It is the day after Anne was reunited with some of her friends. Anne introduced them to her, she had to admit KJ and Marcy were pretty nice. Frank was accepting and Sasha well… she had to be honest was going to be difficult to get along with since she doesn't like her. The only reason she agreed to go with her because of her promising her and her friends she get them home. It was also the day they first met people from the criminal syndicate Team Rocket in the Kanto Region. Kyra and the other spending some of night of getting to know each other and planning on were to go next.

Ash told his sister about meeting Aunt Yellow since he promised Mom. Kyra decided to go with Ash to visit her Aunt she had not seen in a while. Anne wanted to go see the Battle Château. Sasha, Marcy, and even KJ wanted to see it. So Kyra decided to let Serena and Misty watch them since they were going to see it as well. Misty and Serena promised to watch over them. Frank decided to stay with Kyra to meet her Aunt which she appreciated Frank for doing this. They knew this would take them until noon, as they decided to go through Viridian Forest to head to Pewter City for Ash's and Kyra's first Gym battle. Marcy pointed out why they didn't want to challenge the Viridian City Gym. Since she saw a Pokemon gym on the way to the Pokemon Center yesterday. This made Anne and the others suspicious as well. Kyra told them that specific Gym only accepts trainers with seven badges. There was a time when Kyra would sneak into the Gym to see figure out who the gym leader was. Kyra did find out who, but she promised to never reveal his identity to anyone since he was keeping it a secret. Kyra reluctantly agreed to do it. Ash and Serena though only know the rumor that the Gym Leader for Viridian City was known as G…

Sasha thought it was stupid to have to skip a gym then come back to it later. Kyra sighed which she explained that was the owner of the Pokemon League to decide this. Sasha wanted to know where she could find the owner to talk sense into him. Kyra just shrugged since she doesn't know where the owner is, but even if she did she wouldn't tell Sasha since she could see her violent nature. Hopefully Kyra can work on Sasha's temper.

The four trainers introduced their Pokemon, Anne introduced her friends to Joe and Eevee. Joe didn't like Sash because of the way she put him down. Eevee was happy to meet Anne's friends. Although Sasha gave him a bad feeling. Misty and Anne's friends were in shock to learn that Ash and Kyra had the ability to understand Pokemon. Marcy questioned why Misty and Serena were able to understand stand them? Serena told them that Professor Oak suggested that because they were born human that they were able to retain their ability to speak and understand the human language. That's what they guessed. It revealed that Misty have two Pokemon with her, one being Staryu which battled Team Rocket, and the other was a little fish which Kyra, Ash, and Serena scanned their Pokédex's: Goldeen, The goldfish pokemon. It's tail fin billows like an elegant ballroom dress, giving it the nickname of the Water Queen.

We now join them in the lobby, parting way's… for now…

"So we'll meet back here, at 11:40 and grab an early lunch before setting off." Serena clarified.

"Serena I promise that me and Ash will make it back in time for lunch." Kyra said confidently.

"Right." Ash smiled and thumbs up. And best of luck with the Battle Château." Serena blushed at Ash's comment.

"Have a good time at the Battle Chateau. Please listen to Serena and Misty. I don't want you guys getting hurt or lost." Kyra said with worry.

"Don't worry Kyra, me and my friends will be just fine." Anne said in reassurance.

"Hehehe, thank you Ash." Serena replied in a sweet low tone, barely audible.

"Hehehe, looks like someone has a crush. Maybe I can help them get together. I'll ask Kyra for her input later." Anne though.

"Oh, wow Serena likes this boy. I hope those two can get together." Sasha thought as she thought of her boyfriend Darrel as he too was transported to this world too like the others. She wonders where he is and how's he doing.

On an island far from Kanto lives a land shark Pokemon who is with a Dratini and a very Old Dragonite with a scare on his face. As he teaches them dragon type moves.

The land shark thinks of her girlfriend Sasha and his best friend Anne. Who now is starting to develop feelings for Anne.

Marcy was drawing both Ash and Serena in her journal as she thought they would make a good couple. While KJ looked at them with aw.

"Seriously, how can he be THIS dense?" Pikachu though with a mental sigh. Sure, Ash was probably the nicest human he's met, but he's also dense's… All well, at least it will make for some good comedy, for the electric mouse Pokemon.

"Hmm, this could be interesting." Misty thought with a mischievous smile, sure, they were friends and she doubted she would she would be interested in Ash… At least not in the way, but some playful teasing couldn't hurt, it could be a way of bonding, and maybe she'll help the younger girl out, but that would have to wait for a later day.

