First let me give a big shout out to everyone that left a Review for Chapter 1… CajunBear73, Invader Johnny, daccu65, Uberscribbler, and a guest reviewer.

As always, I do not own any of the characters involved in this amalgamation of wordy words.

Chapter 2

In an office that no one knew about somewhere in the bowels of an institution known as GJ, a yellow light began to blink on a small panel that was located on a large mahogany desk.

One single and slender gloved finger pressed a hidden button just under the edge of the desk, causing a panel to slide open. From this hole that was now in the middle of the desk a rather antiquated rotary dial phone rose and clicked into place.

The hand that belonged to the former gloved slender finger now gripped the phone, and it was lifted to an ear that was framed by short-cropped hair.

A male voice on the other end immediately spoke. "She knows."

There was a short pause before a female voice responded. "OK then. Do we proceed as planned?"

"Yes, but very carefully."

"Funny how things like this always seem to happen at near the same time. Is this by coincidence?"

The male voice chuckled. "You know by now that we do not deal in coincidences. The universe just somehow seems to… fall into place."

"Do you think the elder knew what we found two weeks ago?"

"No. She's been in the hospital for a while now, and we have been monitoring any visitors that she has had."

"So it has to be near impossible that anyone anywhere… would know about the body that was found in the Arctic and what we were able to derive from the DNA?"

"You of all people should know that the only outside contact and help that we have used is Dr. Load. He has gone through rigorous training so as not to release any information, and he knows the consequences if he does."

"You're right." The female voice responded. "I apologize, Sir. So when would you like me to give her the proposal?"

"Our resources at the hospital say that the grandmother may only have two, maybe three weeks, tops. I know it sounds a little morbid, but let's wait about a week, no more than two after her passing."

It was about two weeks after her grandmother passed when there was a knock on Kim Possible's dorm room door at about 7:30 in the morning.

The red head had wanted to sleep in on this particular Saturday since the day before was full of Finals. She wanted to spend the weekend relaxing since her graduation was coming up the following week, so Kim was just a wee-bit… cranky.

Thinking it was her boyfriend, Kim didn't even check the peep-hole, and quickly swung the door open while giving him a tongue lashing. "Ron Stoppable, I told you I wanted to sleep in this weekend and we…" She then saw who was standing in front of her. "Dr. Director!"

Immediately Kim drew her robe closed and tied the belt before attempting to push down her now wild hair.

"I'm sorry to wake you so early Kimberly," Dr. Director said as she walked into the dorm room, "But there's something important that we need to discuss before you graduate."

"It couldn't have waited at least a few more hours?" The redhead grumbled while starting to fix herself a cup of instant coffee, and then softened her tone a little. "Coffee or tea, Betty?"

"No, Thank-you. Already had a cup with my morning donut."

After heating her coffee in the microwave, Kim sat down at the kitchen table opposite of where the Director of Global Justice was standing. "Please Betty, sit. Let's talk."

"I'm sorry Kim, but our discussion will need to be in a place a little more…" she glancing around the room, "secure."

The redhead smirked behind her cup. "You know Wade has decked out this entire place with his own tech to keep it bug-free."

"Yes, I am aware. But this information cannot get into the wrong hands, and we cannot take any chances." She then paused for a few seconds. "I'll give you ten minutes to make yourself… presentable." Kim didn't even need that long.

About forty-five minutes later Dr. Director was leading Kim into a secured area of G.J. that she had never been in before. In fact, it looked quite… new.

Kim was led into a small office that didn't have any windows. There was a small desk in one corner, a couch on one wall, and a large TV screen on the wall opposite the couch.

"Have a seat Kim, and let me show you something."

The soon to be "Graduate with Honors" sat down on the couch, and a video started playing on the large screen TV.

It started with a rather bleak looking landscape, completely covered with snow and ice, in the middle of what appeared to be a rather nasty snow storm. The image was from the point of view inside a jeep looking out the windshield.

The jeep pulled up next to what appeared to be a large personnel-carrier type of vehicle, and the image followed, giving the view of what a person was seeing. It was a Point-of-view camera attached to someone. This person exited the jeep and entered the personnel carrier.

The first person to came into view immediately saluted. "General Simms, Sir!"

"At ease, Major. Is it true? Did we find… him?"

The Major replied. "Yes sir, we have. But…"

"Well man, spit it out."

"The body is very well preserved by the intense cold but… Captain Rogers didn't survive."

"But we did for sure find Captain America, correct?"

"Yes General Simms, we have. We were just getting ready to transport the body back to the states, where S.H.I.E.L.D. and their Sub-Division G.J. are going to start working on a serum derived from DNA extracted from the body. In fact, they are moving the body into a special sub-zero container right now. Would you like to see for yourself, sir?"

"Of course I would."

The Major then led General Simms to a window looking outside of the vehicle, where a small flatbed truck slowly drove by that was carrying the 75 year old remains of Captain America. It was covered with a blanket, and the truck stopped right in front of the window. A Private moved the blanket just enough so that the General could see the distinctive red, white and blue shield, as well as part of the suit that Captain America was known to wear.

The General nodded and asked, "They did do a DNA test to make sure this wasn't fake, right? I'd hate this to be another 'Capone's Vault' debacle."

The Major chuckled a little before answering. "Yes sir we did, and it was both confirmed and verified. The scientists on staff are saying that their preliminary findings are telling them that the serum they come up with may only work 100 percent on a blood relative of the Captain."

"Well then…" The General said with a sigh. "We need to find a living relative of Captain America."

"Well Kim…" Dr. Director said as she turned to the redhead, "What do you…" She stopped as Kim Possible was sitting there slack jawed, blinking.

It took a few seconds for Kim to finally come to her senses after her brain had put two and four together. "You… you want to… turn me into a… a… SUPER soldier!?"

Dr. Director immediately tried to put Kim at ease. "No Kim, not a super soldier. The scientists are saying you would be more of a… a perfect human. Everything about you that makes you human would be increased to about 96% out of a 100. Your strength, your bone density, skin tensile strength… even your immune system would essentially be… perfect."

To be continued…

Hope everyone is enjoying this little umm… fusion. This is going more of a fusion with just Captain America, so there may be only be maybe one or two more characters from the MARVEL Universe.
