A portal popped up in front of the train station as everyone walked out.
"Well that's one way to make a quick journey." Ayato said. "This Spatial Magic is truly extraordinary."
"Are you interested in a job, Levi? I could use someone like you as my assistant." Ninguang asked.
"I appreciate the offer but I'm not sure if-" Levi paused when Mario's SP Mailbox going off as Mario opened it up.
"Everyone, I have just found out where I am. I am on the moon. No, I am not joking. I'm on THE moon. But that's not all, I have found out something horrible. In order to awaken the demon, they need-"
"Uh… Why did she stop there?" Luigi asked.
"Something tells me Peach is in trouble." Mario looked up to the moon.
"You're telling us that our adversaries are in the actual moon itself?" Tartaglia blicked. "How in the hell is that possible."
"Oh right, you guys are from a close world. It's possible to go to outer space with the special type of technology engineering." Levi said.
"And it wasn't our first time we gone into space either." Rean said. "The question is how do we get to the moon?"
"Considering the shenanigans we've been on with the Mario Bros, I would imagine we would be doing something like that." Aether pointed out.
"What kind of adventures you all go through?" Chongyun asked.
"I think this would be such a good story to write about." Xingqiu amused.
"In any case, let us head to the Thousand Year Door, and then Levi created a portal and head there.

"My goodness! Look at this place!" Ayaka exclaimed.
"And I take it that the Thousand Year Door?" Ningguang look at the Thousand Year Door.
"The very same to seal the Thousand-Year-Old Demon?" Ayato asked.
"The very same." Aether nodded "Okay Mario, do the thing."

Mario steps on the pedestal, and as usual with the light show. But after the whole light show, they looked to see that the last Crystal Star is on the moon itself, complete with a base on top of it.
"Hold up, isn't that the Moon?" Tartaglia asked.
"So Peach is held up at the same place where the Crystal Star is!" Paimon said.
"Two birds with one stone... though... if we're lucky." Aether said.
"But the question is... how do we get to the Moon." Rean rub his chin.
"Maybe Frankly will know." Bobbery suggested with them nodding in agreement and headed to Frankly's office.

"Hmm… curious. VEEEEEEEEERY curious." Frankly hummed as they made their way back to his office and explain to him. "Unfortunately, I don't know what the X-Naut want with Peach, but since she was cut off, it means this is no doubt an omen."
"Indeed. If I were in their shoes... I imagine that they discovered Peach has been sending messages to Mario and the others." Ayato said. "Pardon me for asking, but this happen to be related to the Orbal Network?" Ayato asked.
"In a yes sense. Although I don't think the X-Naut are using the Orbal Network, but rather the internet." Levi answered. "That reminds me. Alisa mention that she, the Reinford Group, Epstein Foundation, Atlas, and E. Gadd Industries are working on a new type of Network since technology all over the world are combining into one. It should be finished already since this was a big project last year."
"Right. Alisa was very exhilarated to be working on this project, since the Mushroom Kingdom and Atlas technology really made her giddy." Rean nodded. "But in any case, we still to find out how we can get to the moon."
"Indeed." Frankly said, walking over to his bookshelf and pulling out a book. "This might take me a while to analyze."
"Even you can't figure it out?" Luigi asked.
"Nope. Not even I know how to do it. I need time to research on how we can get to the moon, So why don'y you all head to the trouble center and…" Inspiration hit Frankly. "EUREKA!"
"That was fast, you got something?" Tartaglia asked
"I sure did! There is this big cannon that will most likely take you to the moon. It is in the Fahr Outpost."
Bobbery's eye widened. "The Fahr Outpost! Yes, I remember seeing a huge cannon there."
"So you're telling us we're getting BLASTED all the way to the moon?!" Paimon exclaimed.
"So we're going to get launched out of a cannon... Yep... This is definitely one of that shenanigans." Aether chuckled.
"Well, that is where you will go. The thing is, it is blocked off by a block, but I'm fairly certain that you will be able to destroy it with an Ultra Hammer." Frankly said
"Where do we find those?" Mario asked.
"Do you all recall the large treasure chest near the Inn?"
"Oh! We'll go get them right away!"
"Excellent! When you get your hands on them... I suggest you go to the room that is next to a warp pipe that will lead you to two rooms that have two huge breakable blocks and some ! Switches. Rumor has it these will summon Warp Pipes and take you to locations you have been to on this journey."
"I've always wondered what was through that passageway." Altina mused.
"All right, now we know what to do. Let's get those Hammers, and then make our way to Fahr Outpost." Rean suggested.
"Let's-a go!" Mario exclaimed as they took off.

