BGM-God of War II OST-The Battle for Olympus
A black crow sits on a building underneath the gloomy weather, letting out a frightening squawk before taking flight over the land. A dark battle approaches and it does not want to be anywhere near it when it begins. It flies over the countless Underworld soldiers marching across the land. With Dark Lucina amongst them. All of them led by Dark Weiss. All of them marching toward Sparta to settle their feud with the traitorous Dark Sonic, once and for all.
Unbeknownst to them all from a nearby cliffside, three new players are about to appear that might make this upcoming battle more interesting. Super-Skrull. The Enchantress. Grimadoom the Hedgehog. The Masters of Evil have returned, dropping out of a time vortex conjured by the supreme hedgehog himself. "Is this it?" Super-Skrull questioned their arrival.
"Yes. This is the right time period. I can sense the Dream Stone clearer now. It's nearing Skyworld…" Grimadoom sensed, having traveled through time to hunt down the Dream Stone that was wished away from their grasp by Palutena.
"A good opportunity to check in with its new ruler." Enchantress smiled wickedly, looking up at the dark skies and shouting, "Chaos Kin! CHAOS KIN! Can you hear me?! This is the Enchantress! We have returned!"
'Ah, if it isn't my rescuers, the Masters of Evil.' Palutena responded telepathically, revealing herself to be under the control of the Chaos Kin as it uses her powers and voice to communicate with the villains, 'Long time no see. Have you obtained what you were searching for?'
"We will acquire it shortly. In the meantime, prepare the portal. Uphold your end of the bargain and guide us into the Chaos Vortex so we may obtain the Nightmare Stone." Grimadoom conversed.
Ominously, Chaos Kin laughs, 'I don't think so.'
"What was that?" Grimadoom scowled threateningly.
'Do you take me for a fool? I AM the Guardian of the Nightmare Stone! I am well aware that my defeat in the Chaos Vortex will grant you the Stone. But it is FAR too soon for that. I've been having so much fun destroying humanity that don't want to stop just to help worms.' Chaos Kin mocked, deciding to betray the Masters.
"Why you…We had a deal!" Super-Skrull retorted angrily.
'I am altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further.' Chaos Kin threatened them.
"You pitiful creature. How cute that you think you can threaten me and live for another day. You may be above the gods, but not above a titan, for greater chaos flows through my veins! You WILL give me the Nightmare Stone!" Grimadoom retorted with a cold threat of his own.
'Over my dead body.' Chaos Kin snapped coldly.
From the heavens that have been conquered by chaos, the Chaos Kin commands its divine puppet to rain down a Meteor Shower at the Masters of Evil. Grimadoom grunts in shock, with all three supervillains forced to take the full brunt of the shooting stars that knocks them into Sparta just as the Underworld Army is about to invade it. 'The time has come…A new era of chaos!' Chaos Kin declared sinisterly whilst unleashing his Centurion Army onto Sparta as well.
It is absolute chaos in Sparta as three armies battle each other for total dominance over the city. The Underworld Army, with its Dark Elves descending upon the city in a cluster of Harrow ships that lay waste to their surroundings and killing dozens of Spartans and Space Pirates. The Dark Empire, using the city's laser cannons to destroy as many Harrow Ships as they can. And Palutena's Army, having Centurions that massacre lots of weaklings from both opposing parties.
"Come, my army! DEATH TO ALL THAT OPPOSE THE UNDERWORLD!" shouted Dark Weiss, commanding her forces to march forward and topple the city with all their demonic might.
From a balcony at his castle, Dark King Sonic watches his city being invaded with cross-armed apathy as one of his Spartan Soldiers hurry to him with a report. "My King, we are under attack!" The Spartan informed him of the obvious.
"No kidding, idiot." Dark Sonic retorted. "Like I didn't see this coming. Time to show 'em what my empire is made of! Unleash all the goods we stole from Roxxon! WIPE THEM ALL OUT OFF THE FACE OF THE PLANET!" He ordered violently right before jumping into the fray to have his fun with the invaders.
Light. Darkness. Chaos. They are all too busy pummeling each other in the face to notice three uncanny heroes flying toward the city to ruin fun for everyone. "There it is! That must be Sparta!" said Tiki in her dragon form.
"Looks like Palutena and the Underworld beat us to the punch." Dark Pit commented.
"Lucky us. Hopefully they'll destroy each other while we destroy the castle under Dark Sonic's nose." Scarlet Spider remarked while riding atop the divine dragon.
One by one they land in the city, each with a dramatic pose. Tiki transforms from dragon to human as seamless as her glaring at the threats to humanity. Dark Pit lands and spins his bow's blades like a buzzsaw before ending in a stern fighting stance. And then there's Scarlet Spider, landing before his team from a fearsome spin-jump and standing up imposingly against all enemies that will face his flaming-eyed wrath.

Meanwhile…
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Palutena's Temple
"Phos! Lux!" Pit runs over and hops into the Lightning Chariot, shouting, "Giddyup!", before zipping out the teleporter door to find himself soaring through space at speeds that far surpass incredible.
'I've already sent the Dimensional Avengers to Skyworld. They'll rendezvous with you there.' Viridi informed him. 'This Lightning Chariot will pierce the forcefield on Palutena's temple. Keep your wits about you. You're moving so fast, you can't afford any slipup.' She reminded him of his crucial mission today.
"Understood." Pit nodded.
'We'll reach a warp tunnel in about one minute.' Viridi announced.
"Gaaaaaaah! My skin feels like it's going to peel right off!" Pit screamed, struggling very badly to handle such cosmic speeds.
'What was that? You want to go faster?! You are the arrow of light that pierces the heart of darkness!' Viridi teased smugingly.
Underworld baddies are spotted up ahead, no doubt in Pit's mind that Hades sent them to stop him from reaching Skyworld. The angel won't give up, for he knows that Palutena is counting on him to rescue her from the darkness. The extreme speed of the Lightning Chariot is matched only be the destructive shots fired from the unicorns' horns, using them to plow through some of the strongest demon hordes with the utmost swiftness and effortlessness.
'This chariot's a real beast. These speeds don't even touch it. Wish I could say the same for you, Pit, but you're such a fragile little thing. But even a pebble becomes a bullet if it moves fast enough. Just be extra careful not to get your butt ripped off in the process.' Viridi said.
"Don't you worry. I'll show you how it's done!" Pit retorted confidently.
'You sound awfully confident all of a sudden.' Viridi teased.
"How hard can it be?" Pit snarked.
'I guess you'll find out soon enough!' Viridi responded.
Shortly after massacring more monsters, a portal comes into view for Viridi to announce, 'We've reached the warp tunnel!'
"Yeehaw!" Pit hollered excitedly.
Kid Icarus then heads into the warp tunnel and instantly feels the most nerve-shaking turbulence in his life that has him yelling, "WHOA-OA-OA! THIS IS CRA-A-A-ZY!"
'Keep your face on. It's just a warp tunnel. It'll take you straight to Palutena's temple.' Viridi assured him.
"I know this is a weird time to ask, but I have a question." Pit said.
'What is it?' Viridi sighed.
"Back in the Chariot Master's tower, Hades said I was the cause of all this chaos." Pit remembered.
'You were. You, the Avengers, AND Palutena.' Viridi said.
