"Ugh! It smells awful in here!" Levi complained. "This better not be dirty water..."
"Okay, two rooms… I suggest we split up." Mario said.
"Good idea. But who goes where?" Rean wondered as through some decisions, Kazuha went to the left with Mario, Levi and Goombella while Rean, Luigi and Altina went to the right, but not before Mario grabbed a Power Bounce from a red ? block.
'I just hope we get out of here swiftly.' Kazuha thought as they walked ahead, with their weapons out and on guard, just in case something were to attack them, but nothing came over… and then they found the Moon stone.
"Ah! There we are." Goombella said as he walked over to grab it.
"This seems too easy…" Levi mused and when Goombella grabbed it…
"MEEEEE-YORK!"
"Eek!" Goombella jumped as four Fuzzies ambushed them.
Levi quickly pull out his Glaive as he zoom and swirl slash them while Kazuha launched himself and also slash them, giving Mario the change to Punch each one of them and knocked them to the wall.
"What are they?" Kazuha asked.
"Fuzzies. Blood-sucking parasites. They drain your health and multiply!" Levi explained in disgust.
"Oh..." Kazuha step back from the K.O Fuzzies. "Let's doing the others are doing okay."
With the others…
Claiomh Solais let out a swung its arm on the Fuzzy while Luigi hammer hit, Rean swung his sword and K.O the Fuzzy.
"Enemy updated on these Fuzzies." Altina said.
"Phew, at least that's settled." Rean said as he with shead his Tachi.
"The last thing we need are fuzzies." Luigi sighed as he grabbed the Sun Stone.
"I think the others got their things in the end, let's go." Rean said as they walked back to the main area to meet up with the others, but as they did, the two teams saw a Golden Fuzzy.
"Meeee-york! Hey, knuckleheads! What's the big idea? You think you can come into our home and steal from us? I'm not gonna let that happen! Now I'm gonna lunch on your head!" The Golden Fuzzy exclaimed

The Golden Fuzzy launch himself onto Rean but he easily dodge it and did the same thing toward Levi, then Kazuha.
"Hey will you stop dodging?" The Golden Fuzzy complained.
"And mess with you?" Levi teased.
"Oh I'll show you something to mess with!" The Gold Fuzzy yelled where suddenly a lot of Fuzzies.
"More Fuzzies have suddenly arrived." Altina said with a deadpan look.
"This does not look good." Kazuha sweatdrop.
"I got this." Mario said as he step forward as fire igniting from the palms of his gloves.
"Fuzzy Horde...ATTACK!" The Golden Fuzzy yelled.
Mario took a step back and his eyes started glowing and then he put his hands together. "OH YEAH...HEEYAAAAAAAAH!" He yelled, unleashing his Final Smash on the Fuzzy Horde and the Golden Fuzzy itself, burning them all to a crisp.

The Golden Fuzzy coughed out smoke. "WE SURRENDER!" He yelled as they all took off.
"Well that's hardly called a battle but eh, I'm not complaining." Levi shrug as they started to head back, where they triumphantly returned to Petalburg and walked out of town to head over to Hooktail's Castle, but as they got out of town…