They made they back to the central plaza where Mario and Luigi Super Jump the tower and knock the Treasure crested off the tower and onto the ground. Luigi opened it up to reveal two Ultra Hammers for the Bros.
"We got our hammer!" Luigi cheered.
"Alrighty!" Mario smirked. "Okay, let's go to that pipe business." He said and they nodded.

A few minutes later…
They all hopped out of a blue Warp Pipe. "Okay... so this one take us to Poshley Heights." Xingqiu said.
"Well, it's better than taking the train." Chrongyun said.
"So, these four Warp Pipes take you to Petalburg, the Boggly Tree, Keelhaul Key and Poshley Heights…" Kazuha mused. "Well, it's better than taking the long way."
"But I prefer we take Levi's spacial magic." Altina said before they took off and arrived a few minutes later to the warp pipe leading to Fahr Outpost and they jumped into the Warp Pipe.

"Aah! It's cold out here!" Paimon yelled as they hopped out of the Warp Pipe, shivering a little.
"He or you Bobbery could have told us this place is cold." Altina sighed.
"Eh. I have been to colder places before." Aether said.
"Ah, this weather is delightful." Chongyun smiled as he stretch. "The cold doesn't bother me."
"That because you can use Thaumaturgy." Xingqiu said. "Still, I couldn't help but agree. Only when it snow like this would I prefer to be at home than in a bookstore."
"Hmph, If you're feeling the gold, then I suggest we do a little walking to warm you up. Let's go." Bobbery said.
"Levi." Rean said.
"Already done." Levi replied and snap his finger, casting the Anti-Cold Spell on everyone.
"Interesting. I don't feel cold anymore." Ayato amused.
"Was that another magic spell you cast?" Ayaka asked.
"Yep. Anti-Cold Spell. Think of it as we're wearing warm clothes for the cold." Levi said.
Ningguang chuckled. "Amusing."
"All right, let's head out to Fahr Outpost." Beidou said as they walked off.
As they all the snowy path, two Ice Puffs attacked them but Beidou and Chongyun slice them with their Claymore while Vivian burned them alive and they kept going.
"You know Vivian. I think you and Emma might get along great." Levi said.
"Oh, who's Emma?" Vivian asked.
"She's one of our classmate. Who is also a witch." Rean said.
"Oooh~ I can't wait to meet her!" She cheered.
Along the way, two Frost Piranhas and an Ice Puff interfere with their progress until Tartaglia, Mario and Kazuha dealt with them by slices and Mario pull out a Fire Flower and became Fire Mario, burning them alive.
"Are these the rumors Power-Up from the Mushroom Kingdom?" Ningguang amused.
"Incredible... To think the Mushroom Kingdom had such exquisite items..." Ayaka said in awe.
"I can see why every nation within Zemuria wish to form a diplomate relationship with the Mushroom Kingdom." Ayato chuckled. 'They might be of great use.'
Along the way, they spotted a ? Block and hit it, a HP Plus P popped out, which Bobbery took. Eventually, they walked into town.
"So this is Fahr Outpost?" Mario asked
"Uhh maybe?" Luigi shrug
"Hmm… I could've sworn I saw a cannon here." Bobbery quietly mused as they walked through the town before they came to the mayor who was standing underneath a statue of a cannon.
"Excuse us!" Mario called out to him. "We were wondering if you had a cannon."
"A cannon? I know nothing about this cannon. Good day!"
"Hmph!" Bobbery walked up to him. "Hold it old boy! I know there was a cannon here the last time I was here. Now, you will show us where that cannon is right this instant!"
The mayor glared hard at Bobbery. "Oi, shush! You call yourself a Bob-omb? I spit at you! You dare bring up the cannon where non-Bob-ombs are clearly present? We are under oath to not talk about it to non-Bob-ombs and here you are talking about it!
"Listen to me, you old blowhard!" Bobbery yelled. "If you don't let us go into that cannon of yours to launch us to the moon, the whole world will end by the hands of a villain!"
"V-Villain? World ending? Th-that would be terrifying. We can't allow that to happen. We like to help... But unfortunately... we don't have the capabilities to operate the cannon."
"What do you mean?"
"Due to certain circumstan-"
"Cut to the chase already!"
"We need Goldbob to give us the go-ahead to use the cannon, he is the one who started the whole blasting-things-to-faraway-places policy ever since he got rich. And you'll need General White who devoted himself to operating the cannon since he took the key. I'm sure you can find them somewhere in the world, if you want to use the cannon to get to the moon, you'll need to find Goldbob and General White."
"Fair enough! Let us go find them." Bobbery said as Levi created a portal to Poshley Height and they went through.
"Witchcraft!" A Bob-omb called out.
"It's Magic! Not witchcraft!" Paimon yelled as she enter the portal.