"What does that mean?" Pit remarked.
'Remember the Lunar Sanctum you destroyed three years ago?' Viridi asked the oblivious angel.
"Oh, Arlon's moon fortress?" Pit responded.
'You dummy! That place was a PRISON! And you freed the prisoner, the Chaos Kin! You DO know about the Chaos Kin, don't you?' Viridi informed, revealing the existence of that malevolent creature to Pit.
"Uh…"
'It's the most-!' Before attempting to explain the creature further, Viridi cuts herself off prematurely saying, 'Oop! You're almost at Palutena's temple.'
"Wait…what?" Pit exclaimed.
'Brace for impact!' Viridi announced vigorously.

Skyworld.
"Should be here any second…" Spider-Man said, standing alongside the Dimensional Avengers on a floating island while keeping a lookout for Pit.
Lucina looks around with a pair of binoculars, scanning the sky to find anything that resembles a chariot. Or a warp tunnel that appears out of nowhere, which she does find. "Over there!" She announced, with the party watching in awe of the Lightning Chariot piercing through the forcefield around Palutena's Temple.
Sonic chuckles, "Success! You still alive there, Pit?"
"And kicking!" Pit retorted, throwing himself from the chariot yelling, "Now to save Lady Palutena!", before roughly landing near his friends below. And before a surprise Phosphora zips by.
"Hey!" Sonic greeted his latest speed rival with a smile.
"I'll hold on to the Lightning Chariot for you." Phosphora informed the team.
"Where'd you come from?" Pit questioned.
"Don't get the wrong idea. I'm not here to help. Stopping Palutena's your job." Phosphora replied.
"That's fine. We don't need your help anyway!" Pit retorted cockily.
"Let's have a race around the globe once this is over!" Sonic challenged her to a little friendly competition.
"Looking forward to it!" Phosphora accepted, leaving to reclaim the vehicle before it runs loose as the heroes rush to infiltrate Palutena's Temple in order to save the goddess of light.
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Destroyed Skyworld
Centurion Guards were quick to come to Skyworld's defense against the invaders and form an impressive blockade to prevent them further access. It meant nothing to a furious Pit armed with his Volcano Arm weapon, unleashing one explosive punch that smashes through his brainwashed soldiers. 'Hello again, Pit. You too, Dimensional Avengers.' The mind-controlled Palutena begins communicating telepathically with the heroes immediately after.
"Lady Palutena!" Pit retorted.
'Now how did you make it through that barrier? It seems you're not the helpless, sniveling little thing you were before.' Palutena mocked.
"You have to stop attacking the humans!" Pit demanded, talking to her while his friends are focused in fighting off Centurions.
'No, Pit. Don't you see? This is my atonement for my greatest sin. I let the people grow arrogant and betray the heavenly order.' Palutena reiterated her resentment towards humanity.
'Oh, jeez. You're just figuring that out now?' Viridi snarked.
"That's a load of baloney and you know it! You've gone senile, Lady Lights!" Spidey quipped, knocking out a Centurion Strongarm with ease.
'Your level of disrespect is one of the many reasons why I've grown to detest humanity. Heroes that pretend to be gods.' Palutena retorted, expressing newfound hatred for heroes like Spider-Man. 'Being a god used to mean something. People would whisper your name before sharing their deepest hopes and dreams. They begged you for mercy... without ever knowing if you were actually listening. Nowadays, in worlds like yours, when they look to the sky, they don't ask for lightning or light. They just want to see one of their so-called superheroes. You are mortal, Avengers, yet you've gained divine power. You're stronger than most deities now. When did WE become the joke?' She claimed, clarifying why she has come to despise superheroes.
"Someone's ego been bruised." Sonic snarked, not taking her argument seriously.
"No disrespect, but maybe if you spent less time nagging from the sky and more time actually fighting the bad guys, people would see you in a new light." Spidey chuckles at his own little pun.
'Oh they will. Once they learn to fear me.' Palutena retorted coldly.
"You're not yourself! The Lady Palutena I know would never say something like that!" Pit snapped back at his corrupted goddess.
'Please. Angels cannot truly know gods.' Palutena argued.
"I followed your orders because I trusted you. I can't even count all the times I've risked my life for you!" Pit expressed.
'What a sap…' Viridi teased.
"I trusted you because I knew you were on the side of justice and...and light! But something is blocking that light now. This isn't the real you." Pit stated wholeheartedly.
'Someone cue the strings…' Viridi teased again.
"Hey, would you mind holding the commentary for just two seconds, Viridi?" Pit retorted, having grown annoyed of her teasing.
'Why, yes. Yes, I would.' Viridi snarked.
'These are goddesses you're talking to here, Pit. Watch your tone.' Phosphora chimed in.
"Butt out, Phosphora!" Pit retorted, "The goddess of light has turned dark. Skyworld is destroyed! Everything is wrong, and it's up to me and my friends to make things right!"
'Oh, Pit. You never change, do you? You're just as naïve as ever.' Palutena mocked.
"I'm not naïve!" Pit scowled.
'Don't get me wrong. I appreciate how easy that's made things for me. But you have to understand, the past is gone.' Palutena insisted.
"Fine. If that's the way you really feel, I guess I have no choice. As the captain of your guard, it's my duty to save you from what you've become. And if saving you means defeating you, then I'll do what I have to do." Pit vowed somberly.
"We'll support you to the end, Pit." Weiss promised him that the Dimensional Avengers will always have his back.
"Thanks, you guys." Pit smiled sincerely.
"Let's go kick Palutena's ass!" Spidey rallied his team after the conversation was not heading anywhere fruitful, now forced to seek Palutena out in person.

"CAN THE SPIDER-MAN COME OUT TO PLAY?"
BGM-The Amazing Spider-Man 2 OST-I'm Goblin
But then out of nowhere, the heroes were frightened by a demonic voice that sounded disturbingly familiar to Spider-Man. 'Another uninvited guest?' Palutena was the first to notice the unfamiliar Demogoblin flying in on his flaming glider and sending Razor Bats out that gets the heroes dodging until he places himself in a confrontational position above them.
"Who is this Goblin?" The widely confused Pit questioned.
"Oh god…Harry Osborn? Is that really you?" Spidey recognized his best friend despite his new demonic appearance, much to the horrific shock of himself and his fellow heroes.
"Does it look like me? No. Harry Osborn's dead, thanks to you. All that's left is the Demogoblin." Harry introduced his crazy new form to them.
"He has become a demon?" The horrified Lucina commented.
"You never told me about this, Viridi!" Spidey snapped at the nature goddess.
'He didn't look like that the last time I saw him!' Viridi retorted whilst just as shock by Goblin's transformation, 'His power has become so tremendous it's giving me goosebumps! How did that happen?'
"A Norn Stone of Darkness, courtesy of our resident Asgardian. And look, I'm a new man!" Harry flaunted himself.
Upon learning this rage-inducing fact, Spider-Man shakes his clenching fist and flaunts it alongside an absolutely furious, "YOU LET LOKI REDUCE YOU TO THIS?!", that it is filled with so much emotion that it is heartbreaking.
"My father's still in hell, you idiot, and your death is his ticket outta there! What else was I supposed to do?" Harry retorted.
