They are in a town for once, approaching an inn to spend the night at, and even nature meets them here.
Shin-Ah blinks in half-surprise. A small creature flies near the light outside the inn, fluttering away.
Its wings are tinted a pretty golden color, as gently as butter, cast by the light hanging over the door.
It's a small sight but a comfort too, to see a moth out here. Like nature's cheerful hello, a little way of saying it will be okay and they can stay here.
Shin-Ah's surprised that no one else seems to notice the little moth. Perhaps Yun didn't see her either. Everyone seems so quick to hurry into the inn, tired after a long day and night, filled to the brim with countless hours of walking.
The movement of the door startles the moth a little further away in fear. And Shin-Ah marvels at how much life is truly out there once you leave a dark cave, you've lived nearly your whole life in.
He reaches out a gloved finger and for a moment, the tiniest of seconds, the moth comes to rest on it before flying away again.
