Sydney to the Multiverse Episode 14 - The World Where Sydney Found Love

Sydney was laying in her bedroom asleep. However as the sun came into her bedroom, she slowly opened her eyes. Sitting on her night stand nearby was her necklace which had a jade stone on it. Suddenly the jade stone glowed, and from it: a holographic image of Cyber Olive appeared. Sydney slowly got up from bed, while in a groggy voice she said, "Oh, hey. Morning." Cyber Olive made a little wave and said, "Hey Sydney. Just wanted to check in with how your mission on this parallel world you've traveled to is going. You have been there for quite some time now. Any progress?" As Sydney began to stretch, she said, "Nope. No progress on what I'm here to do, or even any progress on what I'm supposed to do. Just been living out the life of this other Sydney whose life I've taken over. Although I have really enjoyed dating this world's Harry. On this world he moved back to Portland just when I arrived on this world. We've been spending every day together, and he has been so amazing to me." Then Cyber Olive looked a little caught off guard as she said, "Well... that's nice. But stay focused on the mission Syd. We'll talk later." Then just as the holographic image of Cyber Olive disappeared, Sydney heard her phone ring. Sydney answered the phone as she said, "Hello? Harry! Yeah. Sure. I'd love to hang out today."

In an advanced computer room: Cyber Olive sat looking at several monitors. Then from a door, the version of Emmy from Cyber Olive's world walked into the room. Emmy waved as she said, "Olive, hey. Listen. We got some strange readings and... well, just take a look." Emmy then handed Cyber Olive a small electronic pad. Cyber Olive then looked at the pad and said, "Hold on. These readings can't be right. This is twice the amount of chronoton energy. How did Sydney's travels cause this?" A confused Emmy said, "I'm not sure. It's like she somehow traveled to the world she's on twice." Then Cyber Olive said, "But this has never happened before. Investigate these readings further, and then get back to me."

Sydney and Harry walked into Sydney's home while holding hands as a smiling Sydney said, "Wow. A trip to aquarium, a long walk on the beach, a romantic picnic for lunch, a romantic dinner at a fancy restaurant, and now alone time at home while my dad and grandma are out. You sure know how to give a girl a good time Harry." As the two teenagers sat down on the living room couch together, Harry smiled as he said, "Thanks Syd. You know... I know we talked a lot while I was living in London... but ever since I moved back to Portland... it's like you've become a whole new person. You talk so mature, seem so worldly, have knowledge on way more subjects than ever... I don't know what caused you to transform into a whole new person Sydney... but I like it." Then Harry leaned over to kiss Sydney. Then Sydney looking a bit guilty, scooted away slightly as she said, "Harry... I'm sorry, but I can't keep lying to you. I... I'm not your Sydney." Harry looking a bit confused said, "Huh?" Sydney then looked down, took a deep breath, and then said, "Harry... what do you know about the concept of the multiverse?"

In the advanced computer room: Cyber Olive and Emmy were looking at several monitors together, as Cyber Olive said, "Okay. Lets take a big step back and look at the big picture here. We know whenever Sydney travels to a new world in the multiverse, it leaves a small trail of chronoton particles." Emmy nodded her head and said, "Yeah. It comes from moving through the dimensional barriers of the multiverse. It's harmless, but it helps us track her." Then a confused Cyber Olive said, "Yeah. And the amount of chronotons her travels give off remain consistent. So why has it doubled now?" Then a curious Emmy said, "Well... maybe there are two Sydney's on this new world Sydney has landed on. Or... Oh no." Suddenly Emmy had a scared look on her face. A worried Cyber Olive then said, "What? What is it Emmy?"

As Sydney and Harry faced each other while sitting on the living room couch, a nervous looking Sydney said, "And so now I travel through the multiverse trying to make each world I go to better. But of all the individuals I've ever encountered in the multiverse... you, Harry at the most amazing person I've met. I... I may not be the Sydney you knew when you were a kid... but I am the Sydney you've spent the last several weeks with... and I... I've gotten to know you enough now to say... I love you Harry." Harry had a look of shock on his face as he scooted away slightly. But then Harry looked down, took a deep breath, and then said, "Sydney... I don't care if you're from another world, universe, or dimension... I love you too." An excited Sydney smiled as she said, "You really mean it?" Harry nodded his head as he said, "Yeah. And... I don't care what it takes... I want to leave this world with you, so we can be together forever."