"Accept the fact that he's GONE!" Spidey countered angrily.
"NO!" Harry refused heatedly, "You don't give people hope! You take it away!" He then sinisterly laughs, "Now I'm going to take away YOURS!", before a snap of his fingers summons Nick Fury and Mary Jane through magic, both entangled by indestructible metallic rope and dangling underneath his glider.
"Are those…" Pit realized he has captured humans.
"Oh no…" Sonic muttered in total horror upon recognizing those humans.
"MARY JANE! FURY!" Spider-Man shouted, more horrified than all of his friends combined upon realizing Harry has captured his other best friend and the Director of SHIELD.
"SPIDER-MAN! HELLLLLP!" pleaded Mary Jane, screaming for an immediate rescue.
"Race ya to Palutena! MUUUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Harry laughed maniacally while goading the heroes to pursue him across Skyworld.
"NOOOOO!" Spider-Man yelled in despair as the team gives chase, now having more than one friend that must be saved today.

Back at Sparta…
The Battle of Sparta continues to rage on with the Masters of Evil stuck underneath rubble after Chaos Kin's betrayal. It was, however, but a moment's struggle until Grimadoom spinballs himself free and lands in a very foul mood, "Damn that Chaos Kin. Seems it wants to be exterminated the hard way." Just as his allies free themselves, he finally notices the three-way battle between the Underworld, Skyworld, and Sparta and confusedly shrugs, "What the hell is this?"
"None of our business. Let's return to Skyworld and force the Chaos Kin to hand us the Nightmare Stone!" Enchantress frowned.
BGM-One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 OST-Birdcage
Their plans for the Chaos Kin will have to be put on hold as the Masters of Evil are suddenly barraged by Homing Attacks that knocks them aback and leaves them more furious before than before. "NOW what?!" Super-Skrull questioned.
"Hey now, if it isn't the Masters of Losers!" Dark King Sonic unveils himself as their arrogant assailant, "Perfect timing. Was looking for more punching bags. This war was quickly gettin' dull."
"Dark Sonic." Grimadoom snarled.
"I'm beyond that now. I'm the Darkest King this dimension will forever fear! Seems Blue was too softhearted to kill a moron like you! Good thing that I'm the superior hedgehog that has no weaknesses!" Dark Sonic taunted, annoying the bio-android into striking a vengeful stance against him.
Dark Sonic confronts the Masters of Evil before him, just as Dark Weiss and Dark Lucina suddenly show to confront them all from behind the dimensional villains. "Everyone has a weakness. Yours being us. None of you will leave this battlefield alive." Dark Weiss coldly threatened both her former teammate and the Masters.
"What a shame. I gave you girls the chance to join me to reinvent yourselves beyond our counterparts. So disappointing." Dark Sonic snarked.
"We would never betray the Underworld!" Dark Lucina retorted.
"Seems we missed quite the fallout. How pathetic. You'll never surpass the Dimensional Avengers at this rate." Grimadoom taunted the Dark Avengers, former or otherwise, which really ticked all three of them off.
Dark Sonic. The Dark Avengers. The Masters of Evil. All three villainous teams are ready to engage in an intense match that will surprise them all. Harnessing the amazing energies of their Dark Underworld Crystals, and unintentionally, Dark Sonic and Dark Lucina combine energy blasts from the opposite ends of the Masters that force them to flee to the skies. Grimadoom immediately finds himself in a light speed clash with his fellow dark hedgehog at the same time of Super-Skrull blocking an assault from the dark princess and Enchantress fending off fierce attacks from Dark Weiss.
Grimadoom flies up a tall building dodging energy blasts fired left and right by a crazy Dark Sonic cackling, "IT'S OVER!", and tries smashing and slicing him up through the building with a Spin Dash only to be left shocked when the Supreme One warps away from it all at the last second, "What?!"
"You let your guard down!" retorted Grimadoom, reappearing from behind to counterattack, only to be left in awe by the clone's sinister speed that helps him evade and knock him into the ground by pushing them with a point-blank energy blast. Took a quick moment for Grimadoom to recover on his feet and realize his foe has grown stronger since last time. "Someone has been feeding you ISO-8." He sensed his enhanced strength was thanks to the ISO-8 he stole from Roxxon, in which Dark Sonic admits with just mocking laughter.
Meanwhile, Dark Weiss is facing off with Enchantress alone and pushing her back with rapid sword attacks. Enchantress is about to counter with ruthless magic, only to be intercepted by the heiress clone's cunning usage of her Dark Underworld Crystal, increasing her speed at the last second to stab the goddess. Amora grunts in pain and repels her violently into Super-Skrull's sights, who shouts, "Fool!", and fireballs her sword out of her hand and tries attacking her himself, "Now die!"
"I'M YOUR OPPONENT!" screamed Dark Lucina, stopping him so princess and alien could ruthlessly clash again.
Inside Dark Sonic's Castle…
Half of the Dark Empire's forces are outside defending the city from the invaders. The other half is stuck inside getting massacred by the mighty explosive power of Team Scarlet that managed to infiltrate the base. Spartans and Space Pirates alike stood no chance in surviving their uncanny no matter how hard they try to keep them back. Dark Pit swiftly swerves through their endless fire to push back his enemies with rapid shots from his Silver Bow, keeping them at bay for Scarlet Spider to launch the huge horde into the air with an uppercut, allowing Tiki to rush them with high-speed strikes from her dragon wings and keeping them afloat before her boyfriend and her angel friend joins forces for a double devastating, fiery webbing, electroshocking, slamming punch that pounds them all to their ground-cracking destruction.

"We're in the clear." Scarlet Spider said stoically.
"For now. Did you even think of a plan of how we're going to blow this place up?" Dark Pit snarked.
"Use bombs. Sure they're stashed in a weapons vault somewhere here." Scarlet retorted.
One quick exploration later and the team seems to have found the weapons vault locked by an indestructible metal door. Indestructible to all except for Scarlet Spider, denting it numerous times with his fists before ripping it open to find not bombs, but a prisoner. "The hell…?" The confused Kaine uttered.
"Who is this?" Tiki remarked in shock upon sensing this prisoner is divine in nature.
"It's Poseidon!" Dark Pit recognizes him as the Sea God himself. Badly wounded and imprisoned in a specialized jail that nullifies his powers.
Team Scarlet was quick to liberate Poseidon, with Dark Pit destroying the mechanism that kept him imprisoned and watching him fall into the arms of Tiki and Kaine. "You have my thanks…" Poseidon told his heroes weakly.
"Easy, Lord Poseidon. Tell us how you were captured." Tiki said gently.
"That Dark Hedgehog defeated me in battle when he foolishly tried to conquer my seas…I underestimated him…For my arrogance, I was captured and left rotting in that prison for weeks…" Poseidon explained.
"How fortunate that we came. We have come to end his reign on this realm by destroying this castle." Tiki informed him of their plan.
"Allow me. Find me the nearest body of water and I will regain my full strength…" Poseidon tasked them.
"Carry him." Tiki ordered her boyfriend.
"Don't croak, old man." Scarlet snarked while carrying the sea god.
"Children these days…" Poseidon joked dryly.
BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Chase
Team Scarlet then moves out with Poseidon in tow as they search for water to restore his godly strength. Unfortunately, they didn't get far in their search. A sudden explosion from a nearby wall knocks them aback, and once Scarlet finds out who caused it, he just curses, "Ah fuck.", and watches Grimadoom bury his brutal hand on Dark Sonic's scowling face.
As Dark Sonic struggles to free himself from his dirty grasp, he catches a surprise glance of Team Scarlet and exclaims, "What the?! YOU TWO?! And Pittoo?!"
"Hey there, Tarantula." Grimadoom casually greeted the spider-clone.
"STOP CALLING ME THAT!" Both Scarlet and Pittoo retorted furiously at their respective stupid nicknames.
Distracted, Grimadoom is kicked through walls by Dark Sonic who rushes to kill the heroic intruders. Tiki blinds him with the light of her Dragonstone then frantically shouts at her friends to, "RUN!", in which they promptly do right before the Dark King recovers his sights and chases after them with roaring murderous intent.
Back at Skyworld…
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Demogoblin cackled madly as he continues goading the Goddess Avengers Alliance to pursue him and his two captured hostages.
"You're not getting away from us, Goblin!" Pit fiercely declared while trying to slow him down with Blade blasts.
"Better hurry! These two look like they could use a guardian angel!" Harry quipped while flying over the ruins of the temple.
"Harry! It's me you want! Let me get everyone to safety first!" said Spider-Man, swinging as fast as he could to save Mary Jane and Nick Fury.
"What? Let you go off easy? After what you put me through?! I don't think so!" retorted Harry, throwing pumpkin bombs that knocks back the reckless spider.
"Listen to him, Harry!" MJ tried her hand in reasoning with her corrupted friend, "Whatever happened to you didn't just affect your body, it twisted your mind. You have to let them-."
"Wrong! I don't have to let ANYONE do ANYTHING!" Harry angrily interrupted her, "That's the old me. ALWAYS waiting for Daddy to come hug me and make it ALL better. Well, he never did. But it doesn't matter now. I can make it better myself. Well…better for ME. Not so good for YOU!" He then breaks into another maniacal cackle that gets more disturbing with each laugh.
"Kid's gone completely insane! You must stop him!" Fury ordered, remaining as calmly stern as he can while his body is being dragged crazily through the air.
"Working on it, Fury! Let's worry 'bout saving you two first!" Sonic snarked.
The wild chase of Demogoblin is taken into the once-beautiful grounds of Palutena's temple, where everyone enters a hall with an Exo Tank. Pit and Lucina hop onto the vehicle, with the former manning the controls to full throttle and the latter focusing to shoot down Demogoblin with her bow. Her energy arrows counter his chaotic bombs, and when one nears his face, he catches it with smiling ease. "Impressive!" He quipped, commanding the mouth of his Demonic Goblin Glider to spew out a hellfire blast that obliterates their Exo Tank and knocks them to the ground.
"He is chaotic!" Lucina scowled at the laughing Goblin fleeing from the area.
"Which reminds me. Viridi, tell me about this Chaos Kin you mentioned earlier." Pit reminded the nature goddess.
'Oh, right, I almost forgot.' Viridi admitted as she continues their earlier conversation, 'Little is known about the Chaos Kin except for this. It takes its victims back to its nest, the Chaos Vortex, and consumes their souls.'
"Well, that's disturbing." Weiss commented.
'It melts them down and then slowly chews away at them. Even more frightening is the Chaos Kin's ability to control the soul's owner.' Viridi informed the heroes.
"Does that mean that Lady Palutena is under the Chaos Kin's control right now?" Pit deduced correctly.
'It's very likely. And as for who turned you into a ring, who would be capable of such a thing? You yourself admitted that Palutena's put you in some very dangerous situations.' Viridi agreed.
"She must have been acting under the Chaos Kin's control. But there's no time to think about that. We have to save Lady Palutena before the Chaos Kin consumes her soul. And Harry before the Norn Stone corrupts him forever." Pit declared.
'You think it starts from her head or her feet? Big bites or tiny nibbles?' Viridi joked.
"Wow, Viridi. Just…Wow." Sonic quipped.
Empowered by a stronger resolve to save the goddess, the heroes press on. They pursue Demogoblin down some steps where they run around in a maze-like prison area. "Everything's twisted here. I like it. No one told me Skyworld has jail cells." Harry joked, staying ahead of his pursuers.
"That's because we never needed them before!" Pit retorted.
"Snap out of it, you idealist. There's obviously a need now. You have trespassers!" snarked Harry, blasting the angel into the nearest cell with a hellfire finger beam and is about to lock him up alongside his deathly pumpkin bomb.
"Pit!" Spidey quickly web-pulls his friend out of the cell before the bomb explodes, which packed enough firepower to cause the entire jail area to start crumbling.
"Everything is falling apart! Harry, what have you done…?" Weiss remarked in horror at the man she was falling in love with during the Aurum Invasion.
'Keep moving!' Viridi ordered them to escape before it's too late.
As they all flee, a familiar god joins the telepathic group chat with a joking, 'Sorry I'm late! Thanks for clearing the way for me, Kiddy Avengies!'
"Hades!" Pit snarled at his arch-nemesis's presence.
'Oh, great. It's Mr. Personality.' Viridi snarked.
"Hiya, boss! Look at the carnage I'm causing! It's hell in heaven!" Harry greeted his master.
'Attaboy! You're making Uncle Hades proud.' Hades quipped.
"Return Harry to normal, Hades, or I'll make you SUFFER!" Spidey threatened the Underworld God with an absolute fury that frightens even Viridi for a moment.
'Ooooooh! NOW you're getting into the spirit of things. I need to torture your friends more often.' Hades snarked, shrugging off his impressive threat, 'By the by, I just want to get this out there. The Chaos Kin doesn't work for me. It seems it built up quite the grudge being locked away in the Lunar Sanctum.'
"So when we defeated Arlon, it got loose." Sonic commented.
'If only I'd been there at the time. Or Arlon should have explained the situation. But you know how reserved he is. Well, that's all in the past. Arlon posed a threat to you. So I can't blame you for defeating him.' Viridi responded.
'But I can!' Hades wisecracked, 'Because the Chaos Kin didn't just "get loose" on its own. You set it free. That overgrown louse is quite a handful, even for me.'
"I don't understand why anyone would create such a hideous monster." Lucina grimaced at the thought.
'And who made you the final arbiter on which creatures live and which ones die? The Chaos Kin might not be as soft and cuddly as you, Kiddy Avengies. But you can't just wipe out every living thing that doesn't suit your liking.' Hades quipped.
'Technically, you can. Especially if you're in battle.' Viridi proclaimed.
'Hmm. Can't argue with that.'
"Just so we're clear, we're defeating the Chaos Kin to save Lady Palutena. Not because it's really ugly!" Pit claimed.
At the last moment, heroes and Goblin alike escaped the jail area that caved in and found themselves traversing through a windy path outside. "Hurry up! I think my ropes are LOOSENING!" Harry joked, deliberately flying over the bottomless pit that scares MJ and annoys Fury.
"ANY DAY NOW, GUYS!" MJ yelled out her complaint.
"HOLD ON, MJ!" Sonic shouted back while running through the windy path.
"It's a long way down." Pit noticed nervously.
