Scarlet Spider: They call me Kaine. The most powerful clone of Spider-Man. It was just a regular day at Houston when it was invaded by a dark clone of Sonic the Hedgehog and his army. Working alongside Tiki, we forced the invaders to retreat back to their world and saved the city from being blown up. That fake hedgehog was getting on my nerves. Get the feeling this is all Parker's fault! Where are the Dimensional Avengers so they can clean up their own damn mess?

Issue 21: The Ring of Chaos
"Hey, Pete! Wake up!"
"HOW is he still asleep?!"
"The Dark Phoenix was a formidable foe that required all his energy to defeat. We should be grateful that he survived."
"I don't care that he crashed himself from space! We're not gonna survive a week in here if he doesn't get his lazy butt up! PETER PARKER! WAKE UP!"
Suddenly startled by Weiss's furious shouting, Spider-Man springs himself awake retorting, "Yes, Mrs. Winterhalter?!", and finding himself in a groundless green void where he floats alongside the frowning Schnee as well as Sonic and Lucina.
"I see you're all better." Lucina noticed stoically.
"Yeah…to tell you the truth, I feel perfectly fine." Spidey responded, doing some stretches to loosen his stiff muscles after being asleep for so long. "So, where are we? The last thing I remember is defeating Dark Phoenix. But then…Did we defeat the Aurum?" He asked his fellow Dimensional Avengers, wanting to catch up on what he missed while he was unconscious.
"Yes. But shortly after the battle, we found ourselves in this void. We believe the Masters of Evil ambushed us while we were weak and asleep." Lucina briefed her leader on everything she knows.
"Man, I must've been really conked out if I didn't sense anyone. Where're Pit and Palutena? Are they here somewhere?" Spidey glanced for any sighting of his two Skyworld friends, but finds nothing but the vast emptiness of the void.
"It's just us. They must be back at Skyworld. I'm worried. Pit was as exhausted as us so he won't last long. And I know Palutena is a god, but I have doubts she'll last forever against the Masters of Evil." Weiss frowned, expressing worry for the Skyworlders.
"We need to go back and help." Spidey said.
"We've been trying, but we couldn't find any exit! Not even our Dimensional Travel Watches could get us out!" Weiss retorted.
"What about the Dream Stone?" Spidey recommends using their Exo Stone to free themselves from this pocket dimension.
"Left it back at Skyworld. Sorry. Blasting Grimadoom to the sun took a lot out of me, though I doubt that finished him off." Sonic said sheepishly, suspecting correctly that the bio-android is still alive.
"We were hoping you would have a plan to free us." Lucina told the webslinger.
"Give me a sec…" Spidey requested, refusing to give up as he thinks his hardest for an escape plan from this inescapable dimension.
Fortunately he won't have to do much thinking as a rescue plan was already put in motion just for them by a certain Skyworld Goddess. A cosmic golden light suddenly emanates from above the dimensional heroes and descends before them all as the Exo Dream Stone, much to their shock. "The Dream Stone!" Spidey exclaimed.
"How did it get here?" A confused Sonic questioned its sudden appearance.
"Who cares? We're lucky! Pit and Palutena need our help! Let's get out of here!" Weiss retorted sternly.
Spidey nods in total agreement, "Right.", before holding onto the Stone to harness its dreamy power, "Dream Stone, I have a wish! I wish for you to get us out of here! Take us back to Pit's World!" He wished, then watches as the Dream Stone grants his wish by seamlessly teleporting all four heroes out of the pocket dimension.

BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Little Girl's Theme
The Dream Stone returns the Dimensional Avengers to the human realm of Pit's World, where they find themselves standing in a grassy field beneath a gloomy sky. "Sweet! We're back! Feels like we've been gone for years." Spider-Man joked.
"I hope our friends are well." Lucina frowned, worried about whatever predicament Pit and Palutena are in right now.
Spider-Man activates his Webware, looking at his wrist device to try and get in contact with his missing friends by any means. "Their comms are down, but I'm picking up their readings. They're alive. Thank goodness. Was worried I wouldn't make Pit a Dimensional Avenger." He revealed, believing that the kid angel is ready to become an Avenger thanks to his major contributions in defeating both the Aurum and the Masters of Evil.
"Where is he now so you can deliver the good news?" Lucina smiled.
"He's close by actually. Over there." Spidey points to a nearby war-torn town, where they notice Centurions flying down to.
"Hey! Are those centurions? That town looks like it's in trouble. Palutena must have sent troops in to help." Sonic noticed.
"We'd better head there too and see if there's anything we can do. Find Pit, save the town, return to Skyworld, and hope we didn't miss anything too special." Spidey commanded.

The Dimensional Avengers then run toward the Decimated Town to investigate, blissfully unaware of how much the world has changed since their absence. For instance, they fail to notice a little girl is watching them from afar and desperately trying to get their attention but to no avail. The little girl acts as if she knows the dimensional heroes personally. Wearing a mysterious ring that houses the fate of this ruined world.

BGM-Spider-Man 2 (Game) OST-Arachnophiliac
It is just New Goblin and Dark Weiss alone in a training room enjoying a sparring match with each other. Not much has changed with them in the past three years except for their incredible skills that have improved greatly, with the two wrestling to overpower each other with their respective swords. Dark Weiss kicks away her leader and tries slamming her weapon down upon him just as Harry leaps out of the way, countering with a dashing spinkick that knocks her aback. Respectively and swiftly amidst their turns, Harry and Dark Weiss hit each other with powerful electricity and ice, causing the fight to result in an explosive tie that has them on a knee for a breather.

