Part 7 - Fred&George Talks to Hermione
Few hours later, it was lunch hour, and Hermione now sat at the Gryffindor's table. Fred and George shared a look, then went over and sat across from her, and said
"Granger, what was that Howler that our father sent for our two youngest and Harry Potter himself?"
Hermione sighed, then told them everything. They sat gapping at the end of her tale telling them what caused Arthur to yell instead of Molly in a howler, that Molly their mother most likely didnt know he had sent them either.
"Who is that guy you held hands this morning?" Hermione blushed, then said
"He is Seth Swan-Snape, he is son of Professor Snape and late Isabella Swan. And I held hands for he is the one I am dating and in love with."
At that they grinned, said
"The greasy bat has a child?"
"Yes, and don't call him that, and Seth yes is his son. Seth is actually same age as Percy is. And I am 16, not 13 or 14, as due to this."
She showed them her necklace, which they recognised and gasped, as Fred said lower tone
"Does those three stooges aka Ronnie-kins, Gin-Gin and Potter know about it?"
"No and wont either, for I will not tell them anything more, as they are not my friends anymore. As you heard your youngest idiot of a brother tell me that I was to date him, and not anyone else. But I never have dated him nor do I love him in that way, he is too annoying brat and needs to grow the fuck up already."
At that they choked on their Pumpkin Juices, and stared at her in shock, as to she said
"What, I can't swear or whatever, well I do and can."
At that they shook themselves out of it, and left her sitting there, while she went back to her dinner and all too soon, those three came over and sat by her sides, and she ignored their stares or rather glares, and looked up over to Seth by the Head's table, and the two gave each other smile and she went back to her food, when Seth stood up and came over almost running, and yelled
"Stop, do not eat that, Mione." Hermione stepped away from the table, as the three around her stared at him angrily, as she said
"Seth, whats going on?" Seth said while glaring at the three, and said
"Dad, test the food, for I just saw that red-haired girl pour something over Mione's food."
Severus aswell Albus and Minerva came over, and stood while Severus did a complex spell and when it lit up pink, Hermione turned and glared at the three, as Severus said
"Well well looks like these three needs to be questioned about why they would use an Illegal Love Potion as Amortentia is afterall."
At that the three tried to run out, but was stopped by Hermione, Fred and Percy's stunning spell, and Hermione glared at the three with hatred and anger in her eyes, as her hair was sparkling madly, and she said
"Do you worst with them, as they are no friends of mine anymore, never was if they were to poison me with that that potion that is fucking ILLEGAL, i am ashamed of ever being your friend, that was all I would be to all three of you, and I hope to Merlin you won't get off, for if you do, I won't stop Seth or his friends to put you down as you should have been."
At that the three gulped and paled at her words, and she then turned into Seth's open arms and held onto him as she wept in them. Madam Pomfrey did her spell to cheek her, and said
"She is clean from any potions or spells onto her person, Albus. I suggest you get Aurors aswell the Weasley's father as nessecary."
Albus nodded and it was Minerva who left in angry huff to get Arthur from the Ministry, when he heard why he was to come with, he went into an angry spiel and followed the equaly angry Minerva back into the Great Hall, and Hermione stood in this young man's arms, and was crying heavily in them, making him soften his look abit before he then looked at his two pale-faced and angry-faced children and equally angry Harry Potter.
Before he or anyone could ask any questions, a voice from behind them, said
"You called on me, Albus?"
"Yes, thank you for coming as soon you could, Amelia, as you are the head of the Aurors and so forth, and I wish to report a serious crime, as it does entail of Illegal use and adminstration of Amortentia."
At that Arthur gasped sharply and gave the three a deadly look, then said
"From me, Amelia you are allowed to use Verita Serum on my two children and for Harry I think it is best if Albus gives you his permission."
At that Albus too gave such permission, that was when Amelia waved over three of her Aurors, which was Kingsley, Tonks and Scrimageour.
Kingsley took on Harry, and adminstred the truth potion and asked
"What is your name, bloodstatus and age?"
"Harry Potter, Half-Blood and 13 years old."
He said in monotonial voice, that made the two weasley's children looked at him gapping now in anger and shock. Hermione just stared ahead of herself, and Kingsley said
"Whose idea was it to adminster and give the illegal Amortentia to Ms Granger?"