"Excuse us, Goldbob?" Rean called out.
"Hmm?" Goldbob turned his body to see everyone approaching them. "Ah the formal champions and our rescuers from the train. What can I do for you today?"
"We need to use the cannon for Fahr Outpost." Paimon told him.
"Oh? Whatever do you need to use that thing for?" Goldbob asked.
"We need to use it so we can save the world from Villains called the X-Naut." Aether replied.
"Hmm, save the world, eh? That does seem like a reasonable thing to do… hmm, all right. I certainly owe you all a favor or two. Truth be told, I had hoped I would resume my business with that cannon someday. And between us, I only stopped was because Sylvia didn't like the noise…"
"That's a shame." Beidou said.
"Indeed. HOWEVER. There is a catch."
"God damn it."
"In order for you to give the guide to you, I would need one of you to empty your pockets of all the cash you have."
"WHAT?!" Luigi yelled.
"That's highway robbery!" Mario exclaimed
"Well if you want to save the world, you're gonna have to show me your demonstration just how much you want to use that cannon."
"Now hold on you greedy-"
"Question. you're acceptable with Mira, or you have one of those international currency machines?" Levi asked.
"-Bomb..." Bobbery blicked.
"Levi you're not-" Levi cut Rean off by raising his hand.
"I can do both." Goldbob answered. "How much?"
"1029060 mira." Levi answered as his party jawdropped. "Converted into coins, it will still leave 1029060 coins in your pockets."
"You sure you wanna give me that much?"
"Yep."
"Poooooostively sure?"
"Uh huh."
"You know that would leave you absolutely nothing right?"
"I know."
"If you spend all your Mira and I mean ALL of them, you will certainly face a great deal of difficulty down the road."
"I'm aware. But nothing is more determined then saving the world, no matter the cost. So If I have to give you that much of my money, then so be it."
"I won't give it back if you say you so."
"I'm very much aware."
"Okay then." Goldbob said as Levi handed him over several Mira dollars from his wallet and from his space magic.
"Well you certainly show me your determination. Be right back." Goldbob said as he went to his house. And came back a few seconds. "Okay, all yours." He handed over the guide and permission.
"Thank you." Levi take it with a smile.
"Okay, you can have your Mira back." Goldbob said he give his money back. "As much as it pains me to lose that much money, I can't out of consciousness take the money when it comes to saving the world, nor one of my favorite fighters in Glitz Pits. So here you go."
"Thank you!" Levi cheered as he put his remaining money back to his wallet and his other stash of mira into his space magic, before turning to the others. "Okay let's go! I think I remember seeing a white Bob-Omb in Petalburg." He said as he open a portal with his magic.
"Okay before we go. HOW in Aidios's name did you get THAT much mira?!" Rean exclaimed.
"Oh, that's a secret." Levi wink. "Come on let's go." He said, entering the protal.
"Hey wait!" Rean ran after him.
"Wow... Levi's really something." Aether said.
"I'll say... How did he get that much Mira?!" Paimon exclaimed as everyone else sweatdrop.

At Petalburg…

"Waaaaaaaah!" Levi exclaimed as he was shivering. "Thank Aidios for that!"
"Explain to me again why you did that?" Rean sweatdrop.
"What choice did we have!? I had to take a gamble at situations like this! That's what Crow taught me."
"Why am I not surprised." Rean sighed. "Okay, I'm glad Goldbob was kind enough to give it back as part of his test. But don't do that again for my sake."
"Here's hoping." Levi said.
"Now, how did you get that much Mira?" Rean asked.
"Oh, I been doing some farming."
"Farming?"
"Oh, it's a video game term where people grind for money. I'll tell you later. But I could have sworn he was here." Levi said as he look around.
"Yeah, I remember seeing a white Bob-omb too." Rean rub his chin.
"Oh, you're looking for General White? I think he went to some fighting stadium in the sky." A Koopa said
"Guess we're going to Glitzvile." Paimon said as Levi open a portal leading there.

One wild goose chase later…
(Resume Fahr Outpost)
"Judging by the annoyed looks on your faces, you couldn't find General White." The mayor said.
"Oh, how did you figure it out?" Beidou asked with a tick on her forehead.
"Well, I'm sure you'll find him somewhere. I'm sure it's obviously why." He said, right as General White walked out of his house.
"Oh, if it isn't those people. Wonder where they went?" General White wondered before going back inside, which Ningguang just saw him entering his house.
"I believe we found him." Ningguang said, pinching her nose as she pointed at the house.
"Are. you. kidding. me?" Beidou asked with more tick on her forehead. "Excuse me." She said and then she walk towards his house, by kicking down the door and then step in. "GET OVER HERE!" She yelled as she drag the White Bob-omb out of his house.
"HEEEELP! A MAD WOMAN IS KIDNAPPING MEEEE!" He screamed until he was tossed in front of everyone. "Oh hello!"
"We were looking all over for you!" Paimon said "Do you have any idea how far we look for you?!"
"Funny, I was looking all over for you. I was wondering when my life would turn around and I went to get my fortune told in Rogueport Sewers, the fortune teller told me to find a man in red with a green brother, a black hair young man, a girl dress in a black rabbit suit and a silver hair young man, for they would give me hope… or so I was told." He said.
"Well good. Because we need your help. We got Goldbob's permission to use the cannon. We need you to launch us to the moon right now." Rean said.
"WAHOO! The fortunate teller was right! Let's get this show on the road!" General White exclaimed. "Follow me!" He exclaimed as they walked to the center of town. "Alright, you stay right there and I'll get this situated." He said and walked off with two Bob-ombs.