"Um… excuse me…" A voice caught their attention as they looked to see the same Koopa from before.
"Oh, you're that Koopa from before." Rean said. "Do you need something?"
"Yeah, sorry about earlier, I was hoping to ask you a favor so I waited out here... So… um… well…"
"Well, what?" Levi asked.
"OH, PLEASE TAKE ME WITH YOU TO HOOKTAIL CASTLE!" Koops suddenly yelled.
"Whoa!" Mario exclaimed.
"Sorry… You see, my dad went off to Hooktail's castle a long time ago and he hasn't come back. And... which means... the unthinkable happened. So, I want to avenge my father and bravely fight him."
"Ah, so that's why." Kazuha said.
Mario smiled. "Sure. Welcome aboard!"
"…Well, this is awkward, but…" Goombella walked over to Mario and suddenly jumped in his pocket.
"Ack!" Mario yelped.
"Blegh! It smells like male Goomba in here!" Goombella exclaimed.
"I could've sworn I washed them…" Mario sweatdropped.
"What exactly happened?" Kazuha blicked.
"Oh, it's a mechanism called for partner switch or something. Basically, the party members goes into the pocket which has an... it's like Dimensional Home." Levi said.
"Oh, I see." Kazuha nodded. 'So it's like the Artifact Aether possesses. Except his artifacts is superior.'
"All right let's go!" Rean said.
"Um… excuse me…" A voice said as they turned to see a female Koopa approaching them.
"Oh, hi Koopie Koo." Koops said. "You... heard that didn't you?"
"Part of it, yes. you're not actually seriously going to fight Hooktail?"
"Yes."
"You're out of your mind! You're not even close on the definition of strong! You're going to be eaten alive for Koopa's sake! Come on… just come back home when you'll be safe."
"Sorry… but I have to do this to avenge my father. And for you too."
Koopie Koo's eye twitched. "FINE! IGNORE ME!" She yelled, suddenly spinning in her shell and spun past them, running them over not once… but twice on the return. "STUBBORN KOOPA!"
"Wah!" Luigi exclaimed.
"Sheesh... what's her problem?" Levi asked, shaking it off.
"Sorry about that. She's my girlfriend." Koops replied. "Don't worry, Koopie Koo… I'll come back as a stronger Koopa, I promise!" He said and then sighed. "Let's go." He said as they walked back to the beginning area of Petal Meadows.
"It would seem I was indeed correct that we will be returning to this point." Altina mused as they inserted the Sun and Moon stones into the slots, where the pillars moved to reveal switches and a message popped up on one pillar. "Here beginneth the path to dread Hooktail Castle. Weaklings. Retreateth. Ye who seeketh to proceed: a power of two must hitteth both switches simultaneously."
"So in other words... hit the two switches at the same time." Levi explained
"Oh! I can do this!" Koops said. "Mario, kick me!" He requested.
"Uh… okay…" Mario said as he did so, where Koops got in his shell and began charging while Altina got to the other Switch, and on the count of three, both of them hit the switches at the exact time, where the pillar suddenly crumbled away to reveal a Warp Pipe connecting to Hooktail Castle.
"…I'm having second thoughts about this." Luigi said.
"Now isn't the time for towardly Luigi." Levi said, causing Luigi to sigh as they went in one by one.
"You okay?" Mario asked.
"Yeah, didn't even feel a thing!" Koops gave him a thumbs up as they emerged from the other Warp Pipe in the background and entered Hooktail Castle.

"Huh, this place is not so bad." Luigi said as they got to the entrance.

"I believe this is just the entrance." Altina pointed out. "I imagine that the castle the dragon resides." She said and then they walked forward and then saw the humongous castle in front of them.

"Whoa, it's huge!" Rean exclaimed.
"I think it's bigger than Bowser's Castle." Levi said. "You think Bowser will get jealous?"
"Probably." Mario shrug.
"Rotom Phone-" "Already taken pictures." Levi's Rotom Phone said. "Hehe, you know me already." Levi chuckled
"Uh… the bridge is out." Koops said, pointing to the destroyed bridge.
"Shouldn't be a problem for us!" Levi acrobatics to get across, However, he notice the HP Plus badge then jump down to get it, while Rean also use his Acrobatics to get across, Levi jump back up and use his acrobatics skills to get across again, Kazuha started running start and, then manipulated the wind, giving him an extra kick and jumped across, with Luigi use his acrobatics skills to get across.
Altina summoned Claiomh Solais and hop on, giving Mario and Koop a ride and got across.
"Thank you so much!" Mario thanked.
"You're welcome." Altina respond
"Here, you might want this. I don't think I need it." Levi said, giving the HP Plus badge to Mario.
"Hey Goombella? What's this?" Mario asked as Goombella peeked out of his pocket.
"That's an HP Plus badge. It strengthens your HP by five." She said and then went back in.
"Alrighty then." Mario said, equipping it and then they walked into the castle.