'Yes, falling would certainly throw a wrench into the plan.' Viridi snarked.
'So would getting tossed around by the side winds ahead. My, my, Pitty Pat. Palutena must hate you even more than I do!' Hades quipped.
"This isn't her doing!" Pit retorted.
'I wouldn't be so sure about that.' Palutena chimed in.
"What is this, Everyone Pick on Pit Day?" Pit scowled.
"Yes!" Harry wisecracked.
"I don't want to hear anything you have to say, you fakes. And I'm NOT going to let a little wind stop me!" Pit declared resolutely.
Through skillful speed and determination, the heroes cut through the windy area. They refuse to slow down for anything. Not when Demogoblin rains pumpkin bombs on them. A tiny bit when Demogoblin blows up another Exo Tank that Pit was interested in. In the end, they successfully made it to the end of the path and near the heart of the temple. They just need to deal with one final massive horde of enemies before reaching Palutena.
'I suggest you quite while you're ahead, Avengers.' Palutena coldly warned them.
'Things are about to get hectic!' Viridi added.
"So what?! We can take it!" quipped Sonic, smashing through multiple Underworlders and Skyworlders with a single Spin Dash.
"Can you now? Lemme add some Goblin Drones to your troubles!" snarked Harry, summoning to the field a swarm of small, green flying robotic drones that assault the shocked hedgehog with their self-destructive capabilities.
"Hate to say it, but he's become more annoying than his father." Weiss said to Peter.
"The Norn Stone is controlling you, Harry! Whatever has happened in the past, I know you don't wanna hurt anyone!" Spidey, again, tries to reason with him.
"OH, you would know that, do you? Spoiler alert: With great power comes great fun! Hurting people makes my day!" Harry quipped crazily. "Wouldn't you agree, Pretty Palutena? Why not we use these two to make an example outta the world!" He proposed an alliance with the corrupted goddess.
'Not a bad idea. I'll accept this temporary alliance.' Palutena accepted sinisterly.
"Fine by me! I get to kill two birds with one fist!" Spidey retorted.
"Hope you'll be serious about the 'killing' part." Harry teased him maliciously.
With fearsome powers combined, the Dimensional Avengers plow through the hordes like nobody's business. Most of them attacking in pairs. There's Sonic grouping up goons with windstorms for Pit to decimate with a single piercing arrow of light. There's Lucina gathering mooks with sword strikes for Weiss to devastate with multiple, converging energy blasts from her glyphs. And then there's Spider-Man pulverizing enemies on his own by swinging wide-spreading web flails that ends with a furiously powerful and overwhelmingly smacking web hammer, clearing their path to both Palutena and Harry of the remaining guards.
'All right! It's finally time to save Palutena and the humans! Never thought I'd say that!' Viridi announced, with slight disgust from wanting to save the very humans she despises.
'"Save Palutena"? Don't you mean "crush Palutena"?' Hades snarked.
"Go home, Hades. Just go home." Pit retorted with so much deadpan that it is tiring, as the Goddess Avengers Alliance are way more focused in saving their friends once and for all.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST- Kingpin Henchmen (Black Suit)
The uncanny team continue to be pursued by the raging Dark Sonic through his massive castle in search for water that will restore Poseidon's strength. Flight or web-swinging, the heroes are fleeing at marvelous speeds that doesn't hold a candle to Dark's and his destructive rampage through his own fortress. He'll catch them in mere seconds, and no matter how many arrows Dark Pit fires at him, or the countless fireballs Tiki targets him with, the speedy hedgehog just cannot be hit for the life of them. He boosts through a deadly firewall just to finally get ahead of them, bouncing off a wall with a rocketing Spin Dash shouting at them, "YOU'RE DEAD!"
But just as he was a second away from killing the terrified heroes, Grimadoom teleports to their rescue with an intercepting roundhouse kick that sends the clone flying through walls. "Thank you!" Tiki expresses her gratitude to the supervillain.
"Shut up!" Grimadoom rejected her thanks as he had his own reason to attack Dark Sonic. "Your pool is around the corner on the left!" He informed them of their destination before returning to his fierce fight with a Spin Dash.
"How does he know that?" Dark Pit wondered how Grimadoom learned of their plan.
"He's psychic. Let's go." Scarlet Spider answered.
Time is short as Dark Sonic will not be distracted for long. Team Scarlet follow the directions they were given and break into a new room, one housing a gigantically amazing hot spring. "A hot spring?" Scarlet questioned.
"Good enough. Put me in…" Poseidon instructed.
Kaine complies, albeit a little harshly as he throws the sea god into the depths of the hot spring. "He didn't say throw!" Tiki berated him.
"We're in a rush!" Kaine bickered.
"He better hurry!" Pittoo urged impatiently.
It will be a moment before Poseidon resurfaces. Long enough for Grimadoom to be explosively smashed into the hot spring chamber and scowling, "You're becoming just as irritating as the real Sonic…", at the menacing Dark King Sonic walking into the room.
"Don't mock me." retorted Dark Sonic, performing a simple gesture that unleashes a mighty shockwave that incapacitates all four of his enemies. He then goes to confront Scarlet Spider after watching him slowly recover from his attack, "You surprise me, Scarlet. I thought you were too lazy to hunt me down across dimensions."
"Payback's a bitch. No one tries to blow up my city and lives to joke about it." Kaine scowled.
"Good thing I'm no one. I'm the Sonic that surpassed Sonic. I am the shadow, his true self that will rule over all reality!" Dark Sonic claimed himself to be.
"Such pathetic words. Clones like us shouldn't even exist in this or any world!" Kaine argued.
"Yet here we are." Dark Sonic responded coldly.
"I'll kill you and put an end to all of this!" Kaine threatened darkly.
"Don't fool yourself into thinking this will end like before." Dark Sonic retorted arrogantly.

"Heh." Kaine then lets out a smirking scoffing expression just from hearing bubbles popping from the hot spring, which is an excellent sign that prompts him to snark, "Right back at ya."
Right on cue, a massive watery whirlpool bursts from the hot springs behind the heroes to reveal a fully revitalized Poseidon, grown to the roaring size of a titan and wielding his signature trident. The Sea God is angry. Deadly furious for vengeance on the nonchalant hedgehog that dared to oppose his divinity. "Hehe. Poseidon? Really? I kicked your butt as easy as I beat Perfect Chaos, and I didn't even need a Chaos Emerald. How can this water geezer help you chumps-GAAUGH!" Dark Sonic mocked, until it came to an end by Dark Pit smacking down his back with his Electroshock Arm.
"You talk too much." Dark Pit snarked.
BGM-God of War 3 OST-Poseidon's Wrath
"YOU HAVE DISRESPECTED THE GODS FOR THE LAST TIME, DARK SONIC! MORTALS, SHIELD YOURSELVES!" Poseidon announced ominously.
And quickly they do, with Team Scarlet hiding within a web ball and Grimadoom surrounding himself with a magical bubble shield. The massive Poseidon imbues his trident with all his aquatic rage for the ultimate blow to the Dark Empire and then stabs it into the ground, unleashing an overwhelmingly devastating hydro vortex that is tearing the castle apart from the inside out. The castle soon explodes, unleashing a gigantic tidal wave that is flooding all of Sparta and consuming most of its inhabitants. All the armies fighting each other comes to a terrifying stalemate, including the battle between the Dark Avengers and Masters of Evil, as they too drown to Poseidon's wrath.

