So here is chapter 3, I hope you're all looking forward to it as I did too.

Father and son

Naruto lay there with his stomach that was rumbling for food, a half hour went by until his father Minato came back with a dead deer.

"Hope you're hungry naruto," minato said as got started making food.

"How are we supposed to eat that?" Naruto ask as Minato started a campfire.

"Well there's a few things I have to do skin it, cook it over the fire, spin it until it's right," minato explain as Naruto kind of look gross out by that.

"I wish we had some ramen," Naruto said as Minato gave him a frown.

"I get the point you eat ramen a lot but in surviving you have to eat like this if you want to survive the wilderness, trust me when I was your age I used to win on Long missions and I didn't have money so I hunt and cook my own food," Minato explain.

It took a little bit of time but the cook meat was done and minato handed him a leg as his son Took it and bit into it, after a moment Naruto start to smile.

"MMM! Wow this is actually good," Naruto said as Minato was happy to hear.

"See there's nothing wrong trying something new," Minato said as the two ate up the rest of the deer meat.

Minato had got up went again and when he came back he had some water in leaves for the two to drink.

"Thanks Dad," Naruto said as he took a drink of water in the leaf.

"Don't mention it, we do have to get your strength back up and soon I'll be teaching you how to hunt for your food," Minato said as Naruto surprise.

"You're really going to teach me how to hunt?" Naruto ask as Minato padded his son's head.

"Of course, it's also going to be part of your training for surviving," minato told him.

Naruto look down and depressed, "You said we can't go back home because what we are now so this is me we're going to have to live in the woods from now on to hide from other Shinobi for our own survival?"

"No, we're not going to hide forever just until we can blend in, we can use a transformation jutsu but for are own safety it's best that we move far so no one will recognize us," Minato explain as Naruto did understand but was still depressed about it because he had to let go of his friends especially the person he saw as a father, Iruka sensai.

"All right I get," Naruto said as he got up.

"Good to hear, I know it's going to be hard to adjust to this new life but with me now I promise to help you," Minato said as he pick up his son and put him on his back.

"Dad why are you carrying me on your back?" Naruto ask.

"I can tell you're still a little bit sore from that fight you had with that Uchiha, besides once you're all heal up your training is going to be very harsh, so be prepared when we start," Minato as the two went out.

It was getting late at night as Naruto had fallen asleep, Minato on the other hand was completely awake still moving.

He noticed a village in the distance and decide to hop on to the buildings where he found a clothing shop.

Minato didn't want to do this but him and Naruto were going to need new clothes once they blend in.

Minato carefully put his son down on top of the building as he was able to break in silent as a dust mite.

Minato found a couple pairs of clothes, just a couple of kimonos shirt, some shorts and socks and sandals.

A few hours later

Naruto soon woke up to find himself a new clothes, white kimono shirt with a regular black t-shirt under it, white shorts and white sandals.

"What the heck am I wearing?" Naruto ask himself as Minato came over and Naruto saw his father wearing the exact same clothes but opposite colors.

Minato had got himself a black kimono shirt with a regular white t-shirt under it, black shorts and black sandals.

"I got us some new clothes," Minato said as Naruto look at him.

"did you steal these?" Naruto ask as Minato nodded.

"That's part about being a Shinobi, you have to steal clothes in order to blend in to your surroundings," Minato said as Naruto look a bit confused.

"I had never heard that that I was okay to steal from shops," Naruto said as he got up," naruto said as he got up.

"Okay look that's sometimes what we do if we have no money and we have to blend in, one of the rules when you do that is you don't get caught," Minato said as Naruto still wanted to make sure he understood.

"But is it still wrong?" Naruto ask.

"When it comes to doing the mission then no it's not but even after I did I make sure to pay it back... At least when I could," minato said as Naruto shook his head.

"Are you serious!?" Naruto said as he couldn't believe what he was hearing from his own father.

"I only did it two times and it was because one of my teammates had forgot to our disguises to bring along while the other time it was part of the mission to actually steal something as a training test," Minato explain.

"Well I guess that makes sense when you play like that," naruto said as Minato put him back on his back again, "dad where are we going?" as the two started to head off again.

"Somewhere far away where we can be safe," Minato said as they did needed to go far so they can be safe and Minato can start his son's training.
