One day, when Haruka was walking home, some ruffian thought it was a GOOD IDEA(not) to flirt with her. She gave a cute yelp of surprise at first, causing the idiot to believe he could take advantage of her.
One minute later.
"As if a mere worm like you can make ME happy. Besides, I already have someone in mind." Haruka sneers
"No, wait! Please! Mer-"
Raises Foot as high as she can* "Know your place... MONGREL!!!!!!!!" *Brings foot down as hard as she can*
The man proceeded to let out a very unmanly *GIRLY SCREAMS!!!!!!!!*
On that day, a man became a 'woman.'
Haruka walked away, whipping her hair like a superstar once as she did, causing people of BOTH genders to stare at her with hearts in their eyes as she went.
However, as she walks, she felt a slight tremor in the ground. She stopped for a moment but thought nothing of it and continues to walk along, gaining many looks from admirers.
Charles pendragon emiya walk down the street and feels a sudden chill run down his spine 'hmmm, that's weird. But I think someone is thinking about me.' he thinks.
He continues walking when soon enough, he makes it to the bookstore and enters, and a kind old woman greets him
"good morning, emiya-Kun." she smiles.
"Morning to you as well, Mrs. Narusaka," he bows.
"Yes, you ordered a book not too long ago. It's here
somewhere. Give me a moment to find it." narusaka says and starts looking through all the ordered books and soon comes across a package with emiya on it.
"Here you are, emiya-Kun." she hands him the book.
"Thank you, Mrs--"
Suddenly the door to the shop bursts open, and a guy with several others barge into the shop. "Emiya! You have embarrassed and frustrated me for the last time!" the leader of the band of thugs announces.
"If you are not here to buy books, I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to leave; this is not a fight club." narusaka points out.
"Shut it, grandma! This doesn't concern you! My business is with him!" The leader yells.
"Fine, then I will call--" narusaka started before Charles shakes his head.
"I don't appreciate the way you spoke to kind Mrs narusaka. Fine, you want me, you think you can take me then come on. But we don't do this here; we do it outback." Charles starts walking out through the back of the store with the others following him.
Once they reached the back alley, the leader stood in front of Charles with an aluminum bat. "I hope you're ready for a world of hurt, emiya!"
Charles shook his head "are you going to monologue or get on with it?"
The leader ground his teeth and swung the bat as Charles dodged it. The leader swung the bat a second time, and Charles evaded again. The leader starts swinging his bat erratically, trying to land a hit on the emiya but to no avail.
Charles took a round trash can lid and blocked an incoming strike from the leader, and before he could recover, Charles bashed him over the head with the metal lid, stunning him. Charles attacked him once more with the top, causing him to fall out. In a daze.
There were five guys two held crowbars; another two had a broken bottle and a switchblade, and lastly, one held a 2x4. They look surprised that Charles managed to knock their leader down.
The leader shook his head while rubbing it "what are you idiots waiting for a formal invite? Get him!"
The four Goons ran at Charles, and he uses the trash can lid once again and starts blocking blows coming from the left, right, and front. His speed was a sight to behold, and he was using nothing more than a makeshift shield to defend himself.
Charles uses the lid and bashes one of the goons over the side of his head, stunning him. He delivers a swift kick to his midsection sending him stumbling back.
He sees the lid is taking too much punishment and won't last much longer. He considers the leader still struggling to get up and nods and blocks one swing from the right and bashes the goon who attempted the attack. Charles stops an attack from his left and delivers a kick to the family jewels.
Seeing enough space for him to make his move, he runs towards the leader after evading an attack from his front and kicks the leader in the face. He sees his bat and nods. "I'm going to borrow this."
Charles takes the aluminum bat and holds it as if it Is a sword, and stands ready "come on."
The four goons run at Charles, and he easily blocks or Parried their strikes. Charles parried the crowbar wielding goons strike and performed a stabbing motion with the bat striking him in the stomach.
The goon fell to the ground holding his stomach. Charles blocked an overhead strike coming his way and forced the crowbar downward, and used the butt of the bat, and struck the attacker's chin.
The goon with the broken bottle attempted to attack Charles, but all he did was evade and land a hit on the guy's kneecap, sending him to the ground.
The goon with the switchblade attempts to attack Charles from behind. However, Charles turns around and delivers a brutal hit to the attacker's ribs with the bat.
The last one standing was the one with the 2X4, and he looked scared after seeing his friends get demolished so readily by Charles. The goon hesitates but goes forward and swings the 2X4, but Charles parried the strike and jabbed the attacker's throat with the bat causing him to fall and holding his throat, gasping for air.
Charles is about to leave when the leader stands up and attempts to break a bottle over his head, but he was quicker as the leader yells out about to strike. Charles grabs his arm and throws him into a large dumpster, and closes the lid. As he's about to walk away, the leader groggily rises, but Charles punches him sending him back into the dumpster. This time, Charles locks the dumpster.
Mrs. Narusaka was surprised that Charles walked back in seemingly unharmed "Charles? Are you okay?! They didn't hurt you, did they?"