Sparta is now a flooded wasteland. The Dark Empire was decimated in a single stroke. No one seemed to have survived. Miraculously except for Team Scarlet, with their sturdy web ball resurfacing for Scarlet Spider to cut open to get some fresh air. "That went well…" He said sarcastically.
"Mission accomplished." Dark Pit smiled coolly.
"A little excessive, don't you think?" Tiki commented.
"Eh."
Just then, a human-sized Poseidon reemerges from a calming whirlpool to compliment the heroes of the hour, "Heroes from another world. You have my gratitude for saving me from the clutches of the Dark Empire. Once more, I am reminded of humanity's potential for greatness. Moreso, I am amazed to witness goodness arise from dark hearts such as the two of you." He looks at both Kaine and Pittoo, "There is more to light and darkness than meets the eye. I shall remember that in your honor."
"Sure thing, old man." Kaine responded stoically.
"What now?" Tiki asked the sea god.
"I shall go and eliminate the remains of the Dark Empire. Shouldn't take me long. I recommend the three of you head for Skyworld immediately. I sense Lady Palutena will also require aid against the darkness." Poseidon tasked them with a new mission.
"That was my plan until I got sidetracked with this." Pittoo snarked.
"Good luck." Poseidon expressed before returning to his oceans.
Once Kaine mounts Tiki in her dragon form, the heroic trio return to the skies so they unknowingly save it from the Chaos Kin. The Reign of Chaos nears its end. But it might be extended by a familiar darkness reemerging from the depths of his destroyed city. Dark King Sonic is still alive. And he is fuming with absolute raging vengeance for all who dared to oppose him, "Youuuuuu…!"
Back with the Goddess Avengers Alliance…
"Put me down, Harry! You do not want to get on my bad side!" Mary Jane threatened her corrupted best friend as all heroes, villains, and hostages alike arrive at the heart of Palutena's Temple.
"Quiet, girly!" Demogoblin retorted while finally letting go of his hostages atop a flat rooftop above the battlefield. MJ and Nick Fury are still ensnared by the super tight rope that makes it difficult for either of them to move. If they could, escape is impossible. A fall from their height would kill them. And if that wasn't bad enough, Harry throws pumpkin bombs at the opposite ends of the rooftop, setting them ablaze as they grow nearer and deadlier to consume his terrified hostages once and for all. "C'mon, Pete, let's do this!" Harry challenged his best friend to a final showdown.
On cue, Spider-Man leaps into the arena with an intimidatingly serious demeanor that he only shows when his friends are in mortal danger. When his best friend has turned evil. When his guilt makes him believe that he is the cause of all their suffering. "No matter the dimension, we have been fighting each other again and again…" He coldly said, just as Pit and the other Dimensional Avengers join his side as he declares with a furious glare, "The game ends HERE, Harry!"
"Mwahahahahaaa!" laughed by the sinister Demogoblin, descending to Palutena's side as she appears weak because of her inner light struggling against the Chaos Kin.
"So you're here to fight us, Avengers?" Palutena attempts to guilt trip them.
"No…" Pit looks at her sadly, then lowers his head and strikes a determined pose, "No! We're here to save you! Both of you!", alongside the Avengers for their final battle against their corrupted friends.
BGM-Kid Icarus: Uprising OST-Boss Fight 2
The Goblin Prince and the Goddess of Light, both brainwashed by the chaotic darkness. Harry is supporting Palutena from the skies on his glider, bombarding their mutual enemies with his bladed drones. Spider-Man was among those dodging all of the bats, which left him open to be blasted down by Palutena's light blasts. Before continuing her assault, Palutena is kicked back by Lucina, who is quickly forced to run from Goblin and his glider's lasers until Pit disrupts him with a bow shot.
'The Chaos Kin is close by. I can feel it. You have to locate and destroy it.' Viridi informed the team.
"But I thought the Chaos Kin was, like, camping out in her brain or something." Pit remarked.
"Now's not the time to think about that! These flames are getting close! Create an opening and come to our rescue!" Fury ordered the heroes, still entrapped by the growing flames.
"Y-Yes, sir!" Pit retorted nervously at the scary SHIELD Director.
Palutena keeps on firing frightening pillars of light at Spider-Man, who keeps on dodging them with assistance from his afterimaging-Spider Reflexes power that creates an opening for him to web the goddess. With the goddess binded for now, he notices a purple aura radiating above her and shouts, "Look carefully! Above her!", to his allies.
'Nah, you don't need to look up there!' Hades quipped.
Sonic attacks the purple aura with a Spin Dash, turning the Chaos Kin visible and knocking it to the ground. "Nice!" Sonic smiled.
"Yeah, that's it!" MJ cheered for them.
Weiss lunges at the vile creature so she may attack it further, only for the laughing Demogoblin to intercept her with his glider, knocking her away from assaulting Chaos Kin, who quickly returns to its host. "I'm sorry for what happened to you. But I'm not going to let you hurt anyone." frowned Weiss, forced to confront her crush on his own glider.
"Ha. You say that like you have a choice." Harry grinned evilly, whipping out his demonic sword to clash evenly with her rapier, "My father failed me. Peter failed me. MJ failed me. YOU failed me. We're all just better off looking out for yourself!"
"Your father failed you because he spent all his time trying to obtain power and revenge, instead of cherishing what he has! Don't make the same mistake, Harry!" Weiss argued intensely with him.
After Spidey webs one of the Goblin Drones, Sonic retorts, "This is crazy! You're not helping anyone doing this, not even yourself!", before kicking the webbed drone at Goblin, stunning him for Weiss to kick off the glider.
"Wrong!" Palutena retorted upon blasting the hedgehog in the back, "He is helping me prove that you mortals are dysfunctional! You kill each other over petty reasons like family. You don't learn from your mistakes. Friends are still fighting friends. It is a cycle that can only end with the death of you all!" She argued whilst barraging her enemies with more energy blasts.
"That's baloney! Violence is never the solution!" Pit retorted, reflecting her blasts with his Guardian Orbitars so it may stun the Chaos Kin again. "Only by helping each other, TRUSTING in our possibility to change for the better, can we change the whole world together!" He refuted upon comboing the vulnerable demon.
"Look at you!" Lucina said tensely whilst deflecting Harry's chaotic razor bats, "You don't care who gets caught in the middle of your grudge match. You have threatened PEOPLE, Harry. People with lives, with families and friends who love them. Just because you didn't have that doesn't give you the right to take it from anyone else."
"No one gave a damn about ME! Why should I care about THEM?" Harry retorted, violently rushing to assault the princess with brutal punches.
'Spider-Man, you're running out of time! The flames are closing in on your friends!' Viridi urgently reminded him of how dangerously close the hostages are to death, 'Use your Holy Webbing! Its light can stun Osborn's darkness!'
"Wish you told me that earlier!" snarked Spider-Man, harnessing his divine webbing for one charged blast of light that he fires at Demogoblin.
"AAAAARGH! The light! It burns!" Harry yelled in incredible agony, leaving him paralyzed for a moment.
"HURRY UUUUUUP!" MJ screamed as the flames are seconds away from reaching her.