"Ooookaaaaay, we're greeted by corpses." Luigi said. "That's just lovely."
"So these must be Hooktail's victims... May they rest in peace..." Rean said as they walked forward, where they saw dozens of skeleons lying around.
"INTRUDER!" A voice yelled as they saw two Paratroopas and a Koopa running toward them. "We don't know what you're doing here in this castle, but we're not going to let you pass!" The Koopa exclaimed and then charged right at them, only to be defeated by the group.
"Any reason why those guys weren't dead?" Levi asked
"That's a good question... They can't be Hooktail's minions... right?" Rean wondered as they walked further along and entered the next door where they saw prisoner cells and tons of Dull Bones lying around.
"Ohh... it's getting creepier..." Luigi gulped.
"Seriously..." Levi said with a sweat on his cheek.
"Yeah... so many dead..." Rean sighed as they kept going until Koops spotted one that had blue shoes.
"Oh no! Oh no no no no! NOOOO!" Koops yelled and ran over to it. "There's no mistaking it… it's… it's my dad! DAAAAD!" He yelled, crying a bit as everyone looked sad for him and then Koops spotted a note. "Oh? What's this?" He wondered as he pulled out the note from the corpse.
"Mind if I read it?" Mario asked.
"Oh, sure… I'm still a bit misty eyed." He replied and handed it over to Mario where Rean walked over and gave Koops a comforting hug, same with Levi and Kazuha.
"To whom it may concern: I came to this castle to destroy Hooktail, but I am stuck can go no further. However, I do have some strength left to tell you Hooktail's weakness. Its weakness begins with "Cr" and ends with "Icket". And somewhere in this castle has the item to defeat it. Hooktail will use nasty tricks on you to try and trick you out of desperation. Do not fall for these tricks… I have been fooled, but I will not let anyone else fall for it, not anymore. My strength is fading so I will write this last one to my dearest son Kolorado. Do not, under any circumstances, be blinded by your lust for treasure. Do not do anything stupid like search for treasure inside a volcano. My eyes are fading… farewell…"
"K-Kolorado? N-Not Koops?" Koops asked before blushing in embarrassment. "Ooops…"
"Kolorado? Isn't he that explorer back in Koopa Village?" Levi asked.
"Yep... And unfortunately, Kolorado's father... your son did do all those things." Rean sweatdrop.
"Also Hooktail's weakness is a simple cricket?" Kazuha blinked.
"Well, to be fair... crickets are... gross." Levi shuddered.
"This is so embarrassing..." Koops scratch his cheek. "I cried over someone else's father."
"Well to be fair, it's kinda hard to distinguish who your father is with all these bones." Kazuha said. "You are not at fault here. I'm sure your father is somewhere."
"Right… so let's keep going." Koops nodded
"Hmm... There's a red dead bone creature blocking the door." Altina said.
"We should move it out of the way." Mario said as they walked forward and tried to move it, but…
(BGM Paused)
The Red Bones started to move on its own. "Who dares to come into this castle?! Clearly you don't value your lives! Leave now… or you will be nothing but BONES!" And right on cue, Dull Bones rained down from the ceiling.
(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Toughness)
"Ack! What's going on?!" Koops exclaimed.
"I dunno!I think we're being pressed toward the door we came in!" Rean exclaimed as Mario hammered down, knocking several Dull Bones away as they charged forward, hitting the Dull Bones out of the way until they got to Red Bones.
The Red Bones throw it's bones at the group but Rean clave it in half. Levi swirl his Glaive and use Penetrated Throw onto the Dull Bones and scattered them. Altina had Airgetlam fire laser and destroy most of the Dull Bones while Mario and Luigi keep hammering the Dull Bones and knocking several of them back. Kazuha zoom and let out several slashes before leading out a powerful wind sword beam slash during the Sword Spin attack. Rean imbues his Tachi with fire and then carve a bath towards Red Bones and then strikes through it, thanks to the fire, Red Bones was burn to a cripes in defeat. All the Dull Bones in the room left the room.
(Resume Hooktail Castle)
"This is simply child's play." Altina said.
"Seriously, they didn't put up a good fight." Levi nodded
"Well to be fair, we are a lot stronger and we weren't holding back." Rean commented as he shed his Tachi away along with Kazuha.
"Agreed. Considering we're a group of powerful fighters, it would, things become smoothly at some point." Kazuha nodded