"Your technique still has those maddening sloppy touches. But you've improved your focus on battle. Improved your ability to calm your mind." Dark Weiss acknowledged, still sounding as cold and stoic as ever.
"Wow, that was very close to a compliment." quipped Harry, retracting his mask to reveal his teasing smile at his embarrassed teammate.
"I didn't intend it that way." Dark Weiss claimed, feeling flustered while crossing her arms and turning away in annoyance.
"We all make mistakes, I guess." Harry remarked.
Once again, Dark Weiss shows more emotion around Harry by smiling and laughing before embracing each other with a passionate kiss. It would also seem that these two corrupted rich kids have entered a relationship in the past three years, one kept relatively private to avoid criticism and teasing from Hades. "You've changed." Harry teased his girlfriend.
"Perhaps." Dark Weiss smiled at her boyfriend, "When do we leave for Sparta?"
"Hopefully by the end of the day, once Dark Lucina returns from recon." Harry answered.
"Good. I knew Dark Sonic was full of himself, but I never expected him to outright betray us to establish his own army." Dark Weiss frowned, back to her usual cold attitude.
"A lot has changed in the past three years. He even took down Poseidon." Harry claimed.
"His idiotic actions are delaying our masters' plans by the day. It is time for the Dark Avengers to dispose of that traitor." Dark Weiss declared sinisterly, before saying these soft words to her boyfriend, "Once he is out of the picture, the two of us will be one step closer in achieving our dreams."
"I wonder about that…" Harry muttered, shying away from her in concern of his own inner conflict.
"Harry?" Dark Weiss remarked, looking concerned for him and would've comforted him if they weren't interrupted.
BGM-Spider-Man 3 (Game) OST-Black Suit Theme #2
"Ah. There are the lovebirds." teased Loki upon entering the training room.
"Lord Loki!" Dark Weiss greeted, with the two mortals bowing formally to their dark master, "How can we be of service, our master?"
"It would seem that old mortal enemies have come out of hiding." Loki said cryptically, which was enough for his minions to realize what has happened.
"The Dimensional Avengers are alive?" Harry retorted in shock.
"Yes. I detected their Exo Stone not too long ago. They were spotted at a town swarming with Palutena's soldiers." Loki informed them.
"We will head out at once to ambush them." Dark Weiss commented.
"No need. I am certain they will have their hands full. They are in for quite a surprise." Loki smiled ominously. "Still, their sudden return requires a slight change to our plans. Dark Weiss, you will lead the assault on Sparta." He ordered her, much to her slight shock.
"Wait, I thought I was leading the assault." The confused Harry retorted.
"Schnee, leave us for the moment. Goblin and I have something to discuss." Loki sternly ordered her.
"Understood." Dark Weiss bowed before leaving the room, but not before shooting a concerned glance at her goblinfied boyfriend.
Harry Osborn and Loki Laufeyson. A mortal and a god, and yet they are two sons that share strained relationships with their fathers. It is just them now in the training room facing each other, with the mortal both curious and worried on what the god has to say to him. "I have your most important mission yet that requires your most unwavering resolve." Loki said forebodingly to his lackey.
"I'm ready." Harry claimed with a stoic tone.
"Are you?" Loki remains unconvinced, "It has come to my attention that you have been distracted these past few years. Care to tell me what is the problem? I would like to help you to the best of my abilities."
Once more, Harry thinks back to his past. He closes his eyes to better feel the memories. Of the good. Of the bad. And the most conflicting memories. One side of his heart recalls the times he expressed pure hatred for Peter Parker, like the time he was drunk and slapped his former friend during a party, and the time he nearly destroyed his relationship with Mary Jane. But another growing side of his heart recalls their amazing friendship. Like the time they shared an apartment. The time he told Peter of Doctor Octopus's hideout when the supervillain kidnapped Mary Jane. As well as the time Peter took his unconscious body to a hospital after he fought him as New Goblin for the first time. These good memories, once locked away, are returning to him. Slowly and surprisingly overcoming the hatred that had corrupted his heart.
"I…I'm not sure myself. My head was feeling…foggy…" Harry answered unsurely.
"Your memories were altered…right?" Loki revealed ominously, much to his lackey's shock.
"How…How the hell did that happen…?" Harry questioned.
"Must be a little side-effect of when I healed you. I did intervene with your world's timeline. You were at death's door after Spider-Man impaled you with your own glider." Loki claimed, beginning to act creepy by pacing around him.
Harry almost believes him when his memories, his true memories, reveal to him the truth. It wasn't Spider-Man who nearly killed him. In fact, Harry willingly sacrificed himself to save Spidey from a Venom creature. He was thrown at death's door when Loki appeared and used his magic to heal his wounds. But unbeknownst to Harry at the time, he also used his magic to brainwash him. He then recalls some words of his so-called enemies. Of Earth Prime's Spider-Man's. Of Weiss's. Of Dark Sonic's. Of their opinions on Loki and his mischievous ways.
'…Loki and Medusa are just USING YOU…One of them loves to parade around as the God of LIES…!'
