Anakin soon arrived back at the castle, ready to clean himself off after hours of searching for Kara.
"That is the last time I go after a speedy girl like Kara." Anakin said, walking in, only to run into a frightening sight in the form of a bronze scaled dragon. A bunch of cacti and poison ivy popped out from the walls and the floor as Anakin was frightened.
"D-D-Drag-!" Anakin stammered until Kara put her hand over her brother's mouth.
"Anakin! Calm down!" Kara said. "It's not a real dragon. I mean, it's really a dragon here, but it's not, it's-"
"Ani, it's me. Your mother." Shmi said.
Anakin looked at the dragon with wide eyes. Although she had a long snout and lizard-like face with scales, Anakin recognized Shmi's eyes.
"Mom?! What-? What happened to you?" Anakin said.
"A witch turned Mom into a dragon." said Kara. "It's not my fault. We have to get her out of the castle so I can change her back to a human and I need your help."
"What can I do?"
"I need you to buy us some time." Kara said. "Convince the others that there is no dragon in this castle. Let Carmine and Dad know that Mom is okay."
Meanwhile, everyone was beginning to search the castle for a dragon. They all had various weapons and searched the halls, when they heard a loud roaring sound and saw a dragon's shadow on the wall.
"There's a dragon! Wrecker shouted, getting everyone ready to fight.
Carmine also started to rush in, only to be pulled into another hall by Anakin, who covered his mouth.
"Just follow my lead." Anakin whispered. He then saw the little twins, and got them in on it. "Wanna play a game with the big boys, kids?"
"Yes!" the twins.
"Great. Now here's what we need you to do..."
Meanwhile, Kara was getting Shmi through the clear halls of the castle, going as quietly and quickly as they could go. But with a long dragon tail and her wings spreading out on their own from time to time, Shmi couldn't stop knocking things over.
"Careful, Mom!" Kara scolded.
"You try having wings and a tail for the first time!" Shmi retorted.
The men kept searching the castle, high and low. But no dragon so far. And then heard a roaring sound and two little kids screaming.
"The twins!" Zam panicked.
Jango and his wife and children all rushed along, and so did some others, looking for a dragon, and they rushed to the kitchen, where they found Anakin in a dragon costume, and the kids pretending to be in danger while Carmine pretended to be a brave hero saving them.
"What is going on here?" Hunter said.
"Um... we were just playing with the little ones." Anakin said.
Qui-Gon came in and told the boys that this was no time to play, as a real dragon was on the loose, and he'd seen the mess in his room.
"Uh... that's actually our fault." Anakin lied. "We kinda got carried away and made a mess. But Mom's okay."
"Yeah," said Carmine. "Kara... took her to see a doctor about a special elixir that would help her feel better. She didn't want you to worry."
Qui-Gon was sure something else was going on, but the others thought he was just losing his mind.
"I'm fairly certain playing doesn't leave claw marks on the walls." Qui-Gon said.
Lord Jango rolled his eyes and went to tell the others it was just a false alarm. Qui-Gon was about to join them, until Anakin pulled his father in.
"Dad... we have to tell you something very important." Anakin said. "We didn't make that mess in your room."
"Then who did?" Qui-Gon asked.
"This is gonna sound insane." Carmine said.
"You'd better sit down for this." Anakin added. "Kids, help yourselves to a treat as a reward for helping us."
While the two princes started to explain things to their father, Boba and Omega spotted a familiar cake on the table and decided to help themselves to it.