"Any idea why we had to stick together like puzzles?" Chongyun asked
"I have no idea." Mario replied.
"Why do I have a bad feeling about-" A trap door opened up underneath them and they all fell in. "THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS!" Luigi screamed while the trap door closed.
"Ah! Wait for Paimon!" Paimon exclaimed since she floated and went after them.
"All citizens in the immediate area, clear out of the way. We are preparing to fire the cannon!"
General White sat down on his chair. "You ready?"
"Ready, comrade!" A Bob-omb spoke.
"Let's get 'er ready!"
(Super Mario Galaxy ost - Buoy Base Galaxy)
The sirens started blaring in town. "Open outer hatch!" General White ordered as a huge trap door opened up in the middle, followed by several gates opening up right after. "Open inner shutter!" He ordered as they started to elevate the area. "Alright, bring out the big guns!"
A huge cannon emerged from the base, revealing its huge size before it stopped at the top.
"Alright, position!" General White ordered as the cannon positioned itself to the moon where they were aiming for it. "Adjust the angle! We're not shooting them to the next galaxy!" He ordered as they did so. "How are the conditions?"
"The weather is fair with a mild wind. Perfect for shooting people off in the cannon."
"Excellent. Open the hatch!" General White ordered as a hatch opened up. "Release the Bob-ombs!"
"Alright, everyone! Into position!" The mayor ordered as several Bob-ombs came running in out of nowhere and hopped into the hatch.
"The hatch is full, general!"
"Lock and load!"
The hatch started to close. "I'm getting scared. BOMB."
"Oi, quit shoving, Pa-pow!"
"Stop breathing down my neck, Ka-pow!"
"Your foot is in my eye, ba-boom!"
The hatch closed.
"Okay, getting nervous here... Ka-pow!"
"All condiction is green! Ready!" General White leaned forward with anticipation. "Aim! FIIIIIIIIIIIIRE!" General White yelled, with the cannon firing at the moon with everyone blasting off and screaming… while Bob-ombs gently floated down to the ground with parachutes.
"YAAAAAAAHOOOO!"
"ALLLLLLLLRIGHT!"
"WAHOO! THAT WAS AWESOME!"
"Can we do that again?! That was exciting!"
"Do it again, I wasn't looking!"
The mayor turned around toward the moon and, even though he didn't have arms, he saluted. "Good luck to you all!"

In space...
Mario and company are screaming as some of them are wagging their arms and legs. Soon they begin to land on the moon, groaning.

"Well... this bites..." Levi groaned as he and everyone else got up.
"Wow... Let's do that again!" Tartaglia cheered
"Oh my... we're actually in the moon." Ayato blicked as everyone look around. "I had no idea we can break in space."
"Under normal circumstances, you can't but let's just leave it at that." Rean said.
"So this is what Space look like... empty." Alina amused.
"So this is what the world outside looks like..." Ayaka said in awe. "Seeing the stars up close."
"Whoa, I must admit... this... is something else." Tartaglia said.
"Yes..." Kazuha said as he sniffed. "I don't smell anything... All I can smell... like a void."
"Who know adventuring with you guys would be this much fun and fascinating!" Xingqiu chuckled.
"So... Space is cold?" Chongyun wondered.
"If I can interrupt. It would be best if we can find the Fortress." Altina advised.
"She's right. Let's a go!" Mario said and they all nodded and walked ahead, where a Moon Cleft spotted them and charged at them, but they were taken care of.
Then they kept walking after avoiding the Moon Clefts, which was kinda hard because they were walking so slow but they eventually got a bombable rock that a Z-Yux was guarding, but during the battle, it got body slammed by Flurrie, jumped on by Mario and then finished off by have Rean cut through it.
"Bombs away!" Bobbery exclaimed and then blew himself up to destroy the rock and then they hopped into the warp pipe and went into the fortress in front of them.

"Phew, at least we made it." Rean said.
"Yeah. We're finally at the X-Naut's base." Levi said. "So. you think what you're looking for is still here?"
"I hope so." Rean said they walked up through the hallway and got into the next room.

(Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door ost - More Danger!)
"Whoa! What the heck? Who are these guys?" A voice asked as they turned to see two Elite X-Nauts in front of them.
"Wait a second! I think they're the guys that Grodus told us about! You know, Mario, Rean and the others!"
"Oh yeeeeah, they are. They're invading the X-Naut Fortress!"
"Quick! Let's take 'em down!"
"Yeah, especially we're powered up with that super special perfume that we put on!"
"Yeah! Let's get 'em!"

(Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door ost - Event Boss)
The two of them charged forward, only Aether to strike each of them, while Mario and Luigi let out a series of punches toward each of them. Then Rean Helix slash them and Levi finish it off by swirling slash, cork strike and then a powerful trust attack and knock them to the wall.

"Uggggh... The report did they... they were... freaken strong..."
"Owww..."
(Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door ost - Storm the X-Naut Fortress)
"So, this is the X-Naut Fortress, then." Altina mused. "Then we can finally begin the missing."
"Yeah. Peach is somewhere within this very fortress. Let's find her, get the data back, and defeat this Grodus character." Rean said.
"Way ahead of you!" Levi grinned as they walked forward and came across another Elite X-Naut, which Vivian burned up, Ayaka froze him right up and Beidou swing her Claymore and knock him to a wall before walking through a door.
"Ugh… why does it feel like I've been hit by a element changing freight train?" The X-Naut groaned while the gang walked out from the room containing the small floor puzzle.
"Where are we?" Kazuha asked.
"Looks like a puzzle room." Aether said. "There's a treasure chest in the end."
"Shall we have Paimon float over to it?" Tartaglia suggest. "It's better than doing nothing, right?"
"Hey! Paimon does stuff!" Paimon pouted.
"Then by all means Paimon, show us."
"Fine!" She pouted as she floated over the floor and then open the treasure chest and grabbed the elevator key and return to the others. "There! Paimon can be useful besides talk!"
"Bravo Paimon!" Aether praised as they returned it to them, and then they went down the elevator to Sublevel 1.
As they went to the left while an X-Naut tried to take them out but Mario, Altina and Goombella took care of him while they went into the room where they spotted a crane with two Feeling Fine badges.
"Ooooh! I know what those are!" Vivian said as she popped out of Mario's pocket. "Those are Feeling Fine badges! They help you become immune to status ailments in battle like sleep, poison, confusion… just to name a few."
"Seriously?! Wow, I should get one of those!" Levi said.
"I wonder if there's a badge that can suppress my positive energy?" Chrongyun wondered as Vivian went under and popped back up to collect the two and tossed one over to Levi before Vivian placed the other on her.
"I'll just put this up for myself." Vivan said with a grin before hopping back in Mario's pocket as they went over to the right and after Gingguang send out four gemstones onto the Elite X-Naut, then Xingqiu charge and let out several rapid strikes and finish it by summing water blades and knock him out.
As they continue exploring, everyone saw that they needed a passcode, so they turned around and went to Sublevel 2 in order to find the passcode, and went to the first door on the left where they were in the lab where Peach turned herself invisible.
"Hey! HEY! You're not supposed to be in here!" One of the X-Naut PhD's said as the two of them tried to take them out, but Vivian snapped her fingers to blow up their potions in their hands while Ayato reappeared behind them and strike them, knocking them out.
"Hmm... I believe this room is where they research some chemical experiment." Ayato said.
"Indeed... They possess some advanced technology... as well as science." Ninguang amused.
"I wonder what else these guys have..." Aether wondered as they walked around and read the notes that didn't make any sense to them before they walked out.
They went into another maze-like room only for Paimon to float her way through and gave them a card key before they walked to the right and walked in where they some kind of contraption where they saw a note next to it that read
"Teleporter. Use this to teleport to Rogueport."
"They possess a teleporter?" Levi asked.
"So that's how they been seen all over and made their way back here." Rean said.
"The X-Nauts truly possess such advance technology." Altina said.
"I wonder if it possible if we can... borrow, some of their technology." Xingqiu wondered
"Yeah... thing about the possibility of teleporting to one place for another." Tartaglia nodded as they walked out to keep going and were attacked by a Z-Yux, but Chongyun launched himself toward it to swing his Claymore, sending it flying to the way, while Tartaglia shoot it after it fell to the ground and then Mario hammered it to destroy it.
They went into the next room and went into Grodus' main room where an X-Yux attacked them but Flurrie body slammed it, Luigi did a Luigi Cyclone attack while Vivian burned up its remains.
"I remember this place. This is where Grodus is usual is." Vivian said.
"So this is his "Throne Room." Levi said.
"But he isn't here. Let's keep looking." Tartaglia advised as they went into the next room. "Whoa, get a load of this place."
"This must be Grodus's room. Let's see if we can find something here." Rean said as they nodded and explore around.
"Oh, Look what I found." Ayaka said as she pull a card key from Grodus's computer.
"A key card. It must lead us to somewhere." Ayato rub his chin.
"Rean." Altina called out as she found files belonging to the RMP.
"We found it!" Rean exclaimed.
"Yes. Mission is complete. Though I doubt this is over."
"Yeah, did Lechter tell you anything else?"
"Yes. He told me that if you can apprehend the enemy leader or his subordinates."
"I see. Let's see if we can get them at least." Rean said as they walked out where they looked at the main controls.
"What do you think that is?" Ruby wondered.
"No idea, but I think it'd be too overly complicated." Luigi said.
"Yeah, let's ignore it." Mario said and walked off where they went to the first door on the right and saw a changing room where they saw two notes on the table.
"Today's code is 014029. Do NOT forget it!"

