Chapter 1: Invasion
The sound of alarms filled the metal halls of the building as a lone inteleon sprinted down them. In front of the inteleon was a round metal door that began to open, he quickly dropped to one knee and raised his hand in a pistol motion. *BANG BANG!* Before the door could even open fully, the inteleon fired 2 water bullets from his finger tip, hitting 2 pokemon square in the chest knocking them out instantly. "Sorry Chaps, I'm afraid I don't have time for tea and a chat." He blew on his finger as if to blow away gun smoke. *WACK!* Something large and heavy hit the inteleon on the back, giving him the same fate as the two he knocked out.
When the inteleon came to, he was chained from the ceiling and hanging upside down over a tank containing water and a sharpedo. A maniacal laughter brought his attention to the guilty party, A malamar. "Agent Pond, how kind of you to want to hangout. Unfortunately, I'm a little busy at the moment. I've brought a friend you can hangout with instead though, I'm not a meanie." The malamar turned around and pressed a button on his console causing Agent Pond to begin his descent, before leaving through a door with a maniacal laugh.
"I appreciate the thought, Doctor, but my appointment is with you, not your friend." Agent Pond tried wiggling himself out of the chains but found them to be wrapped tightly around his figure. Coming up with a plan, he began to secretly secrete water from his fingertips to cover himself and the chains in, hoping to slip out once wet enough.
The sharpedo looked like it was hurt, or pretended to be. In a cockney accent, he spoke. "Aw, don't be like dat pond, thought we 'ad somethin' then. Why dontcha take a dive into mah mouth huh? I want to know what you taste like."
Finally, Agent Pond was wet enough to slip out. "Sorry to disappoint you. But I've got better things to do than being fish food." He slipped out of his chains and grabbed them, allowing him to swing over the tank and onto the metal floor, narrowly missing the Sharpedo. "Cya 'round chompers!" He gave a two fingered salute to the shark before leaving through the same door the Doctor left through.
Before the door could close he heard a disappointed "Come on!" shouted from behind him. As Agent Pond sprinted down the corridor, multiple round flying robots would come out of the wall and fire lasers at him. He would take them all out using his snipe shot and acrobatics to dodge. Eventually he came to another round door, entering he saw Doctor Malicious tapping away on a console at the top of some stairs. The console was connected to what seemed to be a very large tesla coil.
"Fair doctor, did you not take the hippocratic oath?" He joked, getting his attention.
Doctor Malicious turned to face his nemesis. "Ah, Agent Pond, I see you escaped my trap once again." He rubbed his tentacles maliciously, "BUT YOU'RE TOO LATE! MY MINDCONTROLINATOR HAS CHARGED AND I JUST NEED TO PRESS THIS ONE BUTTON TO FIRE IT!" The doctor hover a tentacle over a big green button. "YOU LOSE! MUWAHAHAHAHA!"
"NO!" Agent Pond quickly sent a snipe shot his way but he was too late. The bullet of water hit its mark but not before they pressed the button. Pond braced for impact, tried hard on focusing who he was and his free will… But nothing happened. He opened his eyes and noted Doctor Malicious' bewildered expression.
"But-But it was charged and everything!" The doctor scrambled to the console to find the problem. There were many buttons, levers and lights as well as a large screen in the middle, however, the lights and screen did not turn on and the buttons and levers did nothing. "It can't be? I made sure I had enough power to control the whole world."
Agent Pond felt a little stupid now, over reacting to the situation. He straightened his posture then began walking towards the doctor. "Well well well doctor. It seems you used the wrong batteries, you should have used double As instead of triple." The doctor just ignored him and kept trying to figure out what went wrong. As Agent Pond took his first step on the stairs, the whole roof to the evil base flew off, causing the duo to look skywards in shock at what they saw. The sky was dark despite it being day and purple clouds surrounded the location. Floating in the middle of it all was a pokémon neither of them had ever seen before.
Before either could react, a roar straight out of nightmares deafened any other sound from being present. It was as if they were hit with a stun grenade. Being discombobulated, Pond was barely able to see what was going on, but he could make out that it was charging a large pink beam from its ribcage. Then, it fired.
