Chapter 13 Captured
Jay's POV
I had arrived at the coordinates Pixal had sent me.
"Pixal", I started. "I'm at the place."
"Good", Pixal said. "Can you see the machine?"
With that, I looked around…and saw a machine with lighting shooting out of it.
"Um…", I started. "Is it the one with lightning shooting out of it?"
"Yep", Kai replied. "That's the one."
"Perfect", Pixal said. "Jay, all you need to do know is to shoot a burst of lightning through the opening of the machine. That will cause the electrical energy core to explode, which will result in the machine being destroyed from the inside."
"And this isn't gonna hurt me, right", I asked nervously.
"Fear not", Pixal reassured me. As long as you stay above the machine, you shouldn't be caught in the burst that will occur when the electrical energy core is destroyed."
"Got it", I said. "Alright guys! Superstar rockin' Jay is about to save the day!"
"Hey", Cole started. "That rhymed!"
"Good luck, Jay", Nya said.
"Thanks Nya", I said.
"Be careful, son", Libber said.
"I will be, Libber", I reassured. "Don't worry."
With that, I ended my communication with everybody.
"Alright then", I started. "Let's end this!"
With that…I was about to unleash a burst of lightning onto the core.
But before I could…some type of magnetic force started pulling me towards the machine!
"Guys", I started frantically. "Guys, come in!"
"What's wrong, Jay", Lloyd asked in concern.
"Some type of magnetic field is pulling me towards…"
Before I could finish…the electrical frequency coming from the machine cut off my communication!
I was then pulled onto the top of the building where the machine was on, and then…some type of net was thrown on top of me!
I tried to get it off of me, but it wouldn't budge!
The net was also somehow blocking out my elemental powers!
As I was trying to break free…I suddenly heard a very evil sounding laugh.
I looked up…and saw someone who looked like a mad scientist.
"Well well well", he started. "You must be Lisbeth's boy?"
"Let me guess", I started. "You're Professor Dvalin Storm?"
"Didn't your friends tell you that I no longer go by that name", Dvalin asked. "I am now known as…Stormterror!"
"That's…actually a cool villain name", I admitted.
"Anyway", Dvalin started. "Now that you are here, boy…you will be of much use to me."
Nya's POV
"Jay", I started frantically as I tried to reach him. "Come in, Jay!"
"It's no use, Sis", Kai stated. "Looks like his communication is down."
"Then what do we do", Libber asked. "We can't just sit here and do nothing!"
"Don't worry, Lisbeth", Lloyd reassured said person. "We won't."
"Jay was near the machine when his communication was cut off", Zane pointed out. "I believe that he is mostly likely to be in Stormterror's lair."
"Then what are we waiting for", I asked impatiently. "Let's go!"