"Most likely deeper into the base." Bobbery suggested. "Let us go and put that passcode into that switch." He said as they went back to Sublevel 1, where they put the passcode in and walked into the door where they saw a Thwomp.

"Oh great...one of these guys..." Levi frown
"What challenge awaits us this time." Kazuha said as they walked up to the Thwomp.
"Hmm? Oh look what we have here." The Thwomp said. "I'm assuming you are here for the elevator key so you can access the computer room?" He said as they nodded. "Good… but you have to beat me in something first."
"Let me guess, a quiz." Mario said.
"Correct! If you all lose, you're lives are MINE!"
"We accept your challenge!" Levi declared.
"That's the spirit! Let the SHOOOOOW! BEGIN!" The Thwomp yelled and then the background change and relocated into the game show like they did before.

"All right Ladies and Germs! Welcome to the 66th Annual Quirk Quiz! If you get five questions right! You'll win, win, win! But if you get three wrong answers! You're done for! The representative for the group will be... the Silver hair young man!"
"Oh, guess I'm up." Levi said as he step forward.
"All right! Question 1. What if the name of the Town that has a ranger organization that merge with this world? Is it A: Underworld, B: Rigbarth, C: Inaba, or D:Melromarc?"
"A town that was merge? Oh, I heard of it. It's Rigbarth, right?" Levi asked
"UUUUUGH! Correct! Damn it! Okay, Question 2. In the Mushroom Kingdom and outside of Zemuria, what do they call the Septium Veins? A: Leylines? B: Spirit Veins C: Dragon Veins Or D: Septium Veins?"

"A magical dimension?" Levi rub his chin... "The Magic Dimension?"

Where the magic of Life, Myth and Death came from the power of mind, body, and soul! Oh, And the balance that balance them all is called Balance Magic! Interesting place if you ask me. Oh yeah, they also have some fighting too for pirates."

"Doh! Maybe that one was too easy! Okay, question five: What is the name of the restaurant that travels from different worlds? Is it A: Nekoya, B: One Punch Bar, C: Lemon Slayer, or D: There's nothing like that?"
"This is a tough one..." Levi muttered. 'Was there such an existence?'

"A! Nekoya!" Levi exclaimed
"UGGGGGH! Correct! Ugh four right and one wrong! I need to step up the game!" The Thwomp complained.
"I can't believe I got that right..." Levi blicked.
"Question six: In the ancient history, what cause the Great Collapse that destroy the ancient Zemurian Civilisation? Is it A: The Archon War, B: The Sept-Terrions, C: Humanity rage war, Or D: Because of the God of Light and God of Darkness?"
"It's because of the Archon War. Where Aidios was forced to witness the destruction by the Archon has cause." Levi answered which he for some reason widen his eyes. "Huh...?"
"UGGGGGGH! Correct! That's five correct answers! You win!" The Thwomp complained as they return from the gameshow. "I'M SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW! I can't believe I lost! Here! Take the damn key!" He said, as it dropped in front of them before blowing a raspberry before turning around in a huff.

(Resuming Storming the X-Naut Fortress)
"All right! We got the key!" Paimon cheered.
"The Archon war?" Ayato rub his chin while unknown to everyone, Aether look at Levi with a surprise look.
"That's... new... that cause the great Collapse 1200 years ago?" Rean asked.
"That's... odd..." Levi said to himself. "How... do I know that."
"Um, shouldn't we get the key already?" Paimon asked.
"Huh? Oh... Right." Levi said as he pick up the Keycard and then take off, while unknown to them, Aether was looking at Levi with a serious look in his face.
'How does he know that?' Aether thought.
They went to Sublevel 3 and went to the left, where an Elite X-Naut tried to get them, but Mario jumped on him, Aether slashed through him along with Tartaglia and then they went into another puzzle-like room where Paimon skipped through all of that and gave them a card key, then they walked to the right and inserted the card keys before going into the final room, filled with gears and platforms, and an X-Naut PhD and a Z-Yux tried to take them out, only for Altina to slam the Z-Yux, Kazuha slash through it and Levi slash through the X-Naut PhD. They started to make their way around the room, activating different platforms while grabbing a final Key card and activating some stairs that appeared before they made their way into the final room.