"Ready to go Frank?" Kyra asked as she put her backpack on.

"Yes I'm ready." Frank said.

"Pikachu. Ready to go?" Ash turned to his partner who sat on his shoulder, seeing nothing odd about Serena's reaction.

"Ready as I'll ever be." Pikachu replied.

"See you guys later be good to Serena and Misty while I'm gone." Kyra said as she waved them a goodbye.

"Have a nice day seeing your Aunt." KJ said as he waved back.

"Bye." Anne, Sasha, and Marcy said.

"Okay guys see you later." Ash said as he and Kyra along with Frank started to walk away. Serena just stared at the raven haired boy, until he and Kyra turned the corner and was out of sight.

"hhhhrrrr." Serena happily sighed before turning to Misty.

"How about you are you ready to go?" Serena asked, receiving a smile and nod from the orange haired girl. "What are we waiting for let's go!" Anne said excitedly. As Serena and Misty giggled for Anne being impatient. The two girls and the rest of Kyra's Pokemon headed to the opposite of Ash, Kyra, Frank, and Pikachu…

After a couple of minutes of walking in silence, it wasn't an uncomfortable silence, the two girls, Anne and the others were taking the sights of the city, making sure they are on the right path. Misty decided to break the silence.

"So, Serena." Misty stated casually. "How did you and Ash meet, anyway?"

"Yeah, I was curious how you met Kyra?" KJ asked.

Serena sighed happily as she remembered that faithful day. "It was a couple of years ago…" From there Serena described their first encounter at Professor Oak's Pokemon Summer Camp, albeit, in a more 'romantic' tone.

"Then after the camp, they kept a promise and we became best friends." Serena smiled, by this point, her head was starring at the sky with her eyes closed relieving that day, like a movie playing in her head. Misty, Anne, Marcy, KJ, and Sasha smiled, which almost looked a little mischievous, they were sure Serena had feelings for the raven haired boy.

"Sooooooo…" Misty drew out. "I guess that means you're a couple right?"

"I read in a magazine back home that 75% of childhood friends do become lovers." Anne said.

"You too would make a good couple." KJ said.

"I love how childhood friends become lovers troup!" Marcy said excitedly.

Serena came to a complete halt, her eyes shot open as she stared at the orange hair girl, Anne and her friends, as her face turns bright red.

"W-w-what a-are you, t-talking a-about?" Serena nervously stuttered. Misty smirked, she knew she was on the right path. "We're… just friends…" With Misty sadly sighing sadly, at the end of the part, Misty knew the least she could do was help.

"But you like him?" Misty asked, in a kind tone. "Right?"

"Don't try to deny it I saw the way you look at that raven hair boy." Sasha said sharply.

"Yeah." Serena sighed sadly.

"What's stopping you from confessing your feelings?" Anne asked.

"So why don't you tell him?" Misty asked. "I'm assuming he doesn't know." This caused Serena to sigh so sadly once more."

"It's simple really." Serena stated, matter-of-fact like. "Ash it the…Nicest, kindest, sweetest person I ever met. And I'd hate to ruin our friendship by revealing my feelings." Misty, Anne, Sasha, Marcy, and KJ smiled it is clearly more then just some silly little school girl crush.

"Don't worry Serena." Misty reassured as she put a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sure Ash has feelings for you… He just doesn't know it yet." "Yeah he had to be pretty dense not to noticed." Sasha said. Serena smiled, maybe Misty and Sasha is right.

"Thanks Misty." Serena thanked. "But I'm not ready to tell him."Misty, Anne, KJ, Marcy, and Sasha smiled as they nodded, and the two girls and Pokemon were getting closer to The Battle Château.

Ash, Kyra, and Frank stood in front of a small cottage in a deserted part of town, it was so far north of the City, it was arguably Route 2. Ash and Kyra didn't know why, but their Aunt seemed isolated, she never seemed to be very happy, although whenever Ash, Kyra, or Drake would visit, she was always nice, and treated them like there own kids.

"This is where your Aunt lives Kyra? The house looks rustic… but, in a good way." Frank said trying to be polite knowing that Kyra's Aunt lives here. He can't help that the house looks really old which gave him a sweat drop at the sight of it.

"Yes, this is were Aunt Yellow lived in this house for years. I know it's not the most stable home, but this is where my Aunt stays. I come here to visit every time I go to visit her when I have to run errands for Professor Oak." Kyra said. Frank was now curious who this Professor Oak is?

