Naoto's POV

Issei and I couldn't believe it. Rias Gremory said I ruined her life. How did I do this? Me saving my Best Friend's life ruined your life. That is just absurd and stupid. You're the one who planned to let him die Rias! I immediately answered her.

''Ruined your life?! You must be joking Rias? You're the one who planned his death to enslave him! Did you really expect me to keel over and let my best friend die?'' I snapped back at her as she snarled back angrily.

''YES! Yes, you did Naoto. You doing this ruined my life! Now my nightmare will never end.'' Rias snarled and sobbed angrily as I then asked her what the deal was since she couldn't really expect us to figure out why.

''Come on, You can't be serious. Either you enslaving Issei was gonna save you or you're just fucking insane! We are lacking information right now which makes you look like the latter right now. At least explain yourself before acting like the end of the world.'' I said as Rias was about to blast me only for Issei to get between me and her. He was protecting me! Issei needed to get out of there since he couldn't fight right now. As I was about to speak Issei then spoke to her.

''Rias right, you knew that I held something more than a mere Twice Critical right? A Fallen Angel was ordered to kill and you planned to let me die to enslave me. You knew that if you told me to stay away that I would have as I didn't listen to Naoto when he mentioned it to me. I would have if you did, and you created this mess right now. I am a pervert at heart and I thought that Naoto wanted to steal Yuuma from me but I would have listened to you in a heartbeat. So why did my life being saved impact you this much? Why does my Best friend who saved me from suicide need to die because you didn't get what you wanted?'' Issei asked her but she didn't answer back. Issei's gaze made her flinch as she stopped her magic attack and simply turned her back and began walking away. Issei then snark at her as she left.

''no answers huh?, You think you can enslave others and then when caught kill the witness? You know, I would have been happy to join you if you asked instead but now...I'd rather not join someone letting people die including people she wants to recruit. I had hoped you were better Rias-Sempai.'' Issei said as she stopped and looked at Issei. She then trembled before she spoke up.

''I'm being forced to marry a complete dirtbag. I need more members to fight him off in a competition called a rating game. I thought that by doing so, you'd help me and it would break the engagement. My parents agreed and I just don't know what to do anymore...sob.'' Rias as she began crying into her hands as I spoke up.

''Now we get it Rias but...letting someone die isn't gonna make it stop. What options do you have left?'' I asked her. She seemed startled by the question but she began to explain herself.

''I could lose my virginity but...he is the type to not care about spoiled goods. I could also disown myself from my family but I still love them.'' Rias said as Issei then asked a question.

''But how do devils like you make deals Rias?'' Issei asked as Rias began explaining the ins and outs of devil contracts.

''Well, we need someone representing both parties, so in this case me. Then a handshake could be counted as an official transaction.''' She mused as I smiled and yelled it out.

''That's it! I think I've got it.'' I said as they turned their heads towards and Issei smiled and urged me to explain my idea.

"We could have Rias give you Issei control over her transaction, Then we make her groom come out here and I could use my dad's technique. the two bodies henged technique. It allows me to take over him without him knowing and I could give up on the wedding. We just have to film it and do a handshake over a mediator to make it legal.'' I explained and Issei seemed to catch on and add his thing.

''And we give the groom an invitation to negotiate three hours in advance so you can pull the technique while the official mediator is three hours after that. Then we use your plan and Rias makes me her delegate and shake hands in front of the mediator and film it and she is out.'' Issei said as Rias looked flabbergasted and I nodded.

''Exactly, and because this technique is a temporary fusion, they won't see it coming and he won't be able to refute it,'' I said as Rias's tears stopped and she began laughing out loud. She then stopped her laughter and said her piece.

''I'm sorry..it's just that I've been trying for years to break it off and you two come along and make a legal mockery out of it and him!'' Rias said as Issei gave her a thumbs up and said his piece before we left since we had school tomorrow.

''Too much stress for no reason. Besides, it's water under the bridge already.'' Issei said as Rias then sent us her number and said her piece before she left.

''You are quite unique you know?'' She said as I nodded and said my piece as we each went back home

''True, but that's part of our charm isn't it?'' I asked as the night came to a close.