'…I am NOT thanking that trickster…I don't trust him…'
'…Unlike you, who's still a sucker for Loki's lies…His magic has really done a number on your noggin…What good is the promise of a god…'
Gasping with the realization that he has fallen for Loki's tricks, Harry mutters, "Lies…Oh my god…What have I become?"
"Excuse me?" Loki remarked curiously.
"…WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO ME?!" Harry roared upon bursting out his Aura of God and unveiling his Ionic Sword, using his maximum power to deliver a furiously ferocious slash that is simply blocked by Loki's scepter.
Mockingly, Loki just laughs at him, "Fufuahahahaha!"
"The hell are you laughing for?" Harry scowled.
With just a glowing glare, Loki disables his god power before repelling his attack with ease. He knocks the sword out of his hand whilst summoning to his own hand a malicious blue Norn Stone, forcing it to fuse with Harry's soul. "AGH?! GAAAAAAAH!" Harry screams in utter agony as the darkness overwhelms him, violently, from the inside out.
"Harry Osborn…Your failures and interactions with Spider-Man have weakened your resolve. Are you dissatisfied with the plan to revive your father? Enough to turn on your master…?" Loki cruelly taunts him while he's kneeling in pain.
"Y-You…lie…! …D-Damn…you…!" Harry cursed him.
Loki chuckles, "Well, rest assured…I will bring you one step closer to your father…However, you no longer have to do anything…Let the Norn Stone of Darkness do the work." He claimed cryptically, much to his minion's pained confusion. "You're no more than a child anyway…In the world of gods, it doesn't matter what wish you have…!"
"S-Stop screw…ing…around…!" Harry retorted, struggling to resist the dark power for another second.
"You no longer need to even desire anything…In fact, you don't even need to think anymore…All you need is to hate Spider-Man…Make him suffer. Make him wish he were dead. ATTACK HIS HEART!" Loki ordered maliciously.
Unable to resist the overwhelming darkness any longer, Harry unleashes an agonizing roar, "GUUUUAAAAAAAAAAAGH!", alongside a violent burst of energy that consumes the entire chamber. What has become of Osborn is enveloped by a dark aura. One that makes him out as a demonic silhouette that will serve as Loki's ultimate instrument of destruction.
"…Yes, for my 'desires'…!" Loki smiled sinisterly at his latest and most powerful creation.

Meanwhile at the Decimated Town…
"This town has seen better days." joked Spider-Man, walking alongside his Dimensional Avengers through this once-thriving town that has become a shadow of its former self.
"The Masters of Evil must've hit this place bad." Sonic commented.
"Them or the Underworld Army." Weiss remarked.
"Hope there are survivors." Lucina uttered.
BGM-Sonic Adventure OST-The Past

"GET AWAY!"
"HE'S BEHIND US!"
Upon hearing the sudden screams of civilians, the curious Dimensional Avengers look to find several of them fleeing for their lives from a mysterious threat. "Whatever you're runnin' away from, we'll deal with 'em no problem!" Sonic assured the people.
"AAAAH! The Dark King!" A Female Civilian shouted in a shocked fright.
"P-P-Please spare us, your majesty! Save us from that menace! He has all but destroyed our town!" begged a Male Civilian, with him and many others bowing in fear to the very confused blue hedgehog.
"Dark King?" The curious Lucina questioned.
"Whoa whoa whoa! You talkin' about me? I'm no Dark King!" Sonic told the people that are too afraid of him to notice the difference between him and his dark imposter.
The confusing situation grows weirder and horrifying when the sky rains dark arrows that massacres many civilians before the shocked heroes. Spidey glances at the two remaining survivors and is quick to dash to their rescue before arrows kill them as well. As the survivors flee to safety, an angry Spidey turns around asking, "Who had the nerve to-?", only to shut up in shock upon spotting the murderer that awfully resembles a friend. "Pit?!" The Web Warrior finds Pit hovering above him by the Power of Flight. Something about him is different though. His eyes look dead, soulless, and he's wielding a Darkness Bow that is shrouded in mystery. That same weapon is used firing dark arrows that force Spidey to dodge them all in order to cover the angel's retreat from the area. "Wait!" Spidey reaches out for him in vain as his voice fell on deaf ears.
"Why did he kill these people?! Has he lost his mind?!" Weiss questioned angrily.
"Pretty sure its being controlled! We need to catch up and knock some sense into him!" Spidey retorted, believing without a doubt that Pit's Body is being controlled somehow.

The dimensional heroes press on, traveling through the wreckage of the town in search of Pit and answers on his mindless rampage. They lost sight of him shortly after, only for their eyes to find another familiar face fighting off hordes of centurions with just his giant sword. "Hold on! Is that Magnus?! Fighting centurions?!" An incredibly confused Spider-Man exclaimed.
"Did the entire world go crazy while we were gone?!" Sonic quipped.
Magnus is as strong and ferocious to his enemies as ever. With just single swings of his blade, the mightiest mercenary sends the centurions flying to their doom without breaking a sweat. He then looks around and, to his pleasant surprise, spots the Dimensional Avengers approaching him. "Well, if it ain't you kids. Where the heck have you been all this time?" Magnus asked his old friends.
"Oh you know, saving the world and sleeping inside a pocket dimension for who knows how long. What have you been up to these days? I see you're going crazy on centurions for a paycheck." Spidey quipped.
"The centurions are the ones that've gotten crazy. Same with Pit. Any idea why?" Magnus asked.