"No argument there." Luigi nodded
"Right, let's continue shall we?" Mario said as they nodded and they walked off with Mario noticing a key in the cells, making a mental note to come back to that later.
They walked into the next room where two Dull Bones rushed to them but were soon taken care of and walked off, but not before noticing a Shine Sprite.
"What's that doing here?" Luigi asked as Mario hit the box to collect it as the Shine Sprite quickly flew off back to Delfino.
"I think we missed some Shine Sprites." Rean said. "I thought they all fled to different parts in Delfino."
"I guess not all of them." Weiss shrugged
"Shine Sprites?" Kazuha asked as the others explain to them. "Ah, I see." He nodded as they walked up the stairs and saw a locked door and some blocks, to which Mario jumped over and hit the block that was holding down a lift block while Kazuha hit the button, not knowing Mario was still on it as he rose up.
"Oh? What's this?" Mario wondered as he jumped over to grab himself a Star Piece. "Curious…" He mused and put it in his pocket and then jumped down where Altina hit a ! button with Claoimh Solais, and then the stairs flipped around.
Levi ran up the stairs and grabbed a key, then Altina hit the button again to have the stairs go back to where they were and they walked over to the door and unlocked the door. But the key broke after it was use.
"What the..." Levi paused.
"I guess the key is a one use only." Rean amused.
"I wish we have Ashe with us..." Levi chuckled
With Ashe...
"Huh?" Ashe blicked.
"What's up Ashe?" Annette asked
"I just had the strange feeling someone had need of me."
Back with the others...
They walked into the next room where they saw a huge Lift Block and they went up there with the help of Koops, only to discover a door was locked and they went up to see a badge with a smiley face on it to which Levi use his aerobatic skills, jump over it, grabbed it, and return to the others
"Hey Goombella? What's with this badge?" Levi asked.
Goombella peeked out of Mario's pocket. "Ah! The Last Stand P badge! The P stands for partner, by the way. Whenever we're low health, this will activate and we'll take half damage." She said. "…Mind if I have that just in case if I'm in over my head in a battle?"
"Sure." Levi said, handing it over to Goombella.
"Thank you!" She said and went back in as they went back down with the Lift Block and walked to the next room where a Dull Bones and a Paragoomba charged right at them, but they were quickly taken care of and walked forward a strange badge behind the cell.
"There's a badge." Altina said as she use Claiomh Solais and cut the bars in half before collecting it. "What kind of badge is this?"
"Hmm, let me see." Levi said as he equip it. "Hmm... nothin-" He paused once let out a strange noise. "Wha?"
"Was... that you Levi?" Kazuha asked.
"No that wasn't-" He paused on that strange cricklet nose was heard again. "-me. Oh, I think it's this badge."
"It made a cricket nose?" Luigi asked,
"Hold on... Didn't the note say Hooktail's weakness was a cricket?" Rean asked.
"So... we're suppose to use this to defeat him?" Levi asked as he remove it.
"Well, that depends if Hooktail is tough and we're at a disadvantage. Let's keep it in hand and then head out." Rean suggest and they nod and going the other way.
As they did, they wandered back to where they fought Red Bones as Mario went to grab the key and came back to them where they went back to the top of the Lift Block and Koops hit it, where they went back up and unlocked the door and went into the previous room, which was now up higher.
"Oh, so that's where this door leads." Kazuha said as they walked further along, hitting a ! block to uncover the bridge which was somehow peeled away like wallpaper as they went on and Levi hit a further ! block with his magic as they did the same thing but noticed no ! block was in sight.
Kazuha noticed an open window, catching their attention as they walked out and hopped back in after walking a little way. They walked in the next room where a Dull Bones charged at them, but he, along with his friends, were defeated afterward. They all got to the next lift block where Levi hit another button with his magic and they went up where they were greeted by another Dull Bones and Paragoomba, but they were defeated. Altina saw a Life Shroom on the way up as she jumped down to grab it, then use Claiomh Solais to float back up and rejoined the others and went into the next room.

