Disclaimer: This story is the fan sequel to "The Misery Senshi Neo-Zero Double Blitzkrieg Debacle" and "Return of the Lawndale Militia" by Peter Guerin. I recommend you find and read those online before diving into this. Though since this is an unauthorised follow up, a few characters from his stories will be renamed (mostly to cover up how badly constructed their original names were) and I will change who will be crossing over in this third instalment, removing Daria and replacing The Real Ghostbusters and the cast of You're Under Arrest with TMNT and two separate Metal Heroes series, due to lack of familiarity with the former three. I also won't be introducing his planned OCs that would've been a knockoff of the Justice League, in order to streamline the story.

Lawndale, Ohio.

At the now rundown Lawndale gun club, a few men, along with at least one woman, had gathered to reminisce. Once upon a time, they had met there under the leadership of the great man they all called Tony C, though not to his face. He likely would've shot them for calling him that, given his massive temper. He had assembled them into what he called his "Lawndale Militia", which he planned to use to enforce a fascist order over America. While they had managed to catch the town off guard by launching their attack immediately following a plane crash caused by two simultaneous terrorist incidents in Japan, it had been a short lived victory. Somehow, Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury had made the trip from Tokyo in the middle of an attack by Neo-Nazis and helped the populace liberate the town, with Tony being killed in the process. "It sure was nice of Tony's nephew to pay for this place to be rebuilt.", one of their number, Blake Sellers commented.

"Yeah, too bad he wasn't any more effectual than his uncle.", another man, Maurice "Moe" Pointdexter, pointed out. His brother Rob had been killed by Tony C in one of his angry moments, which had lessened his enthusiasm for their cause. "He tried getting us some aid from that oriental broad in the Jap government. But then, we were thwarted by those guys from the Gunsmith Cats munitions store."

The sole woman, Belinda "Belle" Nathanson was the next to speak. "Maybe we should just pack it in and get regular careers.", she suggested. "Face it, we've had two shots to force Tony C's rule on this country, and we blew it."

Everyone was nodding, seriously considering her suggestion. "Don't be so quick to give it all up." They all turned to see a man in a black clock that obscured his face, a vocoder similarly concealing his voice. The only clue as to who he really was being an accent that none of the group could place. "I can offer you a chance to go beyond what you were offered by your previous leaders."

"Oh yeah.", one member of the crowd spoke up. "And what could you offer us that they couldn't? Tony C set out to take over America."

"And I am offering you the chance to take over the whole world.", the man responded. "And all you have to do is help to resurrect the most evil man who ever existed." Everyone was suddenly enthusiastic, raising their fists. "I knew you'd see things my way."

And several thousand miles away, beneath the streets of New York City, the rat known as Splinter, and his four adoptive wards, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael, we're going about their business, training and/or goofing off. Though they had vanquished their arch nemesis the Shredder, his adoptive daughter Karai had taken control of the Foot Clan, and they were staying alert in the event she chose to enact her vengeance. But then, Donatello burst in. "Hey guys, I've got some news you might wanna hear."

Master Splinter turned away from his soap operas. "I assume you must've recovered whatever you are now choosing to share with us at great risk, Donatello."

"Yeah, Donnie. Spill it.", Michelangelo was next to speak.

"A while ago, I managed to tap into the Foot's phone lines, allowing me to listen in on everything Karai said to her clients.", Donnie explained. "Just now, her latest call indicated that the Foot would be leaving town to engage in something over in Wales." Everyone seemed confused by this. "The country next to England.", he clarified, resulting in a collective "Oh!"

"Eh, I say we leave 'em to do whatever they're going to do.", Raphael suggested. "After all, with one less crime gang to take out, we have more time to deal with the rest of the city's problems: Purple Dragons, Girl Scouts…"

Leonardo smacked his brother on the head. "Think about it, Raph. Whatever Karai is up to while she's out of town, it can't possibly end well for us. We need to intercept her and stop the Foot from getting whatever they're after."

"But how are we gonna get around the world without drawing attention?", Michelangelo asked. "Do you know a place where we could get some rubber masks and trench coats?"

"Don't be ridiculous, Michelangelo.", Splinter stated. "Though, I do have my own method of travelling great distances."

And so, the 5 mutants took off from their lair, unaware they were being observed by a man in a suit, who spoke into an earpiece. "Sir, the turtles seem to be moving somewhere. Should I detain them?"

On the other end, the man's superior, one Agent John Bishop of the Earth Defence Force, answered his subordinate. "No, I think we should see what they're up to. Pursue, but do not engage." He hung up and then pressed a button on his primary computer console, bringing up images of all the major members of the Foot. "Perhaps whatever Karai's up to has caught their ears too. Looks like we may be investigating the same thing my contact warned me about."

Across the seas in Tokyo, Keiichiro Toryama, the newly elected Minister for Defence, was walking down the hall of the National Diet building to speak to the favourite to become the next Prime Minister, Shinzo Nagai, leader of an LDP-Komeito coalition. Both had received these honours for their exemplary handling of the terrorist group NIRAA during their attack. "Ah, so you're back from your trip overseas.", Toryama said to his future superior. "How was America?"

"The people there aren't particularly bright.", was Nagai's answer. "But I managed to achieve what I was after over there. All-in-all, a successful trip. Anyway, I assume you have a reason to barge into my office without an appointment."

"Indeed.", Toryama suddenly became serious. "I've heard that you're lobbying to restart the Neo-Zero project and put the plane into mass production."

