurting you because of all this?" Sophia looking sad, looked down in shame as she said, "And... she's also been making me doing her homework... and making me literally pay her to keep quiet. And... I'm running out of money to pay her now, so she's getting more angry." Sydney then stood up and said, "Sophia, this is harassment. We need to go to the proper authorities with this. I mean your mom is lawyer. She could help with this." Then Sophia jumped up and said, "NO! Sydney, if my mom learned of what me and Emmy were doing... the shame it would also bring her... the disappointment it would bring... I can't let her know. I can't let anyone else know!" Then the two heard Emmy's voice say, "Can't let anyone else know what?" Sophia turned her head and saw Emmy was standing right near her. Emmy upon seeing Sophia's bruises, said, "Sophia, what happened?" Sophia looking ashamed said, "Emmy, I... I..." Emmy suddenly had a look of worry as she saw Sophia's bruises. Emmy then held Sophia's hands and said, "Whatever it is, you can tell me Sophia. Please... let me help you." Sophia looked ashamed still, until Sydney put a hand on Sophia's shoulder and said, "Sophia, if you can't share your burdens with the person you love most, then who can you share them with?" Sydney then stepped away as Sophia looked into Emmy's eyes and said, "Emmy, I... I..." Then Sophia began to cry again, as Emmy suddenly just hugged Sophia and said, "It's okay babe. You can tell me."

Sophia and Emmy were sitting together in the bike shop, as a sad looking Emmy said, "Why didn't you tell me about all of this Sophia!? If I had known, I would've helped you." A sad looking Sophia then said, "I know, but then you'd just be sad and hurt like I was. I wanted to protect you Emmy. I wanted you to be happy." Then Sophia held Emmy's hand as she softly said, "Emmy... when we first made love... when our bodies touched and became one... it was the most perfect thing I've ever felt. And when we finished making love for the first time and I saw the happiness in your eyes... I promised to myself I would make sure you'd remain happy forever. So... I thought if I just let Amber do what she wanted and didn't let you know about what was happening, we could just keep going on as we were, and you could continue being completely happy and carefree."

Then Emmy held Sophia's hands as she said, "But I'm not carefree anymore Sophia. I care about you now. You're more than my girlfriend. You're my everything. And I don't just want you to openly share your body with me in bed. I want you to share your problems with me in life as well, and every challenge you're facing. I wanna help you be happy too." Sophia closed her eyes briefly as tears began to come out of her eyes again. Sophia then looked at Emmy as she said, "I'm sorry Emmy. I'm so sorry. It... it just hurts me so much that Amber took our wonderful secret pictures, along with those beautiful secret memories I wrote about how much I loved you, and twisted them into something she's holding over us to hurt you and I with now." Emmy thought for a moment, but then said, "Amber thinks she has power over us because she believes she's the only one who knows all our secrets. But she's wrong. Two more people have all our secrets... the two of us. So maybe to take away Amber's power of holding our secrets over us... we have to release those secrets first."

Awhile later: Sydney, Sophia, and Emmy were sitting in front of a computer. As Sophia did some clicking, she said, "You sure this is smart?" Sydney nodded her head and said, "Well I think the smartest thing is putting a disclaimer ahead of your diary entry and those pictures. By saying Amber was black-mailing you with this, it makes her look more pathetic in the eyes of everyone, and it allows you to better control the narrative of you and Emmy coming out." Then a nervous Sophia said, "Yeah, but what if people make fun of us for this?" Emmy then put her hands on Sophia's shoulders as she said, "There are always gonna be people out there that would make fun of us for doing anything babe. But now if anyone tries to make fun of either us, they'll know the other one will always be there to back up the other." Sophia took a deep breath, and then said, "Okay... lets share this thing..."

The next day in the school hallway: Sophia and Emmy slowly slowly walked into the building holding hands as they both moved with very nervous looks on their faces. Many of their peers in the hallway began to look at the two as they whispered and pointed at them. Then suddenly, one rude looking boy waved to the girls and said, "Hey Sophia. Wanna come over to my place and watch some Hazel Heart pornos with me. We all know how hot you think she is!" Several students in the hallways began to laugh. Then one guy pointing to Emmy said, "Hey girl. Can I get a taste of what's in your underwear? We all wanna know if it really does taste like ice cream with peaches down there." Then suddenly Sydney appeared and stood right in front of the rude guy and said, "Hey! Just because you can't get a hot girl to look you, doesn't mean you should be harassing these two for having something you'll never get!" Then a bunch of teens in the hallway all said, "Oooo!"