"Hmm? Oh my, what have we here? Thieves I presume?" A voice asked as they saw a white mouse with a red mask in the room, looking for treasure.

"No, but who are you?" Levi asked.
"Hmm hmm hmm, I am Ms. Mowz, a globe-trotting thief. Heard of me, sweeties?"
"I don't think so." Rean said. "But considering you're a thief, you're after some treasure?"
"Correct my fine handsome friend! And what about you? What are a fine group of handsome youths and an adorable girl like yourselves doing here?"
"We're here to defeat Hooktail and collect the Crystal-!" Levi quickly covered Koops mouth
"Hmm? A Crystal you say? I didn't know they have such valuable things here. Was that something I wasn't supposed to hear?"
"Koops..." Altina look at him with a deadpan look.
"…Sowwy!" Koops sighed while Levi's hand is still covering him.
"It's alright, sweetie. I have no interest in what you're looking for. I got what I came for anyway." She said and then walked over to them. " And with that, I'm afraid I must be on my way. Perhaps I'll see you all again." She said before she jump and kissing Rean on the cheek.
"Wah!" Rean yelped in surprise as Ms. Mowz hopped to a window.
"Oh, and by the way, I heard this dragon is weak to a certain creature. I advise you to look for an item that causes all of your attacks to sound like crickets. Maybe you have that item. Or maybe you don't? Who can say. Anyway, take care!" She said and hopped out of the window.

"Well, that was certainly unexpected." Kazuha said
"Seriously. What is with you getting the girls, Rean?" Levi asked with a grin on his face.
"H-Hey! I don't know what you're talking about but why are you making that grin on your face?!" Rean exclaimed. "She did that out of nowhere!"
Levi chuckled. 'Alisa is so going to get mad if I tell her this.'
"If you're done teasing him, I suggest we investigate this room." Altina said with a deadpan look on her face as they searched the room while finding another Shine Sprite in the room, which it took off to Delfino where they found a key in the chest while finding Mushrooms and Honey Syrups.
They walked out of the room and went into the next area where two Dull Bones and a Paratroopa attacked them, but they were defeated afterward. Levi use his magic and created magical walkable pathways to the upper ledge and they walk through. They went into the next room which were a few flights of stairs. The group went downstairs first then see a Lift Block and hit the button to cause the Lift Block to fall to the ground. Levi grabbed the key and they went up the stairs to find a locked door and opened it with the key they had very recently found. And releasing a Shrine Sprite which took off afterward.

They arrive outside and crossed the bridge, where a Koopa and a Paratroopa greeted them but they took care of them, and then they went up the spiraling staircase.
"I sense tension in the air." Kazuha said as they walked further.
"Yeah, we're almost there." Rean nodded and then they saw the last line of defense… was a Spiked Goomba.
"I was expecting more." Altina said they quickly took care of the Spiked Goomba as they walked up the stairs, hitting a Heart Block to refresh themselves and they walked into the final room.
"Who dares to approach me?"