After exhaling a big breath, Ash hit the knocker on the door, and knock three times, he then let go, as he and Kyra took a step back. After about a minute, the door way, was a woman, a few years older than Delia. She has: long pale yellow hair which have been styled; her hair is covered by a straw hat and other two feathers sticking out (one red, one blue) it is plain; her eyes are bright wide and brown like Delia's, although, unlike her sister's, they seem to hold pain rather then happiness; she is wearing a light yellow dress, with a sort of black coat underneath which conceals most of her body; Finally, she has some light pale purple boots which meets with her black under coat.

As she stood in the door way, she arms are wrapped around her, it almost look like she was shaking until her eyes fell upon her nephew and niece. It had been a few months since she last seen them, she smiled lightly at them.

"…Ash… and Kyra…" Yellow spoke, in a whisper.

"Hey Aunt Yellow." Ash smiled. "It's me. And this is my partner, Pikachu."Yellow's soft glazed eyes fell upon the little mouse pokemon, suddenly her eyes became watery, as she remembered an old friend… Why did she have to meet that man. Before Ash and Kyra could see her cry, Yellow grabbed Ash and Kyra as she hugged them tightly, subtly drying eyes while in the tight embrace. Ash and Kyra happily returned the embrace.

Frank however noticed tears in her eyes. Which he wondered why was she crying? He does see her as good person since she a loving and caring aunt. No wonder Kyra goes to visit her every chance she gets.

Pikachu, looked at this women with interest, he could tell she's a good person like Ash and Kyra, but he couldn't help but think maybe she's hiding something, even from Ash and Kyra. He doesn't know why, but he can sense a great deal of pain from her. Just like Frank when he first saw him at the Pokemon Center. He too could sense that Frank was hiding something from Kyra. he has the same look on his face as Ash's and Kyra's aunt.

"It's good to see you too, Pikachu." Yellow flashed a warm smile.

"Hi ya." Pikachu happily waved from the ground, as Ash was pulled into the hug, the electric mouse jumped onto the floor, yes, he is more accepting since Ash opened his eye's, although he is still not a fan on tight enclosed spaces, even with a hug.

"Good day, Aunt Yellow." Kyra said. "This one of my Pokemon friends Frank." Yellow looked at Frank with her dulled eyes. She gave a warm smile at Frank as she sees that look in his eyes, the same look she has. Yellow thought this little one has experienced a rough life. Just like she has at one time.

Frank looked nervously at Kyra's aunt. "Uh… Hi Ms. Ketchum is very nice to meet you." Frank said politely. Aunt Yellow was taken back by this Pokemon skill to talk.

"Did this little one just talk?" Yellow asked.

"Uh… Frank is a special Pokemon that can talk just like some of the other Pokemon I made friends with hahaha." Kyra said sheepishly. Her Aunt decided to let it go.

After a couple of minutes, Yellow let go of her nephew and niece as they stood up. "Come on in Ash, Kyra. You must be cold." Ash and Kyra smiled as they smiled happily walked into the small cottage, with Pikachu and Frank shortly behind them…

Serena, Misty, Anne, Marcy, Sasha, and KJ arrived in front of the big, castle like, building. With a big gate and a smartly dressed man, stood there. He neatly combed his hair, a point this mustache, a small dark blue blazer which covers his pure white shirt and black bow tie, he also has smart dark blue trousers in the same color as his blazer and smart shoes.

"Wow, that guy looks really fancy." Anne said in surprise of seeing a butler.

"That castle looks so amazing! I wonder how old is this castle 1st century no wait… second century!" Marcy said with excitement.

"Uh. Come on MarMar, we need to get going or we are going to be left behind." Sasha said. As Marcy followed the group.

"Welcome to the Battle Chateau, Dames." The man spoke. "I am Hennessy, please to make you're acquaintance." Serena and KJ were a little nervous, for some reason they was intimidated by this man.

"Um, hello Hennessy. Serena nervously replied. I'm Serena, this is Misty, and these little guys are Anne, Sasha, Marcy, and KJ." Hennessy raised an eyebrow, this clearly her first time at the Battle Chateau.

"Is this perhaps, you're first visit to a Battle Chateau Facility?" Hennessy asked.

"Yes. It is." Serena swiftly replied.

"Very well." Hennessy replied. "All I need is your recommendation, from the person of stature, I will gladly show you through."

"Stature?" KJ questioned.

"Recommendation?" Anne didn't know that a person had to vouch a trainer in order for them to participate. Anne started to get her hopes down.

"A recommendation?" Serena asked as she tilted her head in confusion. "I don't think I have one."

"If you have a number, I could call." Hennessy explained. "Then that would work, as well."