Then one young teen girl stood next to Sydney and said, "Yeah. What these two have is beautiful. Don't try to ruin it just because you all don't have what they do!" Then two boys stood next to Sydney, as one of them said, "If you're gonna mess with these two, then you're gonna have to mess with me and my boyfriend." Then many more students stood in front of Sophia and Emmy, as one of them, "And all of us." The rude students all slowly began to walk away, as Sophia and Emmy stood with amazed happy faces. One of the boys then approached Sophia and Emmy as he said, "Hey. Me, my boyfriend, and all of us know what it's like when your biggest secret gets out. But you never have to feel like you're alone." Then a smiling Sydney said, "Not anymore." Then Sydney hugged Sophia and Emmy, and then soon everyone else around them joined for a large group hug as well.

That afternoon Sophia sat in front of her mother at the bike shop as she said, "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner mom. But... I love Emmy. She makes me happy. I still want to do many of the things you want me to do with my life, such as going to college and getting a successful job. But as I grow up, my life is becoming my life, and I want Emmy to be a part of it." Sophia's mom with a warm smile on her face said, "Sophia, I only obsess over your future, because I just want you be happy. But sweety, if you've already found one important element of having a happy and fulfilled life, I would never stand in the way of that. As long as being with Emmy helps you become a better person, a respectful person, and a responsible person... then I would never stop you from pursuing what you have with her." Sophia smiled as she said, "Thanks mom."

Meanwhile Sydney sat on the other side of the bike shop watching Sophia and her mom talk, while she had a big smile on her face. Suddenly from nearby, Olive appeared and approached Sydney as she said, "Hey Syd. Heard a lot happened while I was on vacation. I already got the gist of it all on social media." Sydney smiled as she said, "Yeah. Sophia and Emmy are a couple now. It took a lot of guts for them to come out as themselves to the world. But I'm proud of them." Then a grinning Olive said, "So... you ready then for the two of us to come out to everyone then?" A startled and confused Sydney then said, "What!?" Then Olive said, "I mean if Sophia and Emmy came out, it would seem kinda rude if we didn't now. But if keeping it a secret helps get you more turned on, I'm still okay with that." Then Sydney immediately stood up and said, "Uh, I think I need to use the bathroom." Then a grinning Olive stood up and said, "Ooo. I get it. You wanna do another quickie in the stalls. Sounds fun with me." Then Sydney suddenly raced away from Olive as she pressed the jade stone on her necklace and said, "I don't know how this works, but Cyber Olive, magic jade stone, or whatever: get me out of this universe now!" Then suddenly Sydney found herself engulfed in a blue light, and she disappeared...

Sydney suddenly found herself appearing back in her living room again. Sydney sighed in relief as she said, "Okay. I must be in another new universe again." Then Max walked into the room from the kitchen and said, "Hey Syd. Olive was looking for you?" A concerned Sydney then said, "What!? Why!?" Max then said, "Just wanted to see if you and Ned wanted to go on a double date with her and her new boyfriend." Sydney sighed in relief again as she said, "Oh. Right. I'm dating Ned, and Olive is dating another boy. Phew. Well... I'll text her and..." Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Max then walked over to the door as he said, "I got it." Sydney curiously watched as Max opened the door and saw a young woman in her 20's standing at the door. A confused looking Max then said, "Hi. Yes. Can I help you?" The young woman then said, "Yes. You're Max Reynolds, correct? You went to Clara Barton Middle School in 1992, is that right?" A still confused Max then said, "Yes. But why are you asking me about..." The young woman then said, "You knew Erika McVaugh right? Well... my name is Julia, and... um... I'm her daughter, and... I... I believe... you're my father." Suddenly Max had a shocked look on his face as he looked at Julia. Sydney then approached Max and said, "What's going on here dad? Is this some kind of prank? That can't be true." Max then looked at Sydney with guilt in his eyes as he said, "Sydney... there's a good chance... she's telling the truth." Sydney suddenly looked very shocked as she said, "What!?"