"Oh boy…" Luigi said as they saw the monstrous Hooktail in front of them, roaring loudly.
"So... this is what an actual dragon looks like..." Rean said
"Ah… What have we here? The fools that I spotted earlier. Are you friends with the strange-garbed one who came earlier?" Hooktail asked
"Strange-garbed one?" Kazuha asked.
"We're not sure who you're referring to, but we don't have connections with them." Rean said. "We're here because you have something we need. Normally we would be considering asking you to give it to us since we need it. However, we heard news you have been terrorizing and devouring the residents of the nearby villages. And we're here to put a stop to that."
"Oh? So they send some fools to deal with me, have they? How cliche." Hooktail smirked. "I know which one you're referring too, however, just like them, I refuse to hand it over. But you think you can take it from me? How original. Some of you are so small and don't look tasty. But you'll make a good snack nonetheless. Still, it's been awhile since I've eaten humans before. Just looking at you reminds me of the taste. So… I shall gobble you down for a tasty meal… head first!"
"We'll see about that!" Koops exclaimed.
"Oh? Another Koopa? And who are you?"
Koops gulped and clenched his fits. "…My name is Koops. You killed my father. Prepare to die!" Koops declared loudly.

"Ohohoho! You are a brave one… a foolish one, but a brave one. If you think you can beat me… have at you!"
"Everyone, prepare for battle!" Rean exclaimed as he and the others got their weapons out and some took their battle stance.
The Red Dragon - Hooktail
"Hooktail's HP is 20, its attack is 5 and its defense is 1! It has powerful attacks like a powerful stinky breath and can stomp on you! But it says here the defense goes down if it encounters something that starts with Cr and ends with Icket!" Goombella exclaimed.
"Got! Altina, combat link!" Rean said.
"Understood!" Altina nodded and form a combat link with him.
"Ready bro?" Mario asked.
"Um." Luigi gulped. "Yeah." He said then form a combat link with his brother.
Hooktail launches the first attack and stomps his feet and launches a shockwave toward them as they dodge as Rean, the bros charge first as Altina support Rean from the distance and fire a laser toward Hooktail. Hooktail took the attire while Rean and the bros launch their assault while Levi use his support Craft: Alight Light's to buff them and Kazuha launch himself and then jump on Hooktail's foot before climbing on her shoulder.
"Get off me!" Hooktail roared as he attempted to shake Kazuha off but Let lead out some slashes on Hooktail's foot, Claiomh Solais launch a bash attack on its noise, then the Bros hammer bash Hooktail's foot.
Levi swirl his Glaive before he readied himself then lunged himself toward Hooktail by using his Aerobatic skills and let out some slash beams toward Hooktail. Kazuha jump off Hooktail's arm and then swung a downward slash onto Hooktail's head.
"Take this!" Hooktail roared as he let out a fire breath attack.
"Incoming!" Rean yelled as the others dodged.
Hooktail then launch a stronger shockwave and push everyone back before launching another fire breathe attack onto them. Altina had Claiomh Solais format shield to protect the others from the breath attack... except for Luigi and Levi.
"Bro/Levi!" Rean and Mario yelled...only to see Levi cast a light shield on him and Luigi. "Phew..."
Levi readied himself by swirling his lance before launching it onto Hooktail, before he move his head to dodge... only for it to come back and knock it back on the head.
"Oof!" Hooktail winched as Rean charge forward and Altina had Claiomh Solais into a sword then forward it towards Hooktail, then Kazuha imbue his Tachi with wind energy then warp toward Hooktail then let our a flurry of slashes. "Ha! That tickles!" Kazuha shed his Tachi and cause wind phantom slashes. "Urh!"
Luigi and Mario readied themselves as they brought out their hammer and then swung in town to Hooktail's foot before climbing up his foot.
"Oh no you-" Hooktail was going to shake them off but Altina flew up with Claiomh Solais but as a diamond-like sword and then knock Hooktail down. "Urh!"
Mario and Luigi lung themself and then bash down Hooktail's head. Rean let out a flurry of slashes and Levi readied himself and then let out a flurry of slashes of his own.
"Oof! You're no ordinary humans, are you?" Hooktail muttered before he stomp his feet to create some shockwave and another again.
Hooktail attempted to bite Altina but use Maser Arm and knock back Hooktail's head. Levi readied his Glaive as it charge with his power, then launch it toward Hooktail's nose and knock him back a few. Kazuha and Rean imbue their swords with their power and then lung themselves into the air and then let out a powerful wide Cross combination slash onto Hooktail, dealing tons of damage.
"Ugh! Okay, okay! Wait!" Hooktail pleaded. "Alright… you bested me… I won't do anything bad, I swear! I'll make you a deal, spare my life… and I'll give you a million coins!"
"Sorry but no." Rean respond.
'It's a good thing Paimon isn't here.' Kazuha thought.
"What? I thought you want coins! Isn't that- Oh never mind! Okay, how about a rare and legendary eastern sword? It can cut through anything!"
"Sorry but not interested." Rean remark.
"Seriously? I thought swordsmen love these kinds of weapons! Ugh... Okay, what about a legendary grimoire that can hone your magical prowess?"
"Nope." Levi respond.
"I thought you mages want to increase your knowledge on magic! Oh come on, you're making this difficult! Okay! How about a lovely rare badge? It's one of a kind!"
"Not interested in your badge." Kazuha respond
"For the love of… um… how about sniffing the bottom of my feet? People pay real money for that!"
"Now you're just being desperate." Altina said with a deadpan look.
"Seriously." Levi sweatdrop.
"Urgh… you're not very trusting, are you? It's important to trust friends." Hooktail muttered
"How are we friends to begin with?" Rean asked.
"All right, I think it's time we end this." Kazuha said
"Wait! Come on! I got another-" "Koops, he's all yours." Levi said as swirl his Glaive and launch several slash projections and did ton of damage onto Hooktail.
Koops quickly charged up Power Shell.
"BEGONE!" Koops yelled and launched himself to it, dealing the final blow to Hooktail.
"Ugggh! No... Impossible... I'm a dragon...I can't go out like this… There's so much I want to do in my life! So many meals… that I haven't gotten to eat yet!" Hooktail exclaimed before flipping upside down in defeat.
(BGM ended)
"Well, that takes care of that." Kazuha said as weapon wielder shed their weapons. "Hmm... Aren't Dragon supposedly very powerful?"
"They are, but since me and Rean face powerful Cryptids before... I guess it isn't a surprise that we can match a dragon." Levi shrug.
"Yeah, still, well done Koops." Rean smiled
"Aww, shucks, thanks." Koops chuckled, blushing a little.
"Alright… so where's that Crystal Star?" Mario wondered.
"Ooogh…" Hooktail barely groaned as it spat out a blue shell, and a Koopa emerged from the shell.
"Huh? What? I'm free? I'm free!"
"No way…" Koops quietly said. "D-Dad?"
"Hmm? Koops, is that you?"