"Oh I know." Serena lit up. "I'm sure Professor Oak would give me a recommendation."

"Oh you know Professor Oak?" Hennessy asked.

"Yes." Serena smiled. "He gave me my Pokédex, and is a neighbor."

"Perfect." Hennessy explained. "Your Pokédex will be proof enough that Professor Oak deems you a worthy trainer."

Anne's eyes lit up with hope. Now she had found someone that will recommend Kyra since she has a Pokédex and then they can compete in the Battle Chateaus. Anne smiled.

KJ however wasn't so sure about this. Since Anne was getting ahead of herself, she hasn't tell Kyra about the Battle Chateaus. He'll have to talk to Anne about this when Serena finishes her battle.

"Okay, great." Serena smiled as she pulled her Pokédex out. Hennessy gladly accepted the device and pressed a few buttons, which confirmed Serena identity and the fact Professor Oak gave it too her.

"Their you go." Hennessy handed the Pokédex back to Serena. "Are you competing too, young Dame? Are you going to use those Pokemon in your battles?"

"Me? Misty replied, like it was a question. "No, no. I'm just spectating today. Those Pokemon belonged to our friend who could not be here today do to family obligations so we are watching them until she comes back." Misty explained.

"If it's alright, I… want… to…bring…my friends Pokemon with me to keep an eye on them?" Serena asked Hennessy.

"Usually we don't let Dames take other people's Pokemon with them. Since you know Professor Oak and looking after those Pokemon and not using them I'll make an exception." Hennessy said.

"Thank you." Serena said with gratitude.

""Very good." Hennessy replied. "Would you follow me." With that, Hennessy turned around and started walking into the castle like structure behind him. Serena, Misty, Anne, Sasha, Marcy, and KJ followed, behind, although they kept their distance…

Once in the building, Hennessy walked over to the desk to the right, where a smarty dressed woman, stood next to a computer.

"Madam. I have one Serena Yvonne here, who will be completing for the first time." Hennessy explained, and gestured towards the nervous honey blonde girl. The woman smiled at the pulled a clip board with a sheet of paper on it.

"Very good, Hennessy." The woman smiled, before returning to Serena.

"Young Dame." The women turned to Serena. "If you'd be so kind, could you please fill this in?" The woman requested as she passed the the clipboard and pen over.

"Of course." Serena returned the smile and gladly accepting the items. She spent a few minutes, filling a piece of paper, just basic information, and then handed to the women.

"Thank you, madam." The woman thanked, followed by skimming the information Serena just filled in, before typing down somethings on the computer, at incredible speeds. After a minute later, the woman hit enter button and a new card was exported from the computer.

"Here you go, Baroness Serena." The woman spoke softly, as she held a card out. "You need to keep this card, as it is your personal entry pass and also tracks your rank." Serena tilted her head in confusion.

"Rank?" Serena questioned.

"Ah yes. You see the battle Chateau you don't receive gym badges, or Frontier symbols or anything like that." The woman smiled. "Here, once you've won a tournament consisting of four battles, you raise your ranks. There are five altogether: Baron /Baroness, Viscounts / Viscountesses, Earls/ Countess, Marquises / Machrioness, Duke / Duchess. Once you've work your way up to a Duke or duchess, you'll have the right to challenge the Battle Chateau Head for the title of Grand Duke or Grand Dutchess." Serena smiled, imagine if she could be a Grand Dutchess, it would be so amazing. Marcy was writing notes about how the Battle Chateau system works. Anne was listening intensely about the ranks. She was determined to make her partner Kyra a Grand Dutchess. She imagined Kyra in an elegant dress while holding the trophy and title of Grand Dutchess as she hugged her telling Anne how proud she was to be partners with a go getter like her. KJ looked at Anne with concern on his face. Sasha on the other hand was bored by this but decided to stay quiet since the rest of her friends were interested in this.

"Now, Baroness Serena, follow me. Please." Hennessy spoke, before walking up to, two women, dressed as maids.

"Would one of you madam's please show are new Baroness towards the changing room?" Hennessy requested.

"Certainly." One of the maids bowed before walking down the left corridor, and Serena followed shortly behind…

In Yellow's house, Ash and Kyra were sitting on the settees, with their Aunt Yellow sat opposite. Pikachu and Frank were a little on edge. This Yellow person, keeps looking at them, like they were someone else, plus the house is quite plain, no pictures, a single window with covers down, no color on the walls, only the brown wood which it is built up off… Something about this place just creeps the little mouse and otter out.