"I-it was Ronald and Ginerva's, as they wanted to get Hermione away from who they thought had charmed her into loving that Snape boy."
Hermione gasped at that and then glared for now. Seth just held her shoulders, while he too had a deadly stare at the three.
"Who brewed the potion?"
"Mrs We-Weasley did, as Hermione was afterall Ron's girl."
Many gasped at that, and Arthur took on a very angry look, and Fred and George came over and grasped his shoulders with one of their hands on each shoulders of his, and stood with anger and disbelief, same with Percy.
Kingsley then made him drink the Anti-Dote, and bound and gagged him for now, and then Tonks gave the verita serum to a struggling Ginny who had to be frozen while Tonks poured the potion down her throat and made sure of her swallowing it.
"Name, Age and Bloodstatus."
"Ginerva Weasley, 12 and Pure-blood."
"Now why did you give an Illegal Amortentia to Ms Granger?"
"She wasn't that Snape's boy mate or whatever, she belongs to my brother, that mudblood whore."
Many gasped at that, and Tonks who turned her hair redder, said
"Did you tell your mother to send the potion as you can't brew it yourself?"
"Yes, after we told her everything, and she was furious that girl my brother has fancy over, was not going to be his afterall, so she sent it and told us to be careful to give her it before she had sex or made sure that her so-called bond with that Snape boy has happened."
Many gasped still, and Ron stood in his place, and refused to look at anyone. Ginny was then given the Anti-Dote, and bound and gagged next to Harry, then Ronald was questioned by Scrimagour, and he said after the potion was admistered
"Name, Age and Blood-Status"
"Ronald Weasley, 13 and Pureblood."
"Why do you want Hermione Granger as your own girl?"
"She is mine to do whatever I want to, as promised by my mother when she met Hermione, she knew Hermione was the one for me and her to manipulate and make sure she stays with me and under our control of potions and spells to make sure she doesn't stray away."
Many in the Great Hall gasped or choked on their food, and glared at that. Hermione had angry hatred at the boy, as Scrimagour said
"If this was not to happen, what would you do with Hermione Granger?"
"She would be killed off, as she was not meant to be mine to control."
Arthur now glared openingly at his two youngest and Harry himself with hatred and anger and was shaking in such manner aswell.
"Have you or your sister or Harry Potter himself done any other crimes we dont know about?"
Ron tried to battle, but found himself to say against his will
"I touched Hermione sexually last year while she was petrified, and I also know Harry did it too as he told me he had done it for he was curious about the female's body. Ginny made sure she was petrified as she was too close to her Harry afterall."
Many paled and gasped, and Hermione had shock and anger on hers, and just growled under her breath, as Seth was being held back by his father and Albus for now. Hermione turned and gave him a soft kiss on his lips, and he just wrapped his arms around her for now, which she didnt mind at all him doing.
Ron was bound and gagged after giving the Anti-dote, and Albus then expelled the three from the school and they were dragged away to Ministry, and Arthur told them to go to the Burrow to arrest his now ex-wife, Ron and Ginny was also disowned from both Prewett and Weasley families. His other children gasped but nodded as they agreed that those two were no family of theirs, nor their mother.
Meanwhile Molly No-Name was arrested after some battle and refusal to come with them, and was bound aswell gagged then stunned and was awoken by a spell later in her cell, and Amelia infront of her. Making her pale, then started to yell at the top of her lungs, but found that none came for her help to get out of there. And was told of her new name was now No-Name and that her two youngest with Harry Potter was also arrested of the illegal use and adminstration of Amortentia and also expelled from Hogwarts and she herself was also arrested for making the Illegal Potion.
Molly was stunned into shock, and was glaring openly at Amelia who then forced her to drink the Verita Serum, and she too was found guilty of lot of things, including stealing from Harry Potter's account and aswell forcing him to drink a Amortentia to love her only daugther, and with that Harry was checked over, and given a Flushing Draught which made Molly and Ginerva very angry witches.
Harry was then placed on watch and sleep it all off, and in the morning he would be questioned again of his own crimes in this matter. He would not be happy champ for sure at that point. Meanwhile Ginny and Ronald was sent off to St Mungo's close Mental ward, and Molly to Azkaban to high security part of the jail and was not going to come before 10 years had gone by.