"We WERE trapped in a pocket dimension. Hard to get updates on everyone through social media." Spidey snarked.
"Making no sense as usual…" Magnus sighed.
Out of nowhere, a dog shows up and hops onto the mercenary's back. "Nice pet." Sonic joked.
"He ain't mine." retorted Magnus, with the frantic dog shoving the same Ring that the Little Girl from earlier was wearing into his face.
"Is that a ring?" Lucina noticed, upon Magnus finally taking it from the dog's mouth so it can get off his back.
"Not interested." Magnus tosses it behind him after a quick inspection.
"C'mon. It might have a genie." Sonic quipped.
"Don't genies come from lamps or something?" Magnus retorted while walking away.
"Not the one I met." Sonic snarked, recalling an Arabian adventure with a Genie of the Ring.
"I wanna have a Ring Genie." Spidey quipped upon picking up the cursed ring that he observes, "Hmm…Dunno why, but it feels like this ring is calling to me. Like someone needs help or something…"
Fearlessly, Spider-Man places the ring on his finger. His mind suddenly shuts off from a mystical shock that causes his head to lower and his body to remain stationary. Magnus noticed this, and feeling concerned, approaches him to ask, "You feeling okay, Webhead?"
Spider-Man awakens, but something has changed about him. His voice sounds different, "Yes! Thank YOU! Woo-hoo!", and his expressively energetic mannerisms is extremely reminiscent of a certain kid angel that confuses everyone around him.
"Wait a sec. That voice…Pit?!" Sonic recognized.
"The angel?!" Magnus remarked in shock.
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Magnus's Theme
"Yeah, it's me! About time you guys noticed! I've been following you ever since you showed up outta nowhere outside of town! First I was a girl, then a dog, now a Spider…Man." Pit said, speaking through Spider-Man's body.
"It's official…This is the weirdest day ever…" sighed Weiss, facepalming at all the bizarreness she has encountered today until now.
"So your mind was inside that ring. How did that happen?" Lucina questioned the spider-angel.
"Heck if I know. The last thing I remember is someone blowing up Palutena's Temple. Next thing I knew, I was a ring that has the name Chaos Kin stuck in my brain." Pit retorted.
"And what of Spider-Man?" Lucina asked.
"Oh, he's with me. He's not too thrilled that I hijacked his body." Pit said sheepishly.
'This is the LAST thing I wanted to happen to me!' Spider-Man complained, trapped in his own head with no one but Pit able to hear him, 'Why did I think wearing the ring was a good idea? I should've pranked Magnus into wearing it!'
"Don't worry—I'll be super extra careful with your body." Pit quipped to his mind buddy.
"Why exactly are you in HIS body instead of your own?" Magnus questioned him.
"I don't know! Seems like only yesterday when all of us were fighting together." Pit replied.
"Yesterday?! Try THREE YEARS, buddy." Magnus expressed.
"WHAT?! Three years?" Pit and the Dimensional Avengers retorted with the utmost unified shock in their voices.
"No way we've been gone that long!" Sonic reacted in disbelief.
"That's impossible! You have to tell us what's going on!" Pit commented.
"How's this for starters? You've become the enemy of all mankind." Magnus said directly to the angel.
"What?! Stop messing with me." Pit snarked.
"So this IS news to you." Magnus realized as he then explains to the heroes on what they missed these past three years, "Remember the war between the Forces of Nature, Underworld, and Palutena's army? Just when it seemed like the war was over, everyone in Palutena's army vanished."
"Vanished?! Where'd we go?!" Pit retorted.
"Beats me." Mangus responded as he continues, "But your absence let the Underworld keep attacking us humans. Then you all reappeared. But instead of helping us, you started going after us too! So now we humans have the Underworld and Palutena's army trying to wipe us out! And if THAT wasn't bad enough, some Sonic lookalike conquered the whole planet and declared himself king while the gods were too busy beating each other up!"
"Wait, you talkin' about Dark Sonic? HE'S the Dark King folks were mistaking me for? HE conquered the entire WORLD?!" Sonic retorted, completely caught off-guard by the news of his clone's global accomplishments.
"At least the lands where us humans live." Magnus answered, "Gotta give him props. His Dark Empire has been giving the gods a good fight, at the cost of making life even MORE miserable than it already is! No one knows what happened. Did your goddess just lose her mind?"
"Don't ask me. I've been a ring." Pit quipped.
"And we were trapped in a void. The Masters of Evil must be behind this." Lucina frowned.
"If they are, you'd think they make a big deal out of it already." Magnus countered, thinking the Masters are not entirely behind this crisis.
"I know we have to do something. There must be some way we can reason with her." Pit wondered.
"Well, maybe YOU can. I'm not even sure if she's controlling her own army anymore." Magnus snarked.
"OK, first things first. That guy attacking the town? That wasn't me." Pit assured his friends.
"So your mind is in Spider-Man's, but your body is over there destroying stuff? Isn't that convenient. Tell that to all the people your body just killed." Magnus retorted.
"Look, I didn't exactly plan it this way." Pit argued.
"Whether you did or not, there's not much I can do for you now. You've got Spider-Man's body and us to back you up. So you're going to have to get rid of the other Pit. Ironically, that's why I was here in the first place." Magnus smiled.
"Well, if that's our only option, I guess that's the plan!" Pit acknowledged the plan and gets himself ready to follow it through within the body of the Amazing Spider-Man.