"So Ash, Kyra." Yellow spoke, changing the conversation, they were previously discussing their first day as trainers, Yellow was worried about her niece when they mentioned an army of Spearow's that had hurt Kyra when she tried to protect them. Yellow suggested that Ash would look after his sister until she made a full recovery. Which Ash agreed to look after and take care of his younger sister. Ash, Kyra, and Frank noticed how weird Yellow got when she cut them off at the mention of Team Rocket. "How's your brother, Drake, doing?" Ash and Kyra felt a little weird by her reaction to Team Rocket, although their aunt could always be like that.

"Drake…" Ash and Kyra replied, trailing off. They didn't want to mention the bad tension between the three, as they didn't want to upset their aunt. "He's doing fine. He actually started with Charmander… like Dad did." Kyra said in a strain voice. This made Frank wondered about Kyra's relationship with her brother and Father since he sensed tension from her. He knew Kyra gets along with her brother Ash. He just couldn't help but think about the strainer relationship with his Mother and Father. It had gotten worse when he was accused of stealing those shoes. He was really lucky that Marcy and Eddie saved him. If not then he would have been in Juvie for 10 months. Pikachu looked at Frank as he wondered what the otter was thinking about.

Although Ash and Kyra doesn't care for his Father, he knows Yellow, but for whatever reason has always supported him, talking like he's a savior or something.

Yellow smiled, she can't stand conflict, she's too much to deal with it, although she isn't blind, she knows of the bad tension Ash and Kyra have with they're brother Drake, as they developed a strong distaste towards their father. If only they knew the history behind it all, then they would finally understand… We'll all in due time.

"And what about you two?" Yellow asked. "Where do you plan of traveling next? Kyra there is a Battle Chateau in town. Maybe you could consider entering those tournaments with your Pokemon?" Yellow said. Yellow knew that Kyra was having a tougher time in Hoenn when her sister told her of what happened and that she gave up her dream about being a coordinator. Yellow hoped that Kyra would reconsidered on entering contests again by entering Battle Chateau tournaments. Since there were a little bit similar on showing off ones Pokémon's skills and beauty. She didn't want her niece to regret of not following her dream.

"Well, Aunt Yellow one of my Pokemon named Anne wanted to go see the Battle Chateau. If she wants to enter those tournaments then I'm not going to stop her. I want to make my Pokemon happy and entering the Battle Chateau makes her happy then I'll support her decision." Kyra said. Yellow smiled at Kyra at least she cares about her Pokémon's happiness. She wondered if one of her Pokemon wanted to do contests would she let them compete? Yellow thought with worry if Kyra would choose her Pokemon's happiness or deny them of their dreams. Frank smiled at Kyra as he agreed with Kyra's statement. Ash decided to continue with the conversation.

"Well me, Kyra, Anne, and Pikachu are aiming for the Indigo League, we're heading back to Viridian City's Pokemon Center to meet up with Serena and Misty. Then it off to Pewter City and our first gym battle." Ash replied enthusiastically, finishing by throwing his fist in the air. Pikachu mimicked the action. Yellow and Kyra giggled, she loved his enthusiasm, it was just like she was. Before she met… Him. Then she noticed something.

"Serena and Misty. Who are they? Yellow asked with interest.

"Well Serena is a friend of ours from Pallet Town. The one we met at Professional Oak's summer camp. Remember me and Kyra told you about her before. She didn't want to travel alone, so we decided to travel together." Ash explained.

"Misty… She is the girl who's bike we borrowed to escape the Spearows. She caught up to us, and because we can't repay her bike right now, she's decided to travel with us as well." Kyra explained that part.

"Oh yes. Serena the girl who injured her knee." Yellow cheerfully replied, she has always been a romantic, and from what she knows about there meeting, it sounds like one from the romantic novel, with Ash being a knight in shining armor… If only she was lucky with her endeavors with love. "So… Is she just, a friend?" Yellow grew a mischievous smile.

"What are you talking about?" Ash asked, clearly confused. Pikachu and Kyra face palmed, Ash is so dense…

Back at the Battle Château, when she entered the changing rooms, Serena's eyes lite up with all the clothes available, she was in fashion heaven. Even Anne, Sasha, and Marcy looked at all the dresses the Chateau had to offer. "I wish I could wear these dresses!" Sasha said in frustration. "I know dude, I wish we weren't in these tiny bodies to wear these dresses." Anne said. Marcy was just writing in her journal. KJ waited with Misty for their friends to finish looking at the clothes. Serena quickly started rushing around trying to fix the 'perfect outfit'. After twenty minutes, she got to work on her hair. In total she spent around thirty five minutes in the changing rooms. Her new outfit looks like: a long pink dress, with short sleeves edged with white frills; pantyhose on her legs with elegant pink flats to match; on her head is a sparkling pink hairband.