"HOLD ON!" Spider-Man shouted back. His enemies are distracted and his opening is in plain sight for his frantic web-zipping acrobatics toward the rooftop. He jumps, he crawls, he bounces off many structures until the Web Warrior is in the air facing the hostages that are about to be roasted. With one all-or-nothing webline, Spidey zips by whilst grabbing his friends just a split-second before the flames consumed them.

'YOU DID IT!' Viridi exclaimed proudly.
The Avengers can now breath a little easier, now that MJ and Fury have been rescued. Spider-Man swings them to a reclusive area of the temple, taking a moment to break their restraints so they can move freely again. "You cut it close." Fury criticized the rescue.
"You're welcome." Spidey snarked.
"Pete…" MJ stared concernedly at her ex-boyfriend.
"MJ, you alright?" Peter asked, comforting her with equal amount of concern for his ex-girlfriend.
"Yeah." MJ assured him.
Peter sighs, calming his heart that was racing ever since he discovered her kidnapping, "Good…" He then somberly admits her, "Look, I'm, uh…I'm sorry about Harry. I should've told you about him sooner. I just…I was just afraid."
"I understand." MJ sympathized. Then her expression shifts to determination, "But now we have a second chance to make things right. We lost our Harry. We can't lose this one too."
"How? I've tried everything." Peter argued, feeling hopeless at this point.
"Have you tried fighting him as his best friend? Maybe not fight him at all?" MJ suggested with some crypticness that her spider-friend comes to understand, much to his shock.
"…You were always the smart one out of three of us." Peter quipped.
A smiling MJ scoffs, "Go get him, tiger."
"I'll keep Mary Jane safe for you." Fury promised his ally.
"Thanks, Fury." Spidey expressed his gratitude before swinging away from his friends that are safe from harm.
The Amazing Avenger returns to the battlefield to find friends still fighting friends. Pit and Lucina are too busy fending off Palutena's light, while Sonic and Weiss just got blown back by Demogoblin's pumpkin bomb. All the fighting reaches a stalemate as soon as Spider-Man drops before his corrupted best friend, who smiles, "So you saved them. Not bad. But I could do better. Maybe I'll figure out how to give myself powers like yours. I'd be a much better Spider-Man than you ever were. Snazzier costume, maybe some accessories…wait, I've got it! Spider-bombs! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!", before breaking into a maniacal cackle.
"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Spidey retorted angrily, "I know you're grieving over your dad. I know you've had it rough. But I'm NOT going to let that hold me back anymore!", as a familiar arachnid aura is enveloping his whole body for his ultimate power, "I'm sorry, Harry."
BGM-Street Fighter x Tekken OST-Honest Eyes (by Black Tide)
Spider-Man then bursts with ferocious energy that blows back the likes of Demogoblin and Palutena. Both are afraid as they know full on what they had unleashed, which gets twice as bad once they hear that familiar beasty roar, "GROOOOAAAAAAAARGH!" Beast Out Spider-Man rockets from the smoke to hurl a punch so brutally powerful at Demogoblin that it sends him flying through several walls of the temple, seamlessly followed up with a devastating uppercut that smashes him through ceilings until he's high above the temple, where Spidey is already meeting him after bouncing off the airborne debris at lightning speed, charging up a Holy Web Ball and roaring, "GRAAAAAAAARGH!", before firing his attack.
Swiftly, Demogoblin is caught by his glider and uses his flaming bladed arm to easily deflect his blast. "Try harder!" Harry retorted with a mocking smile. The next attack was sensed, but Harry was too slow to counter Peter's instant roundhouse kick from behind his head. Both rivals take their clash to the next level, pummeling each other while on the same glider that's flying wildly across Skyworld. Spidey steals the edge by smashing his friend, and his face, into every building they pass by until Harry had enough and throws him off his glider. "Hahahahahaha…!" He laughed psychotically while his glider charges its hellflames to maximum power, unleashing an intense hellish blast that is scorching the divine realm while it's trying to scorch the fleeing webslinger.
The battle against Palutena is ramping up just as ferociously. Sonic starts charging up his Light Speed Attack, with the rest of his friends rushing to buy him time. Palutena keeps her distance, summoning Centurions to fight in her place. Avengers and Centurions clash, and moments in after they start, so does Sonic and Palutena. Light Speed Attack versus the Goddess of Light, an incredibly intense brawl that is just sending them all over the realm with neither smasher gaining an advantage. That is until Sonic grabs her staff, punches out the goddess, then slams down the Chaos Kin with the staff, all in epically-fast succession. Lucina combos the vulnerable monstrosity that ends with her slashing it toward a wall where it is cornered. Or it would've if Palutena didn't return to be its shield, forcing both Sonic and the grunting princess to cease their assault and endure the full force of light blast. Pit continues the assault in their place, clashing his blades with his goddess's recovered staff, distracting her for Weiss to ambush the Chaos Kin with chilly ice blasts. And before either the Chaos Kin or Palutena could retaliate, both are then smashed by a thrown Demogoblin on his now-broken glider as Beast Out Spider-Man regroups with his friends.
"No! You can't do this to me! I'm the Demogoblin! I'm STRONG! NO ONE'S EVER GOING TO HURT ME AGAIN!" Harry cried, whining that he is being overpowered.
"I will not lose to mere MORTALS!" Palutena scowled, growing frustrated at their persistence.
Working together, Palutena blinds all her enemies with a massive flash of light before Demogoblin quickly assaults them with the countless souls of the Underworld. Only Spider-Man and Pit endured their devastating combo, with the latter forced to trade physical blows with Harry while the former is dodging Palutena's projectiles. Spidey manages to blind the goddess with webbing before utilizing a Web Throw to save Pit, who is spun around to kick down Harry and Palutena before being thrown at the nearly-defeated Chaos Kin.
"LEAVE LADY PALUTENA ALONE!" Pit demanded, furiously unleashing a charged bow blast that finally smashes the demon to its defeat.
Instantly after, Spidey is knocked back by a pumpkin bomb thrown at his face as Harry hurries to take advantage of his staggered state. Pit intercepts, briefly clashing with him before he too is overpowered by his demonic might. Goblin slides under his arrow as he's about to counterattack with an uppercut. But Pit isn't worried about it. He just smiles. Because he knows Spidey has his back by vaulting over his back. Intense glares are exchanged between best friends, with neither slowing down their fists from meeting the other's face in a simultaneous stalemate.
"HHRRRRH! URRAAAAAAARGH!" roared Beast Out Spider-Man, empowering himself with his X-Aura to give his punch that extra push to bury itself in Harry's face.
"HUURRAAAAAAAAAH!" screamed Demogoblin, empowering himself with his God Aura to repel his rival.
Holy Webbing wraps around the Spider's right fist. Hellfire is ignited on the Goblin's left fist. Light and Darkness is a moment away from engaging in their final clash. Both mortal warriors are in perfect sync, as they turn at each other, as they roar at each other, "HAAAAAAAAAAH!". And as their fists collide. The collision of two equal powers packed such immensely overwhelming forces that it triggers a mighty explosion that consumes the heart of the temple, startling spectators like MJ and Fury, and causing such whiplash in telepathic communications that it gives the gods a headache.