'Careful with my body. I'm gonna need it later.' Spidey quipped.

BGM-Sonic and the Black Knight OST-Deep Woods
With Magnus back on their side, the reunited Goddess Avengers Alliance continue venturing through the Decimated Town in order to reunite Pit with his own body. Centurions try getting in their way only to be easily fended off by Magnus and Pit, with the mercenary smacking goons aside one by one and the angel using Spider-Man's body to barrage punches onto a Centurion Strongarm before smashing him through multiple buildings with an accidentally powerful front kick.
"Whoa! I always knew you were strong, Spidey, but not THIS strong!" An amazed Pit commented just as quickly as his newfound spider-reflexes helps him dodge numerous arrows from a Centurion horde, "Or this fast! I feel like a god in here!"
'Thanks, but could you hold back just a tad? Don't wanna watch you punch a jaw out of a person's skull.' Spidey quipped.
"How do I thwip?" Pit excitedly asked for instructions on how to use webbing.
'Just hold your hand out like a rockstar and press your palm.' Spidey advised brotherly.
Pit complies and fires several web shots that ensnares the Centurion horde that are way too comically weak to free themselves. "This is so amazing!" He said with such overwhelming joy as he starts webswinging for the first time, "Watch out! Here comes the Spider-Angel!" Suddenly, his Spider-Sense tingles, "Why is my head tingling-?", which confused him long enough to accidently slam himself onto a building, "AUGH!"
A deadpanned Spidey sighs, 'I cannot wait for you to move out…'
"It just feels wrong going up against centurions." said Weiss, swiftly countering the swinging halberds of Centurion Knights with quick attacks of her rapier.
"Kid, there are tons of them. Nobody's going to notice if a few go missing." snarked Magnus, demolishing a horde of Centurion Knights with one mean blade swing.
Quickly after, Sonic is grinding on rope before jumping off to run and spinball under a Centurion Strongarm's fist. "Aww, look at this cute little fella." He joked before spindashing his back.
"I liked it better when the centurion strongarms were on our side. They're basically all muscle. Even their brains are muscle." Pit said while webbing the big guy.
"Just like you, right, buddy?" Magnus chuckled while his sword destroys the strongarm.
"Hey! I'm strong where it counts!" Pit argued.
"Sure you are." Magnus snarked.
After that tease is pain being catapulted at them at a terrifying velocity. Pain came in the form of explosive rocks that the heroes narrowly avoided before spotting the machine-like assailant. 'Hey, it's a less-intimidating Juggernaut.' Spidey joked about the latest troop in Palutena's Army.
"Last I knew, Juggernauts were still in the design phase." Pit said.
"Well, they look real enough now." Magnus retorted while dodging rapidfire shots.
"We started developing them as a defensive measure after the Hewdraw attack. I never thought they'd be used for evil…" Pit commented.
'Just stay clear of those stones. One of those could wreck me. I would know. I helped design them.' quipped Spidey, watching the angel use his spider-agility to dodge the hurled rocks for one devastating kick through the Juggernaut that blows up instantly after.
From that, the heroes run down a pathway that leads to an area accompanied by Centurions of many varieties. "Look at this happy little family." The unintimidated Magnus taunted them.
"They won't be happy when I'm done with them! Showtime!" Pit said while imitating Spider-Man's voice. Badly. But it doesn't stop their friends from being amused.
"Is that suppose to sound like Spidey? 'Cause it sure does." Sonic laughed while fighting the terribly weak enemies.
'No it doesn't! That was terrible!' Spidey retorted angrily.
"They can't hear you, Pete." replied Pit, hitting a goon with a backflip kick that sends himself into the air to ensnare multiple mooks with webbing.
'And Sonic can't see me giving him the bird!' Spidey retorted.
As soon as that enemy horde was vanquished, the party runs up into another enemy horde at the bottom of a spiraling tower. This enemy horde is massive consisting of three factions: Palutena's Army, The Underworld, and the Dark Empire. All of them after each other's blood as well as the heroes. "Oh, man! Are those Spartans fighting centurions AND the Underworld?" Pit reacted with shock upon entering the battlezone.
"They're working under Dark Sonic now. His main top soldiers in his Dark Empire, using weaponry salvaged from when the Masters of Evil invaded." Magnus explained, briefly having trouble and growing frustrated fighting off Spartans atop of Underworlders and Skyworlders, "There are so many enemies today! What, was MinionMart having a sale?"
"Those centurions are fighting an Underworld Crawler." Pit noticed, assisting the centurions in destroying the Crawler, "I guess this means Lady Palutena is still battling the Underworld Army.", before taking out the centurions himself.
"So at the very least, Hades and Loki haven't seized command of Palutena's army." Magnus commented.
"And if it isn't the Masters of Evil, then who does that leave? And where IS Lady Palutena anyway?" Pit wondered.
"We'll find our answers at Skyworld. First we need to reunite you with your original body." retorted Lucina, disarming Spartans of their futuristic swords and shields before taking them down with an electrified slash.
After fighting off all enemy factions, the end approaches as the heroes head out the tower. 'Hey look, Pit. There's a hot spring.' Spidey pointed out a nearby hot spring for his friend.
"Ah sweet!" Pit retorted elatingly whilst approaching the hot spring.
'Take a little break. You earned it.' Spidey allowed.