"Of course.", Nagai responded, smiling smugly. "And that's a problem because…?" Need I remind you we dismantled the NIRAA and put up a publicly acceptable cover story. I mean, who'd believe that a Buddhist deity…"

"Shinto.", Toryama corrected.

Nagai ignored him. "…destroyed the entire organisation with holy fire?"

"That's not why I'm worried.", was Toryama's response. "I'm concerned that while we may have defeated Dr. Helffen, we have no clue as to who was funding him. There was no way he could've funded an entire organisation, reproductions of our newest weapons and mass production of his immortality formula by himself. But when I try to find out who was sending him money, I find that you're freezing all access to them."

"Like I said, it no longer matters.", was Nagai's answer. "We defeated NIRAA, there's nothing more to find out. Let it go." Too enraged to say another word, Toryama followed this by storming out. Nagai, now frowning, went over to his answering machine, pressing a button to talk to his secretary. "Hitomi, I need you to call someone."

Outside the Diet building, Toryama walked over to his limo, not noticing a man walking behind him, carrying an unusual briefcase. "Why the arrogance of that man.", Toryama grumbled. "If I could, I'd have him impeached for obstruction. But I'm stuck waiting for him to be formally appointed before I can do anything like that." He then moved to take a few steps towards his limousine… only for it to explode in front of him." What the-?" He then saw a man in a black outfit wearing sunglasses. "Who are you?" But instead of an answer, the man thrust his hand forward, strangling the former JSDF member.

The man one Hayato Kano of Interpol's Rescue Police division, who was still stood behind Toryama, seeing all of this, placed his briefcase on the ground, taking out a key and inserting it. "Boot Up!" He then opened the case to reveal armour, which he then equipped onto himself, becoming SyncRedder, and then firing a shot at the attacker with his Heavy Cyclone. "Gel Cartridge!" The bullets froze the assailant in his tracks, as Hayato formally introduced himself. "Exceedraft! You're under arrest!" He then turned to Toryama, who was freed from the psychic attack. "Get out of here." The man nodded and ran off. But freezing the assailant made no difference, as a blob emerged from his mouth, taking shape into a creature with sharp claws. "An alien?", Hayato questioned.

The creature then breathed a burst of energy from its mouth, hitting Toryama and causing him to fall to the floor. "Mission complete.", the alien stated, laughing at its own atrocity.

"Why you!", Hayato growled, reloading his weapon. "Vulcan Cartridge!" Unlike the Gel Cartridge, this one caused harm to the creature, managing to send it backwards. "Inserting EM Blade!" By combining the two weapons, Hayato was able to unleash his strongest attack. "Cyclone Nova!" In one shot, the alien that had attacked him was reduced to nothing.

"Captain!" As Hayato removed his helmet, he was joined by his allies, Kosaku Muraoka and Ken Okuma, both geared up as DraftBlues and DraftKeace respectively. "We came as soon as we detected your suit being activated.", Kosaku explained. "What happened, Captain?"

"The Defence Minister was attacked.", Hayato explained. "His assailant was some kind of alien. Not like the Warrior of Light, it was something more malevolent."

"And it seems they were playing for keeps.", Ken informed him, examining the prone figure of Toryama. "This wound is mortal."

"T-then, there's someone you must find…" Toryama wheezed, taking a photograph out of his pocket, showing a girl in a school uniform. "This… this is my niece, Makoto Kino. She refused to associate with me after I got her parents killed with a blunder I had convinced myself was justified. But after she was able to use that internet thing to point out my blunder, I was unable to keep her love…." He then wheezed again. "But she can stop whatever's happening. Her and her friends. Give them the one word I've managed to turn up in my investigation. 'Red Hand'." And with that, Keiichiro Toryama breathed for the final time.

"He's gone, Captain.", Ken commented. "But what did he mean by "red hand"? And what does this Kino girl have to do with all this?"

"And why would an alien want to kill a prominent member of the Japanese diet?", Kosaku asked. "This whole case is proving even more mysterious."

"We'll have to do some research into most of this." Hayato responded to both questions. "As for that alien, I'm sure I saw something similar in a file. Something called 'Blue SWAT'. Apart from trying to trace them up, our only lead is that girl."

"I think I recognise the uniform.", Kosaku spoke up. "It's the uniform for Juuban Municipal High School. You know, near where all those incidents occurred a while back. People going crazy, reports of gems and mirrors coming out of people's bodies, other people being turned into monsters after meeting some strange people…"

"Eh, really?", Ken asked. "If that's the case, then why weren't Exceedraft dealing with that situation?"

"They popped up shortly after the dissolution of our Tokyo base.", Hayato explained. "And from what I can tell, most of those incidents were dealt with by mysterious girls dressed in girls school uniforms. Looks like we're being told that we need to work with them on this case. And this girl is our lead on locating them. You two will see to that, while I look into this 'Blue SWAT' lead."

And elsewhere, in an unknown location, men in cloaks were bowing continuously to a statue, chanting "Owain!" continuously. The leader, whose cloak was red, as opposed to the black cloaks worn by his acolytes, stepped forward.

"After thousands of years, the great Owain will return to claim his rightful place.", the man declared. "This shallow world shall crumble before his might. And with the aid of our allies, all opposition to our cause shall crumble. We have eliminated the politician who nearly stumbled upon us." He placed a picture of Toryama on the altar, setting it on fire. "And soon, others shall meet the same fate."
