12 am, Tacoma Washington Emma has gotten off the bus and now she is headed toward a seedy side of town she is staying on well lit streets, she knows staying in a hotel will require ID and camping is out of the question due to the cold, for the first time she now wishes she had not run away from home, but she does not wanna testify against her dad because she is afraid of him killing her in court, so she must press on, she is walking on the streets looking for somewhere to sleep she sees a packing crate that looks sturdy

Emma- well it's better than nothing i guess

Emma drags the crate across the street into the wooded area and she puts a couple of branches with leaves on the opening she gets in the crate and it starts to rain but she is dry (for now) and somewhat warm she then puts her rain coat on the branches to keep the rain out she gets her blanket out and wraps herself in it and she lays on the ground and has a chance to think about what she is doing all night, she wants to go home but she does not want to testify against her dad for fear of him killing her, so Emma is conflicted as the cold November winds cut through the night air Emma cant make a decsion so she falls asleep, wondering what will happen in the forseeable future for her

Emma- i hope no one is mad at me