What has become of Spider-Man and Demogoblin is unknown to all but just them. Their last clash sent them to the depths of the temple, where Peter is out of his Beast Out State. Both are exhausted of too much of their strength that they struggle to even stand against each other. Despite that, Harry looks insistent to continue fighting. Peter, however, is the complete opposite.
"This isn't you." Peter said insistently.
"YES IT IS!" Harry retorted, furiously punching him across the face.
Growing weaker and desperate, Peter tries reminding him of their past, "Harry, we've known each other since forever. We helped each other in high school. We both lost loved ones. We both were alone in the darkness. You're Harry Osborn…"
"SHUT UP!" Harry uppercutted him aback, "I AM THE DEMOGOBLIN!"
Still, Peter refuses to fight him. "I'm not gonna fight you." He stated, taking off his mask to have him stare at the face of Peter Parker and allow him to secure an easy victory.
"Then I'm gonna kill you." Refusing to rekindle their friendship, Harry lunges at and begins to savagely beat Peter in the face.
Face is bruised. Bloodied. His consciousness is fading. But just before losing it from the brutal assault, Peter has one last thing to say to Harry before he delivers the killing blow, "Then do it…None of that matters…You're my friend…"
Those words strike a chord within Harry's heart, as they sound like words that he would use if their roles were reversed. "Best friend…" Harry remarked somberly. Realizing what he has become and what he was doing to his best friend, Harry takes a step back to do something drastic. He punches himself in the chest, just to reach the Norn Stone of Darkness that is corrupting his soul. His inner conflict was excruciating painful. But in the end, he did it. He removed the Stone from his soul. And what's better, he crushed it with his bare hands. "HUURRAAAAAAAAAAH…!" Harry screamed the darkness out of his soul, returning his body to its original New Goblin attire. His human spirit has overcome god's will. But it took all of his strength as he collapses into unconsciousness, just as Peter awakens with enough strength to see his best friend is finally back to normal.
"Harry…You did it…" Peter smiled, weak but very proud of him for defeating his inner darkness.
Demogoblin is no more. And with the Chaos Kin looking just as much defeated, Palutena collapses on the ground outside, causing Pit to rush to her side. "Pit…" Palutena said weakly while regaining her composure that is free of chaotic influence.
"Are you all right?! I didn't mean to hurt you." The concerned Pit asked.
"Where's Spidey and Harry?" Sonic wondered, standing alongside the other Dimensional Avengers.
"OVER HERE!"
That shout came from Nick Fury, who just recovered Harry's unconscious body while Mary Jane is escorting a bruised and unmasked Spider-Man. "Ow…Your plan hurt…" Peter weakly joked with his ex-boyfriend.
"No pain, no gain." MJ quipped.
"Oh my god, your face!" Weiss rushed worriedly to the spider's aid.
"Nothing makeup couldn't hide…Care to share…?" Peter's joke assured her that he's fine.
"Later." Weiss smiled in relief, before shifting into concern for the unconscious Osborn, "And Harry…?"
"He's fine." Peter sincerely assured her that Harry is back to normal. He then exchanges looks with the uncorrupted Palutena, smiling at her, "How ya feeling, ma'am?"
"Heh. Good." Palutena scoffed out a smile, ignoring his tease about her age just this once as a sign of gratitude.
BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Despair Approaching
Just as it seems the heroes can begin resting, disaster strikes in the most horrific way possible. 'Guys! Behind you!' Viridi shouted, warning them all of the Chaos Kin's survival.
The Chaos Kin suddenly stands up and darts by everyone but Palutena, as its tail has special plans for the goddess. But in a brave last second blitz, Peter shouts, "PALUTENA!", and takes the strike for his friend.
"PETER!" Palutena screamed in horror.
"PETE!" Pit yelled in shock.
"NOOOOO!" MJ cried with both emotions.
Spider-Man could do nothing but scream in anguish as his soul is being ripped out from his chest. Wasting no time, Palutena rushes to his soulless body and preserves it by turning it into stone at the last moment. Peter is petrified as the Chaos Kin flies into the sky to flee from Fury's raging gunshots, quickly ripping open a portal to the Chaos Vortex and retreating inside of it.
'It's heading into the Chaos Vortex!' Viridi announced.
"Why you…!" scowled Sonic, running toward the portal alongside Pit so they could save Peter's soul.
"Viridi! You have to help me fly RIGHT NOW!" Pit ordered.
'O-of course!' Viridi complied frantically.
The Nature Goddess activates the Power of Flight, sending Pit toward the portal as Sonic joins him from a mighty jump. However, the portal quickly becomes too narrow to pass through and the duo collides with it instead. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaugh!" They are sent flying backwards, roughly landing back on the ground.
'Now what?!' Viridi wondered what options they have left.
"OUT OF THE WAY! COMING THROUGH!" Suddenly Dark Pit appears riding the Lightning Chariot, much to everyone's surprise.
"Pittoo?" Pit remarked.
At full speed, Dark Pit rams the Lightning Chariot into the portal to split it open. It did cause him to tumble backwards however, causing him to lose the chariot in the process. "Don't worry. I got this." said Phosphora, zipping by in pursuit of the Lightning Chariot once more.

"What the-?" Pit looks at his dark clone, attempting to question his sudden appearance.
"There's no time to talk about it! We have to go help Spider-Man NOW!" Dark Pit ordered to silence him.
"WAS STEALING UNICORNS YOUR BEST IDEA?!"
More surprises come in the form of Scarlet Spider appearing and riding Dragon Tiki like a wyvern rider. "I DIDN'T SEE YOU COMING UP WITH ANYTHING TO GET HERE FASTER!" Pittoo bickered with just as much fury against the spider-clone.
"You two are behaving like children. Stop it!" Tiki ordered sternly.
"Lady Tiki? What are you and Scarlet Spider doing in this world?" Lucina questioned their sudden arrival.
"Blame Poseidon and you bastards! I am getting SICK of cleaning up your mess in every dimension!" Kaine vented angrily.
"Must've missed you fighting the Chaos Kin." Sonic snarked.
"And I didn't see YOU fighting Dark Sonic!" Kaine retorted.
"SCARRRLEEEEEEEET!"
Startled by that overwhelmingly raging roar, all parties turn around to witness Dark King Sonic flying into Skyworld at murderous speeds. "Oh for fuck's sake…" Kaine muttered tiredly, right before his screaming hide is spindashed into the Chaos Vortex at dark light speeds.
"SCAR-SCAR!" Tiki screamed in great worry before flying after him.
"You're dead this time, Dark Sonic!" Pittoo vowed, as all of Team Scarlet take their ventures into the chaotic realm.
'Did we miss something?' Viridi quipped, confused and absolutely clueless of what happened at Sparta.
"Forget about that!" Fury retorted. "Avengers, head into the Chaos Vortex and help them rescue Spider-Man's soul!" He ordered the remaining heroes on the field.
"Right!" Pit acknowledged.
"Hold on, Spider-Bros! We're coming!" declared Sonic, with the team about to head into the Chaos Vortex to save the soul of their amazing hero.

KFX Here: Oh man. So much has happened in this chapter that I don't know where to begin. I guess I can say is that the Chaos Kin Arc is a chapter away from being over. If you're wondering where Loki has been all this time, there is a reason for that.