"Buh huh huh huh! Glad you can make it!"
"Oh, great. It's you." Altina rolled her eyes as they saw Lord Crump standing at the opposite end of the room.
"Buh huh huh huh! That is correct! It's me! AND I'm been waiting for you... all… of… you. Okay, seriously, WHAT is with you guys? First, it was that golden-haired guy with the long ponytail, then that guy with dead eyes, then the sky blue and dark blue hair guys, that CURSED WOMAN Captain Beidou, and NOW we have two blue hair guy and girl, along with a... what is that dirty blonde? Blonde? UGGGH! What color of hair do you have?! How do you guys keep coming with a larger army?"
"Huh, that's a good questions that we think about it. Call it a coincidence in some cases?" Paimon shrug.
"I guess so. either way, it doesn't change the fact we're all here to stop you and the X-Nauts." Aether said.
"Buh huh huh huh! You think just because you got a larger army, doesn't mean you can beat me this time!" Crump said.
"And yet it always it always happen." Altina comment.
"Oh shut up you! I'll take care of all of you in the NEW AND IMPROVED MAGNUS VON GRAPPLE 2.0!"
"It doesn't matter what sort of powerful machine you brought. We will win no matter what. And when we do defeat you, we're taking you in our custody and rescue Princess Peach!" Rean said.
"Buh huh huh huh! Oh, sorry to tell you this, but your little Peachy girl isn't even here anymore!" Crump smirked.
"What?" Rean asked as the Bros, and Levi look surprised.
"She WAS here... What do you mean she wasn't here anymore? What have you done with her?" Levi asked.
"Buh! Buh! Buh! Buh! Buh! Like I'd tell you the plan! That's novice-villain style!" Crump smirked before getting in his Mangus Von Grapple 2.0. "Ahahahaha! The last one had some kinks that needed ironing out, and this time, I'll take you down. I guarantee it!"

"We'll see about that. Everyone, prepare for battle! Give him everything you got!" Rean command.
"Right!" Everyone nodded
Crump's new improve machine: Magnus Von Grapple 2.0
Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 extended his arms and launch a swift attack but everyone dodge while Ningguang summoned several gemstones and launch it toward to Magnus Von Grapple 2.0. It roll out of the way while Beidou leap into the air and launch a dive attack which Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 grab the claymore in time, but Rean, Levi, And Tartaglia launch slashes onto Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 while Altina cast Shadow Blade on Magnus Von Grapple 2.0. Bobbery exploded on the legs.
"Clever... Now try this!" Crump growled as he send several missiles from it's chest, only for Tartaglia and Ningguang to send out arrows and gemstones to interfere with it.
Chrongyun summon pillars of once on Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 as Crump smash the ice as Chungyun imbue his claymore with ice and launch a powerful swing on Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 chest, knocking him back a bit as Xingqiu summoned water swords and form together into a wing as Xingqiu launch himself. Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 launch a stomp on him but he dodge as Aether extended his blade with light and then let out some slashes. Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 then took off from the rockets from his feet and dive toward Levi, Beidou and Luigi. Beidou prepared to guard herself while Luigi and Levi charge a powerful sphere of light and fire and exploded on Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 as they jump out the way. Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 unleash a cartwheel attack from his board and launch it toward Rean who counter it with Morning Moon defense slash.
"How about this?!" Crump growled as he shoot laser beams towards everyone as Ayato and Ayaka charge toward Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 and let out several slashes and strikes.
Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 counter it by trying to such them in. But Levi intervenes by using Penetrate Throw and almost knock Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 off balance, giving Beidou the change to let an upper slash attack on it's arm.
"Grrrrr! Take this!" Crump press a button and then a rocket appeared on the back, launching himself toward the group, But Mario and Luigi High jump in time while some jump out of the way, and some taken damage. Then Mario and Luig Ultra Stomp Crump's case.
"Now, be skill." Ayato said as he swirl his Tachi and then zoom to Magnus Von Grapple 2.0, letting out several slashes toward the body, follow up by Ayaka's ice slashes.
"No! I refuse to accept this!" Crump yelled.
"It's over Crump. This is it!" Rean declared as Altina use her S-Craft: Ragna Bringer.
"Activating extermination mode!" Altina said as she raise her left hand, then points it forward for Claiomh Solais to spin in a ball form before… "Transform!" transforming, as she said, into a futuristic royal diamond-edge sword with a rocket engine igniting from the handle area of the sword form. It'll strike Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 then fly around to where Altina leaps up to ride it like a surfboard. Spins around Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 once before flying upwards, "Extermination, commence!" then aims the blade part downwards before leaping off the diving attack. The rocketing machine sword will impact the targets, causing a large implosion