As Sydney looked up slightly for a moment she said, "I don't know if that's possible... but I promise you I'll try to make it work. Olive... or rather: another Olive that helps me is smart. Maybe she can find a way to make you travel with me." Harry grinned as he said, "That would be amazing. And I don't care where you head Syd. To the dawn of reality, or the edge of the multiverse... I will stay by your side forever." Sydney who had a look of pure bliss on her face said, "Oh Harry..." Then Sydney leaned in, and then she and Harry had a long passionate kiss. But then the two teenagers began to wrap their arms around together, and then began to move their hands under each other's shirts. Suddenly Harry broke their kiss as he said, "Um... are you okay if we..." Sydney with a big happy smile, nodded her head and said, "Yes! I have been waiting so long for the right person, and now I know it's you. Harry... take my virginity right now!" Then Harry smiled as he and Sydney began to remove their clothing and underwear.

In the advanced computer room: Cyber Olive and Emmy were looking at several monitors together, as Emmy pointed to a screen and said, "There. Look. According to the records, when Sydney landed on this world she did bring with her the appropriate amount of chronotons. But then seconds later, the chronotons doubled. I think this means... there's another multiverse traveler on the world Sydney is on who landed right around the same time." Then a curious Olive said, "But is this some big coincidence... or did this happen on purpose?"

Sydney and Harry laid naked on the couch together while holding each other in their arms. Sydney laid her nude body on top of Harry's, as she rested her head on Harry's bare chest, as the top of her head brushed up against Harry's chin. Harry meanwhile gently rubbed Sydney's back. As Sydney closed her eyes briefly, she said, "Mmm. I'm so happy." Harry smiled as well while saying, "Me too. I mean... that... That was amazing!" Sydney giggled, and then said, "I know. It was the greatest experience of my life! Um... you're not mad that I came really fast at the beginning, are you?" Harry turned his head slightly, and then said, "No. The girl should always go first. Glad you did though... because I had a really hard time holding back." Sydney then hugged Harry tightly and said, "You were perfect Harry. I mean it. Tonight... has been so perfect." Then Harry gently got up and began to put his clothes back on as he said, "Well... I better get going home. Parents will get worried. So... see each other tomorrow?" As Sydney remained naked on the couch, she laid on her side while putting a hand on her hip while saying, "Oh... you better believe it." Then Harry winked, and once fully clothed he left the house. Sydney then calmly got up and then calmly put her clothes on. But then after standing still for a long moment... Sydney instantly squealed and began jumping up and down in excitement.

Then suddenly from Sydney's jade stone: a holographic image of Cyber Olive appeared. Sydney with a big smile said, "Hey there Olive!" Cyber Olive looking a bit worried then said, "Sydney, listen..." Then Sydney cut Cyber Olive off and said, "Wait. You listen first. So... I told Harry I'm a multiverse traveler... and he's totally cool with it, and he wants to come traveling with me! It's so amazing! So I was wondering: you got some device or something that can help Harry travel with me?" Then a caught off guard Cyber Olive said, "Um... yeah, but... Listen Sydney. We've detected another multiverse traveler may be on this world with you." A curious Sydney then said, "Really? Do you know who it is?" Cyber Olive sighed, and then said, "No. But... we have to assume they've come for some reason related to you. I mean the chances of just someone else with the same power as you just appearing here is slim." Then a still curious Sydney said, "What could that reason be?" Cyber Olive looking more nervous now said, "Well... it could be to help you... or hurt you... and considering you've been on this world for weeks now... it stands to reason that they've already gotten close to you... and there's only one person you've gotten very close with on this world..."

