Papyrus sat beside the human, "Excuse my brother, he is moodier than usual." The human sighed, "It's my fault. He has a right to be." "No one has a right to be mean for no reason! There is no reason to be harsh to anyone, ever!"
Not that Papyrus didn't get it, Sans did go through a lot. And he really seemed to have trouble keeping his knowledge of resets out of the anomaly's hands, which is just a bad idea in general.
Papyrus was careful to keep his knowledge a secret, no matter what. He knew the human was suspicious, but certainly didn't trust her with this information. But second chances must be given. He just doesn't want his brother to suffer irreversibly this time. "I think I should head to Waterfall now." "Let me walk you there, human!"
Later, in Waterfall the human walked up to Sans, very damp. "Heya kiddo." She waved. "You alright, there?" Not that Sans cared or anything at this point, but the promise does matter. She nodded before continuing. "That was weird." Sans mused before Undyne's voice could be heard. It was sooner than usual, "Hey, get back here!" "Can't catch a break today." Sans ran to see the commotion at the start of the bridge.
"Your little pacifist stick is over. You run away from any inch of trouble like you are scared of us. Well, human I'll give you a reason to be scared." Her soul turned green. "Here, grab this!" She took a spear and dodged a lot of bullets. Sans took notice, and let the kid be. He was not needed here as death didn't matter. The human as usual ran away. They were in Hotland and the kid was still running.
Alphys was going to meet the human in her lab, but Undyne throwing spears at a human in her very own lab stopped that plan. "You can't run forever!" "Watch me!"
Mettaton crashed through the wall, "What is going on here!" He was so annoyed at the noise. How was a robot supposed to plot with this noise? Undyne stopped throwing spears and the human hid behind Mettaton while Sans was relieved for the break in running while being hidden.
"This human must be captured! She's dangerous!" "H-How is she d-d-dangerous?" Alphys asked. "All humans are." "Yes, the kid running away from your spears and video showing that some monsters attacked first proves it is the human who is dangerous." Mettaton was annoyed, Alphys' plan wasn't going to work. The kid would just run away before he could activate a forcefield so he may as well end this charade now, "She literally only runs. I'm not interested in another war, darlings." Mettaton sighed, "If you really want to help the human Alphys, you should show the video of her mercy to the other monsters. Some undeserved, believe me."
Undyne sighed, "Huh? You got this punk on video?" "Y-yes, the entire journey." Undyne grabbed the human's arm, "Well, let's look then."