"Thanks." smiled Pit, entering the hot spring for some brief enjoyable relaxation that is returning the body to full strength, "Yeah, that's the stuff."
'Hot springs don't usually heal humans. You must be having an effect on me.' Spidey noted.
"THIS is how you enjoy a hot spring! Step one: breathe deep. Step two: clear mind." Pit advised his big brotherly spider.
'OK…'
"Step three: remove pants."
'Wait—what? No, those are MY pants!' Peter retorted as he's already been embarrassed enough for one day.
Up a narrow path is the last line of Centurion defenses that still think they can take on Magnus and the Dimensional Avengers. They put up a decent fight, keeping the heroes at bay for a bit until they weave through their various attacks. Sonic chains his Homing Attacks on Centurion Knights. Weiss releases a burst of icy energy that freezes regular Centurions. And after Lucina reflects a Juggernaut's hurled rocks, Magnus destroys it with a fearsome leaping slash. Surprisingly, a Centurion Strongarm catches them off-guard and smacks the two warriors away and would've continued his assault if Spider-Angel didn't show up out of nowhere, elbowing the giant in the chest and evading his punches while webbing him enough for a mighty web-throw that eliminates all remaining enemies.
'You're getting into the swing of things.' Spidey punned, complimenting Pit's growing skills as a Spider-Man.
"I'm a quick learner." Pit quipped.
"We should be getting close. Are you ready?" Magnus asked his allies, who all respond with determined nods.

The Goddess Avengers Alliance arrive on a large platform at the outskirts of town. It is here where they finally find Pit's Body landing before them, still as silent and disturbingly creepy as earlier. 'There he is.' Spidey pointed out the obvious threat.
"Hey! That's MY body!" Pit stated fiercely.
"We've got to take him down…WITHOUT killing him." Magnus told everyone to be careful.
"It's 5-on-1. That might be tough." Sonic joked as both sides prepare for battle.
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Boss Fight 1
He may lack a mind and emotions, but Pit's Body fights as Pit normally would. He uses Guardian Orbitars to quickly deflect Sonic's Spin Dash before flipping away from the swordswomen and parrying their strong blows, finding his opening to knock them aback with a charged bow blast. Despite how it looks, this battle isn't easy. The soulless angel is fighting with everything, striking Spider-Angel with double powerful slashes, while the heroes are holding back so they won't kill Pit's body, as demonstrated by Magnus landing a light attack that doesn't stop Pit's Body from retaliating with a swift arrow to his sides.
"You little punk…!" Magnus scowled.
"Your body isn't making this easy!" Weiss frowned while firing numerous ice blasts that the silent angel keeps dodging.
"You guys are tough, but I'm no slouch either." Pit retorted, landing a surprise blow on his own body.
"You're the only member of Palutena's army who can carry his own weight. Don't even get me started on the centurions. Yeah, there's ton of them, but they're all pretty flimsy." Magnus said.
"They're grunts. What do you expect? There's no incentive for them to toughen up—they get revived when they die." Pit proclaimed.
"What are you talking about? So do you!" Magnus retorted.
"Well, yeah, but…I can't help it if Lady Palutena has my back!" Pit replied sheepishly.
Pit's Body runs at Magnus to land a spinning inward slash at his sword that blocks then repels his attack with herculean force, knocking him into the air for Sonic to kick down. Lucina follows up with dancing slashes that the angel evades while forced to take several steps back until he is in the position for Weiss to freeze him. The battle looks to be over, except not really when the soulless angel frees himself with surprisingly incredible strength and arrows down all five heroes in a single attack.
"I hate me…" Pit complained while struggling to stand up from that last attack.
'Just focus on dodging and not getting hit.' Spidey advised, which is all he can do from his uncontrollable position.
"Obviously. I guess I should've played more Light vs. Dark to train…" Pit grunted.
'No need. Use your Spider-Sense. Listen to it like you listen to Palutena. Stay calm. You got this!' Spidey encouraged him.
Heeding to his helpful advice, Pit takes a deep breath to calm himself and confront his body in a staring standoff. The spider-angel shifts himself into a defensive stance, right before the soulless angel charges his Darkness Bow to maximum power. Once it does, he fires his strongest dashing charged shot straight at the hero that is still in his defensive stance. Pit isn't afraid at all, for he's inhabiting the body of the Amazing Spider-Man with the amazing Spider-Senses that helps him dodge the shot perfectly and seamlessly. 'Now! Blind him!' Spidey shouted, as Pit complies with a web shot to the face. 'Disarm him!' He shouted again, this time with Pit web yanking his bow, 'And finish him off with a Spider Sting!'
Just as Pit's Body rips the webbing off his face, his eyes stare at the looming Spider-Angel about to finish him with a fearsome strike. "Now give me back my body!" Pit furiously demanded upon unleashing an amazing jumping uppercut that knocks his own body out cold.

'Awesome job, Spider-Angel!' Spidey praised him for defeating himself.
"OK, let's get this ring on him." Magnus said.
Everyone gathers around as the Ring of Chaos is put on the finger of Pit's body. It shatters upon body and soul reuniting, knocking Spider-Man's Body unconscious while Pit's remain motionless. "Pit! Spider-Man! …Come on! Wake up!" Magnus then proceeded to gently shake them awake.
"Unnnngh…!" Both Spidey and Pit are heard groaning, and thankfully seen awakening in their original bodies.
Upon hopping to his feet, Spidey excitedly exclaims, "I'm back-!"
