Sans sighed. "Can the next human not be a runner, please?" It wasn't too bad with Frisk as they only ran away once, but this human's default was to run. He entered the lab to see Undyne hugging the human. "You and Papyrus became friends." "D-Does anyone want to explain the Sans thing?" Alphys asked as soon as Mettaton saw Sans, "Well, darling?" "It was a misunderstanding. We settled it." Sans scratched his skull, "I just wanted to ask the human if they wanted to have dinner before they continued their journey." The human nodded.

Sans shortcutted them to the MTT restaurant, "So, you feeling any better about the surface?" The human shook her head. "I can't help you there, but I wanted to say, kiddo. You aren't undeserving of kindness. That's all." Sans stood up, "Sans." "Yes." "I'm sorry." Sans nodded, "I'm not going to say I accept your apology because I don't, but I do appreciate it." Sans teleported out.

The girl made it to the judgment hall. Sans wondered how in any timeline, Mettaton ends up not fighting her. Oh well, "So, judgment begins. You had a rough road at the start, a really rough road. But I only judge current timelines. You have no LOVE. So let me know, are you going to fight or refuse and get yourself killed?"

"What kind of question is that!?" Sans really needed to understand this human more. That was supposed to be a push in the right direction, but that didn't go as intended, "I was trying to help you." She nodded. "Anyways, we could discuss my helpfulness or you could go through with your notebook." Why is it always a notebook? The girl ran through.

Papyrus ran in the hall with Toriel soon after, "Good, you're here! We can't let the human fight." You say that now? "My child cannot be harmed." Sans was again forced to run to the barrier. At least he isn't trying to escape this time.