As she walked out to the main lobby with Anne, Sasha, and Marcy, they found Misty and KJ were waiting for her. As Misty and KJ spotted the honey blond girl, their eyes widened, and she walked towards them.

"Wow Serena." Misty spoke. "You look beautiful in that dress." Serena smiled.

"Yeah, Serena you look so pretty." KJ said.

"Thank you Misty and KJ." Serena replied.

"I bet Ash would think so, too." Misty whispered. This caused Serena to blush and let out a short yelp. Misty giggled in response.

"Come on Serena. It's nothing to be embarrassed about." Misty reassured.

"Maybe." Serena sighed as her blush faded. "It's just everyone in Pallet seemed to tease me about my crush. Even my mum, and…"

"Serena, didn't worry. It was just a bit of fun." Misty reassured. "Besides, if Ash is as dense as you say he is. Then you don't need to worry about someone else taking him away."

"Guess your right, Misty." Serena replied with a grateful smile.

"Anyway, are you sure you want to participate today?" Misty asked.

"Back off Misty!" Anne shouted in anger "If Serena wants to participate she'll participate!" Sasha said it in a sassy tone. Misty didn't like those tones in Anne and Sasha's voices. She decided to drop it since they aren't her Pokemon.

"Yeah it looks like good fun." Serena cheerfully replied. Misty inwardly sighed, this won't end well. Guess she should wait until it's all over.

"Baroness Serena Yvonne. Please make your way to battle room three." A voice announced over the speaker. With that, Serena turned around and started walking toward the battle room.

"This is the first round match of an official Battle Chateau Tournament, between Baroness Serena and Baroness Cheyenne. "Cheyenne?" Anne, Marcy, Sasha and KJ said recognizing the girl. Misty gave them a confused look. "You know this girl?" Misty asked since she thought why the girl they know wasn't turned into a Pokemon. "Well, Cheyenne is a girl from our world." Marcy said not knowing how to explain this to Misty. "She was my biggest rival when we were in school. She's the second most popular girl from our school. We end up competing who is the best on many occasions." Sasha said as she narrowed her eyes at her remembering competing on who's the most fashionable, the prettiest, even who is the most athletic. "She's nothing but a bully! She occasionally made fun of Marcy back when we were human." KJ said in anger. "She what?!" Anne said in disbelief. Anne believed she was an okay person, but after hearing this she turned to Marcy. "How long?" Anne asked. Marcy didn't want to discuss this with Anne and the others since Cheyenne threatened to ruin her life if she did. Unfortunately Anne was too stubborn to take no for an answer. Marcy sighed before answering Anne. "The first day I enter middle school…" Marcy said quietly. Anne, Sasha, Misty, and KJ weren't happy about this Anne and Sasha felt ashamed of not helping Marcy sooner. As they looked at Cheyenne in anger wearing a green dress with a spiky hair band, and spikes on the sleeves of her dress. That made her look like punk wearing a dress.

"May both participates curtsy." The ref. declared. He stood on the podium box in the center of the edge of the battle field, with Serena's and her opponent who looked to be three years older then her in the trainer box. Both Serena and Cheyenne did a curtsy to each other. "Now both participants may choose there Pokemon."

Serena and Cheyenne each grabbed there pokeball and held it. "Beedrill, take that loser down." Cheyenne threw her pokeball, releasing the poison bug pokemon. Anne and Sasha cringed at the sight of that big bug. The bug type jabbed it's stingers in an aggressive manner as a sign it's read to battle. Serena took a deep as she tried to ignore Cheyenne's rude comment she just made, as she breathes and exhaled. Serena took out her Pokédex:

Beedrill, The Poison Bee Pokemon. It has 3 poisonous stingers on it's foreleg and tail. They are used to jab it's enemies repeatedly.

"Fennekin, I choose you." Serena threw her pokeball and the fox pokemon appeared on the battlefield. Although she was a little scared by the big bee, she stood her ground and took a battle position.

"…Begin." The Ref. declared…

Baroness Serena VS Baroness Cheyenne

"Alright Fennekin, start off with Ember." Serena instructed. Fennekin tensed up, before opening her mouth and firing several little fire balls at Beedrill.

