Update information will tell you about any updates to your Player AI
Storage area is as simple as it sound you will beable to put around 36 item in there (free of any skills that would increase the number) without the cost of being weighted down
Skill tree will upgrade or create any abilities that your Player AI gives you, you can get skills by completing goals or by claiming gift bags
Settings are literally just settings you can change the color of your inventory
controls pretty basic stuff
Reputation Board will tell you the Reputation you have with people you have met if you get them to a high enough Reputation you will claim rewards based around that character
Beastiary will list the enemys you have fought basic information of the enemy's you have fought. the more times you defeat them the more information you get. the beastiary also provides the items the enemy's drop
your map will give you a perfect compass a map containing the places you have been. a list of the worlds you have been .and a clock and stop watch
Goals will be displayed on the top right hand corner of your vision. Completing goals will give you rewards like skills gift bags jutsu and weapons