"GUWAAAAAAH!" Crump yelled as Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 started to malfunction. "GROOOOOOOOOOOODIIIIIIIIIS!" He yelled as it exploded and sent Crump flying out of the fortress and into deep space, where the Crystal Star rested in front of them.
"We did it..." Rean said.
"But unfortunately, our target... well... launch out of here." Altina said.
"We can make it up once we capture Grodus." Levi said as they walked over to the Crystal Star and grabbed it.
(Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door ost - Chapter Ending)
By defeating Crump and his newly battle machine destroyed, the group now has all of the Crystal Stars! But unfortunately, they learn that Peach isn't here anymore. What happened to her? Is Grodus still around? Or is he still here too? Before they leave, there is one last sublevel for them to check out.

"Okay, I think we can head back, right?" Luigi asked.
"Actually, no. There's something we need to check out." Mario said. "I've noticed that there is a Sublevel 4 in the elevator."
"You're right. Come on. Let's go." Rean said as they went off to go check on the fourth sublevel, where they went to the left and found a bedroom and a bathroom.
"I bet this is where your friend was staying... before she was taken away." Ayato said.
"Yeah... but where could they have taken her?" Aether wondered.
"Let's head to the other end of the hall." Tartaglia advised as they went into the final room on the right, where a computer activated.
"You… you are Mario and friends… are… are you not?"
"Who said that?" Luigi asked.
"I did." They turned to see the computer in front of them.
(Trails of Cold Steel II ost - Remaining Glow)
"I… I am TEC-XX. I was the one sending those emails out to you… from Princess Peach."
"Oh, so you're TEC! We can't thank you enough for helping Peach and us... but... What's wrong? You don't look well." Levi said.
"Do… do not worry about me. I have a backup generator going after they shut me down… but, even that's failing… I… I do not know how much time I have."
"Do you know where Peach is at?" Mario asked.
"I do… she's in the Thousand Year Door… At the Palace of Shadow... where Grodus is waiting for you for the final battle. It is time for all of you… to save the world and rescue her…"
"Of course... We'll save her and the world from Grodus." Rean said, but looking sad for TEC, while Kazuha turn his head.
"Hmm?" Kazuha said as he walked over and pick up Six Pokeballs. "Are these...?"
"Those… those are Peach's. Grodus attacked her and they broke loose from her pocket…" TEC said as Kazuha called out Peach's Pokemon.
"Peach's Pokemon!" Luigi exclaimed
"Comfey?"
"Bass…?"
"Crem?"
"Togi...?"
"Azril?"
"Aaah?"
"Your friend… is no longer here… she's in the Thousand Year Door… waiting for all of you… she is in trouble and…" TEC started to shut down, but he fought it. "And… you need to save her."
"Comf!"
"Bass!"
"Crem!"
"Togepii!
"Azurill!"
"Aah!"
Kazuha aimed the Pokeballs at the duo. "Come along everyone. Let's go save your friend." He said and put them back in their Pokeballs and strapped them to his pocket.
"I… I have one final request… tell Peach… that… I thank her for all the memories we had…"
"We will." Mario nodded.
"Thank… you." TEC said. "I… I will use the rest of my power… to send you back to Rogueport."
"But... What will happen to you?" Paimon asked
"I will... crease to exist... as an artificial consciousness." He answered which made everyone shocked but also sad. "But... if it will...save Peach... I would... Gladly do this. Because until I met Peach... I knew nothing of... love... Do not worry about... me... I'm just a computer... just... a... machine..."
"But you're not a machine..." Aether sadden. "You have a conscious... a heart!" Aether said.
"Fare…well." He said before shutting down and the whole place turned red.
"TEC..." Altina felt sad.
"Poor thing..." Ayaka sighed.
"Grodus..." Levi clenched his fist.
"We can grieve about him after we've save Princess Peach." Ayato said, pointing at TEC's screen that is counting down. "He's taking this place with him."
"Don't worry TEC... We'll get Peach back." Mario said.
"Come on, let's go!" Tartaglia said as they quickly made their way to Sub-Level 2 and went into the teleporter room, and found the teleporter, and then they all hopped in.
"Peach… goodbye…" TEC weakly said before the X-Naut Fortress self-destructed.
It made me sad to see him goodbye... It hurt to see a friend die... But he'll be back. Oh yeah. Not usually a place to upset something sad at this but Merry Christmas everyone! I added a bit of Wizard101 and little of pirate too.