"I'm back in the game!" Pit interrupted whilst accidently knocking down his spider-friend, striking a pose in celebration.
"Well, that did the trick." Magnus scratched his snarky head.
"What was it like being trapped in your own body?" Lucina curiously asked her spider-leader.
"Claustrophobic." Spidey joked.
"Could've been worse. Could've switched minds with Doc Ock." Sonic quipped.
"Or Wolverine, god forbid." Spidey snarked deadpannedly.
"Thanks, Magnus!" Pit smiled at his mercenary friend.
"Eh, it was nothing." Magnus shrugged.
"There's only one thing... How are we supposed to get back to Skyworld?" Pit wondered.
"Why don't you just fly?" Magnus questioned.
"Flying, getting extracted from battle—that's all Lady Palutena's doing." Pit replied.
"Lemme see if I can call in the Aven-Jet and pray Lady Lights hasn't taken it on any joyrides these past three years." Spidey joked while interacting with his Webware.
"I'll ask her myself." Pit responded, looking up at the sky and shouting at the heavens for any god to hear his request, "Lady Palutena! Can you hear me?! I need your help! I can't fly without you! Please help me! Help us! Please give us the power to fly back to the heavens…and back to you!"
Seamlessly, a divine light shines down onto Pit and lifts him off the ground with the familiar power of flight. That same light also descends the Aven-Jet Prime for the Dimensional Avengers to ride. "I guess she must have heard you." Magnus snarked.
"Whew! What a relief!" said Pit, as the Avengers hop into their Aven-Jet.
"See ya, Magnus!" Spidey exclaimed excitedly, piloting his jet as both it and Pit flies away.
The Dimensional Avengers are back in the skies and soaring away from the decimated town in high spirits of learning more of what they missed during their absence. Starting with, what happened to Palutena? "I missed you, Lady Palutena! I'm so glad you're back to lead me!" Pit expressed his joyous gratitude to her.
'Right. About that…' said by a goddess that is most definitely not Palutena, much to the heroes' surprise as they instantly recognize that childish voice.
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-The Ring of Chaos
"Huh?! Viridi?" Pit exclaimed.
"Seriously?!" Sonic retorted.
'That's right. I'M the one controlling your flight path.' Viridi revealed herself through her usual smug demeanor.
"Really? How is that even possible?" Pit questioned.
"And how did you get your kiddy hands on my ship?" Spidey asked immediately after.
'Don't you know? Anything Palutena can do, I can do better!' Viridi boasted.
"That doesn't answer anything!"
'Oh shut up! Do you want my help or not?' The Goddess of Nature bickered, just like old times.
"Actually, I was just thinking about how nice it would be to fly on my own." Pit said.
'Yeah? Not an option.' Viridi snarked.
"Will you at least tell me what happened to Lady Palutena?" Pit asked politely.
'I'll do you one better. I'll show you.' Viridi decided, 'Please fasten your seat belt. This is a nonstop flight to Skyworld.'
"Guess we don't really have a choice here." Weiss commented.
'Nope, not really.' Viridi wisecracked.
"Then we're all in!" Pit declared resolutely before speeding up.
Nothing will stop them from reaching Skyworld. Not a deadly storm. Not the Centurions. Nothing. The Aven-Jet is more than capable of surviving those conditions with its high-flying skills and laser weaponry that blasts through countless centurions in a blink of an eye. Some of the airborne debris was a little annoying to dodge, but regardless they are nearing their destination. 'We're approaching Skyworld.' Viridi announced.
"I'm praying that Lady Palutena is all right." Pit hoped.
'You're praying? To who? You are one confused angel.' Viridi snarked.
Upon reaching the heavenly realm, it only took an instant for the heroes to witness just how much it has changed in the past three years. And it is the complete opposite of a pleasant sight. "What the…?" Spider-Man is speechless, just as much as his friends, to see Skyworld in ruins. Ravaged. Laid defenseless after repeated assaults by the Underworld Army.
"Everything is in…ruin." Lucina commented.
"What…What happened here?! It used to be so beautiful…" Pit frowned.
'Looks what's become of it.' Viridi said somberly, 'Palutena's gone off the deep end and destroyed Skyworld in the process. She's still fighting the Underworld Army, but she's mankind's enemy now too.'
"And what about your Forces of Nature?" Sonic asked gravely.
'Oh, they keep busy. But less so now that the humans are occupied with Palutena and your clone.' Viridi answered.
"And to think, I was so worried about her…" Pit sadly said.
'Well, if you're not too busy moping, there's something you should see.' Viridi replied, just as the heroes near the decimated, 'Palutena's temple!'
"It's all beat up!" Pit exclaimed.
"You were right." Weiss recalled Pit informing them of the temple's destruction, and it seems he was right, much to their added horror.
The heroes are then hit with another surprise. This one coming from the Goddess of Light herself, emerging as a large projection from behind the temple and greeting her friends with an unusual cold, "WELL, IT'S BEEN A WHILE, PIT. YOU TOO, DIMENSIONAL AVENGERS."
"Palutena!" Spidey exclaimed.
"It's like the entire world's been turned upside down! What's going on?" Pit asked his goddess that seems to have betrayed him and her own ideals.
