A Herbert Powell and Jen Josati (My OC) story
Winter Wonders
Note: I've started pairing these two characters, Herbert Powell really needs a lover in the Simpsons, he also just needs to have another big role, it's been almost 31 seasons since his last one. Anyhow, Jen will have been Herb's friend before the time that this fanfic takes place. Herb will be living in Springfield.

Chapter 1: Walking in the Snow
Herbert Powell, the half-brother of Homer J. Simpson, is walking through Evergreen Terrace, he was planning on meeting up with his pal Jen Josati. He lived in Springfield for a while now. The weather was snowy, and he was used to this, being from Detroit, it snowed very often in winter there. He was also getting closer to Jen, he knew a lot about her. He knew how she had a boyfriend for three years before the jerk dumped her for a supermodel. Herbert wants a lover in his life really bad, and he really liked Jen.
Jen Josati walks up to him, she wore a green jacket that was fully zipped up, she had a pink hat on, purple earmuffs covered her ears, and a scarf that covered her mouth, when she gets to her friend, she pulls the scarf down and said, "Herbert, nice seeing you again." Herbert smiled, he thought she looked lovely, he tells her, "Hello Jen, what a lovely outfit you have on." The lady giggled, Herbert always made her feel happy, so this was no surprise to her, "Thank you, I like your outfit too. Say, what brings you here?"
Herbert takes one hand out of its pocket, uses it to grab the woman's free hand, he says that he came out to see her. Jen blushes, this was a surprise to her, Herbert never came out to see her before, he also never held her hand. Herbert then blushs and pulls his hand away and puts it back in the pocket, he says, "Sorry about that, I don't know what came over me.."
