"The flower is real!" Undyne shouted in disbelief. "I told you!" Undyne let Papyrus have his moment. "What did Sans do?" Undyne gently grabbed Papyrus by the arm, "We will give the human space, as we find your brother. His explanation better be good!"
Sans had to have ended up right in front of Undyne when she said that. "Well!" Sans so wanted to back up, but that wouldn't go well. "I don't have one." Sans was foisted up by the collar of his shirt very quickly, "Listen here." Sans shivered, Undyne's voice was never quiet. "If anything happens to that human, you will regret the day you met me." Sans nodded as he was dropped. Papyrus did have a strong eye on Undyne, but other than that, let her continue, "Enjoy hotland. That's a promise." Undyne walked away. Papyrus looked hurt, "Do you not think? The human was noticeably scared of you already! Why do you think I asked her to hangout at the river instead? Do you think I like being soaked?" Sans got up as his brother was out of earshot.
Then a burrow by that stupid flower, "Ah Sans!" "Heya." Sans wiped snow from himself. "Guess I wasn't the person you were expecting." "Had to find you anyway. The human is on the way to the judgment hall. Have fun." The flower was back underground.
Sans so wanted to skip this judgment. Not only was the human absolutely terrified of him despite his best efforts, she was also thinking about changing the timeline for the worst. All you had to do was shut up. But you had to run your mouth.
Sans shortcutted to the judgment hall. The human entered humming, "Lovely flower." Her face was still red from what was either anger or crying. "He warned me about you, Sans." Step. Step. Step. Weapon drawn. A notebook? Never mind that, she was holding it like a shield, so defensive. "Can we get your lies over with?"
Sans appeared out of the shadows. No point in scaring her further. "We need to talk." "We tried that." "Without threats." "Didn't know you were capable." The human seemed a tad more comfortable with him now, which gave Sans a feeling that they weren't alone.
"Okay. Fair. Look, I know you don't like me." "I don't like anyone. Making friends was a mistake." "Aren't you friends with a flower?" "No." Sans was surprised, "We have an alliance." Sans was surprised when the human walked closer to him, "Really, I must thank you. You showed me that Flowey had good intentions Soulman." Sans saw her hand going up. Shit. "Can I read my spiral first?" Delay! Delay! Delay!