"EVERYTHING CHANGES, PIT. EVEN GODS." Palutena claimed, using her vast telekinetic power to throw several floating islands at the heroes that could only and narrowly dodge them as she continues talking, "AND TO BE FRANK, I'M TIRED OF FIGHTING FOR THOSE UNGRATEFUL HUMANS. TIRED OF WORKING ALONGSIDE THESE DISRESPECTFUL AVENGERS THAT THREATEN MY RULE. AND I'M ESPECIALLY TIRED OF DEALING WITH YOU!"
"No!" Pit retorted whilst avoiding being killed by an island by the skin of his teeth.
"Awww, you don't mean that." Spidey playfully teased the very serious light goddess.
'You heard her. This is real.' Viridi remarked.
"She's being manipulated. Someone else is pulling the strings!" Pit insisted with absolute denial that his favorite goddess has turned to the dark side.
'No, you're the only puppet here.' Palutena chuckled mockingly upon deactivating her hologram.
"I have to help her! Viridi! Send me in!" Pit ordered.
'Are you sure about that?' Viridi teased.
"Absolutely!"
'Don't say I didn't warn you!' Viridi snarked.
The Goddess of Nature strengthens his power of flight to its maximum before sending Pit flying toward the temple at tremendous speeds. "Lady Palutenaaaaaa!" He screamed. However, he finds himself shocked upon colliding with a massive forcefield surrounding the temple that repels him across the skies of Skyworld, "Aaaaugh!"

'Oops! I forgot to mention. Her temple is protected by a force field.' Viridi smugingly mocked his hilarious attempt.
"Should've seen that coming." Sonic snarked.
"You totally set me up!" Pit complained.
'Well, there's nothing more we can do here. Come on, Avengers.' Viridi said, using her divine powers to extract the heroes from the battlefield.
Viridi's Residence.
Pit and the Dimensional Avengers are transported to a new home now that Skyworld is compromised. Warped into a palace surrounded by nature and made from nature, landing their Aven-Jet in an orange-tinted docking bay where Viridi awaits them. "Hey we finally meet in-person for once. You're a lot smaller than I thought." Spidey teased the nature goddess as soon as the heroes exit the jet.
"I WILL kick you out as quick as I brought you here!" Viridi retorted angrily.
"Assuming your foot can reach my butt." Spidey joked.
"There are always the shins." Viridi snarked whilst leading her new guests to her own stylized war room.
"What happened here?" Pit questioned.
"Well, you've still got to prep for battle. Like it or not, I'm taking over Palutena's duties." Viridi proclaimed.
"You're joking, right?" Pit snarked.
An annoyed Viridi scoffs, "I told you. Anything Palutena can do, I can do better."
"Wow! Everything we need is still here! I guess we didn't give you enough credit. You're kind of awesome, Viridi." Sonic smiled, causing the goddess to be flustered with blushing embarrassment from his compliment.
"Do you have to be such an insufferable suck-up all the time? It won't get you anywhere with me. My only concern is taking down Hades and Loki and preventing the Divine Shadow prophecy. It was foretold Skyworld would fall and the Dream Stone would be important. You still have the Stone, right?" Viridi retorted.
"Yup." Spidey shows her the Dream Stone.
"Good. We're one step closer in ending this for good." Viridi replied.
"Thank you for your hospitality." Lucina gratefully said to the goddess.
"And what about Harry? How has he been doing?" Spidey voiced his concerns for his corrupted best friend.
"Getting on my nerves as usual. He's fine." Viridi assured him, but something in his heart is preventing Peter from feeling convinced.
Meanwhile at Earth Prime…
BGM-The Amazing Spider-Man 2 OST-I'm Goblin
Nick Fury is driving through a nightly New York City in his SUV after foiling an easy Hydra plot. It's really late and there aren't many cars delaying his return to the Triskelion. Should be a smooth ride home. That is immediately proven false upon him making a turn onto an empty street with nothing but a missile that crashes ahead of him, emitting a green smokescreen that the surprised SHIELD Director drives into. While wondering what to make of all this, Fury hears a demonically mad cackle from above, "Ahahahahahahaha!", as his roof is torn open by a goblin-looking silhouette that reaches out to grab and pull him out of his car.
Fury is taken high over the city by the Goblin riding a glider shaped as a skeletal bat wreathed in hellfire and immediately beats on its pilot outfitted in a green Power Rangers-looking armor with a scary, monster-like green mask, complete with a black tattered hooded tunic that makes him look demonic. None of Fury's punches faze his kidnapper as his magical gaze is putting him to sleep.
"You're not…Green Goblin…" Fury noted while struggling to fight off his sleeping spell.
"How OBSERVANT you are for a one-eyed baldy. No, I'm NOT the Green Goblin. I'm his vengeance made flesh. His true successor. I AM THE DEMOGOBLIN!" Demogoblin introduced himself with the voice belonging to a now completed corrupted Harry Osborn thanks to Loki. As Fury succumbs to sleep, Harry says, "Not that you will live long enough for it to matter.", before going into a mad cackle over the city that would make his father in any dimension proud.

KFX Here: The Dimensional Avengers are back to save the world, again. With Scarlet Spider focused in taking down Dark Sonic, the Avengers will focus in stopping the Chaos Kin's shenanigans. As for Harry, as you just read, he's cooking up something. His new Demogoblin form is based on Raimi's Green Goblin with some inspiration from his Alex Ross alternate costume from the Spider-Man: The Movie Game. Though it wouldn't be wrong to compare it to his No Way Home costume.