"Well, look at that..." Kazuha smiled
"Dad… you're alive!" Koops exclaimed as he ran over and hugged him.
"Koops, my boy! I haven't seen you since you were a little Koopa!" He said as he hug back. "You grown so much that I can hardly believe it."
"Me too, but never mind that! What happened to you? We all thought you died when you went to face Hooktail!"
"Ah, I thought so too, but just before I could finish the final blow, Hooktail trick me by gobbling me up! I survived by hiding in my shell for about ten years! I have to say… living in Hooktail's gut isn't exactly the best place to live in…" Koopley quietly said.
"So you lived in this dragon's gut for ten years?" Rean groaned. "Oh, you poor Koopa... It must have been very difficult..."
"Indeed, it was… so uh, what were you doing here anyway?" Koopley asked.
"Oh come on, Dad. We wanted to defeat Hooktail who's been wreaking the town and avenge you! But… we didn't know you were alive." Koops said. "And we were also looking for the Crystal Star."
"Crystal Star? Oh! You mean this thing?" He asked, pulling out the Diamond Star. "I found this thing in Hooktail's belly. I was planning on keeping it as a souvenir if I get out. But I suppose you can have it if it's important." He said, handing it over to Mario.

"All right! We got a Crystal Star!" Levi cheered.
"All right!" Rean high five Levi.
"So this is the Crystal Star. Mission Accomplish I suppose." Altina comment.
"Let's-a go!" Mario said as they all took off back to Petalburg, all of them wondering where Peach could be at, completely unaware that this adventure was only the beginning.