"No. I'm fine; they may be strong, but they are unskilled. Tsunoda and his goons never stood a chance." Charles answers confidently.
Mrs. Narusaka breathes a sigh of relief "okay, thank goodness. Should I call someone for them?"
"No need. I didn't hurt those fools too bad besides; they'll go back to whatever hole they crawled out of, lick their wounds, and they'll be back to challenge me soon enough."
Mrs. Narusaka nods "well, here's your book, emiya-Kun." she hands it back to him
"Thank you. I'll see you again soon, Mrs--"
Suddenly the ground starts to shake even more violently than it did when Haruka was walking. "What the hell?" Charles mutters.
(in another universe)
In another universe entirely, a redhead girl is seen fighting what appears to be a monster. It seems to be a large bear with markings on its body. The girl flips her dual dagger into the reverse grip and runs at the creature, and jumps into the air. Her blades go into the beast's forearm; however, they toss her away.
The girl gets thrown back, but she breaks into a roll and catches herself. She then activates a strange ability the beast starts stumbling around, seemingly in a state of delirium. The beast was disoriented, which gave the girl the chance to run up and grab her blades from its forearm.
The girl with her blades now quickly ran around the giant beast and stabbed it in the throat, officially killing it. The beast's body flops to the ground and disappears into tiny particles of light.
The girl chuckles, "ha, take that!" before the girl could celebrate anymore, two more beasts appeared, and they appeared to be wolves. The girl knew what they were.
"Beowolfs." the girl mutters and readies her blades for battle
The beowolfs run at her, and she evades them; however, one managed to swat her away with its paw. She quickly rights herself and charges at the beowolf and slashes its left leg, and uses her semblance to send the beowolf into a state of delirium.
The beowolf starts seeing things that aren't there and becomes combative and agitated towards the other beowolf, and the girl merely stood back and watched as the two beowolf's fought each other.
The delirious beowolf attacked its fellow beowolf, slashing at it and attacking it. The other beowolf tried to evade and did manage to avoid some of the hysterical beowolf attacks, but some managed to hit their mark, such as a slash to the back and to bite down on its leg. They were causing it to howl in pain.
The delirious beowolf had the other whimpering beowolf at its mercy. As it laid on the ground whimpering, the delirious beowolf took a large bite out of the whimpering Beowolf throat, causing it to disappear in tiny particles of light.
The beowolf howled before it got cut short with two blades impaling its head on either side, and it disappeared into particles of light.
"Hmph! Next time you'll think twice before messing with me; Ya uglies!" The redhead starts to leave before suddenly the ground begins to rumble and shake violently.
The girl was knocked off her feet by how violent and erratically the ground was shaking, and suddenly a type of vortex opened, and it had a vacuum-like effect. The girl dug her blades into the ground to remain planted to the ground but soon enough, the violent vacuum effect proved to be too much and sucked her in.
(back with Charles and Haruka)
Charles ran towards Haruka "what the hell is going on?" he asks.
"I don't know! It could be an earthquake or something worse." Haruka points out as the shaking had gotten even more violent and frequent.
Suddenly, another vortex appeared, just like the one that took the redhead away and started to suck everything within range into it. Haruka almost gets taken away, but Charles grabs her hand and holds onto a nearby light post. As the vortex got more robust, they started to get lifted off the ground, with Charles still holding the light post, but he looks down and sees the light post is beginning to get ripped from the ground due to the force.
Soon enough, both of them are pulled through the vortex and disappear as it closes.
In another dimension, Susanna, Charles, and Haruka awake groggily and look around "ugh, where am I?" Susanna asks no one in particular.
"Hard to say, there was some vortex, and we forcibly got sucked through it. I take it the same happened to you?" Charles asks.
Susanna, as if realizing the position she's in, got on her guard, "who the hell are you two?!"
"Calm down. I'm Charles, and this is Haruka. We're in the same position as you. I take it you got sucked into a vortex as well?"
"Yeah, that's right? Did you two have something to do with it?" Susanna demands.
"No. No, we didn't. We aren't dunderheads. If we were trying to get rid of you, why would we send ourselves here as well?" Haruka points out the flaw in her logic.
Susanna couldn't argue that logic and puts her weapons down "well, if it's not, you two, then who? Who's responsible for bringing us here?"
"I don't know, but if we're going to find out, we should do it together. We should stick together the three of us until we figure out who's behind this. We don't know where we are, and we don't know what dangers this world has strength in numbers, you know?" Charles explains.
Susanna couldn't deny the logic there either he was right. They were most likely somewhere foreign. It wasn't remnant, at least not from what she could see. So it would be best to stick together, at least for the time being, since they don't know the dangers or if there even is any danger.
Susanna nods "okay, you're right, let's stick together, but I'm going to make this clear right now. Just because I'm agreeing doesn't mean I'm deciding to be regulated around; I'm calling my shots. I don't take orders, so get used to it."
Charles nods "duly noted, now shall we go?"
Susanna nods as Charles starts walking, and she and Haruka follow him.