Sydney suddenly had a look of dread and shock on her face, as she said, "Wait... you mean Harry? But Olive... he's only been kind and sweet to me. And... if he is from another world... then that means we're both cosmic travelers, and that makes us perfect for each other." A very skeptical Cyber Olive then said, "But if he is from another universe, why didn't he tell you after you told him that you are from another world. This doesn't add up Syd. We have to be very cautious." Then Sydney angerly held her jade stone necklace out and said, "No. Harry and me are meant to be together. And... I refuse to leave this world without him." A nervous looking Olive then said, "Sydney... you know if you cast away the jade stone, it may allow you to stay on this world... but I won't allow that. You don't belong here. I'll come drag you out of there if I have to." Then an angry Sydney said, "Try if you want. But I will fight you if I have to. You can't take me away from Harry!" Then Sydney squeezed the jade stone, and threw it across the room causing the holographic image of Cyber Olive to disappear.

The next morning: Harry was walking through the park with a smile on his face. Then suddenly a blue vortex in the middle of the park appeared. Then from it: Cyber Olive jumped through it holding an advanced white blaster in her hand. A smiling Harry then said, "Hey. You must be the other Olive that Sydney told me about. Are you here to help me leave this world with Sydney?" A determined looking Cyber Olive then said, "Oh you'll be leaving this world... but not with Sydney. I know you're a traveler from another world too. And after some thorough scans, I know which traveler you are. You're the outlaw. The wielder of the onyx stone." Harry then made an evil smirk as he said, "So... you finally found me." Then Harry took out from under his shirt: a necklace with a onyx stone on it. Olive then pointed her blaster as she said, "Freeze. You're coming with me." Harry smirked as he said, "Please. I know that blaster can't kill me. It'll just send me to the last world I was on. And you do realize sending me away will make Sydney only more determined to find me again."

Then a confused Olive said, "Why... why are you going after Sydney?" Harry chuckled and said, "Because you know as well as I do that the jade and onyx stones are both difficult to control. But combined: I will finally be able to have full control over everywhere I go. For so long I've only been able to bring chaos to the multiverse through small means; only able to influence alternative versions of Sydney and her friends down darker paths; such as getting pregnant young, cheat on their lovers, or easily become victims of bullying. But once I travel to a new universe with Sydney and her jade stone, I will obtain limitless power to ruin the lives of those in every universe!" Then an angry Cyber Olive said, "So... you never cared about Sydney at all?" Harry laughed, and then said, "Duh. The only reason she fell for me so easily was because I sprayed myself with these advanced pheromones I obtained from another world I once traveled to. Sydney was essentially under a mild love spell, and was too clueless to even question her own state of mind. The fool!"

Then Harry suddenly heard Sydney yell, "FOOL!?" Harry then turned his head and saw Sydney walk out from behind a tree. Tears were in Sydney's face as she said, "I trusted you Harry. I gave you my heart, my body, my... my virginity... and all along, you were using me!?" As Sydney walked over to Cyber Olive, Harry with a sympathetic face said, "Sydney... yes, I had goals I was trying to achieve... but listen... haven't you been happier than you've ever been in your life these last few weeks? You said it yourself that the sex we had was the greatest experience of your life. I mean... all you gotta do is share yourself and your jade stone with me, and I promise I will rock your world." Then Sydney took Cyber Olive's blaster from her and said, "You did give me something amazing Harry... you were the best lover I've ever had... but just because you were the best I've had... doesn't mean I can't do better!" Then suddenly Sydney ran at Harry and began hitting him hard in the face and body with the back of the blaster. As Sydney smacked Harry around several times, she yelled, "You used me, you manipulated me, and you lied to me. You never loved me... and thus you deserve nothing from me!" Then as Harry laid on the ground with several bruises he said, "Wait!" Then Sydney pointed the blaster at Harry and then zapped him with it. Immediately Harry disappeared.

Cyber Olive sighed and said, "He's gone from this world now. Back to... wherever he came from." Sydney then stood completely still as she said, "Good." Sydney then remained frozen in place while Cyber Olive approached her as she said, "Sydney... are you okay?" Suddenly some tears came out of Sydney's eyes, as she said, "I... I'm... I'm not okay. Olive... I am not okay." Then Sydney suddenly burst into tears as Cyber Olive immediately hugged her. As Sydney hugged her back, Cyber Olive put one hand on the back of Sydney's head while saying, "Don't put shame on yourself Sydney. I know what Harry did to you hurts... but you will get through this because you are so strong. You are a kind, beautiful, talented, and amazing young woman that is one of the most amazing people in all of existence, and I will always be there to support you no matter what." Sydney continued to cry, but now smiled slightly as she said, "Thank you Olive... thank you so much."

