It felt like a lifetime as they were waiting for the results on why Christian collapsed, but they knew the doctors wanted to rule out as much as they could. It made Ana wonder, Did Christian sense something was wrong and was nervous about the outcome or was it just a coincidence?

Christian was sitting up in the bed. You could tell he was bored. He was used to working, but since he's been in the hospital, there was nothing for him to do. He did all he could from his phone, but he wanted to interact with his clients and go to meetings, do all the things that made Christian who he was.

"Baby" Christian said as he looked over at Ana.

"You okay?" Ana asked as she looked up.

"I'm great as long as you're here, but that's not it. Do you think you can sneak in some real food? This hospital food is disgusting. I think Gail may be able to make something." You could tell he wanted to get out of there, but he had to stay for observation.

"You sure that's a good idea?" Ana asked has she looked at her husband.

"I can't eat this food; it's making me feel worse" He said in one of his tones. Ana rolled her eyes.

"I'll text Gail." She took her phone and texted Gail about the food. Ana had a feeling he would want his favorite food so that's what he will have. She asked for extra so she could eat with him "Sawyer will go and pick it up when it's done. We're having that dinner date you promised me." Ana said.

"Thank you, gorgeous."

Ana bent down and kissed him. "Anything for you, my big strong man." Christian smiled for the first time in what felt like days. Ana knew that being hooked up to monitors wasn't her ideal of a Saturday night, but she knew that Christian had to be there and get stronger before he was released. They still were waiting on what was going on, but they knew they couldn't rush it. They had to be patient.

After some time alone to talk and think about what was going on, Grace came into the room. "Hey honey. How do you feel?" she stood by the bed beside Ana.

"I feel better, still tired, but I'll make it."

"I have your results." Grace was kind enough to be the one to give them the news. She knew that it would be easier for them hear it from her then some doctor they just met the day before. Grace had a gentle tone to her, and it helped when it came to anything medical. "You were dehydrated, mixed with a case of low blood pressure and stress, it caused you to collapse, but with some care, you will be back to normal in a couple days. Just take it easy." Grace gave them a soft smile knowing that it was something that could be treated. She knew her son and she hoped that this would be a sign for him to take it slow. Life wasn't always about work and with what Christian did, it was all about work then Ana came along. He didn't ease back on his workload, but at some point, work kept getting busy and he started to go back to his old ways. It was hard to see her daughter in law take a back seat in her son's life, but she knew going into the marriage that this was who Christian was.

Both Christian and Ana were relieved it wasn't anything threaten. "You will be here for a little longer to get some fluids in you. If all goes well and your numbers look good, you can go home sometime this afternoon."

A weight had been lifted off their shoulders. They were going home at some point during the day. They wanted to sleep in their own bed. They could sleep for days.