Cheyenne smirked as she knew that this Fennekin is nothing compared to her Beedrill she stole from another trainer days ago, when she and her best friends Maggie Margot and Vince Blackway arrived to this world. Flashback: They were captured by these thugs who wore black clothes with a giant red R in the center. They were taken by the Leader of Team Rocket Giovanni. This meeting was unusual when they explained to him how they got here. When Maggie confessed that they followed Boonchuy and her gang to a park as they hid in the bushes. That's when a bright glow appeared engulfing them. The next thing they knew they were in a forest getting mauled by his gang.

Giovanni then told them they could stay here and work for him. They do have an option to leave at there free will. However he advised them that by going alone without an knowledge of the world they would meet a fatal end. Do to creatures called Pokemon. She, Maggie, and Vince agreed to stay here and help him and his organization. Giovanni gave them three Pokemon to be there starters that he stole from the Pokemon preserves. She released her Pokeball and out came a Bulbasaur who ran up to her nudging on her leg. Then Maggie and Vince did the same as a Charmander and Squirtle were happy to see them to as they hug them. Giovanni then gave each of them a test to steal a Pokemon from a trainer. When they come back with it they will pass. Fail then they would be executed from the spot since he couldn't afford lose ends in his organization. A day later they came back with a Pokemon each. She stole a Beedrill from a Naive Samurai looking boy. Maggie got a Hitmonlee from a student from some dojo. Vince got himself a Jigglypuff from a lady while she left her bag. Let's just say the Pokemon weren't happy with being taken from their trainers. Giovanni threatened the Pokemon to obey there every command, if not well the organization had no use for useless Pokemon. The three Pokemon shivered with fear they didn't want to die so they had no choice but to obey. End Flashback.

"Aerial Ace to dodge." Cheyenne shouted. Beedrill took off at speed, easily dodging the fireballs. While in the air, Beedrill performed a loop and redirected towards Fennekin, before either Serena or Fennekin could react, Beedrill slammed his wings into the fire fox and Fennekin was sent flying into the wall. Fennekin had swirls in her eyes.

"Fennekin is unable to battle, the winner is Baroness Cheyenne." The ref declared.

Cheyenne returned Beedrill, giving one last curtesy with a smug look on her face as she exited the room. Serena made her way over to Fennekin and picked her up, cradling the little fox pokemon in her arms.

Serena just stared at the unconscious fire type, what went wrong, she had a type advantage, they were both the same rank, why did she lose. Serena's thoughts were cut off when Fennekin let out a weak out in pain. She can't think about it now, Fennekin needs medical attention. With that, Serena took off, returning Fennekin. She quickly changed back into into her normal clothes, and then ran back to the Pokemon Center.

Anne, Sasha, Marcy, and KJ were in shock of what they just witnessed. Marcy had a feeling that Cheyenne didn't battle fairly since she came to this world a couple of days ago. There was no way she would be able to train a Pokemon that quickly in that short amount of time.

Misty sighed, guess this is her cue, the orange haired girl and the rest of their friends followed Sasha back to the Pokemon centre…

At the Pokemon Center, Serena ran into the medical building and handed Fennekin over to Nurse Joy, who left to perform checkups. Once Nurse Joy was gone, Serena sat down in a booth and just stared at the window, analyzing what happened in the battle. After all, it was her official battle and she lost… Badly. She only snapped out of her thoughts, when she heard a voice…

"Serena." Misty spoke as she stood in from of her, the tone wasn't sympathetic or anything, if anything it sounded stern.

"Oh. Hey Misty." Serena replied sadly.

"Your pretty naive, ya know." Misty replied, with a stern voice.

"Hey! You didn't have to be so rude Misty! Serena wanted to enter the Chateau. Even though she didn't win, at least she had some experience now and learn from this." KJ said with a harsh tone.

"KJ's right Misty you didn't have to scold her like that." Anne said.

"Listen KJ and Anne, I'm only scolding Serena because she doesn't understand how the real world works. Every thing won't go her way all the time. Serena has to understand that she'll have to work for her achievements to be a successful trainer. She can't expect her Pokemon to win a battle without properly training Fennekin."

"What do you mean?" Serena asked.

"What I mean is. This is your second day as a trainer, and have probably haven't done training with your Fennekin." Misty replied.

"Well…" Serena wanted to reply, although she couldn't deny it. Misty sighed.

"Every battle Facility, whether the Battle Chateau, a league gym or even a Battle Frontier, is not meant to be taken lightly. I suggest you guys do the same since you will be battling for Kyra's behave or wanting to enter the same Chateau challenge as Serena." Misty said. This made Anne, Sasha, KJ, and Marcy admitted that they had much to learn.