WEEKS LATER:

Cyber Olive and Emmy stood in their advanced computer room working near a large monitor. Then Sydney walked into the room from a nearby door wearing a jacket with stars and stripes. Sydney waved as she said, "Hey ladies. So... I'm ready for the next mission. Where am I heading?" Then Emmy said, "Well we've been working on an algorithm that can maybe predict where Dark Harry might be heading next, so that you can stop him from causing problems to these other universes, instead of fixing his mess after he leaves like we've apparently been doing all this time. And according to the algorithm, it looks like he might be trying to head to... the Prime Universe." A surprised Sydney then said, "Whoa. He's gonna be that bold? Well... better head there now and check things out. Time for me to go." Then Sydney began to touch her necklace, as a nervous looking Cyber Olive then said, "Hey... Sydney..." A curious Sydney then said, "Yeah?" Then Cyber Olive said, "There's something important I wanna tell you... but... I guess it can wait till you get back." Sydney smiled as she said, "Looking forward to hearing it." Then Sydney pushed her hand against her her jade stone, and then she disappeared.

In the Prime Universe: Sydney Prime was in the girls locker room as she was preparing for her fencing class. As Sydney Prime began to take off her clothes, she stood in just her underwear as she took a moment to examine her body in the nearby mirror. All was peaceful... until suddenly there was bright blue portal that opened up nearby, and from it: the multiverse traveling Sydney emerged falling through the portal and crashed into Sydney Prime. As Sydney Prime hit the floor, the multiverse traveling Sydney tried to remain standing as she said, "Oh God… are you OK? Look, I'm really really sorry…" Sydney Prime as she began to regain her bearings, realized that the other person before her looked just like her. But then suddenly in a blue flash... both Sydney's began to disappear. The multiverse traveling Sydney then began to see everything around her disappearing as she said, "Huh? Wha... What's causing this!?"

In the advanced computer room, Cyber Olive and Emmy were looking at the monitors as a panicked Cyber Olive yelled, "Where is she!? Where did Sydney go!?" A confused Emmy then said, "I don't know. One minute she was in the Prime Universe. And then... she was gone. Every trace of her has disappeared. Her chronoton trail just isn't there anymore." A angry Cyber Olive then yelled, "Where is she!?" Then Emmy said, "Wait. I've got a chronoton lock on another world. But... it's not Sydney. It's Sydney Prime... and she has... our Sydney's jade stone with her now." A confused Cyber Olive then said, "Wait. Where is our Sydney? And how did Sydney Prime get her jade stone?" Then Emmy said, "I don't know. But all of this insanity... it's made it very difficult now to control where the jade stone can take anyone." Then a saddened Cyber Olive said, "But... what about my Sydney. I never got to tell her..."

PRESENT DAY:

Sydney Prime was laying in a bed asleep as Cyber Olive stood near her. As Sydney's body was very still, Cyber Olive was silently glaring at several monitors, where information about all possible vital data from Sydney appeared continuously.

-I should have gotten her out sooner… oh God, I've already lost my Sydney. If I lose Sydney Prime too... I'll never forgive myself…

The blonde girl was startled when what could be described as a robot flew to her and extended a screen for her to watch.

-Progress of recovery for the patient: Reynolds, Sydney at 80% complete - a metallic voice was heard

-I think I better go rest… - Cyber Olive said, taking off her headset off and placing it on the table

As Olive left, several other machines flew over Sydney, checking on her progress and helping her recover. Cyber Olive though didn't expect to be tired enough that she didn't hear her tablet beeping with several alerts indicating that Sydney's recovery process was complete. Eventually Sydney slowly opened her eyes.

-W.. what…

But as Sydney focused her sight she saw one of the machines scanning her, and with a scream she fell from the bed.

-W… what?

The machine hovered over her.

-Patient Sydney Reynolds, recovery percentage: 100%.

Slowly, Sydney got up and glared at her surroundings.

-Am… I… where now?

Once more, the machine hovered and stood in front of her.

-You're in the medical wing of the space station Hope 3975.

Sydney gasped at what she just heard.

-Sp… Space station?