"I bet every trainer in the battle Chateau today, was an experienced trainer, who had been preparing for this tournament, weeks, months, and have gotten to know their Pokemon." Misty continued. "Cheyenne knew her Beedrill could take to the air to dodge the attack, and used it. Which was surprising since she probably came to this world a few days ago. When you're attack missed, you froze and Fennekin was left wide open." Serena sighed.

"I went with you today, as I thought you'd see some battle's from experienced trainers and be inspired to follow their lead." Misty continued. "Not try to fight them yourselves."

"So… What should I do?" Serena asked, as she looked towards the ground, in a whisper, which was almost inaudible.

"First, you need to apologies." Misty replied, and Serena nodded. "Then you should spend time, while out on the road. Catch some Pokemon. And spend time, while out on the road. Catch some more Pokemon. And spend time with them, training… Bonding… And then you can try at another Battle Chateau. Except this time, you'd be prepared." Serena was silent for about a minute.

"Thanks Misty… You're right." Serena replied with a strongish smile, and a flame in her eye. With that Misty sat down, waiting for Fennekin to be healed…

"I think Cheyenne did something to her Beedrill in order to win that match." Marcy said in a serious tone.

"Serious MarMar. You think Cheyenne cheated!" Sasha said in an angry tone.

"I don't know for sure Sashy? All I know is that Beedrill shouldn't be this powerful to defeat Fennekin. Even if Cheyenne did train it more then a week." Marcy said.

"Even what you say it true Marcy. It would be difficult to prove since we don't have evidence disqualify her for beating Serena using a Pokemon that had questionable abilities. It would be her word against ours." Misty said in defeat.

"You mean she'll get away with this!" Sasha said in anger.

"Unfortunately, yes Sasha. What we can do now in confront her about her Beedrill and find more information of her Beedrill and what medical substances she used ti enhance her Beedrill's power." Misty suggested.

"Misty's right Sasha we'll make Cheyenne confess her crimes and get Serena justice she deserves." Anne said confidently.

"Your right Boonchuy. Will get Cheyenne and make her pay." Sasha said as all of them agreed to do something about Cheyenne.

Back at Yellow's house Kyra and Ash were getting ready to leave.

"Okay Aunt Yellow. We best be going." Ash told her. "Yeah, We got to go see our friends." Kyra told her Aunt. Yellow got up, and gave them a massive hug.

"Goodbye Ash. Goodbye Kyra." Yellow spoke, with a cracking voice. "Take care on the road."

"We will Aunt Yellow." Ash replied. "It was good to see you again."

"I'm happy we get to see you Aunt Yellow before we head off." Kyra replied.

"It was good to see you too." Yellow replied as she let go of him. "And before you two go."

"Yes." Ash and Kyra simultaneously said. As both of them turn towards their aunt as they stood by the doorway, with Pikachu on Ash's shoulder and Frank next to Kyra.

"Don't take this journey lightly. Around every corner there will be a new trial, ready to test you, test your Pokemon, test your friends. You two can't stroll through. You two Promise me, every challenge, while on the road, in one of your battles or anything else, you two will take it seriously." Yellow spoke, in a serious tone.

Ash and Kyra were taken back at this. Of course they would take it seriously. Then Ash thought maybe he could've handle with the Spearow's better as he took a quick look of his sister's injuries because of his carelessness. Ash then thought he also could have done a better job with Misty's bike. Kyra thought that tackling Pokemon thieves head on wasn't the smartest choice. Ash only has Pikachu and Professional Oak gave him some Pokeballs along with his sister to add more Pokemon to their teams. Plus Kyra has the Calamity Pokeballs which means Kyra will have more companions in the future. Kyra thought even though she had more Pokemon friends she'll have to be mindful of her actions for now on. Since the Spearow incident taught her anything is that she should take this journey seriously and not be oblivious to her surroundings. They both thought, rather then aiming to get to Pewter City and their gym battle as soon as possible isn't the best idea, maybe they should spend time in Viridian Forest, let Ash catch more Pokemon, and the two of them get some serious training in. The first day as trainers had taught both of them anything, is that anything can happen, they both need to prepare for it… What if they run into Team Rocket again?

"I promise." Ash and Kyra said truthfully. "Aunt Yellow."

"Ms. Ketchum, you have nothing to worry about I promise that'll I'll watch over her." Frank told Yellow.

"Hmm. I'll hold you to it Frank." Yellow said trusting the otter Pokemon. With that Ash and Kyra set off, back towards the Pokemon center where he, Kyra, Pikachu, and Frank will reunite with there friends, before setting off to Viridian Forest, we're their journey will continue…
